The work of the modes "Formation of nomenclature sheet of a map of derivative scale", "Generalization of hydrography and hydraulic structures", "Generalization of settlements", "Isolines generalization", "Setting of visibility boundaries" is shown. Into presentation the information about the necessary preparatory work before performing the generalization, requirements to the initial data has been added, and also the processes for the phased execution of the task are considered. The automated generalization includes automatic modes of data processing which are displayed in the work of the task "Map processing by scenario" and "Automatic labels alignment". 27.05.2023Classifier for publishing maps of regions of Russia and foreign countries according to OSM data has been updated In KB "Panorama" the classifier of large-scale plans of a scale of 1:5 000 map5000m.rsc, used for publishing maps of regions of the Russian Federation and foreign countries according to OpenStreetMap data, has been improved. There is implemented a support for a multi-level tree of layers for a more convenient search for objects, change of map content, analysis of terrain and updating of digital models of territories. The generalised layers of top level include classes (layers of lower level) of objects by their general properties. For example, the "Vegetation" layer is divided into classes: "Tree and shrub vegetation of natural origin", "Tree and shrub vegetation of artificial origin", "Herbaceous, shrubby, moss vegetation", "Individual trees and characteristics", "Clearings, forest quarters, contour of vegetation", "Agricultural land". Each class can contain objects of different localization - polygons, contours, point symbols, titles. The composition of the classes and the number of the tree levels are selected based on the complexity of the described subject area and maintaining the ease of navigation through the tree of layers. For other classifiers (for example, geological ones), the hierarchy of layers can have a large number of nesting levels. The map5000m.rsc digital classifier and its detailed description are given in the Classifiers section. On the geoportal "Bank of spatial data", the maps of the region of the Volga Federal District, formed according to OpenStreetMap data using an updated classifier, were updated. 23.05.2023GIS Panorama Mini forms the pyramids of Mbtiles tiles from various types of spatial data In KB "Panorama" the GIS Panorama Mini version 14.2.6 has been developed for operating systems "Astra Linux Special Edition", "Alt Linux", "RED OS" and GIS Panorama Mini version 14.5.6 for MS Windows. In the new version the saving of a set of open spatial data into pyramids of tiles of the Mbtiles format according to the selected scale range has been implemented. To create pyramids of tiles, a combination of digital vector maps, space and aerial photography, matrixes of heights, data from geoportals (for example, Yandex or OpenStreetMap), as well as other data sources can be used. It is possible to create a pyramid of tiles using other Mbtiles databases by specifying a data fragment on the source image for saving. The Mbtiles format is a SQLite database that stores images in png, jpg, png8 formats. Pyramids of tiles can be published via the OGC WMTS protocol by the GIS WebService SE service or displayed in programs the GIS "Operator", GIS "Panorama", GIS Panorama Mini and in various mobile applications. The purpose of forming a set of rasters (tiles) is to accelerate the display in WEB and mobile applications of spatial data containing a large number of objects or occupying large amounts of data. The Mbtiles pyramid is formed in the EPSG:3857 coordinate system with the TMS pyramid type. You can create tiles using the menu File - Export to a tile pyramid - Mbtiles pyramid. The new version has improved map editing tools, data analysis tools, and expanded capabilities of the application's web interface. Component the Map label has been added, the Map Editor and the administration module have been improved. The component the Map label allows to create personal marks on a map and to bind the note text to them. The user can put the waypoints of his own movements, leave a note about the state of the area in the specified location, mark and comment on tourist places, event places, create their own guides or map design elements. Sets of labels are displayed in the map as local layers, information about the location of labels and their description is automatically saved by the user. The data of labels can be re-rendered in the map, downloaded as GeoJSON and CSV data format, or deleted. In the Map Editor, the Edit point mode has been updated - when changing the coordinates of an edited point, the ability to coordinate common points of neighboring objects has been added. In the Map objects component, for the convenience of information perception, the output of information about objects in a tabular form has been added. The updated Settings component provides the ability to use a dark theme in the application web-interface and select the font size for form elements. GIS WebServer SE is used in the construction of closed corporate systems to ensure the protection of data having a security classification or a trade secret. 19.05.2023Mobile GIS "Panorama Mobile" for domestic Aurora OS provides updating and analysis of terrain maps when performing field works In KB "Panorama" the GIS "Panorama Mobile" for Aurora OS version 1.2 has been developed. The new version adds tools for editing spatial data and performing geodetic calculations. The new mode of editing the vector data has been added. Using this mode, the user can specify the coordinates of objects of interest to him on the ground (for example, cadastral plots, objects of power grids or gas economy). As data for editing, the user can select any open layer available for editing. The user can choose the external view of an object and a set of its characteristics from a standard library of conventional symbols (classifier) depending on the used subject (topographic, navigation, agricultural or forestry maps, etc.). When working with the classifier,the user can execute selection by a set of conditions: object type (for example, point or area) and object layer (for example, "Vegetation" or "Road network"). Information received from the built-in navigation device can serve as a source of information about the position of a terrain object. For convenience of using, a cancellation of last operation on map editing has been provided. Direct and inverse geodetic tasks for execution of calculations on the terrain map have been implemented. Using these modes, the user can determine the coordinates of an object by a set of computational properties (starting point, distance, and azimuth). The selection of the starting point is carried out in an interactive form, it is supported the entering the coordinates from the keyboard in meters, in the current projection of the map. Calculation results can be displayed on a map or presented in numerical form. The received coordinates can be copied to the device's clipboard and used for transmission or further processing. For quick navigation, the ability to position the map window to any open spatial data layer has been added. GIS "Panorama Mobile" allows you to open and edit the main formats of digital maps of GIS "Panorama" and popular geoportals on mobile devices based on the Aurora OS, to process information from the built-in GPS/GLONASS receiver. The user can prepare in advance a necessary set of spatial data in one of desktop products (GIS "Panorama", Panorama-editor, GIS Panorama Mini) and to transfer it into the mobile GIS "Panorama Mobile". The process of working with data is carried out autonomously, without connecting to the Internet. When the user moves, his current position is dynamically displayed according to the coordinates obtained from the GPS/GLONASS receiver. For ease of use, it is possible to synchronize the position of the map with the current location. To save the coordinates obtained during movement, a track recording mode is provided, which creates a separate map and puts the trajectory of movement onto it. For all objects of a map during the work the basic information is provided . The program is developed on the basis of the GIS Constructor toolkit, which provides components for creating mobile applications for working with digital maps in the C++ programming language using the Qt. In many cases, geospatial or location data, including data from sensors, data from drones, and other data, must be processed before the information can be effectively used. In most cases process of preliminary data processing can take a long time and require significant resources from the server. This standard provides an the interface for execution of simple and difficult computing methods of processing of the information. The OGC WPS standard supports both immediate processing of operations that require little time for execution, as well as asynchronous processing for more complex and time-consuming tasks. OGC WPS standard defines the general model of process and provides a description of the processing functions and their parameters. It is intended for support of cataloging and detection of processes in the distributed environment. Using the model of the OGC WPS standard, the service allows you to receive/issue parameters, both by direct value and through links, for example, the results of previous operations or data from other services. For OGC WPS, all operations available in the standard are supported: GetCapabilities, DescribeProcess, Execute, GetStatus, GetResult, Dismiss. Based on OGC WPS, all asynchronous information processing methods already available in the service are standardized, such as: checking intersections between objects of different layers; construction of intersections between objects; updating the data cache; building visibility zones; building matrixes of heights; construction of thermal and thematic maps and others. Using the commands of the standard, you can run any other requests supported by the service in synchronous or asynchronous modes. Dialog is intended for creation of the electronic document "a territory Map-plan" in which reproduces necessary for placing into EGRN an information about land plots located within the boundaries of the territory where complex cadastral works are performed, as well as information about the location of buildings, structures, objects under construction on such land plots. The initial initialization of the dialog content is performed by information from the digital cadastral map and from the database of cadastral works. The cadastral map for the formation of a map-plan of the territory should be prepared in accordance with the recommendations. The map should be created with use of survey.v5 or survey.v6 classifiers. To draw objects in respect of which cadastral works are performed, it is necessary to use the objects of the "Cadastral plan of the territory" layer. An exception is the point object "Contour of the construction, OHS off-scale round" (key P_REALTYROUND), used for drawing point objects of real estate, which is located in the "Technical plan" layer. The territory of execution of complex cadastral works should be digitized by the line of borders including all objects of cadastral works. An object within which complex cadastral works are performed can be of two types - "Cadastral block" (key S_BLOK) or "Boundary of complex cadastral works" (key S_CADASTRE). In the new version the universal interface of interaction with graphic libraries has been implemented, mechanisms of work of the program in the conditions of the limited system resources have been improved. The list of supported geoportals has been expanded, the display of sea maps has been improved, and new diagnostic capabilities of working the GIS applications have been added. A programming interface has been developed that allows the developer to use a graphics library for visualization based on his needs. The central element of most GIS applications is the display of spatial data. In this case, the image of a fragment of a digital map is formed using the functions of drawing graphic primitives (lines, polygons, points, and others) by means of a certain graphic library (Qt, GTK, wxWidgets, Xlib, and others). Often the choice of such a library is already determined at the design stage of the application and is a permanent part of the architecture. GIS Constructor provides software tools for implementing data visualization in an application with any selected graphic framework. This is achieved by separating the implementation of displaying graphic primitives into a separate library, which is accessed by the GIS core during the drawing process. As a result, the developer can use either a ready-made set of drawing functions, or implement them independently based on the graphics framework of interest to him. This makes GIS Constructor a universal tool for visualizing spatial data. The installation of the program includes examples of the implementation of drawing graphic primitives based on the Qt and Xlib libraries. The functioning of the GIS application has been improved with a limited amount of available RAM. The need for the program to work in conditions of a small amount of system resources becomes relevant when using the embedded devices, portable laptops, specialized tablets and other similar devices. If there is a lack of memory, the GIS core automatically activates a buffer with a limited amount of memory and performs all operations with data using only this buffer. As a result, memory consumption by the GIS application is drastically reduced. The new version adds the ability to explicitly set a limit on the amount of memory used by the application for opening the data, when it is reached, this mode will be activated forcibly. The ability to display only error messages in the diagnostic protocol has been added. This allows you to effectively determine the cause of abnormal behavior of a program that performs a large number of operations with spatial data. In this case, limiting the output by error messages reduces the volume of the resulting protocol and makes it convenient for further analysis. The task of connecting geoportals has been improved. There is clarified the implementation of procedures for forming depth values based on attribute values for underwater obstacles, taking into account the underlying objects, a requesting the code of the displayed symbol and the display flag taking into account the depth of the obstacle and requesting the code of an isolated underwater hazard with a depth less than the safety contour. GIS Constructor is a set of geoinformation components for use in the visual programming environment of Qt Designer, which allows you to develop your own GIS applications. The visualization of the contents of digital maps is made in conventional symbols adopted for topographic, geographical and various special maps. Geoinformation system has ample opportunities for performing calculations, for providing display of spatial data on various graphic devices in standard and user systems of conventional symbols. The main functions can be executed in multithreaded mode. It supports automatic optimization of used memory for processing large amounts of data (tens of gigabytes) on limited resources (hundreds of megabytes). 11.05.2023In the Complex for documents preparation of aeronautical information the tools of formation of passports of aerodromes have been expanded in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation In KB "Panorama" the Complex for documents preparation of aeronautical information version 8.1 under control of GIS "Panorama" has been developed. In the new version, in the "Output of airdromes" dialog, the mode for generating sheets of the air navigation passport of an aerodrome (heliport, landing site) of civil aviation has been improved in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation dated November, 05th, 2020 β449. Formation of the sheet "Radio navigation aids and landing aids" has been added. The information in the document is presented in the established tabular form. There is implemented an automatic filling of the fields: type of facility, magnetic declination, frequency, channel number, coordinates of installation site of the transmitting antenna, and others. Creation of the passport of aerodrome (heliport, landing site) is carried out on the basis of MS Word format templates included in the installation package of the program. At filling of templates the data from the database of the Complex of format PostgreSQL version 9.4 and higher is used. The dialog "Input of significant points" has been improved. The "Frequency (MHz)" parameter for VHF omnidirectional radio beacons (VOR) is displayed to three decimal places in accordance with the requirement of Annex 10 (to the Convention on International Civil Aviation) - Aeronautical Telecommunications (Volume I). The complex for preparing documents of aeronautical information is a set of tools for maintaining an aeronautical data base, a modeling and analyzing the aeronautical situation, generating aeronautical maps and exchanging data with other information systems through export and import in the ARINC 424-19 exchange format and export in the AIXM 5.1 format. The task "Flight procedures design" is used to design the routes of departure, approach and landing and to analyze the safety of flights on them. In the new version the module "Cadastral documents" has been improved, which supports formation of reporting documents by results of complex cadastral works in accordance with the Federal Law of July 24, 2007 N 221-FZ (as amended on December 19, 2022) "On Cadastral Activities". To support complex cadastral work, a new mode "Formation of a map-plan of the territory" has been developed. The mode generates an XML document provided to the Unified State Register of Real Estate in electronic form, approved by the order of Rosreestr dated March 16, 2017 N P/115. The initial information for the formation of a map-plan of the territory is taken from the digital cadastral map and from the database of cadastral works. Complex cadastral workΡ is carried out simultaneously in relation to all land plots, buildings, constructions located on the territory of one cadastral quarter or the territories of several adjacent cadastral quarters (with the exception of linear objects), as well as objects of construction in progress, information about which is contained in the Unified State Register of Real Estate. To start the "Formation of a map-plan of the territory" mode, it is necessary to select a cadastral quarter or other object on the cadastral map that limits the territory of work. To prepare a cadastral map containing the results of complex cadastral works, the survey.v6 digital classifier has been refined. The necessary objects are arranged in the form of a separate layer CADASTRAL PLAN OF THE TERRITORY. The program analyzes the map, reads information about all objects of complex cadastral works and displays information in a dialog for viewing and editing. The information of the general sections of the map-plan of the territory is stored in the tables of the cadastral database of the SQLite format and is linked to the cadastral map object that limits the territory of cadastral work. When the program is restarted, the entered values are automatically read and displayed in the dialog elements. The dialog "Base of cadastral works" is supplemented with tools of maintaining information about the points of the geodetic base used in the preparation of cadastral documents. Information of cadastral objects is stored in the semantics of land plots and real estate objects located within the territory of complex cadastral works. The mode "Formation of Real estate survey report" has been improved. Formation of electronic XML document of the certificate of inspection by XML scheme InspectionAct_v03.xsd has been implemented. The mode supports the creation of XML files for the new and old scheme. The dialog "Data input for the document" has been improved, the list of document details has been expanded. The mode "Reading the cadastral plan of the territory and updating the map" has been improved, processing of several initial XML files in a streaming mode has been accelerated and automatic updating the image of an updated map was executed. For mapping conditional cadastral objects that do not have a spatial component, the analysis of information about the CsID coordinate system is disabled, since such information is not available. In the "Technical plan" dialog, the order of inserting "Floor plan (parts of the floor)" graphic files into Word has been corrected. In dialog "Land survey plan version 6", the formation of AppliedFilePDF element for the "Document on the category of land" and for the "Document on permitted use" has been corrected. Into the task "Cadastral documents" into the mode "Forest declaration formation" the button "Formation of the text report" based on .DOCX templates has been added. The form of the forest declaration, the procedure for filling and submitting it, the requirements for the format of the forest declaration in electronic form were approved by order of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation dated April 29, 2021 N 303. The forest declaration reflects the following information: about the person who filed the forest declaration; on a lease agreement for a forest plot or other document in accordance with which the use of forests is carried out; about the location of the forest area; on the volume of forest use; on the types of use of forests. Input of information for filling the form of the forest declaration is performed by selecting values from a directory and from semantic characteristics of selected objects. Reference information is stored in SQLite database tables. The map was led to the modernised classifier of large-scale plans of scale 1: 5 000 (map5000m). Publishing of updates in bank of spatial data is made by using the program of Databank of digital maps and remote sensing data. 03.05.2023"Workstation of urban planner" generates a permission to put the object into operation in accordance with the requirements of the order of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation dated 06/03/2022 No. 446/pr In KB "Panorama" the "Workstation of urban-planner" version 14.5.6 has been developed. The program implemented filling out the document "Permission to put object into operation" according to the requirements of the order of the Ministry of building and housing and communal services of the Russian Federation dated 06/03/2022 β 446/pr "On approval of the form of a building permit and permission to put the facility into operation". The document is formed for objects of capital construction according to the information stored in the database. The new form of permission to put an object into operation includes 7 sections: details of the permission to put an object into operation, information about the developer, information about the capital construction object, information about the land plot, information about the building permit on the basis of which the construction was carried out, reconstruction of capital construction object, actual indicators of the capital construction object and information about the technical plan, actual indicators of the linear object and information about the technical plan. For a new form of permission to put an object into operation, additional attributes for capital construction objects have been added to the urban planning database, the attributive information of the permission to put an object into operation has been loaded into electronic map objects. To generate a permission to put an object into operation, you must specify the object of real estate and fill in the document attributes located on the tabs of the form. Attribute information of the document is filled in the new dialog "Permission to put the object into operation", which is called from the register of accounting objects or by clicking the "Reports formation" button located on the main panel of the Complex. The dialog tabs correspond to the sections of the new form of the document. Many attributes are filled in automatically in accordance with the building permit, on the basis of which the construction (reconstruction) of the capital construction object was carried out. After filling in the attributive information, you can generate a document in the office suite. Completely blank sections of the form are not included into the document. The form of the document is formed on the basis of prepared templates of the dot format. Templates contain a descriptive part and named markers that tell the program where to insert data. Procedure of document formation is customizable. The user can change a template according to various regional and departmental requirements. There is a relationship between the attributes of the permission to put the object into operation and the markers in the template, which is customized in the directory "List of attributes for type of accounting object". To exchange data with an electronic map in the same directory, each attribute can be assigned any semantic characteristic of the object according to the survey classifier. Saving of the created document "Permission to put object into operation" in urban-planning database has been implemented. The generated permission to put the object into operation can be saved on disk in doc, docx, pdf formats. If necessary, an electronic copy of the document is loaded into the file storage of the database of the Complex. In this case, the document file is attached to the list of files of the capital construction object. By means of the "Update of semantics on the map" mode, it is possible to load the attributive information of permission to put the object into operation into the electronic map's object. A necessary condition for updating semantics is the existence of a connection between a record in the database and an object on the map. The update procedure can work both with one or several records, and with the entire list of capital construction objects. In the new version the tools have been added for calculations by semantics of objects, controlling of display and search of various categories of terrain objects, import and export of data, the tools of the task "Classifier Editor" have been expanded, the list of geoportals is added, the tasks of "Check of vector map quality" and "Correction of objects metrics" are improved, in the block of geodetic and cadastral tasks the mode "Formation of map-plan of the territory" has been implemented, the modes "Base of cadastral works", "Technical plan", "Formation of forest declaration" and others have been updated. The list of operations for semantics of the "Numerical formula" type and for the mode "Calculations on semantics of selected objects" in the Map Editor task has been expanded. Operation "SUM" has been added to sum the values of the object's repeatable semantics. For example, if semantics with the code "345" are numeric and repeatable (an object can have several semantics with the code "345" with different values) and you need to get the sum of all values, then the expression should be "SUM(#345)" in the formula. For semantics of the "Symbol formulas" type and for the "Formation semantics" mode in the Map Editor task, support for repeatable semantics has been added. The values of the repeated semantics are written to the resulting string separated by commas. The task "Map Legend" has been improved. On the "Maps" tab, a hierarchy of classes in the form of a multilevel tree has been added in the object tree of the classifier. This method of the map sparseness allows you to increase the readability of the map and speed up the display of the map. To prepare a cadastral map containing the necessary objects, the survey.v6 digital classifier was refined. The information necessary to form an electronic XML document is displayed in the dialog elements for viewing and editing. The information of the general sections of the map-plan of the territory is stored in the tables of the cadastral database of the SQLite format and is linked to the cadastral map object that limits the territory of cadastral work. When the program is restarted, the entered values are automatically read and displayed in the dialog elements. Information of cadastral objects is stored in the semantics of cadastral objects - land plots and real estate objects located within the territory of complex cadastral works. The border of territory of complex cadastral works can correspond to one or several cadastral quarters. The dialog "Base of cadastral works" has been improved, the maintenance of information about the points of the geodetic base used in the preparation of cadastral documents has been added. For mapping conditional cadastral objects that do not have a spatial component, the analysis of information about the CsID coordinate system is disabled, since such information is not available. In the "Technical plan" dialog, the order of inserting "Floor plan (parts of the floor)" graphic files into Word has been corrected. The forest declaration reflects the following information: about the person who filed the forest declaration; on a lease agreement for a forest plot or other document in accordance with which the use of forests is carried out; about the location of the forest area; on the volume of forest use; on the types of use of forests. Input of information for filling the form of the forest declaration is performed by selecting values from a directory and from semantic characteristics of selected objects. Reference information is stored in SQLite database tables. The task of connecting geoportals has been improved. The geoportal of the Krasnodar Territory, containing the layers: Administrative territorial division, Contours of fields of agricultural land, Fishing grounds, Vine plantations, has been added to the list of geoportals. The task "Classifier editor" has been improved. For the obsolete view of objects with "Mixed" type, the ability to select the parameters of a conventional symbol of the "Vector symbol" view has been added. The view of objects "Mixed" is obsolete and cannot be edited, but it can be supplemented with the "Vector symbol" parameters or completely replaced by it. When updating classifiers, it is recommended to recode the titles of characteristics from the type "Mixed" onto "Vector". For editing semantics of the "Numeric formula" or "Symbol formula" type, the following modes have been updated: adding a formula to the list of classifier formulas, deleting a formula from the list if it is not assigned to semantics, editing existing formulas. The "List of formulas" of the library has been added to the "Libraries" tab. For each type of object described in the library, a list of semantics on which this type depends is added. On the "Objects" tab, a new mode "Copying mark object" has been added, which allows you to create a new object by copying all its properties, but changing the code, symbolic code, key. The "Creating new object" mode has been changed. A new object is created based on the first object available for selection with a new, automatically generated name, code, key and alias. Check of vector map has been improved. Correctness of execution of checking a direction of digitization of areal objects depends on correctness of signs of an external/internal contour. If the Digitization direction is set for the object as "Object on the right", then the outer contour is digitized clockwise, the inner one - counterclockwise. If the digitization direction is set for the object as "Object on the left", then the outer contour is digitized counterclockwise, the inner one - clockwise. A simple area object must have one outer contour and may have one or more inner contours. A multipolygon must have one or more outer contours and may have one or more inner contours. In both cases, the first contour of the object must be outer. The order of the contours is checked when the "Control of self-crossings and location of subjects" mode is executed. It is more efficient to control and correct the direction of digitization after checking the location of subobjects. Therefore, the check of the digitization direction has been moved from the "Metrics" group to the "Control of self-crossings and location of subjects", which is included into the "Topology" group. At execution of this type of control in the "Edit" mode, a correction of errors location and direction of digitizing the contours is carried out. The task "Correction of object metrics" has been improved. The algorithm for splitting multi-objects into separate composite objects has been changed. The toolkit consists of expansion for a typical configuration 1C:Enterprise and web application (developed with using the toolkit of developing geoinformation Web-applications the GIS WebToolKit SE). An extension for a typical configuration allows 1C developers to add functions for working with spatial data directly into a managed 1C form. Spatial data can be published on various web services: KB "Panorama", Yandex, OpenStreetMap, Rosreestr and others. When using the GIS WebService SE program in an enterprise, you can deploy your own web service and fill it with spatial data from various sources and formats using the GIS "Panorama". Using GIS WebToolKit for 1C allows you to display vector, raster (Earth's remote sensing data), matrix maps in a 1C managed form window. The display of spatial data is carried out taking into account the requirements of standard classification systems, coding of map objects and their characteristics in accordance with the requirements of Roskartography, Rosreestr, Topographic Service of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and other federal services. Adding commands for communication with a web application into a typical directory 1C:Enterprise provides a search for a map object for the current record in the 1C directory, search for accounting objects in 1C directories for the selected map object, an obtaining the information about the map object (geometric and semantic characteristics), determining the area, length, perimeter. Spatial data is accessed through an element of the 1C managed form of the "HTML document field" type. A typical 1C configuration should have an interface type - Taxi. 26.04.2023Databank of digital maps and remote sensing data provides control of integrity of spatial data in the funds of geodesy and cartography enterprises In KB "Panorama" the Databank of digital maps and remote sensing data version 8.3 has been developed. In the new version the tools of control of presence of data in file storehouse have been added. Presence of files for the selected records is checked, a protocol is formed by results. This information can be used for data recovery, analysis and creation of reporting documents. Moving of files from storehouse into archive occurs only when the deletion is approved. Control over the filling of required metadata fields has been added when approving editing operations. When loading analog maps and analog images, control for data duplication has been added. Tools of search for vector and raster data, analogue maps and images, geodetic materials and documents have been optimised. Search can be carried out at once on several values, their presence or absence. Search by metadata with filter imposing on a map (rectangular area, circle, polygon, map object borders) is supported. All selected data are displayed on a map-scheme and are automatically scaled to obtain a clear picture. Visualization of displaying geodetic points on a map-scheme has been increased at data clustering. Small objects unite into groups (clusters). Separate maps-schemes of division of nomenclature sheets by scale have been added. Separately for each scale - 1 000 000, 500 000, 200 000, 100 000. Safety of the data is provided with differentiation of access rights on the basis of the means of safety which are a part of an operating system. Usual check of authenticity, the digest-authentication, system check of authenticity (web server means) and domain (Kerberos or ActiveDirectory) is supported. Additional safety is provided with use of a through authentication at work with a database. Connection to base occurs to the rights of the user working with system. The complex is adapted for work on a wide spectrum of operating systems (Astra Linux SE, ALT Linux, Elbrus, Ubuntu, CentOS, MS Windows and others) and architecture (Intel, Elbrus, Baikal). The program is registered in the register domestic ON at number 1862. Data security is ensured by the differentiation of access rights based on the security tools that are part of the operating system. Basic authentication, digest authentication, system authentication (web server tools), and domain authentication (Kerberos or ActiveDirectory) are supported. Additional security is provided by the use of pass-through authentication when working with the database. Connection to the database occurs with the rights of the user working with the system. The complex is adapted to work on a wide range of operating systems (Astra Linux SE, ALT Linux, Elbrus, Ubuntu, CentOS, MS Windows and others) and architectures (Intel, Elbrus, Baikal). The program is registered in the register of domestic software under the number 1862. The databank of digital maps and remote sensing data is the basis for building infrastructure of spatial data of federal, regional and municipal levels, in corporate information systems. Within the framework of a single geoinformation space, the Data Bank of digital maps and remote sensing data realises gathering, storage, quality control, search and delivery of the spatial data in exchange formats. The spatial data selected by means of the program can be placed for the multiuser access on the GIS Server and be published according to the international standards OGC WFS, WFS-T, WMS, WMTS, WCS on application server the GIS WebService SE. Users can access data from both a thin client (by means of GIS WebServer SE) and from desktop applications (GIS "Panorama", GIS "Operator"). The databank of digital maps and remote sensing data provides construction of cloud warehouse of spatial data, provision of access to these data, the automated formation and updating of geocovers. The current state of spatial data is displayed by means of maps-schemes that are maintained for each type of stored data: vector maps, remote sensing data, elevation matrixes and terrain models. It provides remote placing the sets of spatial data into file warehouse, keeping versions of stored sets, updating maps-schemes of data availability, the automated collection and formation of metadata, and the formation and updating of geocovers. Automated collection and formation of metadata is performed according to the standards of ISO 19115: 2003, Geographic information - Metadata and ISO/TS 19139, Geographic information - Metadata - XML schema implementation. The reduced copies of data images are automatically formed, checksum of files and completeness of data sets are checked. Placement of spatial data into file storage is performed with integrity check, control of data structure and content. The results of the work are recorded and are entered into the metadata base. Automatic backup of metadata and spatial data storage with integrity control and data recovery has been provided. Multilingual interface is supported. The "Bank of spatial data" portal demonstrates the possibilities of organizing storage, accounting and and issuance of vector maps, remote sensing data, matrixes of heights and the terrain models. The portal contains vector maps in SXF format, generated on the basis of data from open sources (OpenStreetMap, VMap0). The spatial data includes maps of: subjects of the Russian Federation, countries and cities of the near and far abroad. In total, over 350 vector maps and 6700 matrix data with a total volume of 80 GB. Specialists of KB "Panorama" weekly update and refresh the content of the information on the portal. 25.04.2023In the Complex for documents preparation of aeronautical information the tools for importing data from exchange ARINC format have been expanded In KB "Panorama" the Complex for documents preparation of aeronautical information version 8.1 under control of GIS "Panorama" has been developed. The dialog "Import from format ARINC to database" has been improved in the new version. The mode of creating obstacles by point objects has been added. One point object is created for each coordinate from the ARINC source file. When importing obstacles, information about the presence in the source file of the name and unique identifier of the obstacle is analyzed. If there is no name, the value of the text identifier in the "Own name" field is written into the database and into the semantics of the object. In the "Admin panel" dialog, a new "Clear tables" tab has been added, designed to remove obsolete records of the table of obstacles and its subordinate tables of PostgreSQL format. The interface of the "Task settings" dialog has been updated. A new parameter "Round semantic values when placing obstacles on the map" has been added. When creating obstacles using the "Output of obstacles", "Output of aerodrome infrastructure" dialogs, it is now possible to fill in the "Absolute height", "Relative height" semantics with a rounding to the nearest (upward) meter or foot (according to ICAO Doc 8697 "Manual on Air Navigation Charts"). In dialog "Input of aerodrome radio equipment" there is added a mode for maintaining the list of radio technical and radio navigation aids of the aerodrome. The list is automatically generated based on the data entered using the "Input significant points to database" dialog for the selected aerodrome and types of points VOR, DME, VOR/DME. The complex for preparing documents of aeronautical information is a set of tools for maintaining an aeronautical data base, a modeling and analyzing the aeronautical situation, generating aeronautical maps and exchanging data with other information systems through export and import in the ARINC 424-19 exchange format and export in the AIXM 5.1 format. The task "Flight procedures design" is used to design the routes of departure, approach and landing and to analyze the safety of flights on them. The task "Assessment of compliance for aerodromes with the requirements FAR" is intended for the analysis of the aerodrome and the aerodrome environs for the suitability for operation and aircraft flights in accordance with the Federal Aviation Regulations. In the new version the saving of digital maps in vector PDF format has been implemented, a type of programmable signs has been added to display bar charts. The list of scripts in the Python language has been expanded, the efficiency of searching and displaying data has been increased by optimizing the allocation of RAM. In the program a saving of digital data to a file of vector format PDF has been added. The user can combine a set of open maps, save them in vector PDF format and transfer the resulting file for viewing in original quality at any scale using standard operating system tools. Individual layers can be excluded from the export by means of displaying layers of a map with use of standard functions of MAPAPI interface. Thus, the data of vector maps is saved to a PDF file along with rasters and matrixes of heights loaded into them. Data export can be performed at an arbitrary scale and for an arbitrary map fragment. For example, the user can select a map fragment on a small scale, and output it to a file on a larger scale, and save the image not of the entire work region, but only of its fragment, limited by a rectangular area, a map object, or the size of the current window. The resulting file in vector PDF format preserves the quality of the map image when viewed at any scale, which allows it to be used, for example, when preparing reporting documents. New type of programmable signs has been added for displaying bar charts according to the semantics of objects with display in a legend of semantics values (in addition to a sign displaying values in percentage). The description of charts includes a list of codes of semantics corresponding to sectors of the chart. For each semantics the own parameters of displaying a sector are set. For all chart the maximum width and the maximum height of the chart are set. To the right of the diagram its legend is displayed. Texts of lines for signing of sectors are taken from semantics names, excepting repeating part of names. For example, if the semantics are called "Number of inhabitants under 20 years old", "Number of inhabitants from 20 to 40 years old", then the legend will contain the following lines: "up to 20 years old", "from 20 to 40 years old", and so on. The conventional symbol the "Bar chart" is shown in the data example on the map \Data\shape. A script has been added into the list of basic python scripts that calculates the distance from the selected object up to several selected objects with recording into the semantics of the calculated value. RAM distribution has been improved when processing large data sets (tens of gigabytes and more than a hundred million objects). The speed of searching and displaying data has been raised. GIS Constructor is a set of geoinformation components for use in the visual programming environment of Qt Designer, which allows you to develop your own GIS applications. The visualization of the contents of digital maps is made in conventional symbols adopted for topographic, geographical and various special maps. Geoinformation system has ample opportunities for performing calculations, for providing display of spatial data on various graphic devices in standard and user systems of conventional symbols. The main functions can be executed in multithreaded mode. It supports automatic optimization of used memory for processing large amounts of data (tens of gigabytes) on limited resources (hundreds of megabytes). The toolkit is adapted for work on a wide range of operating systems (Astra Linux SE, ALT Linux, Elbrus, Ubuntu, CentOS, QNX) and architectures (Intel, Elbrus, PowerPC, SPARC, ARM). The toolkit includes components of visual designing the GIS applications and library of a multiplatform multithreaded GIS core. GIS Constructor provides a cross-platform MAPAPI interface that allows a programmer to implement development in an operating system convenient for it. The developer can release GIS applications for a set of operating systems by simple assembly with minimal changes to the program source code. For example, for a highway, the number of lanes, pavement material, speed limit, slope, and other properties may change. Sections of the road, where the properties are constant, can be digitized by separate objects. Different sections can be logically linked into a single road due to the common property the Road number, Own name or Designation. In the new version, the tools for editing and analyzing the location of map objects have been expanded, measurements on the map and the administration module have been improved. In the Map Editor new tools of objects geoprocessing - the modes have been added: Copy to another map, Creating a subobjects, Cutting of linear object into several objects. Remote editing of objects allows to receive more exact and updated information in the multiuser mode, and also to create the new data inaccessible before. In regional or corporate portals, the location analysis of objects helps to identify areas of interest or places where urgent action needs to be taken from the map. For example, quickly to display places of rivers floods, to mark areas of roads repairing, communication lines or power grids. The Measurements component has been improved. Now you can create several measurements with saving the results after closing the mode. GIS WebServer SE is used in the construction of closed corporate systems to ensure the protection of data having a security classification or a trade secret. The program is certified by the 2nd level of control over the absence of undeclared capabilities. GIS WebServer SE is implemented using the GIS WebToolKit SE, which can be used in development tools that use the JavaScript and TypeScript. Users can use this mode in the GIS "Panorama", "Panorama-editor" or "Workstation of cadastral engineer". The task considered in the training material is intended for creation by marked objects of multipolygons, multilines or multipoint objects, depending on type of selected objects - the areal, linear or point. The metric of the selected objects is combined into one object with common semantics, and the processed objects are deleted. 06.04.2023In GIS Panorama Mini the tools for integrating databases from various information systems with spatial data have been improved In KB "Panorama" the GIS Panorama Mini version 14.5.5 has been developed. In the new version the possibility of requesting the information from databases of external information systems via web protocols has been implemented. Connection of bases of spatial data was simplified. Import and export of DXF format and import of DGN format has been improved. The tools for managing the display of sea maps of the S52 standard have been implemented, taking into account the characteristics of a vessel with a navigation system, the possibilities of using TrueType fonts as the signs for filling polygons or designing linear objects have been expanded. The "Classifier editor" task, which controls the logical structure and classification system of vector map data, has been completely updated. Tools for displaying rasters and matrixes with compression, formations of file PostScript CMYK have been refined. Display of graphics by adding the ability to directly open graphic files has been accelerated. The possibility of requesting information from databases of external information systems via web-protocols has been implemented. Connection to external information systems ("1Π‘: Enterprise" and others) allows to use the data from these systems as the additional attributive information for displayed territory. For example, the information base "1C: Enterprise" contains information on accounting objects - land plots and buildings, their lease payments, lease terms, types of permitted use and other indicators that can be displayed in the GIS in logical connection with vector map objects and/or spatial database. Access to external information systems is carried out using the HTTP protocol. The response from the system is a data set in XML format, which is provided to the GIS user in the form of a table in a separate dialog box. The dialog provides various interactive modes of operation: search on the map for an object corresponding to the current record, and vice versa - search for a record in the table for the current map object; setting filters for displaying data in the table with the ability to select objects on the map that meet the filter conditions; filtering records in the table by selected map objects; viewing the selected table record in a separate dialog box; export of the table to *.csv file and others. Link of records of a data set from an external source with map objects is carried out according to the value of the key field and the predefined semantics of the object, which is specified in the settings. For example, information on real estate objects in the 1C database can be associated with map objects by cadastral number. A map of land plots and buildings and the configuration of the "1C:Enterprise" information base containing information on these land plots and buildings have been added into the demo data included in the GIS installation. In the configuration of information base a publication has been prepared using the OData protocol for directories and contains an example of program formation of the XML-response to a request to an HTTP service. When opening in one session the different maps (DBM-projects) from one spatial database the repeated requests for user authorization are excluded. The diagnostic protocol of connection to a spatial database for the analysis of errors in the data has been refined. In the main menu "View" the item "Parameters for displaying nautical maps of the S52 standard" has been added, taking into account the features of the vessel on which the navigation system is installed. When this menu item is selected, a dialog is called up in which you can change the parameters for displaying sea maps: safe depth, safety contour, shoal contour, depth contour, depth gradation, shallow filling, isolated dangers in shallow water, language of displayed titles. When importing S57 sea maps, support has been added for datasets with sea map updates (ER profile), which are located in files with extensions 001, 002, 003, and so on. Files of updatings should take place together with an initial data set with expansion 000 in one folder or according to structure of folders under standards IHO S57/S63. The update files must be placed together with the source data set with extension 000 in the same folder or in accordance with the structure of folders according to the IHO S57/S63 standards. The names of the source dataset and update files must match. In the tasks of export and import of data in the DXF format, a saving and reading of colors of conventional symbols of objects in RGB format has been implemented. The RGB color model covers a wider range of colors and provides the highest color rendering compared to the previously used AutoCAD indexed color palette. Into dialog "Export a map to DXF file" the possibility has been added for customizing a processing of all open maps at enabling the option "Process all maps" that allows you automatically to export the data of each map to a separate DXF file. There is added a recalculation of coordinates and sizes of characters from storage units specified in DXF: inches, feet, miles, millimeters, centimeters, meters, and so on. The formation of graphic primitives from the parameters of conventional symbols specified in DXF has been improved, which allows you to reproduce the view of the original drawing without setting the symbols. In dialog "Import files from DXF format" the mode "Create a set of maps" has been added which is intended for automatic processing a large number of selected data and creating a separate user map for each DXF file. As a result of the task execution, the list of the generated maps is saved in project MPT. In the task "Import of data in DGN format" the possibility has been implemented for creating objects which are described in the source file as a complex chain. As a result, the elements of each chain are transformed into a single object. The dialog interface has been updated to automatically process a lot of selected data and create a separate user map for each DGN file. A new version of the "Classifier Editor" task has been developed. In the "General data" tab, information about the composition of the classifier is supplemented by the number of connected libraries with user symbols. There is added the "Translation" tool for translating the names of layers, objects and semantics of the classifier into other languages. Working with color palettes of the classifier is placed on a separate tab "Palette". There is a convenient opportunity to simultaneously view and work with the colors of RGB and CMYK palettes. In the "Objects" tab there are added the tools of search for objects by name, code, symbolical code, a key and other properties through the "Objects Content". In the "Libraries" tab in the tree of user functions for displaying objects, next to the name of the function, the number of types of objects in which it is used has been added. In the "Fonts" tab, the display of the full set of characters of the selected font has been added. Possibility of direct opening of graphic files has been implemented without the dialog for converting to RSW through the File-Open menu, for quick access to various terrain images. When graphic files are opened for the first time, a service RSW file is automatically created without copying the image and a TAF file with a pyramid of thumbnails, if they were not in the source file. To work with large images, it is recommended to open files with the image converted to RSW format via menu the File - Import rasters or matrix. This will speed up the display of graphics, allow you to process a large number of files of arbitrary sizes with a limited memory area, and speed up the conversion of image projections on the fly. Display of rasters with smoothing has been added. At increase in the image of a raster more than in 2 times from the initial size in pixels a smoothing is carried out. The new display algorithm allows you to get rid of the "pixelation" effect when you increase the rasters. Management of smoothing is carried out via the main menu: View - Enlarged raster with smoothing. Formation of file PostScript CMYK file has been refined: accounting for the colors of the palettes of all open maps has been added, processing of gradient fills has been added. PostScript files are created in the map printing dialog, which is called via the main menu: File - Print. To print the map in PostScript, you must select a PostScript-compatible printing device and output type: PostScript RGB or PostScript CMYK. The task of connecting geoportals has been improved. For the geoportal of Rosreestr "Land plots", the range of data display scales has been expanded to 1:1 - 1:50 000. To be able to view an overview view, data from larger scales with image compression is requested. The algorithm of compression of the data of a matrix of heights has been improved. Functions of optimisation of matrix of heights have been refined: compression of 16-bit data has been added. This algorithm is used when loading a matrix of heights in the following modes: File - Import of rasters or matrix from ... - Matrix of heights (SRTM, GeoTIFF, IMG), GDAL matrix (IMG, DEM ...). To compress previously loaded 16-bit matrixes, select the matrix in the data list and select the "Optimize" item in the context menu (select the "Optimize compressed matrix" mode in the dialog). Usually compressed matrix occupies volume in 5-7 times less than initial volume. Reduction of volume and application of the mechanism of overview images repeatedly accelerates matrix visualisation. The task "Adding data from a directory into the document" has been improved. There is added the ability to import matrixes of heights or images from TIFF(GeoTIFF), IMG, KMZ files contained in the selected folder. When the element "Import heights from TIFF, IMG files" is enabled on the form, the control of the program is transferred to the dialog "Import matrixes from SRTM, GeoTIFF formats". The digital classifier forestry.v2.rsc, intended for the state inventory of forests, planning economic activities, organizing the protection of forests from fires and forest violations, and other tasks in the field of forestry, has been improved. Changes have been made to generate the XML file of the forest declaration, approved by order of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation dated April 29, 2021 N 303. In the classifier are added new semantics for object a forest plot, used at filling of appendices to the wood declaration. New semantics have been added into the classifier for the object a forest plot, used when filling out applications to the forest declaration. The classifier for maintaining a unified digital cartographic basis (EEKO) for federal, regional, municipal purposes map5000m.rsc has been improved. 05.04.2023"Workstation of urban planner" forms a building permit in accordance with the requirements of the order of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation No. 446/pr In KB "Panorama" the "Workstation of urban planner" version 14.5.5 has been developed. The new version implements the filling of the document "Building permit" in accordance with the requirements of the order of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation dated 03.06.2022 No. 446/pr "On approval of the form of a building permit and permission to put an object into operation." The document is generated for capital construction objects according to the information stored in the database. The new form of a building permit includes 8 sections: details of a building permit, information about the developer, information about the capital construction object, information about the land plot, information about project documentation, a typical architectural solution, information about the results of the examination of project documentation and state environmental impact assessment , design characteristics of a capital construction facility, design characteristics of a linear object. For the new form of a building permit, additional attributes for capital construction objects have been added to the urban planning database, and the attributive information of a building permit has been loaded into electronic map objects. Saving the created document "Building permit" in the urban planning database has been implemented. To store information about the building permit in the database, standard document attributes are used, and the directory "Subject of the Russian Federation (Region, Republic)" has been added. The document's attributive information is filled in the new dialog "Building permit", which is called from the register of accounting objects or by clicking the "Reporting" button located on the main panel of the complex. The dialog tabs correspond to the sections of the new document form. After filling in the attributive information, you can generate a document in the office suite. Completely blank sections of the form are not included in the document. The form of the document is formed on the basis of prepared templates of the dot format. Templates contain a descriptive part and named markers that tell the program where to insert data. The document generation procedure is customizable. The user can modify the template according to different regional and departmental requirements. Between attributes of the building permit and markers in a template there is set the interrelation which is customized in the directory the "List of attributes for type of accounting object". To exchange data with an electronic map in the same directory, each attribute can be assigned any semantic characteristic of the object according to the survey classifier. The generated building permit can be saved on disk in doc, docx, pdf formats. If necessary, an electronic copy of the document is loaded into the file storage of the complex's database. In this case, the document file is attached to the list of files of the capital construction object. By means of the "Update semantics on the map" mode, you can load the attributive information of a building permit into an electronic map object. A necessary condition for updating semantics is the existence of a connection between a record in the database and an object on the map. The update procedure can work both with one or several records, and with the entire list of capital construction objects. In the new version the possibilities have been expanded for creation, updating and analysis of digital terrain models due to inclusion of scripts in Python language into software. The task "Map comparing" has been added, providing scheduling of updating of the digital information about the terrain in offline mode in the absence of access to the server of spatial data. The ability to save spatial data into pyramids of tiles in the Mbtiles format has been implemented, tools have been added to save digital maps in vector PDF format for reporting documents. New modes of the "Map Editor" task have been developed, the tools for editing the classifier of conventional symbols have been improved. A type of programmable signs for displaying bar graphs has been added, tools for displaying maps and terrain images, tools for importing files of exchange formats SHP, MIF, KML, GML, DXF have been improved. The quality of displaying graphic symbols on the map has been improved, the efficiency of searching and displaying data has been increased by optimizing the allocation of RAM. In the new version, tools for working with the layer tree of vector map objects have been expanded, the list of operations for formula-type semantics has been expanded, modes have been added for processing multipolygons, multilines and multipoint objects. New tasks "Calculation of reserves of solid minerals", "Drawing of image on raster" have been implemented, controls for displaying sea charts of the S52 standard have been added, taking into account the features of a vessel with a navigation system, and a block of geodetic and cadastral tasks has been refined. The possibilities of using TrueType fonts as the signs for filling polygons or designing linear objects have been expanded. In the "Map Editor" task, the "Splitting a multiobject into simple objects" mode has been added. The mode is intended for splitting objects with complex metric (multipolygons, multilines, multipoint objects) into simple objects of appropriate localization. To process several objects, you must first select objects using the search and selection dialog, or using interactive modes: by area, by type of selected object, and others. The mode "Auto shapes - Form a quarter in the city" has been improved. The ability to process multipolygons has been added, the points of the template (cutter) have been matched with the points of new objects created as a result of processing. The list of operations for semantics of the "numerical formula" type and for the mode "Calculations on semantics of selected objects" in the Map editor task has been expanded. The operation can be used, for example, when you need to get the last few numbers of some identifier for different semantics and signature text: 73025679 % 10000 = 5679. The dialogs "Map contents" and "Map object search" have been improved. On the "Layers" tab, the ability to set the availability of classes in the conditions for displaying/searching for objects has been added. Classes are layers of lower level which together with base layers form a multilevel tree of layers. The division of objects into layers and classes makes it possible to describe the classification of objects of any hierarchy. For change of availability of a layer or a class it is necessary to press the left mouse button on the status icon of the chosen element or press the space bar. For the convenience of a finding the necessary layer/class, a search by partial coincidence of the name has been added. To move to the next or previous search result, you can use the "arrow up" and "arrow down" keys, as well as the corresponding modes next to the search line. The search line is activated using the key combination "Ctrl+F". Into the list of applications, the task "Drawing of image on raster" has been added, which is intended for updating a part of an image of a raster tablet. During the execution of the task, a raster is created by copying the source file with the subsequent updating the selected area with an image of another raster that is part of the document. The characteristics of the output raster with the updated image (geospatial binding, element size in meters on the ground) will fully correspond to the parameters of the source raster. The task is intended for use in the technology of updating raster tablets in spatial data collections. The task is run from the "Run Applications" dialog in the "Transforming rasters" group. In the main menu "View" the item "Parameters for displaying nautical maps of the S52 standard" has been added, taking into account the features of the vessel on which the navigation system is installed. When you select this menu item, a dialog opens in which you can change the parameters for displaying sea maps: safe depth, safety contour, shoal contour, depth contour, depth gradation, shoal filling, isolated hazards in shallow water, the language of the displayed titles. The made changes are saved in the main ini-file of the application and are automatically applied to a current session of the user. "Complex of 3D analysis" has been improved, designed to create surface models and solve problems of spatial analysis using the constructed models. The task "Calculation of reserves of solid minerals" has been added into the "Prognosis" panel. The task is designed to assess the reserves of minerals in a warehouse, or mineral resources in the development of deposits by open pit. The task calculates the volume and weight of a mineral within the selected area of calculation using the matrix of heights of the surface of the selected area of the warehouse or deposit on the ground. The type of mineral for calculation is specified in the "Minerals" list. There is a possibility of changing the volumetric weight of the selected mineral, and also possibility of addition and deleting of the list elements. The matrix of absolute heights determines the surface's configuration of the calculation area. The resulting volume is calculated within the specified calculation area using the surface's heights of the selected area and the heights of the bottom level of the mineral. The height of the lower level can be set in the corresponding field or using the "Select point on map" button. By default the value of a step is equal to the size of an element of elevations matrix of a surface of the selected area. If necessary, the calculation step can be changed. The calculation area is set using the buttons in the "Calculation area" group. As the calculation area, you can select: all region, a rectangular area, a contour of an object, and an arbitrary contour. "Classifier Editor" has been improved. In the "Fonts" tab, the display of the full set of characters of the selected font has been added. This feature allows you to evaluate the style and completeness of the font - the presence of digital characters, characters of Latin, Cyrillic and other language groups, as well as signs of symbolic fonts. The dialog for editing a vector symbol has been improved. When entering text elements of a symbol, the ability to select font characters that are not available on the keyboard has been added. Symbolic font characters are selected using the "Symbol from TrueType Font" dialog. To increase the information content of the table of elements of the symbol, the display of the font name of the text element has been added. Vector symbols can be used as independent elements for displaying conventional map symbols or as design elements: when filling areal one with symbols regularly and in a checkerboard pattern, when displaying vector symbols by points of contours metrics, vector symbols along contours or set of elements from various alternating vector symbols. Module "Geodesy editor" has been improved. The procedure for calling interactive help on using the program has been changed, the help system sections have been updated. The considered mode is intended for drawing the dimensional lines on the map corresponding to the shortest distance from selected objects to specified linear object. The training video shows the automatic creation of line features and their length labels. Before performing the task, you should first select the objects on the map for which you need to sign dimension lines. Users of the "Workstation of a cadastral engineer", GIS "Panorama" or "Panorama-editor" can quickly process and visualize data from EGRN extracts, cadastral plans of the territory, cadastral passports and cadastral extracts issued by Rosreestr in the format of an electronic document, using the tasks of the block "Cadastral documents". The generated digital cadastral map (DCM) can be used by cadastral engineers to prepare land-survey and technical plans. The training material demonstrates the work of the task "Reading the cadastral plan of the territory and updating the map". Obtaining cadastral information from the EGRN is carried out upon request on the public services portal of the body authorized to maintain the EGRN, or in the territorial divisions of Rosreestr. The result of the request is an XML document of the established structure defined by the XML schema. GIS "Panorama" supports a reading and processing files according to the actual XML schemas posted on the official website of Rosreestr. Loaded data can be represented as multi-objects. In the new version in the "Cadastral documents" module, based on the materials of cooperation with representatives of the public law company "Roskadastr", the "Correction of registry errors" mode has been improved. The procedure for forming a text report on the correction of registry errors has been changed and the form of the report template has been updated. When generating cadastral documents in the form of text reports and XML files, an analysis of characteristic boundary points has been added, taking into account their belonging to a specific object of cadastral works. The analysis of point objects in the points of the metrics of cadastral objects is performed taking into account the identification semantics the Cadastral or Registry number. This allows for adjacent cadastral objects with common border sections to use different sets of point objects - characteristic points of the borders. The "Land survey plan" and "Technical plan" modes have been improved taking into account the new algorithm for analyzing the characteristic points of the borders. Desktop GIS provide users with tools for accumulation, storage, automated processing and display of data, calculation results and forecasts with geospatial reference. The programs allow you to create vector, raster and matrix maps, as well as quickly update various information about the area. GIS "Panorama" is the universal geographic information system that has tools for creating and editing digital maps and city plans, processing remote sensing data, performing various measurements and calculations, overlay operations, building 3D models, processing raster data, tools of preparing graphic documents in digital and printed form, as well as tools for working with databases. GIS is used for mapping, land management and cadastre, geodetic surveys, and the creation of geoportals. The tools for forming a forest declaration in digital format (XML) and creating cadastral maps have been supplemented. In the program the modes of "Map Editor" task have been updated. The mode "Cut list", which is included into the "Cut and combine" group, has been improved. The new algorithm performs the cutting not only areal, but also linear objects (according to the list of reference objects). By default, response points are saved in the reference objects created at the intersection of the contours of the reference and edited (cut) objects. This method of processing allows you to save the topology of the metrics of cut objects with reference ones. The "Common points" mode on the "Topology" panel has been improved. For the convenience of analyzing the consistency of the contours of two arbitrary objects, common points, mismatched points and intersection points of the contours are displayed in different colors. A message is displayed on the screen with the numbers of objects and the number of common points and intersection points of the contours. The task "Creation of titles by objects semantics" has been improved, taking into account the processing of multipolygons selected on the map. Adjusting the arrangement of colors in the palette table allows you to arrange them with the greatest convenience for editing. For each color, the number of views of classifier's objects that use this color is shown. This makes it possible to quickly see unused colors in the palette. The new tool "Move color to unused space" allows to reduce the size of a palette if necessary. In the "Layers" tab, a mode has been added to view all layers together with their classes in the form of a tree. The "Classes" tool allows you to add and edit classes for the selected layer. In the "Objects" tab there are added the tools of search for objects by name, code, symbolical code, a key and other properties through the "Objects Content". Into the table of kinds of objects on all tabs, switching of objects view from printer to the screen and vice versa has been added. Thus, you can immediately evaluate the components of the parameters of the object view and their changes. In the "Automated generalization of topographic maps" task, the "Formation of passages in settlements" mode has been improved, which creates additional passages on the map in the intervals between neighboring quarters and sides of streets. Quality of formation of passages has been improved. The unacceptable intersections of the created passage with map objects have been eliminated. The shape of passages located along quarters of complex shape has been improved. When creating a passage, the proximity of the passage's points to its source objects (quarter, side of the street) is checked. If the passage points are closer than the junction threshold, then the creation of the passage is not performed. The "Report Designer" task has been improved. In a mode "Legend Formation" the possibility has been added for automatic addition of the created legend onto a map of the report in the form of a map insert or an insert of the image depending on the chosen format of the saved legend. The task "Export of matrix of heights into TIFF and KMZ file" has been improved. There is added a recording into the output file of the parameters of vertical coordinate system created in accordance with system of heights of an initial matrix. The name of the vertical coordinate system, units of measure of the heights containing in a file, and other parameters are stored in file GeoTIFF. For example: "Baltic 1977 height (EPSG:5705)", "MSL height (EPSG : 5714)", "WGS 84 (geographic 3D) (EPSG : 4327)". The task "Adding data from a directory into the document" has been improved. There is added the ability to import matrixes of heights or images from TIFF(GeoTIFF), IMG, KMZ files contained in the selected folder. When the element "Import heights from TIFF, IMG files" is enabled on the form, the control of the program is transferred to the dialog "Import matrixes from SRTM, GeoTIFF formats". The module "Cadastral documents" has been improved. New mode "Formation of forest declaration in electronic format (XML) with annexes" has been added. The form of the forest declaration, the procedure for filling out and submitting it, the requirements for the format of the forest declaration in electronic form were approved by the order of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation dated April 29, 2021 N 303. Formation of the forest declaration is carried out for selected objects of the map - forest areas. The map is created using the forestry.v2 digital classifier. Entering information for filling the forest declaration form is performed by selecting values from the reference book and from the semantic characteristics of the selected objects. Reference information is stored in SQLite database tables. In the "Reading the cadastral plan of the territory and updating the map" mode, there is corrected the order of reading information about the spatial component in the XML file. The "Correction of registry errors" mode has been refined based on feedback materials from representatives of the FCP. The order of formation of the text report has been changed and the templates have been updated. In the new version the possibility of opening the pyramids of tiles in Mbtiles format has been added, the interface of display of a map has been improved, display of current position on a map in the most common coordinate systems and various formats of representation has been implemented. The Mbtiles format has been added into the list of formats supported by the application, designed to store a complete set of image layers of spatial data for the selected scale series. Using a set of tiles in a mobile application provides the display of spatial data containing a large number of objects or occupying large amounts of data in offline mode. The data can be prepared in advance for the required area in the GIS "Panorama" or Imagery Creator. To create pyramids of tiles, a combination of digital vector maps, space and aerial photography, elevation matrixes, data from geoportals (for example, Yandex or OpenStreetMap) can be used. Possibility has been added for selecting the coordinate system and and format of representation for displaying the position on the map. Regardless of the type of used map, the user can set the most suitable display parameters from among the popular coordinate systems: SK-42, WGS-84 and PZ-90.11. Rectangular (meters) and geodetic (radians, degrees, degrees/minutes/seconds) units of measurement can be used as a format for representing coordinates. This possibility, together with the use of a geonavigation data receiver (GPS/GLONASS), allows you to get the current location in a more informative form. The received coordinates can be copied to the clipboard of the device and used for transmission or further processing. GIS "Panorama Mobile" allows you to open the main formats of digital maps of GIS "Panorama" and popular geoportals on mobile devices based on the Aurora OS, to process information from the built-in GPS/GLONASS receiver. The user can prepare in advance a necessary set of spatial data in one of desktop products (GIS "Panorama", Panorama-editor, GIS Panorama Mini) and to transfer it into the mobile GIS "Panorama Mobile". The process of working with data is carried out autonomously, without connecting to the Internet. When the user moves, his current position is dynamically displayed according to the coordinates obtained from the GPS/GLONASS receiver. For ease of use, it is possible to synchronize the position of the map with the current location. To save the coordinates obtained during movement, a track recording mode is provided, which creates a separate map and puts the trajectory of movement onto it. For all objects of a map during the work the basic information is provided . The program is developed on the basis of the GIS Constructor toolkit, which provides components for creating mobile applications for working with digital maps in the C++ programming language using the Qt. Aurora OS - is a Russian mobile operating system developed by the "Open mobile platform" company. The operating system was created to build a trusted mobile infrastructure, protect sensitive information in government organizations, large and medium-sized commercial companies. Contributes to ensuring the technological sovereignty of the state through a secure mobile environment and meets all the requirements of regulators in the field of national security and information protection. Aurora OS allows centrally to operate the base of mobile devices and the used mobile software at use of Aurora Center. In the new version a connection of spatial databases has been simplified, support of a tree of layers in the Classifier Editor has been added, controlling the relief's form on 3D model was improved. The tools of the "Map Editor" and "Preparation for printing" tasks have been supplemented, the tools for constructing passages in settlements in the "Automated generalization of topographical maps" task have been improved, and the tools for preparing cadastral documents have been expanded. When opening different maps in one session (DBM-projects) from the same spatial database the repeated requests for user authorization are excluded. The diagnostic protocol of connecting to a spatial database has been refined to analyze data errors. For minimizing errors of entering the database connection parameters, control of admissible values has been improved and the lists for choosing admissible parameters have been added. In the "Map Editor" task, the "Common points" mode on the "Topology" panel has been improved. For the convenience of analyzing the consistency of the contours of two arbitrary objects, common points, mismatched points and intersection points of the contours are displayed in different colors. A pop-up message is displayed on the screen with the numbers of objects and the number of common points and intersection points of the contours. The message is stored in the protocol of the program work session. The task "View map control log" of the map editor has been improved, designed to analyze the results of the execution of programs for control and editing of a digital vector map. To improve the convenience of editing the object metrics, the "Automatic selection" option has been added. This will speed up the display of graphics, allow you to process a large number of files of arbitrary sizes with a limited memory area, and speed up the conversion of image projections on the fly. In the "Classifier editor" task, tools for maintaining a tree of object layers have been updated. In each top-level layer, a tree of object classes can be created. Classes are lower-level layers that, together with layers, form a layered tree of layers. The division of objects into layers and classes makes it possible to describe the classification of objects of any hierarchy. There is added the ability to number classes automatically in the form of layer sub-items or using class keys that are entered by the user and can have special numeric and alphabetic class designations. Into the table of objects view on all bookmarks a switching of the view of objects from printer to the screen view and vice versa has been added. On the "Objects" tab, switching occurs when you select the "Printer" or "Display" object view parameters bookmarks. Thus, you can immediately evaluate the components of the parameters of the object display and their changes. In the "Navigator 3D" task, a change in the relief scale for the entire surface of the model of the displayed area has been added. For the "map" type surface view, the display of matrixes has been added in the form that is configured in the two-dimensional display window of data (color, grayscale, shadows only). These changes make it possible to better assess the relief of the area under consideration. Small bumps in the terrain become more pronounced when the scale of the terrain is increased to 800% and the display of elevation matrixes in the shadows is added. Thus, it is possible to assess the difficulty of passing the route being laid, the convenience of observing the terrain, the possibility of building extended objects (cable networks and pipelines). For those types of signs with which the intersection is allowed, an exclusion filter is set. For example, a filling sign of the meadow can be placed on top of horizontals or polygons with a white background, and so on. To design the corresponding types of objects for publication in the classifier, the display of filling signs on electronic maps is disabled, or filling signs applied over the entire surface are removed, and placement is performed taking into account the intersection with other conventional signs. To automate the process of preparing for publication, the procedure for placing signs with the appropriate settings is included in the general design scenario of the published map sheet. Procedure of scenario "Contours simplification on turn" has been added. The procedure allows you to replace the view of a contour section on a bend or turn with a simpler one. The elements of the contour, which is displayed using a typesetting line that includes vector signs, may overlap at the places of bending or turning, which impairs visual perception. For example, objects of the "Earth Ρliffs" type are displayed on the map using a dashed line. In narrow sections of the contour, strokes can intersect with each other. The procedure "Contours simplification on turn" searches for fragments of the contour where elements are superimposed, and replaces the appearance of the contour in these sections with the one specified in the scenario. By running this procedure, the user can, for example, replace the type of objects of the type "Earth cliffs" at bends or turns with the type "Edge of ravine, washout", which is displayed on the map using a simple line without dashes. In the "Automated generalization of topographic maps" task, the "Formation of passages in settlements" mode has been improved, which creates additional passages on the map in the intervals between neighboring quarters and sides of streets. Quality of formation of passages has been improved. The unacceptable intersections of the created passage with map objects have been eliminated. The performance of processing and displaying information has been improved with a large (tens of thousands) number of records in the field passport database. Support of providers of access to the attributive data has been expanded and their loading at the time of program start has been accelerated. The help system has been updated and translated into a web-format. The tools for statistical data analysis and designing of farmland maps are built-in. The new version supports tools of statistical data analysis. A type of programmable signs has been added into the agro10t.rsc classifier for displaying diagrams by semantics of objects. The diagram description includes a list of codes of semantics corresponding to sectors and/or columns of the diagram. Semantics are filled for a contour of an agricultural land. For example, requirement for nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, acidity degree, humus content and others. The diagrams are updated automatically when the values of the characteristics of the work area change. Diagrams, together with the change in the color of the working area, can be used to visualize the state of agricultural land. The mode of group editing of objects has been updated in the Map Editor. For several objects selected on the map, you can perform the operation of moving, rotating or scaling. Group editing is performed in one step, which allows you to quickly make changes into the map and reduces editing time. The user can cancel a group operation on objects. As a result of the undo, all objects that have been changed will be restored. Cancelling and restoring operations of editing is carried out on the basis of the transaction log operated by a request to the server. Into the Map Legend component a fast search of objects has been added, legend contents can be viewed as the list of objects or in a hierarchical view. In the map window there is added a display of the cursor coordinates in various units - meters, degrees, radians of a current projection of a map. The new version is aimed at certification in the information security certification system of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation for level 2 of control of the absence of undeclared capabilities in accordance with the governing document of the State Technical Commission of Russia and for the compliance of real and declared functionality in the documentation. In the program a support of the packed formats of spatial data (MAPZ, SITZ, MPTZ) has been added. The volume of the packed data is reduced approximately in 3 times in comparison with volume of the initial data with the maximum accuracy of the metrics. If the map sheet is located in memory entirely it is unpacked in a multi-threaded mode when opening the data of sheet to speed up access. The packed MPTZ project is an archive of spatial data containing a complex representation of the territory in the form of vector maps of different levels of detail, rasters (terrain images) in RSW format, matrixes of heights and matrixes of quality characteristics of the terrain, insets from the same data, the links to data from the GIS Server and from geoportals by various protocols. The packaged MPTZ project is supported in the KB "Panorama" software products on all platforms, including mobile devices. The toolkit allows you to implement in the developed GIS applications a direct connection to large spatial databases (millions of records) by using the support of DBM format. Information from the database is displayed in the form of vector maps of the area. GIS application will be able to simultaneously edit the contents of databases connected directly and through the GIS Server, carry out exchange of information between different databases, agree the coordinates and attributes of objects in different databases, jointly display information from different databases in the form of graphic layers, combine data with images , matrixes of heights, vector maps and data from various geoportals and web services. Spatial information from the database is displayed in the form of cartographic conventional symbols, which makes the editing process transparent for the user. The set of displayed and edited objects and their semantic characteristics can be flexibly specified using an SQL query. In GIS Constructor a support of digital sea maps of IHO S63 standard has been implemented. An application system developer can add support for the standard into own application and register the application in the prescribed manner for obtaining a developer key. Files of data of a sea map will be transformed to the project of maps (MPT) containing a list of SITX files coded by a key of record from the user's permission. More detailed information is given in the document "Programmer's guide". An automatic clustering algorithm is implemented to divide a set of point signs into groups and display them. Cluster descriptions are contained in the map classifier. The conventional sign of the cluster can be programmable, which allows you to select the type of cluster in various ways and change the properties of the sign depending on the number of objects in the cluster (signature of the number, size of the sign, brightness). When grouping more than one object of a given type in a virtual cell of a cluster, their conventional symbols will be automatically replaced by a symbol of the cluster, the center of which will have the average coordinate of the objects included into it. When you change the scale, the configuration of the clusters automatically changes. The new version adds a mechanism for converting projections of raster and matrix data on the fly. The user gets the opportunity to combine an arbitrary set of spatial data without additional actions. The projection parameters will be automatically converted to the projection of the first opened map. In this case, all the necessary changes will be made in the RAM, which allows you to keep the original cartographic material unchanged. Over the obtained data set you can perform operations of updating, calculation, building a three-dimensional model. There is accelerated an opening and first display of maps due to the formation of the "*.sol" file with a tree of territorial distribution of objects onto each sheet of the map. When the map is opened, the object tree is read and the first display is accelerated by 5-15 times (for a map with 2 million objects, the opening and first display is accelerated from 9-12 seconds to 1 second). In the absence of the "*.sol" file, the automatic construction of a tree and file saving are carried out. The mechanism for displaying dynamic objects on the map has been improved. Now the typical task of displaying the trajectory of an object on the map can be solved by simply changing the coordinates of the object and the angle of rotation in its characteristics. Display of rasters with smoothing has been added. At increasing the image of a raster more than in two times from the initial size in pixels the smoothing is carried out. The new algorithm of display allows to get rid of "pixelization" effect when you increase the rasters. Image smoothing is performed by bicubic interpolation method (by 16 nearest raster elements). Abilities of displaying titles have been expanded. New properties of design the titles allow to mark the title by a shade, outline, a background and a frame, and also to format the text taking into account a spacing sign (an insert of spaces) and the chosen register (uppercase, lowercase, as in a sentence). There is added the ability to change the thickness of solid and dashed contours of objects by the value of the service semantics "Line thickness in mm" (31005). To display various tabular information on the map, a new graphic symbol "Table" has been developed. To display the table in the desired position, a point object is created that has a link to the CSV file in the semantics and a conventional symbol of the "Table" type. API in Python language is included into GIS Constructor that provides access to several thousand functions of the MAPAPI-interface for spatial data analysis, automation of processes of creating and updating digital terrain models. There are several options for using scripts as part of a GIS application: a visual component of designing, a program interface of a call from the C/C++ language, direct writing and execution of Python scripts. Due to the fact that the Python scripting programming language has a large set of connected modules, the user receives an easy-to-use and extensive auxiliary toolkit (mathematical calculations, processing of text and graphic data, work with a network and another) when creating a GIS application. In the new version, support for 3D spatial data tiles in the DB3D format has been added into the graphic component of displaying a three-dimensional terrain model. This will allow you to display accurate and realistic 3D models of unlimited size. The DB3D format is designed to store and display pyramids of 3D tiles packaged with metadata tables in SQLite format. Vector 3D tiles can be used to build a 3D terrain model in conjunction with other data sources: vector maps, space and aerial photographs, geoportals, point clouds, elevation matrixes. In the new version the mechanism of reading files of digital maps in an exchange format (MIF/MID, TXF and others) has been improved. As a result, large files (for example, TXF larger than 4 GB) with incorrect characters may be imported. In this case, the erroneous sections will be skipped, and the import will continue. Into the list of supported formats JSON has been added, consisting of records of objects coordinates. Support of XML files having the size larger than 4 GB has been added. XML format processing is used in a wide range of tasks in the development of GIS applications (for example, importing data in GML format). Support for layers from the Rosreestr geoportal has been added: Cadastral okrug, Cadastral districts, Cadastral quarters, Land plots, Land plots put up for auction, Red lines, Unified real estate complexes. Geoportal provides data in vector tile form in pbf (Protocolbuffer Binary Format) format. The data contains the coordinates of objects, signatures of plots, semantic characteristics. Parameters for connecting to geoportals can be flexibly configured for each user by editing the wmslist_ru.xml file. The new version of the program is adapted to work in the OS "Astra Linux Special Edition" release "Smolensk" version 1.7. GIS Constructor is a set of components for use in the visual programming environment of Qt Designer, which allows you to develop your own GIS applications. The visualization of the contents of digital maps is made in conventional symbols adopted for topographic, geographical and various special maps. Geoinformation system has ample opportunities for performing calculations, for providing display of spatial data on various graphic devices in standard and user systems of conventional symbols. The main functions can be executed in multithreaded mode. It supports automatic optimization of used memory for processing large amounts of data (tens of gigabytes) on limited resources (hundreds of megabytes). The toolkit is adapted for work on a wide range of operating systems (Astra Linux SE, ALT Linux, Elbrus, Ubuntu, CentOS, QNX) and architectures (Intel, Elbrus, PowerPC, SPARC, ARM). The toolkit includes components of visual designing the GIS applications and library of a multiplatform multithreaded GIS core. GIS Constructor provides a cross-platform MAPAPI interface that allows a programmer to implement development in an operating system convenient for it. The task "Highlight any area" has been improved. Changing the conditions for selecting objects selected by area has been simplified. The selection of objects by area is performed using the "Select inside the object" and "Select by any area" modes (polygon, rectangular fragment, lasso). At the end of drawing the area on the map, objects located inside the selected area are highlighted. To change the selection conditions, press the right mouse button and select one of the modes in the context menu: Highlight inside (delete intersection), Highlight with intersection (and inside), Highlight outside (delete intersection). Marking of objects on the map according to various search conditions has been improved. The description of diagrams includes a list of codes of semantics corresponding to sectors of the diagram. For each semantics the own parameters of displaying a sector are set. For all diagram the maximum width and the maximum height of the diagram are set. To the right of the diagram its legend is displayed. Texts of lines for signing of sectors are taken from semantics names, excepting repeating part of names. For example, if the semantics are called Number of inhabitants under 20 years old, Number of inhabitants from 20 to 40 years old, then the legend will contain the following lines: up to 20 years old, from 20 to 40 years old, and so on. The conventional symbol the "Bar chart" is shown in the data example on the map \Data\shape. Import from DXF format has been improved. 16.02.2023A training video on the formation of land plots through redistribution has been prepared Specialists of KB "Panorama" have prepared a video lesson of formation of XML document of the land survey plan of version 06 by formation of the land plots with redistribution. Users of "Workstation of cadastral engineer", GIS "Panorama" or "Panorama-editor" can form XML documents of the land survey plan of version 06 by means of a complex of geodesy calculations. The training material demonstrates the features of data preparation, filling in the mandatory characteristics and the formation of an XML file of the land survey plan of version 06 in accordance with the Order of Rosreestr of December 14, 2021 N P/0592. On the basis of this order in software products of KB "Panorama" the classifier of conventional symbols survey.v5.rscz has been developed. The classifier implements a common list of layers, semantic characteristics and objects for displaying cadastral information on cadastral maps and other cadastral documents. Land survey plan can be formed for one or several land plots depending on a variant of a selecting the objects on a cadastral map. Procedures the "Formation of electronic XML document by XML scheme of the land survey plan version 06" and "Formation of land survey plan" provides support of formation of the XML document and the paper report by one of the following options: - one land survey plan for the object, selected on the map; - one land survey plan for the multi-contour land plot; - one land survey plan for group of the selected one-contour land plots; - several land survey plans for a group of selected one-contour land plots; - one land survey plan for one or several created parts of the selected land plot (one or multi-contour). 15.02.2023Bank of spatial data has been supplemented with a map of Northern Ireland (Great Britain) Specialists of KB "Panorama" have prepared and posted on the geoportal "Bank of spatial data" a map of Northern Ireland (Great Britain), formed according to OpenStreetMap data. To work with the map, you can use the GIS Panorama Mini program or other software products of KB "Panorama". The map was led to the modernised classifier of large-scale plans of scale 1: 5 000 (map5000m). Publishing of updates in bank of spatial data is made by using the program of Databank of digital maps and remote sensing data. Publishing contents of bank of spatial data on the geoportal and data access for downloading are implemented by means of GIS WebServer SE. Navigation" Specialists of KB "Panorama" will take part in the 14th international scientific-practical conference "Geodesy. Mine Survey. Aerial Survey. Navigation". The event will take place from 16 to 17 February 2023 in Moscow at the Artcourt Moscow Center Hotel. Representatives of the company will make a presentation on the topic "Panorama Photo - a new program for automatic processing of images from UAVs" and will give a master class. During the meeting, the possibilities and application of a new product from KB "Panorama" will be considered, which allows creating high-precision digital terrain models in the form of a cloud of points, matrixes of heights and orthophotomaps based on the results of automatic processing of images from unmanned aerial vehicles. Photo panorama can be used to solve problems in the field of urban planning and cadastral activities, national defense, mapping, ecology, forestry and municipal services, and others. The data generated in the Panorama Photo, is used as a reliable and visual control tool at execution of works in the construction and reconstruction of various types of municipal property and transport infrastructure. On the basis of data prepared by the complex, the three-dimensional terrain models are created, construction and the analysis of mathematical models of emergency situations in the GIS "Panorama" is carried out. Orthophotomaps created in Panorama Photo provide the basis for identifying and monitoring storage sites for various types of waste, conducting an inventory of forests to assess damage from fires, air pollution and illegal logging. The processing process is fully automatic. The optional stage of measurement of reference points on images allows to increase the accuracy of orientation. Calculations are parallelized on a multi-core processor and video card, so an increase in the number of processor cores and video memory significantly speeds up the data processing process. On a computer with a modern video card and 128 GB of RAM for 1 sq. km of aerial photography with a dot size of about 2 cm, an obtaining a three-dimensional model, matrix of heights and an orthophotomap takes within 1 hour. 13.02.2023Databank of digital maps and remote sensing data provides a convenient search and selection of spatial data in the funds of enterprises of geodesy and cartography of the federal and regional levels In KB "Panorama" the Databank of digital maps and and remote sensing data version 8.2 has been developed. In the new version the tools of search of vector and raster data, analog maps and images, the geodetic data, documents and accompanying materials have been optimised. In search parameters the directories and lists of values can be used. The search condition can be set by the presence of these values or by their absence. Search in rectangular area, a circle, a polygon and borders of an object on the map is supported. All selected data are displayed on a map-scheme and are automatically scaled to obtain a clear picture. The list of stored metadata for Earth's remote sensing data - rasters, images, photoplans has been expanded. Geodetic data can contain outlines and documents in the form of separate files of large volume. Automatic updating of a map-scheme at editing of the obligatory metadata and coordinates is made. The list of diagnostic messages and error messages has been expanded. Data security is ensured by the differentiation of access rights based on the security tools that are part of the operating system. Basic authentication, digest authentication, system authentication (web server tools), and domain authentication (Kerberos or ActiveDirectory) are supported. Additional security is provided by the use of pass-through authentication when working with the database. Connection to the database occurs with the rights of the user working with the system. The complex is adapted to work on a wide range of operating systems (Astra Linux SE, ALT Linux, Elbrus, Ubuntu, CentOS, MS Windows and others) and architectures (Intel, Elbrus, Baikal). The program is registered in the register of domestic software under the number 1862. The databank of digital maps and remote sensing data is the basis for building infrastructure of spatial data of federal, regional and municipal levels, in corporate information systems. Within the framework of a single geoinformation space, the Data Bank of digital maps and remote sensing data realises gathering, storage, quality control, search and delivery of the spatial data in exchange formats. The spatial data selected by means of the program can be placed for the multiuser access on the GIS Server and be published according to the international standards OGC WFS, WFS-T, WMS, WMTS, WCS on application server the GIS WebService SE. Users can access data from both a thin client (by means of GIS WebServer SE) and from desktop applications (GIS "Panorama", GIS "Operator"). The databank of digital maps and remote sensing data provides construction of cloud warehouse of spatial data, provision of access to these data, the automated formation and updating of geocovers. The current state of spatial data is displayed by means of maps-schemes that are maintained for each type of stored data: vector maps, remote sensing data, elevation matrixes and terrain models. It provides remote placing the sets of spatial data into file warehouse, keeping versions of stored sets, updating maps-schemes of data availability, the automated collection and formation of metadata, and the formation and updating of geocovers. Automated collection and formation of metadata is performed according to the standards of ISO 19115: 2003, Geographic information - Metadata and ISO/TS 19139, Geographic information - Metadata - XML schema implementation. The reduced copies of data images are automatically formed, checksum of files and completeness of data sets are checked. Placement of spatial data into file storage is performed with integrity check, control of data structure and content. The results of the work are recorded and are entered into the metadata base. Automatic backup of metadata and spatial data storage with integrity control and data recovery has been provided. Multilingual interface is supported. The "Bank of spatial data" portal demonstrates the possibilities of organizing storage, accounting and and issuance of vector maps, remote sensing data, matrixes of heights and the terrain models. The portal contains vector maps in SXF format, generated on the basis of data from open sources (OpenStreetMap, VMap0). The spatial data includes maps of: subjects of the Russian Federation, countries and cities of the near and far abroad. In total, over 300 vector maps and 6700 matrix data with a total volume of 80 GB. Specialists of KB "Panorama" weekly update and refresh the content of the information on the portal. 12.02.2023Training material on the formation of a map of the minimum allowable heights has been prepared in the GIS "Panorama" Specialists of KB "Panorama" prepared a video lesson on the formation of a map of minimum allowable heights using the task "Construction of a map of minimum heights" in the GIS "Panorama". This task is intended for automatic forming a map of the minimum heights that are allowed for aviation flights based on elevation matrixes, maps of marks of heights and maps of artificial obstacles. The training material clearly demonstrates the process of constructing a map of minimum heights, which includes two stages: - at the first stage of the task, the creation of a map of maximum heights is performed, using matrixes of heights of a relief, maps of heights marks of extreme points of the relief and maps of artificial obstacles; - at the second stage, signatures of values of the minimum heights are created on the basis of the map of maximum heights. Maps of marks of heights and artificial obstacles can be generated using any classifier. Maps of maximum heights and minimum heights must be created using the dfc.rsc or dfc.rscz classifier. The map of minimum allowable heights (map of signatures) is used to import obstacles into the database of the "Complex for documents preparation of aeronautical information". 09.02.2023Complex for documents preparation of aeronautical information forms passports of airdromes in accordance with Order No. 449 of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation In KB "Panorama" the Complex for documents preparation of aeronautical information version 8.0.1 under the control of the GIS "Panorama" has been developed. In the new version in dialog "Output of airports" there is added a mode of formation of sheets of aeronautical passport of airdrome (heliport, landing site) of civil aviation in accordance with the order of the Ministry of transport of the Russian Federation dated November, 05th 2020. In the dialog "Output of obstacles", the mode of generating the document "List of artificial obstacles" has been implemented in accordance with the general provisions for submitting data on artificial obstacles to the "CAI" Branch of the FSUE "State ATM Corporation". When filling in the templates, data from the database of the PostgreSQL version 9.4 and higher is used. The information in the documents is presented in the established tabular form, automatic conversion of units of measure is carried out (for example, feet to meters and vice versa), when creating tables of obstacles by region, the value of the "Obstacle ID" field is analyzed. The dialogs "Input of airdromes", "Input of obstacles" have been improved. There are added new directories containing descriptions and abbreviations used to describe parameters (for example, ADR - Highways, ALM - Aluminum). The list of fields for entering parameters has been expanded: airfield type, (according to the type of runway surface), airfield type, estimated air temperature, geoid wave at the airfield elevation (m), characteristic (obstacle description) and others. The complex for preparing documents of aeronautical information is a set of tools for maintaining an aeronautical data base, a modeling and analyzing the aeronautical situation, generating aeronautical maps and exchanging data with other information systems through export and import in the ARINC 424-19 exchange format and export in the AIXM 5.1 format. The task "Flight procedures design" is used to design the routes of departure, approach and landing and to analyze the safety of flights on them. The task "Assessment of compliance for aerodromes with the requirements FAR" is intended for the analysis of the aerodrome and the aerodrome environs for the suitability for operation and aircraft flights in accordance with the Federal Aviation Regulations. 08.02.2023GIS "Panorama" for OS "Astra Linux Special Edition" and OS "Alt 8 SP" provides preparing pyramids of tiles of spatial data for acceleration of displaying in mobile and web applications In KB "Panorama" the GIS "Panorama" version 14.2.5 has been developed for OS "Astra Linux Special Edition" (release "Smolensk") and OS "Alt 8 SP" (architecture x86-64). In the new version the possibility of saving the spatial data into pyramids of tiles in Mbtiles format has been added, tasks of export and import of data of the DXF format have been improved. New modes of the "Map Editor" task have been developed, a type of programmable signs has been added to display bar charts, the list of scripts in the python language has been expanded, the efficiency of searching and displaying data has been increased by optimizing the allocation of RAM. A new task of saving a pyramid of tiles into Mbtiles format has been developed, designed to create a complete set of spatial data image layers for the selected scale series. Mbtiles format is a SQLite database that stores images in png, jpg, png8 formats. The purpose of forming a set of rasters (tiles) is to speed up the display in mobile and web applications of spatial data containing a large number of objects or occupying large amounts of data. It allows in an offline mode to provide an access to pre-prepared spatial data. To create pyramids of tiles, a combination of digital vector maps, space and aerial photography, matrixes of heights, data from geoportals and other data can be used. Pyramids of tiles can be published via the OGC WMTS protocol by the GIS WebService SE service or displayed in the GIS "Operator", GIS "Panorama" programs, in various mobile applications. Export of the document of an electronic map into KMZ format has been added. The generated KMZ archive contains a KML project file and a set of pyramid tiles for the saved area. The KML file contains a description of the raster data parameters - the names and coordinates of the rasters binding, as well as their display priority. A fragment of an electronic map's document of any type and composition can be saved, including vector maps, images and matrixes, as well as geospatial data from external Internet resources (WMS and WFS services) and databases. The task implements the ability to save a map image by the selected area, by the page format and by the dimensions of the selected objects, for example, by the dimensions of frameworks of nomenclature sheets. The task "Map Editor" has been improved. In the group of modes "Creating an object", the mode "Create clone" has been added. A clone is an object that has a link to the metric of the cloned object and its symbol. Typically, such objects create objects of map design, for example, centerlines of roads. It allows to reduce volume of the stored data and to synchronise editing of the metrics of objects and their elements of registration. Allocation of objects of registration in separate objects-clones allows to execute them ΠΎΡΡΠΈΡΠΎΠ²ΠΊΡ after end ΠΎΡΡΠΈΡΠΎΠ²ΠΊΠΈ all made out objects and to raise quality of the image (for example to execute procleaning of crossroads of all roads). Problems of sorting, import and map export in formats SXF and TXF for support of objects-clones are finished. Modes a cutting of objects of a map inside and out of the chosen contour, giving possibility of group removal of marked: selected objects of an electronic map on the set contour are added. For the purpose of improvement of quality of a cutting of objects of a map accuracy of processing is increased. Upon termination of processing the rounding off of co-ordinates of the cut off contours is carried out. Thus metrics co-ordinates are led the accuracy specified in the passport of a map (centimetres, millimetres). In a mode "point Editing" the auxiliary mode "Trailer points in an alignment", intended for execution scraps or lengthenings of first or last piece of linear object is added. This allows you to reduce the amount of stored data and synchronize the editing of the metrics of objects and their design elements. Separating design objects into separate clone objects allows you to display them after the display of all designed objects is completed and improve the image quality (for example, clean the intersections of all roads). The tasks of sorting, importing and exporting maps in SXF and TXF formats have been improved to support clone objects. There are added the modes of cutting the map objects inside and outside the selected contour, providing the possibility of group deletion of selected electronic map's objects along a given contour. In order to improve the quality of cutting map objects, the accuracy of processing has been increased. At the end of processing, the coordinates of the cut contours are rounded. In this case, the coordinates of the metric are reduced to the accuracy indicated in the map passport (centimeters, millimeters). In the "Point editing" mode, the "End points in alignment" auxiliary mode has been added, designed to cut or extend the first or last segment of a linear object. New type of programmable signs has been added for displaying bar charts according to the semantics of objects with display in a legend of semantics values (in addition to a sign displaying values in percentage). The description of diagrams includes a list of codes of semantics corresponding to sectors of the diagram. For each semantics the own parameters of displaying a sector are set. For all diagram the maximum width and the maximum height of the diagram are set. To the right of the diagram its legend is displayed. Texts of lines for signing of sectors are taken from semantics names, excepting repeating part of names. For example, if the semantics are called Number of inhabitants under 20 years old, Number of inhabitants from 20 to 40 years old, then the legend will contain the following lines: up to 20 years old, from 20 to 40 years old, and so on. The conventional symbol the "Bar chart" is shown in the data example on the map \Data\shape. The tasks of exporting and importing data in DXF format have been improved. Saving and setting object color in RGB format has been implemented. The RGB color model covers a wider range of colors and provides the highest color rendition compared to the previously used indexed color of AutoCAD palette. Improved import from DXF format. Added recalculation of coordinates and sizes of characters from storage units specified in DXF: inches, feet, miles, millimeters, centimeters, meters, and so on. The formation of graphic primitives from the parameters of symbols specified in DXF has been improved, which allows you to reproduce the view of the original drawing without setting the symbols. A script has been added into the list of basic python scripts that calculates the distance from the selected object up to several selected objects with recording into the semantics of the calculated value. RAM distribution has been improved when processing large data sets (tens of gigabytes and more than a hundred million objects). The speed of searching and displaying data has been raised. GIS "Panorama" - universal domestic geoinformation system. The program is designed for accumulation, storage, the automated processing and display of data, calculation results and forecasts with geospatial reference. GIS "Panorama" contains tools of displaying and processing vector, raster and matrix maps. The application provides users with tools for solving specialized tasks of modeling the movement of special objects against the background of 3D model, forecasting of consequences of emergencies at hazardous objects, monitoring of aircraft movement, conducting of geodetic and topographic work, processing the data from GPS/GLONASS navigation devices, printing the displayed spatial data to various output devices and many others. 07.02.2023"Workstation of cadastral engineer" forms a forest declaration and its annexes in XML format In KB "Panorama" the "Workstation of cadastral engineer" version 14.5.3 has been developed. In the new version the mode "Formation of forest declaration in electronic XML format with annexes" has been added. The form of the forest declaration, the procedure for filling out and submitting it, the requirements for the format of the forest declaration in electronic form were approved by the order of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation dated April 29, 2021 N 303. Formation of the forest declaration is carried out for selected objects of the map - forest areas. The map is created using the forestry.v2 digital classifier. Entering information for filling the form of the forest declaration is performed in the dialog by entering values or selecting elements from reference books of the unified regulatory and reference information of the federal forestry agency. Reference information is stored in SQLite database tables. The new mode "Shorten line (distance input)" provides cutting from a linear object at the beginning or at the end of the metric of a section of a specified length. The mode "Transfer semantics to allocated objects" mode has been improved, which provides group filling of cadastral attributes. Using this mode, you can fill in the semantics "Cadastral numbers of buildings" for land plots. The program searches for real estate objects located inside the plots (for example, buildings), reads the initial semantics "Cadastral number" and fills in the output semantics. As a result of execution, each land plot will have the number of output semantics corresponding to the number of buildings located on it. A new mode "Sign the shortest distance to selected features" has been developed. The mode calculates the shortest distances in a straight line from the border of the selected objects to the specified (selected) map object. The result of calculations is mapped in the form of a linear object and a signing its length. When mapping, the standard options of the "Geodesy editor" from the "Editor" page are used. 03.02.2023Tools for designing maps, preparing reports and publishing have been updated in GIS "Panorama" KB "Panorama" developed GIS "Panorama"version 14.5.3. In the new version, the task "Classifier editor" has been completely updated which controls the logical structure and classification system of vector map data. Tools for editing maps, preparing reports, processing elevation matrices have been improved, tools for preparing a forest declaration in electronic format (XML), preparing cadastral maps have been supplemented, and the complex for automated preparation of maps for publication has been updated. The new version of the task "Classifier editor" has been developed. Information about the composition of the classifier is supplemented by the number of connected libraries with user signs, libraries of 3D signs and objects that have a three-dimensional appearance in the tab "General data". "Translation" tool has been added to translate the names of layers, objects and semantics of the classified into other languages. Operating the color palettes of the classifier is placed on a separate tab "Palettes". There is a convenient opportunity to simultaneously view and work with the colors of RGB and CMYK palettes. Adjusting the arrangement of colors in the palette table permits to arrange them with the greatest convenience for editing. For each color, there is shown the number of objects types for the classifier that use this color. This makes it possible to quickly see unused colors in the palette. The new tool "Transfer color to unused space" permits to reduce the size of the palette, if it is necessary. When a color is selected in the palette, a table of object types using this color is displayed at the bottom of the tab. From the table of types for objects on any tab, by double-clicking the left mouse button on the object, it is possible to go to the tab "Objects" to edit it. The new tool "Replace color in objects" permits to replace the selected color with another one in all classifier objects that use it. There are added tools for converting color from RGB to CMYK and vice versa. The field "Number of colors" for the palette displays the number of colors actually used in objects of the palette. There is added the ability to create a palette of named colors. It has a tree structure and it can be used together with the main RGB palettes of the classifier. One example of its application is the stratigraphic (geochronological) scale, the geological time scale of the Earth's history. In the tab" Layers", there has been added a mode to view all layers together with their classes in the form of a tree. The tool "Classes" permits to add and edit classes for the selected layer. In the tab "Objects" there have been added tools for searching objects by name, code, symbolic code, key and other properties via "Object filter". In the subtab "Scale" there is added the ability to enter the arbitrary denominator of the scale for the lower and upper boundaries for the visibility of the object. In the subtab "Miscellaneous", there are added the properties of the object "Design object" and "Polygon with a dot". In the subtab "3D", there has been added the selection of the three-dimensional model of an object by types: near, medium, far. In the modes of creating or copying an object, all characteristics are filled in automatically. The operator is then prompted to change these fields if it is necessary. The tool "Creating and editing the series of objects" has been updated. Object properties: layer, class, visibility, additional object properties ("Miscellaneous" tab) - can be changed for all objects in the series at once or for one selected object. The tab "Clusters" has been added to describe the signs of clusters that display densely spaced point signs. The tab selects the types of objects related to each type of cluster, the cell sizes vertically and horizontally, the semantics code for specifying the current number of objects in the cluster, the type of cluster symbol, the limiting percentage for increasing the size of the cluster sign and the limiting number of objects corresponding to the maximum size of the sign cluster. In the tab "Libraries", in the tree of custom functions for displaying objects, next to the name of the function, there has been added the number of types for objects in which it is used. When a function is selected in the object table, all types of objects that use this function are displayed in the right part of the tab. The tab "3D" has been supplemented with understandable tools for creating and connecting p3d-libraries of the three-dimensional view of objects. The enlarged view (zoomed-in view) of the selected texture has been added to make it easier to view textures when editing their composition. When the texture is selected at the bottom of the tab, there is displayed a list of objects in the 3D view of which it is used. There has been improved the mode of the map editor "Cutting lists" which is included in the group "Cutting and stitching". The new algorithm cuts out not only areal, but also linear objects (according to the list of reference objects). By default, response points are saved in the reference objects created at the intersection of the contours for the reference and edited (cropped) objects. This method of processing lets to save the topology of the metrics for cropped objects with reference ones. If there is no need to save the topology (at intersections), then to speed up processing it is recommended to enable the option "Do not match points of edited objects with points of reference objects". The task "Report designer" has been improved. There has been added the ability to automatically add the created legend to the report map as an inset map or insert an image, depending on the selected format of the saved legend in the mode "Formation of the legend". The task for constructing a matrix of height differences based on two other matrices has been improved. There is added the support for the analysis of matrices in different coordinate systems. For example: "Baltic 1977 height (EPSG:5705)", "MSL height (EPSG : 5714)", "WGS 84 (geographic 3D) (EPSG : 4327)". The task "Adding data from the directory to the document" has been improved. There is added the ability to import DEMs or images from files TIFF(GeoTIFF), IMG, KMZ contained in the selected folder. When enabling on the form of the element "Import heights from TIFF, IMG files", the control of the program is transferred to the dialog "Import matrices from formats SRTM, GeoTIFF". The new mode "Formation of the forest declaration in electronic format (XML) with attachments (appendices)" has been added to the task "Cadastral documents". Formation of the forest declaration is carried out for selected objects of the map - forest areas. The map is created using the digital classifier forestry.v2.rsc. Entering information to fill in the forest declaration form is performed by selecting values from the reference book and from the semantic characteristics of the selected objects. The reference information is stored in the database tables SQLite. The module "Geodesic editor" has been improved. A new mode "Shortening the line (input distance)" has been developed. The mode provides cutting off from a linear object at the beginning (or at the end) of a segment of the specified length. The mode is included in the panel "Objects changing". The mode "Transfer of semantics to selected objects" has been improved. To perform the operation, it is necessary to select land plots on the map, for which it is necessary to fill in the repeatable semantics "Cadastral numbers of buildings" (code 1061). Next, in the mode dialog, specify the type of objects located inside the plots (for example, buildings), the initial semantics (Cadastral number, 1001) and the output semantics. As a result of execution, each land plot will have the number of output semantics corresponding to the number of buildings located on it. A new mode "Writing the shortest distance to selected objects" has been developed. The mode calculates the shortest distances in a straight line from the border of the selected objects to the specified (selected) map object. The result of calculations is plotted on the map in the form of a linear object and writing of its length. When plotting, the standard settings of "geodesic editor" are used, the page "Editor". The additionally computed distance value is written to the line semantics. There are improved tools for automated map preparation for publication. There are added script procedures "Classification of captions by location" and "Removal of coinciding contours". In accordance with the design rules on topographic maps of scales 1: 25,000, 1: 50,000, 1: 100,000, conventional signs such as "Forest strip", "Power lines", "Communication lines", "Glades" ("Clearings") and road network objects are written by one type of caption "Explanatory captions and characteristics (T-132) 1.3 mm". From the point of minimizing view for the size of the digital classifier, this approach is optimal. From the point of view for automated processing when generalizing a map or preparing for publication, such approach is harmful: it is impossible to unambiguously determine whether a caption belongs to the written object. When performing these works, some fragments of linear objects can be removed, displaced, or change the shape of the contour (in the process of filtering, generalizing and smoothing the metrics). When deleting a contour, the corresponding caption with the characteristics of this contour should be deleted. When changing the contour, the position of the caption should be specified (alignment of the caption metrics with the road contour, or offset from the road by the specified distance). The procedure "Classification of caption by location" permits to automatically assign certain types of signs "Characteristics of the forest strip", "Characteristics of power lines", "Characteristics of communication lines", "Characteristics of clearing", "Characteristics of the road", "Road number". The classification of captions permits the separate processing of each type of captions. Captions of the type "Road number" are obsolete and can be removed: currently the vector sign "Road number" is written with text from the semantics "Road number", the width of the sign frame is calculated automatically according to the length of the caption. Captions "Characteristics of the forest strip" located on top of the signs "Forest strip" near the road can be automatically shifted by the required distance. Automatic displacement of captions is performed using the script procedure "Refining the position of vector characters". The procedure "Removal of coincident contours" permits to automatically remove fragments of highways and trunk roads, the metrics of which partially coincide with vector bridges and captions of the type "Road characteristics". Before executing this procedure, the road intersections are processed. White and orange road decoration lines are created over the roads, masking the black outlines at intersections. Then the procedure "Removal of coincident contours" is performed, as a result of which fragments for the external black contours of roads are removed at the intersections with bridges and captions. The middle orange lines of the road design are saved. The procedure for the scenario "Refining the position of vector characters" has been improved. This procedure performs the displacement of objects relative to the linear objects of the road network (taking into account the width of the roads). There is added processing of captions and point characters. The processing of captions is performed when specifying the position of the caption "Characteristics of the forest strip". Point signs are processed when specifying the position of individual trees. Procedures are launched in the dialog "Map Processing by Script", which is called via the main menu: Tasks - Preparing for Publication - Map Processing by Script. 02.02.2023Imagery Creator generates pyramids of tiles based on a complex image of the area from various geoportals and spatial databases KB "Panorama" has developed Imagery Creator version 11.1.0. The new version implements the ability to cut pyramids of tiles according to geo data obtained from free sources. The source data can be mpt projects containing connections to web services and servers. Pyramids of tiles can be created based on a combination of digital vector maps, space and aerial photography, elevation matrices, data from geoportals and other data. To read the source data, the program can connect to GIS Server or open data sets in the local network. The list of supported geoportals is published in the settings file wmslist_en.xml. The list of connections can be extended by the user. There are supported the arbitrary geoportals according to standards OGC WMS, WMTS, WCS, WFS, WFST. The program monitors data changes according to the transaction log for vector data, according to the time of updating raster and matrix data, and automatically updates those tiles on which changes have occurred. Imagery Creator permits to cut tiles into geospatial databases running PostgreSQL, MS SQL and Oracle, in accordance with the standard OGC 06-103r4: "OpenGIS Implementation Standard for Geographic information - Simple feature access - Part 1: Common architecture". Communication with the database is carried out on the basis of the preconfigured file (project) dbm created in the service administrator. DBM file contains the description of the parameters of a digital vector map, in the form of which a data set from the database (table, view or result of the query SQL) will be displayed. As part of the parameters are indicated: the conditional name of the map; RSC classifier file containing a library of symbols; coordinate system code (standard EPSG code or custom code from crslist.xml file); map scale, in which symbols are displayed on the unit scale (in the dimensions specified in the classifier). The program generates tiles in formats JPEG, PNG, PNG8, Mbtiles, BIR and GeoPackage according to the international standard OGC WMTS 07-057r7 version 1.0.0, TMS standard and OGC 12-128r15 GeoPackage version 1.2.1. 25.01.2023Training material has been prepared on the possibilities of comparing maps in GIS "Panorama" Specialists of KB "Panorama" have prepared a video tutorial on updating the metric and attribute data of a map using the task "Map comparison" in GIS "Panorama". This task is designed to control vector maps, dispatching updates of digital data about the area by employees when performing field work or processing data from remote sensing of the Earth. The video tutorial clearly demonstrates the issuance and acceptance of the work map (a fragment of the base map) for the update territory. This feature permits to perform parallel tasks to update map data. For example, one operator can update the address base. The second one can update the power grid facilities. The third one can update the gas facilities. When accepting data, there are checked the modified data of the working map and the current state of the base map. After all the necessary checks, the result of the work is placed on the base map. The data are updated on the map. The task is performed in two stages: - at the first stage of work, a fragment of the digital map is selected and the standard of the issued fragment is memorized; - at the second stage, the map is accepted from the operator. The table of changes in the working map is formed in comparison with the standard and the current state of the base map. The table contains records about changing the composition of objects, updating the metrics and semantics of objects. Before performing the second stage, accepting the processed data for the issued map fragment, it is recommended to check the quality of the plotted information using the task "Vector map quality control". The program lets to open the main formats of GIS "Panorama" digital maps and popular geoportals on mobile devices based on OS Aurora, to process information from the built-in GPS/GLONASS receiver. The user can prepare the necessary set of spatial data in advance in one of the desktop products (GIS "Panorama", "Panorama-editor", GIS Panorama Mini) and transfer it to the mobile GIS "MapView". The process of working with data is carried out offline, without connecting to the Internet. When the user moves, his/her current position is dynamically displayed according to the coordinates received from the receiver GPS/GLONASS. For ease of use, it is possible to synchronize the position of the map with the current location. To save the coordinates obtained during the movement, a track recording mode is provided, which creates a separate map and plots the trajectory of movement on it. Basic information is provided for all map objects during operation. Users can jointly display the vector maps (topographic, operational situation, marine navigation, aeronautical), matrix and raster data (Earth remote sensing data). Modern packed formats of vector maps SITZ, MAPZ, MPTZ are supported, which are decompressed on the fly in RAM. The user can dynamically control the visibility of each layer for easy viewing and analysis of spatial data. Popular geoportals of spatial data (OpenStreetMap, Yandex, KB "Panorama" and others) can be used as cartographic substrates. Connecting of the geoportals permits to receive cartographic information anywhere in the world when determining the current location and recording the route from the built-in receiver GPS/GLONASS. The list of supported geoportals corresponds to the desktop version of GIS "Panorama". This lets to prepare a set of spatial data for display in desktop versions of KB Panorama products (GIS "Panorama", "Panorama-editor", GIS Panorama Mini) and to use it when working in the mobile GIS "MapView". The program has been developed on the basis of the toolkit GIS Constructor, which provides components for creating mobile applications for working with digital maps in the software C++ using Qt. OS Aurora is Russian mobile operating system developed by the company "Open mobile platform". It has been created to build the trusted mobile infrastructure, to protect sensitive information in government organizations, large and medium-sized commercial companies. It contributes to ensuring the technological sovereignty of a state through the secure mobile environment and it meets all the requirements of regulators in the field of national security and information protection. OS Aurora permits to manage centrally the fleet of mobile devices and the used mobile software when using Aurora Center. The current version of mobile OS Aurora has been certified by FSTEC of Russia and fully complies with the requirements to operating systems for type "A" of the 4th protection class and the 4th trust level. Mobile applications based on GIS WebServer SE provide tools for displaying and analyzing spatial data, let to search and filter objects in the system, obtain information about objects, build driving directions, create thematic cartograms and perform other operations. The mobile application "RGIS of Ryazan region" was developed and implemented with the participation of KB "Panorama" in the framework for the development of the state information system "Regional geoinformation system of Ryazan region". The mobile application covers a large target audience and informs an unlimited number of users for the regional GIS about the objects of social, transport, telecommunications infrastructure, financial organizations, investment sites of Ryazan region. 11.01.2023Workstation of urban planner" uses the current reference information of Rosreestr to keep records of land plots KB "Panorama" has developed "Workstation of urban planner" version 14.5.2. In the new version, changes have been made to the reference database of the complex in accordance with the classifier of types for permitted use of land plots, approved by order No. 246 the Federal Service of State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography dated June 23, 2022. The program has added directories "Type of the land use by order" and "Semantics of urban planning regulations". For keeping records of land plots, the modes "Updating semantics on the map", "Automatic loading of documents" and "Automatic linking of the accounting object with the land plot" have been improved. For capital construction objects, a new report "User document" has been added. The functions and mechanisms of maintaining urban planning regulations have been optimized in the database. The list of formalized parameters for the territory development has been expanded. The new reference book "Type of the land use by order" is synchronized with the semantics of the same name 1311 of the classifier survey.rsc and the corresponding attribute is added to the account of the land plot. The formation and maintenance for the base of urban planning regulations established by the rules of land use and development is carried out synchronously with the registers of land plots, capital construction objects and other accounting objects. Spatial and logical connections are established between the registers of the complex, all objects are linked to the map. To facilitate the filling of information in the mode "Add with copy", new attributes for copying have been added. When the conditions for deleting records are met, it is possible to delete several selected records.To create the urban planning plan for the land plot based on the data stored in the database, a new reference book "Semantics of urban planning regulations" has been introduced, which implements the establishment of correspondence between the parameters of the development for the territory and the semantics of the objects for the territorial zoning map. The parameters of urban planning regulations have been supplemented with: building density coefficient; the distance from the sites with containers to the windows of residential buildings, the boundaries of children's plots, medical institutions, recreation places; the minimum area of the land plot for engineering facilities and auxiliary engineering facilities. The modes "Updating semantics on the map" and "Automatic linking of the accounting object with the land plot" have been improved. Additional information about errors and digital map objects has been added to the process execution protocol. The mode "Automatic loading of the land plot documents" has been completely updated. The mode provides for automatic creation of documents based on files of digital copies of the land plot documents. The created documents are registered in the information system and can be used in the document flow of the software package. The mode is implemented both for one site and for several ones in the form of document streaming download. From the information about the capital construction object stored in the database, according to the established information and logical links with the registers of the complex and the digital map, it is possible to generate a new report "User document". 07.01.2023Tools for preparing operational maps of the area have been expanded in GIS "Operator" SE for OS "Astra Linux Special Edition", OS "Alt 8 SP" and RED OS. KB "Panorama" developed GIS "Operator" version 14.2.4 for OS "Astra Linux Special Edition" (release "Smolensk"), OS "Alt 8 SP" (architecture x86-64) and RED OS. The new version implements the task of generating nomenclature sheets of topographic maps for the specified area, adds a new type of software product licensing over the network, improves the quality of displaying graphic symbols on the map, improves the display of sea charts, and adds new tools for specifying the dimensions of the created map objects. The possibilities of obtaining cartographic data have been improved for preparation of the report documents. The interface has been improved for managing the selection of open digital maps. The new task "Formation of map sheets by coordinates" is designed to create a topographic area of work according to the specified dimensions and sheet nomenclature. The user can set the boundaries of the area to be created by entering values in degrees or meters in the dialog interface. If there is an open map, it is possible to use additionally an arbitrary map object, fragment or dimensions of the entire map as initial data. The list of nomenclature sheets is formed in accordance with the generally accepted rules for designating a map sheet. The multi-sheet map obtained as a result of the task can later be used as input data for other tasks (for example, cutting a document into sheets to speed up the display of a large amount of data). For the convenience of the user, the list of selected items can be exported to a text file and used as input data in the next session of working with the task. The type of software product licensing "Floating hardware license (USB-key)" has been added, which lets to dynamically configure a set of computers on which the work with GIS "Operator" will be performed. When using this type of licensing, USB security key is connected to only one workstation on which the license server is installed. At local workstations with GIS "Operator", no additional physical means are required to activate the product, it is enough just to provide network access to the license server and to perform a few simple steps to configure the program. For convenience to control the set of software products to which the user has access, the license type setup dialog provides the interface for viewing license data: license availability, license and technical support expiration dates, operating system type, and a list of available software products. The mode for creating the object with the selected drawing method "Horizontal rectangle" has been improved. When performing the interactive selection of a rectangle on the map through the context menu of the mode, it is possible to call the dialog for setting the rectangle size by specifying numerical values for the width, height and area of the selected area. The lengths of the sides for the rectangle can be set in meters or kilometers on the ground, or in millimeters on the map. The area can be specified in square meters, square kilometers or hectares on the ground, or in square millimeters on the map. It is supported to specify the dimensions of the rectangle to create a new map object, taking into account the standard dimensions of the page printed on the device by selecting from the page format list. It is added the display of the list for open maps in the main menu in the section "Window". The list of open maps in the main menu provides more flexible settings for selecting the current active map when several digital maps are open at the same time. The menu clearly shows the names of the maps loaded into the program. In the list of maps, the currently installed active map is marked. Clicking on another item in the list of open maps switches the active map displayed on the screen. It has been improved he quality of displaying graphical symbols on the map and in the symbol preview windows of the properties dialogs of the selected map object and Classifier Editor. For graphic characters, the image of which is stored in files, the anti-aliasing algorithm is applied during display, which lets to get rid of "pixeling" effect when the character size is changed in the classifier. Using the anti-aliasing, when displaying graphic symbols, it expands the user's options for customizing the type of symbols in the classifier and it improves the visibility of the map when displayed on the screen. It is improved displaying of sea charts according to the standard S52. The implementation of the procedures has been refined: Depval - generation of the depth values based on attribute values for underwater obstacles, taking into account underlying objects, Udwhaz - requesting the code of the displayed symbol and display flag, taking into account the depth of the obstacle or requesting the code of an isolated underwater hazard with the depth less than the safety contour, Wrecks - displaying the remains of a shipwreck. It is improved options for saving digital map data in vector format PDF. Vector map data is saved to a file PDF along with rasters and DEMs loaded into them. Setting the display of map layers using the parameter "Above map" lets to control the movement of the required layers to the fore both when the map is rendered on the screen, and when generating a saved image for the vector file PDF. Setting the selection of a fragment for the displayed area gives the opportunity to display an image of the entire work area or a map fragment limited by the rectangular area, a selected map object, or the size of the current map window displayed on the screen. The vector format PDF preserves the quality of the map image at any set display scale, which expands the user's ability to choose the scale of the generated file PDF. The mode of saving the map to vector format PDF can be used when preparing reporting documents. GIS "Operator" SE is the universal domestic geographic information system for law enforcement agencies. The new version adds support for exporting large amounts of metadata of vector and raster data, analog maps and images, geodetic data, documents and accompanying materials to exchange formats (XML, XLSX, CSV, DOC). This gives the opportunity to use different software for analysis, preparing materials for download, and generating reports. Display, import and export of points of the planned-altitude basis (PAB) is carried out taking into account whether the data belongs to closed or open information. When the processing of confidential information is prohibited, this data (coordinates in the state system and heights) for a certain type of points is not processed, displayed or uploaded. The differentiation of rights makes it possible to organize separate and protected access to information. The process of deleting a large number of records (more than 10 thousand) has been accelerated. New coordinate systems have been added to the reference book. It has been expanded list of diagnostic and error messages. Data security is ensured by the differentiation of access rights based on the security tools that are part of the operating system. It is supported basic authentication, digest authentication, system authentication (web server tools), and domain authentication (Kerberos or ActiveDirectory). Additional security is provided by the use of pass-through authentication when working with the database. Connection to the database occurs with the rights of the user working with the system. The program is registered in the register of domestic software under the number 1862. Data bank of digital maps and remote sensing data is the basis for building the infrastructure of spatial data of the federal, regional and municipal levels, in corporate information systems. Within the framework of a single geoinformation space, Data bank of digital maps and remote sensing data implements the collection, storage, quality control, search and issuance of spatial data in exchange formats. The spatial data selected with the help of the program can be placed for multi-user access on GIS Server and published according to the international standards OGC WFS, WFS-T, WMS, WMTS, WCS on the application server GIS WebService SE. Users can access data both from a thin client (using GIS WebServer SE) and from desktop applications (GIS "Panorama", GIS "Operator"). Data bank of digital maps and remote sensing provides the construction for the cloud storage of spatial data, providing access to this data, automated formation and updating of geo-covers.The current state of spatial data is displayed using maps that are maintained for each type of stored data: vector maps, remote sensing data, elevation matrices and terrain models. It provides remote placement of spatial data sets in file storage, maintaining versions of stored sets, updating maps-schemes of data availability, automated collection and generation of metadata, formation and updating of geo-covers. Automated collection and formation of metadata is carried out according to the standards ISO 19115:2003, Geographic information - Metadata and ISO/TS 19139, Geographic information - Metadata - XML schema implementation. Reduced copies of data images are automatically generated. Checksums of files and completeness of data sets are checked. The placement of spatial data in the file storage is carried out with integrity verification, control of the structure and content of the data. The results of the work are logged and entered into the metadata database. There are provided automatic backup of metadata and spatial data storage with integrity control and data recovery. Multilingual interface is supported. The portal "Bank of spatial data" demonstrates the possibilities for organizing the storage, accounting and issuance of vector maps, remote sensing data, elevation matrices and terrain models. The portal contains vector maps in format SXF based on data from open sources (OpenStreetMap, VMap0). The structure of spatial data includes maps: subjects of the Russian Federation, countries and cities of near and far surroundings. In total, over 300 vector maps and 6700 matrix data with a total volume of 70 GB. Specialists of KB "Panorama" weekly update the content of the information on the portal. 03.01.2023Updated maps of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Novgorod and Pskov regions on the geoportal "Bank of Spatial Data" Specialists of KB "Panorama" prepared and posted on the geoportal "Bank of spatial data" maps of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Novgorod and Pskov regions. The maps are based on the data OpenStreetMap. To operate the maps, it is possible to use the program GIS Panorama Mini or other software products of KB "Panorama". The maps are converted to the modernized 1:5000 large-scale plan classifier (map5000m) and saved to the packaged project (MPTZ). The placement of updates in the spatial data bank was performed using the program Data bank of the digital maps and remote sensing data. Publication of the contents for the spatial data bank on the geoportal and access to data for downloading are implemented by means of GIS WebServer SE. Free maps based on data OpenStreetMap in format MPTZ are available for download on the page Digital maps.
