KB "Panorama" has developed the Digital Maps and Remote Sensing Data Bank version 9.6.0. The new version implements the ability to organize and store connections between primary and additional geospatial data materials. Users can specify which images were used to form an orthophotomap, as well as which documents and materials were used in its creation. Access to each image and document individually is provided. Automated search for all files associated with a specific raster, map, or matrix is implemented. Connections between materials can be set when loading data or during metadata editing. The functionality simplifies the search and use of a complete set of remote sensing data and improves the convenience of working with them.

Multiple metadata editing is provided. Data is automatically added or removed from the edit form when selected by the operator. Fields with differing values are visually highlighted.

Recording of diagnostic messages to the common system event log has been expanded, and recording of user actions when downloading and converting data has been implemented. Recording of the user's IP address in the conversion log has been added.

Data security is ensured by differentiating access rights based on the security tools included in the operating system. Basic authentication, digest authentication, system authentication (via web server tools), and domain authentication (Kerberos or ActiveDirectory) are supported. Additional security is ensured by using end-to-end authentication when working with the database.

Connection to the database occurs with the rights of the user working with the system. The complex is adapted to work on a wide range of operating systems (Astra Linux SE, Ubuntu, RED OS, MS Windows, and others) and architectures (Intel, Elbrus, Baikal). The program is registered in the Russian software registry under number 1862.

The Digital Maps and Remote Sensing Data Bank is the basis for building spatial data infrastructure at the federal, regional, and municipal levels, and in corporate information systems. Within a unified geoinformation space, the Digital Maps and Remote Sensing Data Bank implements the collection, storage, quality control, search, and issuance of spatial data in exchange formats. Spatial data selected using the program can be placed for multi-user access on the GIS Server and published according to international OGC standards WFS, WFS-T, WMS, WMTS, WCS on the GIS WebService SE application server. Users can access data both from a thin client (using GIS WebServer SE) and from desktop applications (GIS "Panorama", GIS "Operator"). The Digital Maps and Remote Sensing Data Bank enables the construction of a cloud-based spatial data repository, providing access to this data, and automated generation and updating of geocoverages.

The current state of spatial data is displayed using map-schemes maintained for each type of stored data: vector maps, remote sensing data, elevation matrices, and terrain models. It ensures remote placement of spatial data sets into file storage, versioning of stored sets, updating data availability map-schemes, automated collection and generation of metadata, and generation and updating of geocoverages. Automated collection and generation of metadata is performed according to standards ISO 19115:2003, Geographic information - Metadata, and ISO/TS 19139, Geographic information - Metadata - XML schema implementation. Reduced-size copies of data images are automatically generated, and file checksums and data set completeness are checked. Spatial data is placed into file storage with integrity verification and control of data structure and content. Work results are logged and entered into the metadata database. Automatic backup of metadata and the spatial data repository with integrity control and data recovery is provided. A multilingual interface is supported.

The "Spatial Data Bank" portal demonstrates the capabilities for organizing the storage, accounting, and issuance of vector maps, remote sensing data, elevation matrices, and terrain models. The portal contains vector maps in SXF format, generated from open sources (OpenStreetMap, VMap0). The spatial data includes maps of subjects of the Russian Federation, countries, and cities near and far abroad. A total of over 450 vector maps and over 6,700 matrix datasets with a total volume of over 250 GB. KB "Panorama" specialists weekly update and maintain the information composition on the portal. All published data is distributed free of charge under a free license.

The new version of the program is available for download on the Downloads page.

KB "Panorama" has developed "ARM of the Cadastral Engineer" version 15.5.4. In the new version, the process of establishing the correspondence between the names of coordinate systems used for maintaining the Unified State Register of Real Estate (USRN) and the State Forest Register (SFR) with the geodetic parameters of local coordinate systems has been automated. For this purpose, a file of local coordinate system (LCS) parameters and a file for matching LCS names to their parameters are used. The configuration of the matching file can be performed in the dialog of the "Reading a cadastral plan of the territory and updating the map" mode or in any text editor. Users can independently adjust the parameter file and the matching file in accordance with the information and data available to them. The program uses the LCS code or name specified in the XML extract file from the USRN or SFR to search for a line in the matching file. Then, for the found line, the LCS name in the parameter file is determined, and these parameters are set in the map passport.

In the "Create objects from XML file" task, reading the extract for a forest quarter has been improved. The order of sections containing references to spatial names has been corrected. Support for creating a map in a local coordinate system has been implemented, which allows both creating separate maps for each extract and updating a single common map. This supports general geographic coordinate systems in meters and degrees (EPSG3857, EPSG4087, and EPSG4326) and local coordinate systems based on the LCS matching file.

In the dialog of the "Reading a cadastral plan of the territory and updating the map" mode, the fields "File of reference systems parameters" and "Matching file" have been added. The procedure for creating temporary maps for source USRN XML files has been optimized, eliminating the creation of unnecessary datasets. The program now only creates maps for those LCS names encountered while reading the USRN XML files. For USRN XML files without spatial data, where information about the LCS name is absent, or for datasets without established correspondence to LCS parameters, a map of the "Large-scale plan" type is created.

In the "Scheme of plot location on the cadastral plan" mode, the formation of an XML document according to the SchemaParcels_V03 scheme has been implemented.

In the dialog of the "Attributes of a cadastral object" task, on the "Basic Information" tab, the CONSTRUCTION_PERIOD semantics has been removed for a single real estate complex. On the "Location" tab, the obsolete "On map" button has been removed. The button name "FIAS address" has been changed to "Select address", as the address is selected from the KB "Panorama" address database, not from the resources of the Federal Address Information System.

In the "Cadastral works database" mode, when exporting geodetic point information to CSV format, platform analysis has been added to automatically select the file encoding.

Obsolete mode buttons "Generate summary GPS measurement report" and "Create coordinate catalog from PNT file" have been removed from the Geodetic Editor panel. Their functions are provided by the "Scheme of geodetic constructions" and "Cadastral works database" modes, respectively. For user convenience, a flag "do not terminate task operation after execution" has been added to the geodetic editor parameters. The flag is used in geometric construction modes, constructions parallel and along an object.

For the "Scheme of geodetic constructions" mode, the creation of a geodetic construction scheme for cases where base stations are located at geodetic network points has been implemented. The formation of the scheme without filling in information about the base station in the dialog is supported. Direction lines "base station - object" are created in the scheme. Errors in configuring and creating labels for cadastral object points have been fixed. Points without their own name are now designated as new points in the scheme.

In the "Automatic placement of characteristic points" mode, the order of reading the composition and names of object keys processed on the source map and applied to the resulting map has been corrected. The ability to log program errors and failures to a diagnostic journal has been added.

In the "Creating an object scheme and filling out the report" and "Filling out the report for an object" modes, the ability to select a folder for saving the report has been added. When using a map located in a shared network folder, reports created by all users simultaneously working with the map are generated in this shared folder. To mitigate risks of working with someone else's report or deleting a report, the option to choose a folder for saving it has been implemented. Obsolete parameters have been removed from the geodetic editor parameters: template of the created report, folder for reports placement, generating a report with selection from a list. The ability to insert information into the report that is not contained in object semantics has been added. For processing attributes described in the map passport or map classifier, the following markers are supported: #MapName# - map name, #LayerName# - layer name, #ObjectName# - object name, #ObjectKey# - object key.

For the "Map-plan of the territory" mode, the algorithm for obtaining the area determination error value has been corrected. In the text report for identified objects, the #DAREA# marker (estimate of discrepancy between calculated area and area recorded in the USRN) has been replaced with #PAREA# (area determination error value).

In the "Map(plan) of the land management object" mode, when forming an XML document according to the interact_entry_boundaries_v02.xsd scheme, the algorithm for recording the "Maximum plot size" and "Minimum plot size" elements has been changed. These elements are not written to the file if their value is 0.

Support for geoportals providing vector data for territorial planning and territory development in PBF and GPKG formats has been implemented. Such data may contain object geometry, their attribute characteristics, and metadata for various scaling levels. When connecting such services, a multi-scale map is formed, for which display styles for various object types are automatically assigned. This allows using geoportal data, traditional vector maps, remote sensing materials, and databases in one project, significantly expanding territory analysis capabilities.

For the "Technical plan" mode, the procedure for using information on the area of a real estate object according to documents for multi-contour objects has been changed. Information about such area is stored in the AREADOC semantics, while the XML file and technical plan report previously used only the area of the first contour of the object. Calculation of the sum of areas for all contours has been added. During calculation, if the AREADOC semantics for a contour is not filled, the area from the map is used. When generating the report, the type of graphic files for the "Location scheme" section has been corrected. The check for placing graphic files in the map folder has been removed. When forming XML, the OtherParentCadastralNumbers node was filled from incorrect semantics; this has been corrected to KADNUM_ENK.

The new version of the program is available for download in the Download section.
