KB "Panorama" has developed version 7.1.0 for operating systems Astra Linux, Alt SP, RED OS, Ubuntu, MS Windows. The new version allows analyzing the state of objects over time. The capabilities of the map editor, object search, and user interface settings have been enhanced.
In GIS WebServer SE, retrospective terrain analysis helps identify dynamics of changes, assess the impact of various factors, and forecast future processes. Storage and retrieval of data for a selected date can be organized for a published layer in when information about past states of objects on the map is available.
User interface customization tools have been expanded. Background color and task header changes have been added. Color schemes for dark and light themes have been separated. Mirror placement functionality for buttons and panels has been implemented.
The map editor now includes a mode for inserting intermediate object points. The ability to define and select coordinate systems when importing objects and publishing maps (MIF/MID, SHP, GeoJSON, CSV, DXF, SXF), as well as when exporting layers, has been added. The functionality for searching and displaying objects from third-party services, including the National Spatial Data System (NSDS), has been expanded. The plugin development system has been improved. Administrators can add and edit forms for subsequent configuration of custom components from the interface.
GIS WebServer SE is used in building closed corporate systems with data protection for classified or commercially confidential information. GIS WebServer SE is implemented using toolkit, which can be applied in development tools using JavaScript and TypeScript.
Based on GIS WebServer SE and other server products from KB "Panorama", the Regional has been implemented. RGIS RO is a specialized multifunctional geoportal whose interactive capabilities provide access to reliable information about objects of various categories. RGIS RO is available to a wide range of users – government authorities, citizens, organizations, including potential investors and private companies. The Regional GIS of Ryazan Oblast assists in decision-making across various areas of socio-economic development.

Specialists from KB "Panorama" together with students from have prepared a video tutorial on working with the mode. The task covered is available in , , and other software products from KB "Panorama".
The map navigator is an auxiliary interface designed to simplify the process of orientation on digital vector maps. It displays the current digital vector map at a specified scale, independent of the scale of the program's main window.
The video tutorial demonstrates an example of using the "Navigator" mode. The task operates in two modes, depending on the set map scale. When selecting a scale smaller than the original, the "Navigator" mode is activated. When increasing the scale beyond the original value, the "Magnifier" mode is launched. The navigator allows memorizing arbitrarily marked points on the map and the scale at which they were selected. You can navigate between points sequentially in forward or reverse order, or select any arbitrary point to display the map with the window center at the corresponding point and saved scale. Points can be erased and re-entered at any time. The entered sequence of points can be saved to a script file with any name and opened when necessary to view the saved points. If needed, you can change the navigator window size, as well as hide or display the additional information bar with the map display scale value in the navigator and the panel with functional buttons.
You can familiarize yourself with the educational materials in the "Video Tutorials" section.
KB "Panorama" has developed the software complex version 15.5.0. The new version provides enhanced tools for working with geospatial data, improved analytics and advanced toolkit for land resource management. The update is focused on increasing the accuracy and efficiency of agronomic decision-making, which directly affects the increase in productivity and profitability of agricultural production.
The program has improved the task, which allows agronomists to work more conveniently with large information arrays. Advanced filters for rows by selected layer objects, color indication of changed data and support for tables with composite primary keys have been added. These improvements simplify the maintenance of electronic farm field books, processing of field monitoring data and report generation, reducing time costs for routine operations.
Significant attention has been paid to improving cartographic capabilities. The has added configuration of adjacency rules for linear objects, which ensures logical connection between map objects for forming networks of various purposes. This is especially important for creating accurate maps of agricultural enterprise infrastructure, reclamation systems and transport logistics.
For agricultural producers working with large territories, an important improvement was the enhancement of the task with the ability to highlight all map objects and extended object search by "Inside and touching" criteria. This allows for more accurate analysis of the mutual location of agricultural lands, identification of unused plots and optimization of the enterprise's land bank.
The dialog has been improved, which speeds up the preparation of working lists of reference systems. This increases the accuracy of agronomic calculations and work planning. Support for the CGCS2000 Gauss-Kruger coordinate system has been added, which opens new opportunities for cooperation with Chinese partners and work in international markets.
New capabilities, including page number selection and copying objects between maps, simplify the preparation of reporting materials and data visualization for management decision-making. This is especially in demand when preparing crop rotation schemes, fertilizer application maps and planning agrotechnical measures.
For agricultural producers, the update means not only technical improvements, but also specific economic advantages. Increasing the accuracy of cartographic data allows optimizing the use of land resources, reducing costs for fuel and mineral fertilizers, and more accurately forecasting yields. Integration with state cadastral systems and geoportals ensures the relevance of information about land plots, which minimizes risks in land management and agricultural work planning.

Specialists from KB "Panorama" have prepared a video tutorial on working with the mode of the application task in . Within the framework of the considered mode, departure routes are plotted on aeronautical charts.
The video tutorial demonstrates the result of plotting a standard instrument departure scheme on a map. The main map for outputting standard departure routes is the user map "Departure XX", which is part of the aeronautical chart "Standard Instrument Departure Routes".
The departure scheme is established and published for each runway of aerodromes where instrument departures are expected. A list of maneuvers is specified for the route. The information is decoded and presented in a form close to the official description of routes in AIP documents. All maneuvers of the old route are replaced, while maneuvers deleted in the database are not modified and are subject to manual deletion with preliminary analysis.

Geoportal has been supplemented with a map of the Solomon Islands, formed according to OpenStreetMap data. To work with the map, you can use the program or other software products of KB "Panorama".
The map was led to the modernised classifier of large-scale plans of scale 1: 5 000 (map5000m). Publishing of updates in bank of spatial data is made by using the program of . Publishing contents of bank of spatial data on the geoportal and data access for downloading are implemented by means of .
Free maps on the basis of OpenStreetMap data are available for download on the page "Digital maps".
