KB "Panorama" has developed version 15.5.3. The new version features a mode that provides the formation of electronic XML documents and text reports, taking into account the type of real estate object for which the technical plan is prepared. It supports work with the following object types: building, structure, unfinished construction project, premises, parking space, and a single real estate complex. This mode combines the capabilities of outdated technical plan formation modes and is cross-platform for Windows and Linux operating systems.
Preparing a map is an important stage of forming a technical plan; its content depends on the type of real estate object. The survey.v6 classifier has been updated for map maintenance, including the necessary objects and attributes described in the "Technical Plan" layer. Input and editing of technical plan information is carried out in the "Technical Plan" dialog, and source information is requested from cadastral map objects and the database of cadastral works. The data is organized as a hierarchical tree corresponding to the sections of the technical plan. Auxiliary dialogs have been developed for entering and editing composite attributes of the technical plan: "Document", "Location within a real estate object", "Characteristics of all premises, parking spaces located in a building, structure". The procedure for obtaining information about parts has been changed, considering the type of real estate object. For buildings and structures, two types of parts are provided: with coordinate description of location and with textual description of location. For premises, only parts with a textual description of location are provided.
The text report of the technical plan is created in DOCX format based on templates of the established form and content in accordance with the requirements of the Rosreestr order dated 03.15.2022 No. P/0082 "On establishing the form of the technical plan, requirements for its preparation and the composition of contained information". Formation of the electronic XML document is performed in accordance with the XSD schema TP_v07_R03.
A mode has been developed, intended for automated placement of geodetic measurement results on a map. The mode is developed considering current regulatory requirements for schemes of geodetic constructions and replaces two outdated modes: "Creating a scheme of base stations on an object in a separate window" and "Generate a consolidated GPS measurement protocol". The dialog of the mode provides control over the composition of graphic elements placed on the map, considering the number and location of base stations. Typically, the following objects are placed on the scheme: geodetic points, base stations, direction to the base station, contour of the cadastral object, existing and new boundary points of the object, direction to boundary points, boundary segments, explanatory labels. The mode button is included in the "Preparation of schemes and drawings" group.
The mode has been refined. The composition of attributes of cadastral objects has been clarified in accordance with the data of the "National Spatial Data System" geoportal. The order of analyzing geoportal layers for the corresponding request of cadastral information has been changed. Information about capital construction objects is requested first, then about land plots, followed by territorial zones and other cadastral objects.
The mode has been updated regarding the maintenance of information about geodetic points. A "Save geopoints to CSV file" button has been added. Data saving is performed considering the filter set in the dialog on the "Geopoints" tab. When loading geodetic network points from CSV, analysis of the data string format has been added for automatic reading of information about geodetic points in both abbreviated and full sets of source data fields.
The mode has been refined to obtain information about parts of premises and information about the inclusion of a cadastral object in the register of cultural heritage objects.
For automatic filling of the attribute "1. Information about the territory of complex cadastral works" of the "Explanatory note" section of the text report, processing of a new attribute "Designation of the territory of complex cadastral works" has been added. For this purpose, changes have been made to the survey.v6.rsc classifier, the "Attributes of a cadastral object" dialog, and the procedure for filling the DOCX text report. Now, when forming a text report, the attribute, in addition to cadastral quarter numbers, additionally records the content of semantics with the key CCW_DESCRIPTION.
A new mode has been developed, which combined the capabilities of the "Construction of a linear structure profile" and "Construction of a route profile" dialogs. The updated mode allows for the construction of profiles for various types of linear structures (highway, railway, power line, pipeline, and others). Depending on the type of linear structure, additional design elements are placed on the profile scheme: stationing, angles, distances, information about curves and straight sections, and others. Tools for managing the appearance of the scheme have been expanded. The ability to divide the scheme into printable pages and insert prepared stamps (document main inscriptions) and approval signatures into the designed pages has been implemented. Profile construction is implemented in case of partial or complete absence of a height matrix (if the object has 3D coordinates), in case of absence of 3D coordinates - formation of a straight line with the creation of all possible design tables. A check for exceeding the route boundaries when forming the curve table has been added. Saving profile settings information to a file for initializing the print dialog has been implemented.
The modes "Save selected to one *.csv file", "Save selected to several *.csv files", and "Save selected stations to one *.xyh file" have been replaced by one new mode . The "Report Generation" dialog has been refined so that actions with map objects can be performed in parallel with the open dialog. The parameters of buttons and tables have been changed in the scheme and report setup dialog.
The dialog of the mode and the dialog have been refined, adding the ability to load measurement files in Excel format.
In the modes "Calculation of object intersection", "Viewing object intersection", and "Control of object intersection", processing of lists from has been added, the display of errors on the screen during calculations has been removed, and control of object localization when adding them to lists for processing has been added.
The new version of the program is available for download in the section.
KB "Panorama" has developed the Automatic Recognition and Vectorization Complex version 1.9.0. The new version features a mode for detecting and classifying vehicles on satellite and aerial images. The mode is intended for working with ultra-high resolution terrain images (0.3–0.6 meters/pixel) and allows detecting transport objects of the following types: passenger cars, pickup trucks, trucks and buses, construction and engineering equipment (including bulldozers and excavators), sea and river vessels, airplanes.
The recognition is based on a neural network model with CenterNet architecture, optimized for detecting point objects when analyzing dense scenes. The model allows accurately predicting the coordinates of the centers of transport objects, even if their size in the image is only 10-30 pixels. Furthermore, the applied neural network algorithms help separate closely located objects, avoiding "merging" of cars in parking lots or ships in a port. The new mode opens up possibilities for automating the following tasks:
- Monitoring the road situation and traffic density.
- Analysis of parking lot occupancy, logistics terminals, and industrial sites.
- Inventory of transport and equipment at construction and infrastructure facilities.
- Control of port activity and shipping.
- Detection and registration of aircraft, assessment of apron occupancy at airfields.
Based on the results of image processing, the "Panorama Vision" complex generates a vector map with recognized objects. Starting from service version 1.9.0, the panvision.rsc classifier is used to create objects. Vehicles are placed on the map as point objects of corresponding types. The confidence value of the neural network model prediction is recorded in the "Prediction confidence" semantics (code 963 in the panvision.rsc classifier). In addition to vehicles, the "Panorama Vision" complex allows detecting objects of categories such as: agricultural fields, hydrography objects (rivers, ponds, lakes, etc.), tall forest, forest growth, clearings, buildings, dirt and asphalt roads.
To use the new features of the service, it is necessary to run the task "Automatic recognition of images" from the main menu of : Launch applications - Automatic object creation - Automatic recognition and vectorization complex - Automatic recognition of images.
The density of traffic flows, parking lot occupancy, and logistics terminals after processing images in "Panorama Vision" can be visualized using the mode, available in the .
The current version of GIS "Panorama" is available for download in the section.
KB "Panorama" has developed . The new version enhances the automation of tools for creating and updating maps using overlay operations and automatic recognition and vectorization of objects based on remote sensing data. Tools for automatic label placement, data import and export in various formats have been refined, support for the AIXM aeronautical chart format has been improved. In the complex of geodetic tasks, new tools have been developed for building route and linear structure profiles, preparing schemes of geodetic constructions, technical plans for real estate objects, and other types of documents.
In the mode, a new algorithm for cutting internal and external areas of intersection of an object with a template (cutter) has been implemented. Both the editable object and the template can be simple area objects or multipolygons. The result is written to simple area objects or multipolygons and contains external or internal areas (areas of intersection with the template). Optionally, the template's metric is aligned with the editable object. In this case, intersection points with the object being cut are added to the template's contour. Setting mode options is performed in the context menu when activating the mode by clicking the right mouse button.
When creating a new object by coordinates from a file, support for the has been added. Before loading, the correspondence between the type of data being loaded and the type (character of localization) of the object selected in the classifier is checked. An option "Insertion of control points only on the current map" has been added, which prohibits making unauthorized changes in maps added to the editable one. In the mode, the ability to enter the length of the created segment in mm on the map has been added to simplify the creation of schematic drawings and plans.
When creating new objects or editing semantics of existing objects in the dialog, the ability to immediately create linked meta-objects via GUID-type links has been added. For this, in the , it is necessary to specify the types of related objects that a specific semantics-link type can refer to. For example, in the object "Radio navigation aid" there can be several instances of semantics-links to objects "Radio navigation equipment". When creating the "Radio navigation aid" object, in the Semantics tab, right-clicking on the semantics-link to equipment selects the "Create related object" menu item to select the equipment type and its parameters. This mode simplifies the creation of a set of subordinate meta-objects, entering their attributes, and establishing links between objects.
Functions for automatic recognition and vectorization of objects on terrain images via connection to the service have been expanded. A mode has been added, intended for automatic detection of objects missing from the current digital map. To use the mode, it is necessary to: open a digital terrain map in GIS "Panorama", load satellite or aerial images of the area of interest, switch to the "Search for unregistered objects" mode, specify the object type for analysis (e.g., buildings, roads, forest, etc.), select reference (existing) objects on the map, submit a recognition request. After submitting the request, the "Panorama Vision" service performs: object interpretation on the images; comparison of recognized and reference contours; highlighting new or differing objects on the resulting map.
As a result of the comparison, each object is assigned semantics with a corresponding display color: red – object found on the image but absent among references (new); orange – object has significant geometric differences from the reference; green – object matches the reference; purple – reference object that does not correspond to any found object. The tolerance for shape deviation between the recognized object and the reference is set in the mode interface. By default, it is 5 meters. Deviation is calculated using the Hausdorff metric – as the maximum distance from points of one object to the nearest points of another. The result is saved in the semantics "Maximum shape deviation of the object from the reference" (code 31302 in the service.rsc classifier). The mode can be used to detect objects of the following categories: agricultural fields, hydrography objects (rivers, ponds, lakes, etc.), tall forest, forest growth, clearings, buildings, dirt and asphalt roads.
The "Search for unregistered objects" mode is launched by a button on the toolbar, available from the list of applied tasks. This toolbar also contains a button for opening the dialog, which allows processing terrain images and data from open geoportals – even in the absence of a reference map.
To obtain a ready vector map, the user needs to double-click the request line in the "Request List" or call the context menu and select "Open layer". For detected objects, a link to the nearest reference object of the source map is recorded in the semantics "Link to map with addition of object number" (code 32797 in the service.rsc classifier).
The "Automatic label placement" task has been refined. Before placing labels on the open map, the mode for deleting previously created label-objects is activated. The new version implements selective deletion: the ability to delete not all labels, but only those related to objects selected in the "Objects to be labeled" table. When deleting a label, the semantics of the "Link to label" type are automatically removed from the corresponding objects. This logic allows safely updating labels only for needed objects without affecting other map elements.
In the dialog, the ability to specify the last line for processing has been added if there are lines at the end of the file whose data does not need to be transferred to the map. When selecting processed file columns, repeated assignment of a column to different coordinates is blocked. When assigning a column type that has already been assigned to another column, the previous assignment is reset. Several fields can be assigned the same semantics if the property "Repetition is allowed" is set for it in the map classifier.
The task of has been refined. A new mode for saving the appearance (styles) of objects has been added. In this mode, the image of point objects is saved as a picture in the output file. Data is saved to GML format in accordance with the OGC 02-070 version 1.0.0 standard – SLD (Styled Layer Descriptor).
In the task, a new mode has been developed, intended for automated placement of geodetic measurement results on a map.
The dialog has been refined so that actions with map objects can be performed in parallel with the open dialog. In the modes "Calculation of object intersection", "Viewing object intersection", and "Control of object intersection", processing of lists from has been added.
A new mode has been developed. The mode integrates the capabilities of the "Construction of a linear structure profile" and "Construction of a route profile" dialogs. The ability to divide the scheme into printable pages and insert prepared stamps (document main inscriptions) and approval signatures into the designed pages has appeared.
In the task, a new mode has been developed, combining the capabilities of outdated technical plan formation modes. The new mode provides collection of information from the map and formation of a technical plan as a text report and an electronic XML document for a building, structure, unfinished construction project, premises, parking space, and a single real estate complex. Input and editing of technical plan information is carried out in the "Technical Plan" dialog, and source information is requested from cadastral map objects and the database of cadastral works. Preparing a map is an important stage of forming a technical plan; its content depends on the type of real estate object and must include the necessary map objects, described in the survey.v6 classifier in the "Technical Plan" layer. The left part of the dialog contains a tree of sections, and the right part displays information for the selected tree node. Auxiliary dialogs have been developed for entering and editing composite attributes of the technical plan: "Document", "Location within a real estate object", "Characteristics of all premises, parking spaces located in a building, structure". For buildings and structures, two types of parts are provided: with coordinate description of location and with textual description of location. For premises, only parts with a textual description of location are provided. The text report of the technical plan is created in DOCX format based on templates of the established form and content. Report templates contain markers that the program replaces with attribute values. Formation of the electronic XML document is performed in accordance with the TP_v07_R03 schema.
The mode has been refined. The composition of attributes of cadastral objects has been clarified in accordance with the data of the "National Spatial Data System" geoportal. For automatic filling of the attribute "1. Information about the territory of complex cadastral works" of the "Explanatory note" section of the "Territory Map-Plan" text report, processing of a new attribute "Designation of the territory of complex cadastral works" has been added. For this purpose, changes have been made to the survey.v6.rsc classifier, the "Attributes of a cadastral object" dialog, and the procedure for filling the DOCX text report. Now, when forming a text report, the attribute, in addition to cadastral quarter numbers, additionally records the content of semantics with the key CW_DESCRIPTION.
The mode has been refined to obtain information about parts of premises. Reading data of the CulturalHeritage node "Information about the inclusion of a real estate object in the unified state register of objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) of the peoples of the Russian Federation" and saving information into several semantics of the object has been added. Previously, information was saved in the CULTURAL semantics as a composite string; now the following semantics are used: "Sign of inclusion in the register of cultural heritage objects" (CULTURALHERITAGE), "Registration number of cultural heritage object" (REGNUM), "Type of cultural heritage object (list)" (OBJCULTURAL), "Name of cultural heritage object" (NAMECULTURAL), "Details of decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation, bodies for the protection of cultural heritage objects on the inclusion of a real estate object in the unified state register of objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) of the peoples of the Russian Federation or on classifying a real estate object as identified objects of cultural heritage subject to state protection" (CULT_DECISION).
The new version of the program is available for download in the section.
