Specialists from KB "Panorama" have prepared a video tutorial on working with the mode of the application task in . Within the framework of the considered mode, departure routes are plotted on aeronautical charts.
The video tutorial demonstrates the result of plotting a standard instrument departure scheme on a map. The main map for outputting standard departure routes is the user map "Departure XX", which is part of the aeronautical chart "Standard Instrument Departure Routes".
The departure scheme is established and published for each runway of aerodromes where instrument departures are expected. A list of maneuvers is specified for the route. The information is decoded and presented in a form close to the official description of routes in AIP documents. All maneuvers of the old route are replaced, while maneuvers deleted in the database are not modified and are subject to manual deletion with preliminary analysis.

Geoportal has been supplemented with a map of the Solomon Islands, formed according to OpenStreetMap data. To work with the map, you can use the program or other software products of KB "Panorama".
The map was led to the modernised classifier of large-scale plans of scale 1: 5 000 (map5000m). Publishing of updates in bank of spatial data is made by using the program of . Publishing contents of bank of spatial data on the geoportal and data access for downloading are implemented by means of .
Free maps on the basis of OpenStreetMap data are available for download on the page "Digital maps".
KB "Panorama" has developed a toolkit for creating GIS applications - version 15.1.5.0. In the new version, the geoportal connection component (TMapWMSPopupDialog) has been improved. It allows processing information from remote sources that support data exchange via OGC WMS, WMTS, WFS, WCS protocols together with local spatial data. Remote geoportals provide the ability to view, analyze, download and use geodata for various purposes, such as research, design, resource management and much more.
The ability to perform data search in connected geoportals has been added. The standard menu includes 39 geoportals and 151 data layers. The new mode allows performing address search on the OpenStreetMap geoportal, search by cadastral number, address search on the National Spatial Data System geoportal, cross-search on KB "Panorama" geoportals or geoportals supporting the OGC WFS standard. Information about the found object is displayed in a standard dialog (using the TMapObj component). This dialog displays the geometry and attributes of objects, as well as visually highlights them on the map.
The toolkit is designed for developing client-server and desktop 32-bit and 64-bit applications that require processing and visualization of spatial data. GIS ToolKit classes and components are intended for use in the Embarcadero RAD Studio XE5 and higher programming environment (Delphi and C++ Builder) and are supplied with source codes. The components can be compared to "semi-finished products" that can be used to quickly and easily develop your own geoinformation application. At the same time, the GIS core of the GIS ToolKit can be used not only in the Embarcadero environment, but also in any development environment with any compiler that supports WINAPI standard function calls.
The new version of the program is available for download in the section.
KB "Panorama" has developed version 1.9 for Android OS. The new version adds the ability to create maps and expands their editing capabilities. Data export to KML format has been implemented.
A "Create Map" item has been added to the application's main menu. With its help, you can quickly create a map with a specified name, classifier, base scale and type. The created map is immediately connected to the current project and saved in the application storage, from where it can be opened through the "Open File" menu.
The "Map Editor" task has been supplemented with a "Move Object" tool. The editor allows users to create maps based on collected terrain data using tools such as: "Create Object", "Edit Object Contour", "Delete Object" and others. The "Move Object" mode makes it possible to move objects on the map without changing their contour. For ease of use, the selected object is automatically centered on the screen, which helps control its position.
The ability to save maps in KML format has been added. A map can be created in manual or automatic mode by recording a track using GPS receiver coordinates. To export a map to KML format, it is sufficient to specify a folder and file name through the standard Android file manager. This format is a popular standard for working with geospatial information and is compatible with many GIS applications. The resulting KML files can be easily transferred and used in desktop , and GIS Panorama Mini programs for subsequent processing of data from mobile devices. The new version has improved support for the dark interface theme. This makes working with the application more comfortable at any time of day.
GIS "Panorama Mobile" allows opening the main digital map formats of GIS "Panorama" on Android-based mobile devices and processing information from the built-in GPS/GLONASS receiver. Users can prepare the necessary set of spatial data in advance, pack them into a ZIP format archive using standard tools and transfer them to the mobile GIS "Panorama Mobile". The data processing workflow is performed autonomously, without connecting to the Internet. When the user moves, their current position is dynamically displayed using coordinates obtained from the GPS/GLONASS receiver. For ease of use, the ability to synchronize the map position with the current location is provided. To save coordinates obtained during movement, a track recording mode is provided, which creates a separate map and plots the movement trajectory on it. Basic information is provided for all map objects during operation.
The source code of GIS "Panorama Mobile" for Android is included in the GIS Constructor for Android software product and can be used as a basis when creating your own mobile application in the Kotlin programming language. GIS "Panorama Mobile" uses the MAPAPI programming interface, which implements extensive capabilities for performing calculations and ensuring the display of spatial data in standard and custom symbol systems. Access to the MAPAPI programming interface occurs through the Java Native Interface (JNI) programming interface. The JNI programming interface allows calling MAPAPI libraries implemented in C/C++ from Java/Kotlin language. An example implementation of this interface is included in GIS Constructor for Android.
New versions of GIS "Panorama Mobile" and GIS Constructor for Android are available for download in the section.
KB "Panorama" has developed the version 8.5 for operating systems "Astra Linux Special Edition", "RED OS", "Alt Linux" and MS Windows under the management of for Linux and Windows.
In the new version, the information input dialogs (, , ) have implemented the capability to maintain a database of landing sites for unmanned aircraft and Class H airspace structure elements in accordance with Russian Federation Government Decree No. 1133 dated July 31, 2025, Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation No. 140 dated April 21, 2025, and the AIP of the Russian Federation.
Class H is established in airspace from 0 to 150 m above ground (water) surface, on specially designated routes for unmanned aircraft flights at altitudes below 3050 m.
For plotting objects on aeronautical charts, aeronautical classifiers (dfc.rscz and ) have been updated, adding the object: landing site for unmanned aircraft.
The Aeronautical Information Document Preparation Complex is a set of tools for maintaining an aeronautical database, modeling and analyzing aeronautical situations, generating aeronautical charts, and exchanging data with other information systems through export and import in ARINC 424-19 exchange format and export in AIXM 5.1 format. The "Flight Scheme Design" task serves for designing departure, approach and landing routes and analyzing flight safety on them. The "Aerodrome Compliance Assessment with FAR Requirements" task is designed for analyzing aerodromes and aerodrome territories for operational suitability and aircraft flights according to Federal Aviation Regulations.
The new version of the program, examples of aeronautical information documents, operational documentation, video tutorials and presentations are available for download on the page.
