Geoportal has been supplemented with a map of the Republic of Congo, formed according to OpenStreetMap data. To work with the map, you can use the program or other software products of KB "Panorama".
The map was led to the modernised classifier of large-scale plans of scale 1: 5 000 (). Publishing of updates in bank of spatial data is made by using the program of . Publishing contents of bank of spatial data on the geoportal and data access for downloading are implemented by means of .

KB "Panorama" has completed organizational and technical measures for licensing activities in the field of technical information security. Following a special examination conducted by an authorized certification center, a license from the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control of Russia was obtained for carrying out activities related to the creation of information security tools, Series SS No. 0281, number 014137, registration number 3767 dated June 26, 2024.
KB "Panorama" has developed version 3.2. In the new version, the construction of a hierarchical tree of field passports data and switching between elements in the list of arable land plots have been improved. The performance of displaying information has been enhanced when dealing with a large number of field passport records in the agricultural database. The functionality for working with cartographic projects of producers has been expanded in GIS WebServer AGRO, and their automation has been implemented in the administration module.
The management of field treatment accounting using plant protection products (PPP) has been optimized by utilizing information from a unified directory of pesticides and agrochemicals. A periodic check for connection to the remote data publication server has been added in case the remote server was unresponsive when opening a layer. This allows for connection restoration and retransmission of necessary requests. The data display speed during geospatial portal publication has been increased. Improved support for reading large maps (tens of gigabytes and above) on slow hard drives during simultaneous multi-user editing of these maps has been implemented.
GIS WebServer AGRO utilizes as a spatial data source. Synchronization of cartographic information described in the agricultural database and information published on GIS WebService SE is automatic. For collaborative data work, digital maps of agricultural lands and enterprise infrastructure are hosted on the . Its application enables synchronization between desktop "Panorama AGRO", web applications, and mobile clients. Desktop applications such as , "Workstation of agronomist", and others can connect to the GIS Server. This allows mobile clients working through the web to process the same data jointly with desktop clients.

Specialists from KB "Panorama" have developed a video tutorial introducing the dialogue . The instructional material provides descriptions of the types of objects created for generating a textual report in the form of a map (plan) of land management objects and XML documents based on XSD schemas interact_entry_boundaries_v02 and interact_map_plan_v01_R04. Government Resolution No. 1532 of December 31, 2015, establishes rules for submitting documents to the Unified State Register of Real Estate. These rules involve providing information on 21 types of land management objects in the form of electronic XML documents. Requirements for the form and content of the XML document are set by the schemas interact_entry_boundaries_v02 and interact_map_plan_v01_R04, approved by the order of Rosreestr No. P/0554 dated December 25, 2023. For 8 types of objects, the formation of a textual report in the form of a map (plan) of land management objects is required. The report format is approved by the Government Resolution of the Russian Federation No. 621 dated July 30, 2009.
Preparing a map of land management objects involves delineating the boundaries of objects on the map. The map must be created according to the current classifier survey.v6.rscz. Objects from the "Cadastral Plan of the Territory" layer are used to plot the results of cadastral work on the map. To initiate the report and XML document generation procedure on the map, the contour of the real estate object must be specified. The object contour defines the coordinates of the boundaries (metrics) of the land management object and its attributes (semantics). This object is used when initializing the dialogue "Map (Plan) of the Object Land". At the top of the dialogue, a toolbar with a set of screen buttons is placed. Below are tabs for displaying information included in the report and XML: general information about the object, map (plan), and settings.
Attributes of objects are filled in using the mode. All information entered in the dialogue is saved in the semantics of the map object. The dialogue "Map (Plan) of the Object Land" works in conjunction with the cadastral work database. The contract number is used to store information in the database, organized under tabs such as customer, performer, basis, approval, transfer to the fund, boundary plan.
The "Settings" tab displays data necessary for report and XML generation, and checks for compliance with XSD schemas are performed. XSD files for checking the XML document are automatically selected according to the schema specified in the dialogue header.
