In KB "Panorama" the Complex of conducting a databank of digital maps and remote sensing data of version 1.2 is developed. In the new version of the program the possibilities of conducting base of the Complex metadata are expanded. There is added the possibility of editing the metadata of Bank via web the interface. For the analysis of the data state, convenience of selection and obtaining of maps-materials from storehouse there is added a function of previewing the images of the Bank data of Digital Map (DM) and remote sensing data (RSD) in gallery. Conventional symbols of the map objects of metadata and comments to them are displayed in the form of a map legend for the best informativeness of the map-scheme image. Collective access and viewing of the metadata of the Databank of DM and RSD can be carried out by means of desktop computers, smart phones, tablets through the web-browser. The program is developed in programming languages such as PHP and javascript on the basis of toolkit of web-application development the GIS WebToolKit SE with use of functions of an interactive map. Exchange of spatial data is carried out with cartographical service the GIS WebService SE by protocols OGC WMTS, OGC WFS and REST API. In KB "Panorama" the "Workstation of geologist" of version 11.12.8 is developed. In the new version the module "Calculating bulks of earthworks" is refined. Planned earthworks volume is calculated according to the cartogram of earthworks. For its creation it is necessary to know elevations of the vertices of the computational grid of squares. Usually it is carried out or by leveling the surface in nodes of squares grid or by interpolation of vertices of rectangles under the topographical plan. The module "Calculating bulks of earthworks" uses for calculations the values from matrixes of heights of landscape (a topographical surface) and a project relief (project surface). Initial and project matrixes can be obtained in the various ways: on the basis of points of field research, by horizontals, photogrammetric methods, on the basis of a cloud of points of air laser scanning or their combination. The program added the ability to set not only the step of squares grid, but the size of the area for calculation. The algorithm of calculation of bulks of moved earth masses is updated. Methods and algorithms of calculations on the basis of matrix calculations of work points allow the user to create the analysis model of squares grid, most precisely describing the source surface. At performance of construction works the project surface more often is presented by a set of horizontal or inclined planes. Accuracy of calculating the bulks will be maximal if nodes of computational grid coincide with points of an extremum of the project surface. In the program the restrictions associated with the correction of step and binding the computational grid of squares are removed that can significantly improve the accuracy of calculations.
