Geoportal has been supplemented with a map of Guam Territory (USA), formed according to OpenStreetMap data. To work with the map, you can use the program or other software products of KB "Panorama".
The map was led to the modernised classifier of large-scale plans of scale 1: 5 000 (map5000m). Publishing of updates in bank of spatial data is made by using the program of . Publishing contents of bank of spatial data on the geoportal and data access for downloading are implemented by means of .
Free maps on the basis of OpenStreetMap data are available for download on the page "Digital maps".
KB "Panorama" has developed version 15.2.1 for Astra Linux Special Edition, Alt Linux, RED OS, Ubuntu, and MS Windows operating systems. The new version adds a component for interactive map editing and expands the set of demonstration examples.
The QDMapEditMetric component for interactive creation and editing of vector spatial data locations has been implemented. This component provides the developer with a nearly ready-made coordinate editor for map objects. It supports the following creation and editing modes: modifying the metric of an existing object, selecting the type of object to create and collecting metric points for a new object, creating a sub-object within a selected object, moving an object, adding and deleting coordinates, retrieving coordinates of a point on an object contour, retrieving coordinates of a virtual (non-existent) metric point on an object contour, as well as moving a group of objects.
All modes of the new component operate interactively using mouse movements combined with keyboard shortcuts. The programmer only needs to specify to the QDMapEditMetric component which map it works with, which QDMapObj component will display the result, and start the editing process with the desired mode selected. The use of the map editing component together with the QDMapManager map management component is demonstrated in the mapeditmetric test example included in GIS Constructor. Creating the example required only implementing mode selection buttons and tracking object selection events from the user in QDMapManager.
The set of demonstration examples included in the installation has been expanded. Examples for constructing isolines from surface models, generating quality rasters from vector map objects, and cyclic map display have been added. Isoline construction allows visualization of elevation or other surface characteristic distributions as lines of equal values. Quality rasters provide thematic visualization of map objects by assigning specified colors to individual object groups. Cyclic mode enables continuous viewing of spatial data across the entire extent of the globe without being constrained by map boundaries.
GIS Constructor is adapted for operation on a wide range of operating systems (Astra Linux Special Edition, RED OS, Alt Linux, Ubuntu, Windows, Elbrus, QNX) and architectures (Intel, ARM, Elbrus). The toolkit includes visual design components for GIS applications and libraries for a cross-platform multithreaded GIS core. GIS Constructor provides a cross-platform MAPAPI interface, allowing developers to work in their preferred operating system. Developers can release GIS applications for multiple operating systems through simple recompilation with minimal changes to the source code.

Comprehensive inventory of land plots is conducted across entire cadastral districts, municipalities, or entire regions. The goals of comprehensive inventory include not only determining the location, area, and characteristics of land plots but also identifying ownerless objects and unused lands. The obtained data is used for effective territory development planning, land involvement in economic circulation, expansion of the taxable base, and cadastral valuation. The Geodetic Calculations Suite has implemented several modes to support information exchange with the NSDS regarding comprehensive inventory results.
Information on land plots, buildings, structures, and unfinished construction objects obtained through comprehensive inventory is subject to entry into the Unified State Register of Real Estate using the mode.
Information on territories and land plots for which no signs of economic activity or other land use have been identified, and which may be classified as state or municipal property (unused lands) and are not subject to entry into the Unified State Register, is placed in thematic layers of the FGIS ECP NSDS. To prepare data for submission to the NSDS, the digital classifier survey.v6.rscz includes the "Unused Lands" object (code 40020314, key UNUSED_LANDS). Objects are created using the "Map Editor" tools, and the following attributes are filled in: "Cadastral District Number"; "Number on the Situational Plan"; "Location Description"; "Area"; "Description"; "Remarks"; "Data Source" using the dialog.
For information exchange with the Unified State Register and NSDS, spatial data must contain the required set of attributes, have valid geometry, and be represented in a geodetic coordinate system. That is, the for the map on which unused lands are plotted must contain information about the ellipsoid, projection, coordinate system, and coordinate transformation parameters. Object metrics must be error-free: polygons must have closed contours; polygon boundaries in a multipolygon must not intersect; outer polygons within a multipolygon must not intersect; inner polygon contours must not intersect outer contours; polygon or multipolygon contours must not self-intersect. The mode enables detection and automatic correction of errors.
To generate a text report on unused lands, the mode has been improved. The mode has been supplemented with a template that inserts semantic information from the "Unused Lands" object into the report table.
To generate an electronic document on unused lands in JSON format, the mode has been updated. The mode dialog has been supplemented with the "Semantic Name" option, allowing the semantic name to be used as the tag name in the JSON electronic document.
KB "Panorama" has developed version 15.16.0. The new version expands capabilities for working with data republished from other geoportals (OpenStreetMap) and services supporting OGC WMS, WMTS, and WFS standards, as well as GetFeature and GetFeatureInfo requests. Support has been added for queries retrieving object information at a specified point and searching objects by attribute values. For example, when republishing layers from the , users can not only view spatial information but also query object attributes. Query results can be obtained in GeoJSON, GML, or HTML formats for subsequent processing and use in applied GIS applications.
The new version improves the stability of service interaction with the GIS Server. The connection recovery mechanism with the server has been optimized. In the event of connection loss, reconnection attempts are made at 60-second intervals rather than upon every incoming request. This reduces the load on the service and GIS Server and eliminates additional delays in request processing during temporary data source unavailability. This approach increases the reliability of the service in distributed systems where multiple product copies are installed.
GIS WebService SE supports all international standards (OGC WFS, WFS-T, WMS, WMTS, WCS, WPS) for transmitting and displaying spatial data. The program implements tile serving in any user-defined or local coordinate system. The service supports OpenAPI 3.0 specification and REST API methods. The application is implemented on Windows and Linux platforms and is compatible with Apache, IIS, and nginx web servers.
The new version and documentation are available on the website in the section.
