KB "Panorama" has developed version 15.5.5. The program now includes the capability to prepare new report forms related to agricultural lands.
In the , the mode now supports the generation of two new reports: a survey report for agroforestry reclamation plantings and a survey report for agrophytomeliorative reclamation plantings. Surveying reclamation plantings is a mandatory procedure conducted to assess their condition, quantitative and qualitative characteristics, and to verify compliance with the approved land reclamation project. It is regulated by Order No. 225 of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia dated April 26, 2024. The program analyzes objects of the specified type on the map, reads their metrics and semantics, and fills in the report. Remote methods using unmanned aerial systems may be used during the survey. Automatic processing of aerial photographs and generation of digital orthophotomaps can be performed using . Deciphering and determining the boundaries of agroforestry and agrophytomeliorative plantings can be performed automatically using the service.
In the module, the mode provides for generating descriptions of agricultural land boundaries according to the form approved by Order No. П/0339/25 of Rosreestr dated September 19, 2025. The updated mode supports processing of boundary registry objects of the following types: populated areas, territorial zones, specially protected natural areas, zones with special conditions for territory use, agricultural lands, and forest-park green belts. The program analyzes the type of cadastral object, reads necessary information from the map, and generates a text report – a boundary description. Descriptions of boundaries for populated areas, territorial zones, specially protected natural areas, and zones with special conditions for territory use are generated according to the form approved by Order No. 650 of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia dated November 23, 2018, while descriptions for forest-park green belts follow the form approved by Order No. П/0230 of Rosreestr dated June 21, 2023.
For informational support of the updated agricultural land reporting tools, necessary objects and semantics have been added to the digital classifier survey.v6. Additionally, the classifier has been modified for maintaining maps within urban planning documents to support the process of generating urban planning plans for land plots.
The mode has been improved, adding a column that displays the semantic code. It is now possible to select a file from the list of available documents in the for automated filling of information regarding: land category, permitted use type of the land plot, property address, and access provision to the land plot. The list of attributes for certain categories of cadastral objects has been expanded. For cadastral quarters, the KADNUM_K semantics are additionally analyzed. For zones with special conditions for territory use, the COMM semantics have been added.
Processing speed for large numbers of objects has been accelerated in the dialog. In the dialog, reading of information about coordinate systems used from XML extracts of the state forest registry regarding forest quarters and forest inventory plots has been added. Tools for maintaining the cadastral works database have been improved regarding user directory management, and tools for using it in cadastral document generation modes have been expanded. The address table structure used for filling in information about individuals and legal entities has been updated. Consideration of the address division type has been added, ensuring synchronization of address information in the cadastral works database with the address database within the state address registry structure. In the dialog, it is now possible to select the name of the authorized government body from a directory. In the "Attributes of Cadastral Object" dialog, for the permitted use of an object according to a regulatory act, a value selection from the database directory has been added.
The mode has been improved regarding the generation of XML documents according to version 01. Recording of OKATO and OKTMO information in the Address element has been added. In the Area element, automatic filling of the Formula value based on program settings data has been implemented if the formula is not specified in the property object's semantics. In the dialog, the display of information about formed parts in the list of plots and their parts has been added.
The updated dialog provides analysis and editing of generated electronic cadastral documents, including the map (plan) of the land management object, boundary plan, territory map-plan, technical plan, property inspection report, and others. The cross-platform dialog is divided into two parts. The left part displays the XML document content as a tree of element names and attributes. The right part displays element and attribute values, which can be edited by the user.

KB "Panorama" has developed version 15.4.3 for "Astra Linux Special Edition", "Alt Linux", "RED OS", and Ubuntu operating systems. The new version implements modes for transaction processing and correcting the metrics of vector data objects. Tools for automatic control of user actions when placing objects on the map and entering attributes have been expanded. Settings for automated object recognition processes on terrain imagery for different recognition models have been improved. Settings for displaying formatted object characteristic labels have been supplemented.
A mode for controlling and has been implemented. The dialog displays the transaction log of the selected map, which records map object changes indicating transaction number, change type, number of objects, and date/time of the operation. For complex editing processes such as merging, stitching, or processing selected objects, a single transaction record is formed in the list with a set of included operations. Users can view the change history of all participants or an individual user, filter by object number and operation type – create, delete, or update. When a specific change record is selected, additional information about object metadata (nomenclature, name, layer name) and a table of its semantics are displayed in the dialog. Additionally, the user can view the object's outline before the selected operation on the map. After selecting a specific transaction, map changes can be undone or the object can be rolled back to its previous state.
A task for automated has been developed. This task is intended for batch correction of geometry, text labels, and object structure after importing data from other formats, editing maps, or controlling the quality of digital terrain descriptions. The task includes modes for processing labels, removing redundant points, working with sub-objects and duplicated objects, reconciling linear network topology, correcting the digitization direction of hydrography and contours according to relief, converting 3D metrics, recalculating heights, and changing coordinate order. Applying service procedures allows for restoring the correct metric structure of objects, eliminating the consequences of incorrect import or localization changes, reconciling point coordinates within specified tolerances, and cutting self-intersections and closed lines.
In the task, in the modes for , the ability to automatically control metrics for self-intersection and sub-object inclusion has been added. Metric control is performed when writing a linear or area object to the map. When errors are detected, a pop-up error message appears in the lower right corner, and the view shifts to the point on the map containing the first error. A marker is placed at the point containing the error. The full list of errors is written to a log, which opens in the "Measurements and Control" – mode. When the "Check metric on save" checkbox is enabled in the "Vector Map Editor Parameters" dialog, automatic metric control is activated in the following modes: Create Object, Create Sub-Object, Create by Type, Digitize Linear Object, Move Object Section, Close Object, Edit Point, Delete Point, Create Point, Edit Section. Automatic metric control during outline creation and editing allows for more prompt metric correction, reducing operations required to run control for the entire vector map.
In the and modes, the ability to check the specified quality of object outline digitization has been added. In the "Vector Map Editor Parameters" dialog, the "Check new segment length" checkbox enables highlighting of the current (final) segment being drawn if it does not meet vectorization parameters. If the segment length is less than the "Filtering Level" field value, the segment is highlighted with a red semi-transparent line. If the segment length is greater than the "Tracing Step" field value, the portion of the line exceeding the tracing step is highlighted with a purple semi-transparent line. Segment highlighting helps visually determine the recommended position of the next point – before purple highlighting appears. This drawing method reduces the number of redundant points and ensures the specified point density when creating and editing maps in manual vectorization modes of terrain objects.
The dialog, which replaces semantic characteristic values of selected objects, has been improved. The new version allows for correcting semantics based on entered semantic values or from a dictionary (in CSV format). The dictionary line format is: "source value";"new value". It is recommended to use ";" or tab as a separator. Double quotes are recommended but not required. Search for the source value is performed in modes: Full Match, Partial Match, Match from Beginning. When selecting the "Partial Match" or "Match from Beginning" property, the "Replace partially" checkbox becomes available. When partial replacement is enabled, it searches for and replaces a specific word or combination of words within the semantic value. If the source semantic string contains words specified in several dictionary lines, this string will be processed several times until all found words are processed.
The ability to select and update values for multiple codes of (numeric, text, angular, and other types) has been added. Updating semantics from a dictionary is performed only for text semantics. By default, the semantics list contains all types of semantic characteristics. In this case, only one characteristic can be updated. To update several semantic characteristics, you must select a type and highlight several lines in the semantics list. Multiple selection is performed with the left mouse button in the semantics list while holding Shift or Ctrl. The task is called from the "Map Editor - Edit Semantics" panel.
The functionality of the "Create Objects" dialog in the "Map Editor" task has been expanded. The dialog allows adding, deleting, and reordering columns with object information. Table composition management is performed via the context menu, which lists object attributes such as display scale, presence of 3D view, digitization direction, and meta-object. Multi-level sorting by object attributes has been added. Sorting is added using Shift + left mouse button click on the table column header. The order and type of sorting are indicated in the headers of sorted columns, for example: "[1] Code", "[2] Name". Filtering of classifier objects is performed by displayed table columns. Available localizations, layer tree, and classes are automatically filtered based on the selected objects. Layer or class search with a drop-down list of selected values has been added. For objects with a 3D view, three-dimensional display of the object view has been added.
In the task, an extended settings mechanism has been added, allowing control of image digitization parameters for each recognition model. The user can adapt processing to the characteristics of source data and requirements for the final vector map. Extended settings are structured into groups. Each neural network model has its own set of parameters affecting the result of object vectorization. When working with the task, the entered settings are saved until it is closed. For recognition models for agricultural fields, forests, and buildings, selection of the neural network subtype is available. For example, for building recognition, the following subtypes are available: "Aerial Photo (0.15 m/pixel)" and "Satellite (0.6 m/pixel)". Each subtype is trained on data with corresponding spatial resolution and provides the best recognition quality for similar types of images. If no explicit subtype is selected, it is determined automatically based on the resolution of the input data.
Users can set minimum object sizes, manage tolerances when merging linear objects (roads), and configure the level of contour adjustment to rectangular form. For buildings, adjustment of contour position to the foundation has been additionally implemented, increasing the accuracy of their placement on the map. In combined recognition modes ("City" and "Comprehensive Processing"), parameters for different object types (e.g., buildings and roads) are simultaneously available, allowing coordinated adjustment of the vectorization result. When recognizing vehicles, the user can specify a confidence threshold for predictions (in percent). The threshold determines the balance between recognition completeness and the number of false positives. As a result, extended settings allow transitioning from a fixed processing mode to a manageable process, where the user can quickly select optimal vectorization parameters for a specific territory and data type.
Display of has been improved. In the new program version, capabilities for generating label text and vector signs based on object semantic values have been expanded. For labels containing references to semantics, support for output formatting of numeric values with a specified number of digits, zero-padding on the left, and rounding of real numbers has been added. This allows for uniform display of numerical object characteristics on the map, such as angle values, numbers, or other code designations, without changing the original semantic data.
When importing vector terrain data in , support for references from the KML file to external KML files, which may be packed into a common KMZ archive or specified as links (URLs) to external resources, has been added. In data import tasks from text files and export tasks, support for the XLSX spreadsheet format has been added.
GIS "Panorama" is a universal domestic geographic information system. The program is designed for accumulation, storage, automated processing, and display of data, calculation results, and forecasts with geospatial reference. GIS "Panorama" includes tools for displaying and processing vector, raster, and matrix maps. The application provides users with tools for solving specialized tasks such as modeling the movement of special objects against a 3D model background, predicting consequences of emergencies at hazardous facilities, monitoring aircraft movement, performing geodetic and topographic work, processing data from GPS/GLONASS navigation devices, printing displayed spatial data on various output devices, and many others.

Specialists of KB "Panorama" have prepared and placed on the geoportal a map of the Administrative-Territorial Division of the Russian Federation, including new regions. The map contains territories of federal districts, constituent entities of the Russian Federation, administrative okrugs, administrative districts, inter-settlement territories, and rural and urban settlements. The municipal composition of Russian regions has been updated, as of 2026. OKATO, OKTMO, and GAR codes correspond to Rosstat and FIAS data. The population of all regions has been updated as of January 1, 2025.
The map can be used for analyzing and assessing the territory of the Russian Federation and its subjects, assessing boundary lengths, and as a base for creating thematic and special maps.
The map is formed from OpenStreetMap data. The program or other KB "Panorama" software products can be used to work with the map.
The map has been converted to the modernized classifier for large-scale plans at scale 1:5,000 (map5000m) and saved as a packed project (MPTZ). The MPTZ project format includes a digital map of the region (country, federal subject, administrative district), a map of the administrative-territorial division of the region, and a digital classifier. Updates were placed in the spatial data bank using the program. Publication of the spatial data bank contents on the geoportal and access to data for downloading are implemented using .
Free maps based on OpenStreetMap data are available for download on the "Digital Maps" page.
Specialists of KB "Panorama" have prepared a video tutorial on automated updating of digital maps using the service within . The training material demonstrates a comparison of objects from the original digital map with objects recognized on a new satellite or aerial photograph.
The video material introduces users to the functionality of the task and shows the complete data processing cycle – from selecting the source image and analysis area to generating an updated vector map. The selected image area is sent to the Panorama Vision service, where a neural network model performs object recognition and vectorization.
The recognition of objects of the "Residential buildings" class is considered as an example. The neural network model generates building contours, which are then automatically compared with objects from the original digital map. Based on the analysis results, objects are color-coded depending on the identified changes and the degree of correspondence with the reference data. This allows for quickly identifying buildings missing from the map, as well as objects with changed contours. The video tutorial demonstrates the automatic placement of labels on the map and the application of additional processing parameters to improve the accuracy of the generated geometry. In particular, the setting of the maximum distance between points of compared objects is discussed. The user can adjust processing parameters considering the terrain characteristics, the quality of the source image, and the requirements for the result.
The presented solutions can be applied in the creation and updating of digital city plans, execution of urban planning and cadastral works, territory monitoring, assessment of emergency consequences, as well as in solving defense and security tasks. Using the service reduces labor costs for image processing, decreases the amount of manual data entry, and increases the completeness and reliability of cartographic information. The application of Panorama Vision as part of GIS "Panorama" enables a transition from traditional manual vectorization to intelligent spatial data processing. Objects recognized in the image are automatically converted into a digital terrain model, which can be supplemented with semantic characteristics and address information.

The display of has been improved. Text editing is performed in the map editor's mode or in the "Object Properties" dialog under the "Metric" tab. Usually, the field for entering label text contains the text itself. However, this text is not linked to the specific semantics of the object. Therefore, after editing the object's semantics, the label text on the map may differ from the text in the semantics. To eliminate contradictions between the text in the metric and the semantics (in the "Metric" tab), a reference to the semantic value is entered into the text entry field, for example, to semantics with code 9 (Proper name): "#9". In the new version of the program, extended formatting has been added – after the semantic code of a numeric type, the label output format "%0N.n" or "%N.n" can be specified, where "N" is the total number of characters of the number, including "." and "-" signs. The "0" character after the "%" sign indicates left padding with zeros if the integer part of the number occupies fewer characters than specified by parameter "N". This notation is typically used for displaying angle values – format "#321%03": for semantics with code "321" with a value of "7", the label "007" will be displayed on the map, and with a value of "0" – "000". The parameter "n" indicates the number of digits after the decimal point for a real number. If parameter "n" is not specified, the value is rounded to an integer. The new formatting rules can be applied to labels and that have labels referencing semantics.
When importing vector terrain data in , support has been added for links from the KML file to external KML files, which can be packaged into a common KMZ archive or specified as links (URLs) to external resources.
