KB "Panorama" has developed version 15.4.2 for OS "Astra Linux Special Edition", "Alt Linux", "RED OS", and Ubuntu. The program implements new modes in the cadastral document preparation task and the geodetic editor, adds a new map printing dialog, and expands protocols and data formats of connected geoportals. Support for topological relationships of objects when editing vector maps has been improved, settings for generating explanatory labels of object properties on special maps have been supplemented, and the ability to edit fonts in the classifier has been added.
In the task, a new mode has been developed, combining the capabilities of outdated technical plan generation modes. The new mode collects information from the map and generates a technical plan as a text report and an electronic XML document for buildings, structures, unfinished construction objects, premises, parking spaces, and single real estate complexes. Input and editing of technical plan information is carried out in the "Technical Plan" dialog, while initial information is requested from cadastral map objects and the cadastral works database. Map preparation is an important stage in forming the technical plan; its content depends on the type of real estate object and must include necessary objects described in the survey.v6 classifier in the "Technical Plan" layer. The left part of the dialog contains a section tree, and the right part displays information for the selected tree node. Auxiliary dialogs have been developed for entering and editing composite attributes of the technical plan: "Document", "Location within the real estate object", "Characteristics of all premises, parking spaces located in the building, structure". For buildings and structures, parts of two types are provided: with coordinate description of location and with text description. For premises, only parts with text description of location are provided. The text report of the technical plan is created in DOCX format based on templates of established form and content. Report templates contain markers that the program replaces with attribute values. The electronic XML document is formed in accordance with the TP_v07_R03 schema.
In the task, a new mode has been developed, designed for automated plotting of geodetic measurement results on a map. The mode is developed considering current regulatory requirements for geodetic construction schemes and replaces two outdated modes: "Creating a Scheme of Base Stations at an Object in a Separate Window" and "Generate a Summary Protocol of GPS Measurements". The task dialog provides control over the composition of graphic elements plotted on the map, considering the number and location of base stations. Typically, the following objects are plotted on the scheme: geodetic points, base stations, direction to the base station, cadastral object contour, existing and new points of object boundaries, direction to the boundary point, boundary segments, explanatory labels. For the "Scheme of Geodetic Constructions" mode, the creation of a geodetic construction scheme for cases where base stations are located at geodetic network points is also implemented. Scheme generation without filling in base station information in the dialog is supported. Direction lines "base station - object" are created on the scheme. Points without their own name are now designated as new on the scheme.
In the mode, reading of extracts for forest quarters from the State Forest Register has been improved. The order of sections containing references to spatial names has been corrected. Support for creating a map in a local coordinate system has been implemented. This uses an LCS parameter file and a correspondence file. The correspondence file can be configured in the dialog of the mode or in any text editor. The program uses the LCS code or name specified in the XML extract file from the State Forest Register to search for a line in the correspondence file. For the found line, it determines the LCS name in the parameter file and sets these parameters in the map passport. The new implementation allows both creating maps for each extract separately and updating one common map.
The task has been improved. In the "Read CPT and Update Map" mode dialog, the "Reference system parameter file" and "Correspondence file" fields have been added. The process of creating temporary maps for source XML files has been optimized. Previously, a map was created for each LCS specified in the correspondence file. Now, only maps whose LCS names were encountered when reading USRN XML files are created. For XML files without spatial data, information about the LCS name is absent. To plot conditional objects from such files, a map with the "Large-scale plan" type is created. The mode has been updated regarding maintaining information about geodetic points. A "Save geopoints to CSV file" button has been added. Data is saved considering the set filter in the dialog on the "Geopoints" tab. When loading geodetic network points from CSV, analysis of the data string format has been added for automatic reading of information about geodetic points in abbreviated and full compositions of source data fields.
In the modes and , the ability to insert into the report information described in the map passport or classifier has been added. In the task, XML generation according to the SchemaParcels_V03 schema has been implemented. In the "Cadastral Works Database" mode, when exporting information about geodetic points to CSV format, platform analysis has been added to automatically select the file encoding. The dialog has been improved so that actions with map objects can be performed simultaneously with the open dialog. In the modes "Calculate Intersection of Objects", "View Intersection of Objects", and "Control Intersection of Objects", processing of lists from the GIS Server has been added. In the task, the composition of cadastral object attributes has been refined in accordance with the data from the "National System of Spatial Data" geoportal. The mode has been improved to obtain information about parts of premises. Reading of data from the node "Information on the inclusion of a real estate object in the unified state register of cultural heritage objects (historical and cultural monuments) of the peoples of the Russian Federation" and saving information into multiple object semantics has been added.
A new mode has been developed. It integrates the capabilities of the "Building Profile of a Linear Structure" and "Building Route Profile" dialogs. The updated mode allows building profiles for various types of linear structures (roads, railway tracks, power lines, pipelines, and others). Depending on the type of linear structure, additional design elements are plotted on the profile diagram: stakes, angles, distances, information about curves and straights, and others. Tools for controlling the diagram's appearance have been expanded. The ability to split the diagram into printable pages and insert prepared stamps (document title blocks) and approving signatures into the designed pages has been added. Profile construction is implemented in cases of partial or complete absence of a height matrix (if the object has 3D coordinates), and in the absence of 3D coordinates - forming a straight line with the creation of all possible design tables. A check for going beyond the route boundaries when generating the curve table has been added. Saving profile settings information to a file for initializing the has been implemented.
The system includes a new print dialog designed for comprehensive preparation of cartographic materials for output. The dialog provides selection of the print area, setting the required scale, configuring page-by-page sheet layout and print output parameters, as well as generating PDF and PostScript files. Extended color representation modes are supported, including RGB, CMYK, and color separation, allowing the new tool to be used both for operational printing of working materials and for preparing cartographic products for polygraphic publication. The implementation of a unified print dialog improves usability, reduces output parameter setup time, and expands the capabilities for preparing materials for publication and duplication.
Added with tiles in pbf/gpkg format, which contain vector information, semantics (attributes), and metadata for various display scale levels. A multi-scale map is created for layers from such geoportals. The task automatically assigns styles in the form of graphic primitives for each object type. Vector maps can be opened in the same project with vector maps, remote sensing data, databases, and geoportals operating under other protocols.
When editing vector map objects in the modes "Create Objects", "Create by Type", "Edit Point", "Digitize Linear Object", the ability to position at the center of a segment has been added for the "Capture Contour Point" operation. When capturing a contour node, a square marker appears on the screen; when capturing the center, a diamond-shaped marker appears. This method simplifies the placement of point and vector signs on the contour of another object. Area object merging has been improved. Before merging, automatic contour preparation is performed: removal of double points and alignment of adjacent contour segments considering the location of the starting points of external contours relative to the contours of the attached object. This procedure increases the reliability of merging objects that have area overlap.
In the new version, the mechanism for generating and displaying vector has been improved. A label can contain permanent text or be formed based on the semantic characteristics of the object using references to the corresponding semantics. The ability to specify alternative semantics used in the absence of the main value has been implemented. Tools for configuring the label format when displaying units of measurement have been expanded. Support for selecting individual attributes from composite semantics, including obtaining values from repeating semantic characteristics, is also provided. The changes made provide increased flexibility in configuring vector sign labels and expand the possibilities for generating displayed data depending on the composition of the object's semantic characteristics.
The classifier editor includes a font editing mode designed for configuring font design parameters used in creating and maintaining digital classifiers. The tool allows setting basic font characteristics, including custom name and height, ensuring centralized management of the classifier's font set and simplifying their subsequent application when configuring the display of cartographic objects.

Users can specify which images were used to form an orthophotomap, as well as which documents and materials were used in its creation. Access to each image and document individually is provided. Automated search for all files associated with a specific raster, map, or matrix is implemented. Connections between materials can be set when loading data or during metadata editing. The functionality simplifies the search and use of a complete set of remote sensing data and improves the convenience of working with them.
Multiple metadata editing is provided. Data is automatically added or removed from the edit form when selected by the operator. Fields with differing values are visually highlighted.
Recording of diagnostic messages to the common system event log has been expanded, and recording of user actions when downloading and converting data has been implemented. Recording of the user's IP address in the conversion log has been added.
Data security is ensured by differentiating access rights based on the security tools included in the operating system. Basic authentication, digest authentication, system authentication (via web server tools), and domain authentication (Kerberos or ActiveDirectory) are supported. Additional security is ensured by using end-to-end authentication when working with the database.
Connection to the database occurs with the rights of the user working with the system. The complex is adapted to work on a wide range of operating systems (Astra Linux SE, Ubuntu, RED OS, MS Windows, and others) and architectures (Intel, Elbrus, Baikal). The program is registered in the Russian software registry under number 1862.
