KB "Panorama" has developed GIS "Panorama" version 15.4.2 for OS "Astra Linux Special Edition", "Alt Linux", "RED OS", and Ubuntu. The program implements new modes in the cadastral document preparation task and the geodetic editor, adds a new map printing dialog, and expands protocols and data formats of connected geoportals. Support for topological relationships of objects when editing vector maps has been improved, settings for generating explanatory labels of object properties on special maps have been supplemented, and the ability to edit fonts in the classifier has been added.

In the "Cadastral Documents" task, a new mode "Technical Plan of a Real Estate Object" has been developed, combining the capabilities of outdated technical plan generation modes. The new mode collects information from the map and generates a technical plan as a text report and an electronic XML document for buildings, structures, unfinished construction objects, premises, parking spaces, and single real estate complexes. Input and editing of technical plan information is carried out in the "Technical Plan" dialog, while initial information is requested from cadastral map objects and the cadastral works database. Map preparation is an important stage in forming the technical plan; its content depends on the type of real estate object and must include necessary objects described in the survey.v6 classifier in the "Technical Plan" layer. The left part of the dialog contains a section tree, and the right part displays information for the selected tree node. Auxiliary dialogs have been developed for entering and editing composite attributes of the technical plan: "Document", "Location within the real estate object", "Characteristics of all premises, parking spaces located in the building, structure". For buildings and structures, parts of two types are provided: with coordinate description of location and with text description. For premises, only parts with text description of location are provided. The text report of the technical plan is created in DOCX format based on templates of established form and content. Report templates contain markers that the program replaces with attribute values. The electronic XML document is formed in accordance with the TP_v07_R03 schema.

In the "Geodetic Editor" task, a new mode "Scheme of Geodetic Constructions" has been developed, designed for automated plotting of geodetic measurement results on a map. The mode is developed considering current regulatory requirements for geodetic construction schemes and replaces two outdated modes: "Creating a Scheme of Base Stations at an Object in a Separate Window" and "Generate a Summary Protocol of GPS Measurements". The task dialog provides control over the composition of graphic elements plotted on the map, considering the number and location of base stations. Typically, the following objects are plotted on the scheme: geodetic points, base stations, direction to the base station, cadastral object contour, existing and new points of object boundaries, direction to the boundary point, boundary segments, explanatory labels. For the "Scheme of Geodetic Constructions" mode, the creation of a geodetic construction scheme for cases where base stations are located at geodetic network points is also implemented. Scheme generation without filling in base station information in the dialog is supported. Direction lines "base station - object" are created on the scheme. Points without their own name are now designated as new on the scheme.

In the "Create Objects from XML File" mode, reading of extracts for forest quarters from the State Forest Register has been improved. The order of sections containing references to spatial names has been corrected. Support for creating a map in a local coordinate system has been implemented. This uses an LCS parameter file and a correspondence file. The correspondence file can be configured in the dialog of the "Read CPT and Update Map" mode or in any text editor. The program uses the LCS code or name specified in the XML extract file from the State Forest Register to search for a line in the correspondence file. For the found line, it determines the LCS name in the parameter file and sets these parameters in the map passport. The new implementation allows both creating maps for each extract separately and updating one common map.

The "Cadastral Documents" task has been improved. In the "Read CPT and Update Map" mode dialog, the "Reference system parameter file" and "Correspondence file" fields have been added. The process of creating temporary maps for source XML files has been optimized. Previously, a map was created for each LCS specified in the correspondence file. Now, only maps whose LCS names were encountered when reading USRN XML files are created. For XML files without spatial data, information about the LCS name is absent. To plot conditional objects from such files, a map with the "Large-scale plan" type is created. The "Cadastral Works Database" mode has been updated regarding maintaining information about geodetic points. A "Save geopoints to CSV file" button has been added. Data is saved considering the set filter in the dialog on the "Geopoints" tab. When loading geodetic network points from CSV, analysis of the data string format has been added for automatic reading of information about geodetic points in abbreviated and full compositions of source data fields.

In the modes "Create object scheme and fill report" and "Fill report for object", the ability to insert into the report information described in the map passport or classifier has been added. In the "Scheme of Plot Location on the Cadastral Plan" task, XML generation according to the SchemaParcels_V03 schema has been implemented. In the "Cadastral Works Database" mode, when exporting information about geodetic points to CSV format, platform analysis has been added to automatically select the file encoding. The "Report Generation" dialog has been improved so that actions with map objects can be performed simultaneously with the open dialog. In the modes "Calculate Intersection of Objects", "View Intersection of Objects", and "Control Intersection of Objects", processing of lists from the GIS Server has been added. In the "Information from the State Real Estate Cadastre" task, the composition of cadastral object attributes has been refined in accordance with the data from the "National System of Spatial Data" geoportal. The "Read Territory Map-Plan and Plot on Map" mode has been improved to obtain information about parts of premises. Reading of data from the node "Information on the inclusion of a real estate object in the unified state register of cultural heritage objects (historical and cultural monuments) of the peoples of the Russian Federation" and saving information into multiple object semantics has been added.

A new mode "Route Profile" has been developed. It integrates the capabilities of the "Building Profile of a Linear Structure" and "Building Route Profile" dialogs. The updated mode allows building profiles for various types of linear structures (roads, railway tracks, power lines, pipelines, and others). Depending on the type of linear structure, additional design elements are plotted on the profile diagram: stakes, angles, distances, information about curves and straights, and others. Tools for controlling the diagram's appearance have been expanded. The ability to split the diagram into printable pages and insert prepared stamps (document title blocks) and approving signatures into the designed pages has been added. Profile construction is implemented in cases of partial or complete absence of a height matrix (if the object has 3D coordinates), and in the absence of 3D coordinates - forming a straight line with the creation of all possible design tables. A check for going beyond the route boundaries when generating the curve table has been added. Saving profile settings information to a file for initializing the print dialog has been implemented.

The system includes a new print dialog designed for comprehensive preparation of cartographic materials for output. The dialog provides selection of the print area, setting the required scale, configuring page-by-page sheet layout and print output parameters, as well as generating PDF and PostScript files. Extended color representation modes are supported, including RGB, CMYK, and color separation, allowing the new tool to be used both for operational printing of working materials and for preparing cartographic products for polygraphic publication. The implementation of a unified print dialog improves usability, reduces output parameter setup time, and expands the capabilities for preparing materials for publication and duplication.

Added support for geoportals with tiles in pbf/gpkg format, which contain vector information, semantics (attributes), and metadata for various display scale levels. A multi-scale map is created for layers from such geoportals. The task automatically assigns styles in the form of graphic primitives for each object type. Vector maps can be opened in the same project with vector maps, remote sensing data, databases, and geoportals operating under other protocols.

When editing vector map objects in the modes "Create Objects", "Create by Type", "Edit Point", "Digitize Linear Object", the ability to position at the center of a segment has been added for the "Capture Contour Point" operation. When capturing a contour node, a square marker appears on the screen; when capturing the center, a diamond-shaped marker appears. This method simplifies the placement of point and vector signs on the contour of another object. Area object merging has been improved. Before merging, automatic contour preparation is performed: removal of double points and alignment of adjacent contour segments considering the location of the starting points of external contours relative to the contours of the attached object. This procedure increases the reliability of merging objects that have area overlap.

In the new version, the mechanism for generating and displaying vector sign labels has been improved. A label can contain permanent text or be formed based on the semantic characteristics of the object using references to the corresponding semantics. The ability to specify alternative semantics used in the absence of the main value has been implemented. Tools for configuring the label format when displaying units of measurement have been expanded. Support for selecting individual attributes from composite semantics, including obtaining values from repeating semantic characteristics, is also provided. The changes made provide increased flexibility in configuring vector sign labels and expand the possibilities for generating displayed data depending on the composition of the object's semantic characteristics.

The classifier editor includes a font editing mode designed for configuring font design parameters used in creating and maintaining digital classifiers. The tool allows setting basic font characteristics, including custom name and height, ensuring centralized management of the classifier's font set and simplifying their subsequent application when configuring the display of cartographic objects.

KB "Panorama" has developed Imagery Service version 11.7.0. In the new version, the capabilities for cutting tiles for maps whose territories extend beyond 180 degrees have been expanded. Such data no longer require preliminary preparation: there is no longer a need to manually cut the map along the 180-degree line and move objects from one hemisphere to another. The service will automatically perform the transfer and correct numbering of areas. This is relevant for maps of the territory of the Russian Federation, especially for the Chukotka Peninsula region.

In the new version, for MBTiles and GeoPackage formats, saving of the initial data opening point and scale has been added, making work with projects more convenient and allowing faster return to the desired map view. The service determines the opening point and scale by analyzing the available information on the map. This will allow users of programs such as GIS "Panorama", GIS "Panorama Mobile", and others to automatically open the map in the accessible data area.

The program allows generating tiles in JPEG, PNG, PNG8, Mbtiles, BIR, GeoPackage, WebP, GeoJson formats according to the international standard OGC WMTS 07-057r7 version 1.0.0, TMS standard, and OGC 12-128r15 GeoPackage version 1.2.1. Tile data generated by the Imagery Service program is used by GIS WebServer SE and GIS WebService SE software products to ensure high-speed execution of requests for displaying spatial data over vast territories with simultaneous access by a large number of users. The new version of the program is available on the Download page.

KB "Panorama" has developed the Digital Maps and Remote Sensing Data Bank version 9.6.0. The new version implements the ability to organize and store connections between primary and additional geospatial data materials. Users can specify which images were used to form an orthophotomap, as well as which documents and materials were used in its creation. Access to each image and document individually is provided. Automated search for all files associated with a specific raster, map, or matrix is implemented. Connections between materials can be set when loading data or during metadata editing. The functionality simplifies the search and use of a complete set of remote sensing data and improves the convenience of working with them.

Multiple metadata editing is provided. Data is automatically added or removed from the edit form when selected by the operator. Fields with differing values are visually highlighted.

Recording of diagnostic messages to the common system event log has been expanded, and recording of user actions when downloading and converting data has been implemented. Recording of the user's IP address in the conversion log has been added.

Data security is ensured by differentiating access rights based on the security tools included in the operating system. Basic authentication, digest authentication, system authentication (via web server tools), and domain authentication (Kerberos or ActiveDirectory) are supported. Additional security is ensured by using end-to-end authentication when working with the database.

Connection to the database occurs with the rights of the user working with the system. The complex is adapted to work on a wide range of operating systems (Astra Linux SE, Ubuntu, RED OS, MS Windows, and others) and architectures (Intel, Elbrus, Baikal). The program is registered in the Russian software registry under number 1862.

The Digital Maps and Remote Sensing Data Bank is the basis for building spatial data infrastructure at the federal, regional, and municipal levels, and in corporate information systems. Within a unified geoinformation space, the Digital Maps and Remote Sensing Data Bank implements the collection, storage, quality control, search, and issuance of spatial data in exchange formats. Spatial data selected using the program can be placed for multi-user access on the GIS Server and published according to international OGC standards WFS, WFS-T, WMS, WMTS, WCS on the GIS WebService SE application server. Users can access data both from a thin client (using GIS WebServer SE) and from desktop applications (GIS "Panorama", GIS "Operator"). The Digital Maps and Remote Sensing Data Bank enables the construction of a cloud-based spatial data repository, providing access to this data, and automated generation and updating of geocoverages.

The current state of spatial data is displayed using map-schemes maintained for each type of stored data: vector maps, remote sensing data, elevation matrices, and terrain models. It ensures remote placement of spatial data sets into file storage, versioning of stored sets, updating data availability map-schemes, automated collection and generation of metadata, and generation and updating of geocoverages. Automated collection and generation of metadata is performed according to standards ISO 19115:2003, Geographic information - Metadata, and ISO/TS 19139, Geographic information - Metadata - XML schema implementation. Reduced-size copies of data images are automatically generated, and file checksums and data set completeness are checked. Spatial data is placed into file storage with integrity verification and control of data structure and content. Work results are logged and entered into the metadata database. Automatic backup of metadata and the spatial data repository with integrity control and data recovery is provided. A multilingual interface is supported.

The "Spatial Data Bank" portal demonstrates the capabilities for organizing the storage, accounting, and issuance of vector maps, remote sensing data, elevation matrices, and terrain models. The portal contains vector maps in SXF format, generated from open sources (OpenStreetMap, VMap0). The spatial data includes maps of subjects of the Russian Federation, countries, and cities near and far abroad. A total of over 450 vector maps and over 6,700 matrix datasets with a total volume of over 250 GB. KB "Panorama" specialists weekly update and maintain the information composition on the portal. All published data is distributed free of charge under a free license.

The new version of the program is available for download on the Downloads page.

KB "Panorama" has developed "ARM of the Cadastral Engineer" version 15.5.4. In the new version, the process of establishing the correspondence between the names of coordinate systems used for maintaining the Unified State Register of Real Estate (USRN) and the State Forest Register (SFR) with the geodetic parameters of local coordinate systems has been automated. For this purpose, a file of local coordinate system (LCS) parameters and a file for matching LCS names to their parameters are used. The configuration of the matching file can be performed in the dialog of the "Reading a cadastral plan of the territory and updating the map" mode or in any text editor. Users can independently adjust the parameter file and the matching file in accordance with the information and data available to them. The program uses the LCS code or name specified in the XML extract file from the USRN or SFR to search for a line in the matching file. Then, for the found line, the LCS name in the parameter file is determined, and these parameters are set in the map passport.

In the "Create objects from XML file" task, reading the extract for a forest quarter has been improved. The order of sections containing references to spatial names has been corrected. Support for creating a map in a local coordinate system has been implemented, which allows both creating separate maps for each extract and updating a single common map. This supports general geographic coordinate systems in meters and degrees (EPSG3857, EPSG4087, and EPSG4326) and local coordinate systems based on the LCS matching file.

In the dialog of the "Reading a cadastral plan of the territory and updating the map" mode, the fields "File of reference systems parameters" and "Matching file" have been added. The procedure for creating temporary maps for source USRN XML files has been optimized, eliminating the creation of unnecessary datasets. The program now only creates maps for those LCS names encountered while reading the USRN XML files. For USRN XML files without spatial data, where information about the LCS name is absent, or for datasets without established correspondence to LCS parameters, a map of the "Large-scale plan" type is created.

In the "Scheme of plot location on the cadastral plan" mode, the formation of an XML document according to the SchemaParcels_V03 scheme has been implemented.

In the dialog of the "Attributes of a cadastral object" task, on the "Basic Information" tab, the CONSTRUCTION_PERIOD semantics has been removed for a single real estate complex. On the "Location" tab, the obsolete "On map" button has been removed. The button name "FIAS address" has been changed to "Select address", as the address is selected from the KB "Panorama" address database, not from the resources of the Federal Address Information System.

In the "Cadastral works database" mode, when exporting geodetic point information to CSV format, platform analysis has been added to automatically select the file encoding.

Obsolete mode buttons "Generate summary GPS measurement report" and "Create coordinate catalog from PNT file" have been removed from the Geodetic Editor panel. Their functions are provided by the "Scheme of geodetic constructions" and "Cadastral works database" modes, respectively. For user convenience, a flag "do not terminate task operation after execution" has been added to the geodetic editor parameters. The flag is used in geometric construction modes, constructions parallel and along an object.

For the "Scheme of geodetic constructions" mode, the creation of a geodetic construction scheme for cases where base stations are located at geodetic network points has been implemented. The formation of the scheme without filling in information about the base station in the dialog is supported. Direction lines "base station - object" are created in the scheme. Errors in configuring and creating labels for cadastral object points have been fixed. Points without their own name are now designated as new points in the scheme.

In the "Automatic placement of characteristic points" mode, the order of reading the composition and names of object keys processed on the source map and applied to the resulting map has been corrected. The ability to log program errors and failures to a diagnostic journal has been added.

In the "Creating an object scheme and filling out the report" and "Filling out the report for an object" modes, the ability to select a folder for saving the report has been added. When using a map located in a shared network folder, reports created by all users simultaneously working with the map are generated in this shared folder. To mitigate risks of working with someone else's report or deleting a report, the option to choose a folder for saving it has been implemented. Obsolete parameters have been removed from the geodetic editor parameters: template of the created report, folder for reports placement, generating a report with selection from a list. The ability to insert information into the report that is not contained in object semantics has been added. For processing attributes described in the map passport or map classifier, the following markers are supported: #MapName# - map name, #LayerName# - layer name, #ObjectName# - object name, #ObjectKey# - object key.

For the "Map-plan of the territory" mode, the algorithm for obtaining the area determination error value has been corrected. In the text report for identified objects, the #DAREA# marker (estimate of discrepancy between calculated area and area recorded in the USRN) has been replaced with #PAREA# (area determination error value).

In the "Map(plan) of the land management object" mode, when forming an XML document according to the interact_entry_boundaries_v02.xsd scheme, the algorithm for recording the "Maximum plot size" and "Minimum plot size" elements has been changed. These elements are not written to the file if their value is 0.

Support for geoportals providing vector data for territorial planning and territory development in PBF and GPKG formats has been implemented. Such data may contain object geometry, their attribute characteristics, and metadata for various scaling levels. When connecting such services, a multi-scale map is formed, for which display styles for various object types are automatically assigned. This allows using geoportal data, traditional vector maps, remote sensing materials, and databases in one project, significantly expanding territory analysis capabilities.

For the "Technical plan" mode, the procedure for using information on the area of a real estate object according to documents for multi-contour objects has been changed. Information about such area is stored in the AREADOC semantics, while the XML file and technical plan report previously used only the area of the first contour of the object. Calculation of the sum of areas for all contours has been added. During calculation, if the AREADOC semantics for a contour is not filled, the area from the map is used. When generating the report, the type of graphic files for the "Location scheme" section has been corrected. The check for placing graphic files in the map folder has been removed. When forming XML, the OtherParentCadastralNumbers node was filled from incorrect semantics; this has been corrected to KADNUM_ENK.

The new version of the program is available for download in the Download section.
