KB "Panorama" has developed version 15.5.4. The new version expands capabilities for working with state sources of spatial information used for territory management. Connection to layers of the digital platform is provided. The map editor supports maintaining regional GIS layers hosted on the and their automatic updating in the NSDS using . Data export functions ensure the unloading of information for placement in state information systems for ensuring urban development activities (UDAS) in accordance with regional rules for their maintenance.
The program has implemented providing vector data for territorial planning in PBF and GPKG formats. Such data may contain object geometry, their attribute characteristics, and metadata for various scaling levels. When connecting such services, a multi-scale map is formed, for which display styles for various object types are automatically assigned. This allows using geoportal data, traditional vector maps, remote sensing materials, and databases in one project, significantly expanding territory analysis capabilities.
Special attention has been paid to working with large spatial datasets. The system has improved the mechanism for opening vector maps of tens of gigabytes in size containing millions of objects. Loading such maps is performed in the background, allowing the user to continue working with other project data. After loading is complete, the map automatically updates and becomes available for full viewing and editing. This increases the productivity of specialists analyzing large volumes of urban planning and cadastral information.
In the mode, tools for creating and editing objects have been improved. Snapping capabilities to elements of other objects have been expanded, including automatic detection of segment centers and more visual display of snap points. Such mechanisms simplify precise object placement and improve spatial data quality during the preparation of urban planning schemes and plans. Additionally, the reliability of operations with area objects has been increased due to automatic contour preparation before merging them, reducing the likelihood of errors when editing complex territorial structures.
To improve the convenience of spatial information analysis, the ability to open multiple windows simultaneously has been implemented. Specialists can compare attributes, coordinates, and other characteristics of various map objects, and also quickly transfer data between them using the clipboard. This is particularly useful when working with interrelated elements of territorial planning and real estate complex objects.
Additional improvements have affected mechanisms for displaying , the operation of the geodetic editor, and tools for preparing . Capabilities for generating reports and geodetic construction schemes have been expanded, XML data processing and support for various coordinate systems, including local ones, have been improved. These changes provide more convenient integration of data from state registers and increase the accuracy of spatial information preparation.
"ARM of the Urban Planner" provides specialists in territorial planning, land management, and urban development analysis with effective tools for working with spatial data. Increasing the productivity of cartographic information processing, integration with modern geoportals, and improved editing tools allow accelerating the preparation of urban planning documentation and improving the quality of decisions made in territory development management.

KB "Panorama" has developed version 15.5.4. In the new version, protocols and data formats of connectable geoportals have been expanded, fast opening of large projects without delays in reading data is ensured, support for topological relationships of objects when editing vector maps has been improved, and viewing of properties and data exchange between multiple map objects simultaneously via dialogs is provided. Settings for forming explanatory labels of object properties on special maps have been supplemented, and the Help system performs a full-text search of sections by keywords among all applied tasks and dialogs. In the geodetic tasks block, tools for geodetic constructions and formation of schemes and reports have been improved; in the cadastral tasks block, tools for forming technical plans, cadastral territory plans, plot location schemes, and others have been supplemented.
with tiles in pbf/gpkg format, which contain vector information, semantics (attributes), and metadata for various display scales, has been added. For layers from such geoportals, a multi-scale map is created. The task automatically assigns styles in the form of graphic primitives for each object type. Vector maps can be opened in one project alongside vector maps, remote sensing data, databases, and geoportals operating via other protocols.
Opening large vector maps, up to tens of gigabytes in size, containing millions of objects, is performed asynchronously in the background. Progress bars with percentages of map loading in different windows and the amount of data loaded into RAM are displayed in the upper right corner of the program window. During this time, the user can view and edit other maps and data that have already loaded in the window. When the map window is closed, the loading process is automatically interrupted. After large maps finish loading, the window image automatically updates, and the loaded data becomes available for viewing and editing.
When editing vector map objects in the , , , modes, the ability to snap to the center of a segment has been added for the "Snap to contour point" operation. When snapping to a contour node, a square marker appears on the screen; when snapping to the center, a diamond-shaped marker appears. This method simplifies the placement of point and vector symbols on the contour of another object. Merging of area objects has been improved. Before merging, automatic contour preparation is performed: removal of duplicate points and coordination of adjacent contour segments, considering the location of starting points of external contours relative to the contours of the attached object. This procedure increases the reliability of merging objects that have overlapping areas.
The ability to open multiple "Object Properties" dialogs with different objects in the same map window by pressing Shift and the left mouse button on the map has been added. For each dialog and selected point on the map, browsing objects forward and backward, viewing and editing semantics, metrics, and other object properties are supported. Opening multiple dialogs simultaneously simplifies comparing object semantics and metrics, and copying semantics and coordinates between objects via the clipboard. To establish references between different objects in GUID format, you need to open a second dialog with the desired object and copy its identifier (semantics 32799) via the clipboard.
in vector symbols has been improved. A label can contain static text or text formed based on the semantic characteristic of the symbol. To specify a reference to semantics, the "#" sign is used, for example "#9(noname)" - a reference to semantics with code 9; if such semantics is absent, the text in parentheses is displayed – "noname". The new implementation allows specifying codes for alternative semantics in parentheses: "#9(#91|#92|text)". This entry allows first displaying the Own name (code 9); if semantics 9 is absent – the Name in English (code 91) or Name in the national language (code 92).
If it is necessary to show units of measurement, the "@" sign is indicated in parentheses, for example: "#296(@)" – show the angle value indicating the degree sign (text "123.4°"); if semantics is absent – empty. When forming text, the ability to select a value from composite semantics has been added. Composite semantics can contain values of several attributes separated by commas: Example of the composite characteristic "Flight route operating conditions" (code 47): "FORWARD,FL120,STD,FL510,STD,OPEN". When specifying a reference to semantics like "#47[2]", the value of the second attribute will be selected (text "FL120"), "#47[4]" – the fourth attribute (text "FL510"). If the object contains the second value of repeated semantics 47 ("BACKWARD,FL130,STD,FL490,STD,OPEN"), then the reference should look like: "#47[4-2]" – the value of the fourth attribute of the second value of semantics 47 (text "FL490"). A full list of service symbols and words used to describe the label format is provided on the page.
The Help sections across all tasks based on keywords from the user-entered string has been improved. When selecting the "Partial match" mode, the maximum number of help pages will be found. When selecting "Match from beginning" – help pages containing words starting with the searched string are selected. When selecting "Full match" – pages containing the searched phrase entirely are selected. Help search is invoked by pressing Ctrl+F1 or in the main menu: Help – Search help. Search results are displayed in a web browser window. The left part of the window contains links to found pages and the number of found links. When clicking a link, the found help is displayed in the right part of the web browser window, and matching words are highlighted.
The task has been improved. Obsolete mode buttons "Generate summary GPS measurement report" and "Create coordinate catalog from PNT file" have been removed from the editor panel. Their functions are provided by the and "Cadastral works database" modes, respectively. For user convenience, a flag "do not terminate task operation after execution" has been added to the geodetic editor parameters. The flag is used for repeated execution of many different similar geometric constructions.
For the "Scheme of geodetic constructions" mode, the creation of a geodetic construction scheme for cases where base stations are located at geodetic network points has been implemented. The formation of the scheme without filling in information about the base station in the dialog is supported. Direction lines "base station - object" are created in the scheme. Points without their own name are now designated as new points in the scheme.
In the and modes, the ability to insert information into the report not contained in object semantics has been added. For processing attributes described in the map passport or map classifier, the following markers are supported: #MapName# - Map name, #LayerName# - Layer name, #ObjectName# - Object name, #ObjectKey# - Object key.
In the "Creating an object scheme and filling out the report" and "Filling out the report for an object" modes, the ability to select a folder for saving the report has been added. When using a map located in a shared network folder, reports created by all users simultaneously working with the map are generated in this shared folder. To mitigate risks of working with someone else's report or deleting a report, the option to choose a folder for saving the report has been implemented.
In the mode, reading the extract for a forest quarter from the State Forest Register (SFR) has been improved. The order of sections containing references to spatial names has been corrected. Support for creating a map in a local coordinate system has been implemented. For this purpose, an LCS parameter file and an LCS matching file are used. The configuration of the matching file can be performed in the dialog of the "Reading CPT and updating the map" mode or in any text editor. The program uses the LCS code or name specified in the XML extract file from the SFR to search for a line in the matching file. For the found line, it determines the LCS name in the parameter file and sets these parameters in the map passport. The new implementation allows both creating separate maps for each extract and updating a single common map.
In the mode, the order of reading the composition and names of object keys processed on the source map and applied to the resulting map has been corrected. The ability to log program errors and failures to a diagnostic journal has been added.
The task has been improved. In the dialog of the "Reading CPT and updating the map" mode, the fields "File of reference systems parameters" and "Matching file" have been added. The procedure for creating temporary maps for source XML files has been optimized. Previously, a map was created for each LCS specified in the matching file. Now, maps are only created for those LCS names encountered while reading the USRN XML files. For XML files without spatial data, information about the LCS name is absent. To place conditional objects from such files, a map of the "Large-scale plan" type is created.
For the mode, the procedure for using information on the area of a real estate object according to documents for multi-contour objects has been changed. Calculation of the sum of areas for all contours has been added. If the AREADOC semantics for a contour is not filled, the area of the object on the map is used. When generating the report, the type of graphic files for the "Location scheme" section has been corrected. When forming XML, the OtherParentCadastralNumbers node is filled from the KADNUM_ENK semantics.
For the mode, the algorithm for obtaining the area determination error value has been corrected. In the text report for identified objects, the #DAREA# marker (estimate of discrepancy between calculated area and area recorded in the USRN) has been replaced with #PAREA# (area determination error value).
In the dialog of the mode, on the "Basic Information" tab, the CONSTRUCTION_PERIOD semantics has been removed for a single real estate complex. On the "Location" tab, the obsolete "On map" button has been removed. The button name "FIAS address" has been changed to "Select address", as the address is selected from the KB "Panorama" address database, not from the resources of the Federal Address Information System.
In the mode, XML formation according to the SchemaParcels_V03 scheme has been implemented. In the "Cadastral works database" mode, when exporting geodetic point information to CSV format, platform analysis has been added to automatically select the file encoding.
