KB "Panorama" has developed "Agronomist's Workstation" version 15.5.3. The new version expands the tools for creating and editing objects on the map. Now, when preparing field plans and schemes, land reclamation projects, or cadastral boundary maps of land plots, the agronomist can input lengths directly in millimeters on the map, significantly simplifying the creation of drawings without unnecessary calculations. When loading spatial data from external sources in Shapefile format, the system automatically checks the compliance of the loaded object with the selected type in the classifier, eliminating identification errors at an early stage.
In the program, special attention is paid to building logical connections between objects and data integrity control. In the dialog, the ability to create linked meta-objects using GUID-type references has been added. This means that an agronomist can not only indicate the presence of equipment in a field but also immediately create its card with a full set of parameters, whether it's a well, pumping station, or weather sensor. This approach forms a unified data structure for the farm, where each element has its own detailed information and is closely linked to the location.
Data import and export mechanisms have been significantly revised. When loading tabular data from , users have access to "fine" settings: you can now specify the last line for processing, excluding technical information from the end of the file. Furthermore, if repetition is allowed for semantics in the classifier, the same characteristics can be flexibly assigned to different fields within a single load.
To exchange data with external information systems, formats has been improved. The new style saving function allows exporting point objects along with their graphical representation in accordance with the international SLD (Styled Layer Descriptor) standard, simplifying the integration of field maps into reports and presentations without loss of visual informativeness.
Added control mechanisms, such as the option to insert objects only on the current map, prevent accidental changes in base maps and adjacent layers, which is especially important when working collaboratively with data.
"Agronomist's Workstation" is a specialized tool for agriculture that helps agronomists work more efficiently with spatial and analytical data, save time on routine operations, and make more informed decisions aimed at increasing productivity and sustainability of farming. The new version of the software package is available on the website in the Downloads section.
Geoportal has been supplemented with a map of the U.S. Virgin Islands, formed according to OpenStreetMap data. To work with the map, you can use the program or other software products of KB "Panorama".
The map was led to the modernised classifier of large-scale plans of scale 1: 5 000 (map5000m). Publishing of updates in bank of spatial data is made by using the program of . Publishing contents of bank of spatial data on the geoportal and data access for downloading are implemented by means of .
Free maps on the basis of OpenStreetMap data are available for download on the page "Digital maps".
KB "Panorama" has developed version 15.15.0. In the new version of the service, in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 07.06.2022 No. 1040 and the Order of Rosreestr dated 20.02.2024 No. П/0031/24, data exchange with the National Spatial Data System (NSDS) has been implemented. GIS WebService SE can transmit information to the NSDS on urban planning activities, data on natural, artificial, and other spatial objects, boundaries and zones (zones with special conditions for territory use, territorial zones, public easements, cultural heritage sites, agricultural lands, forestry boundaries, and other types of data). GIS WebService SE, together with and , automates the process of creating, accumulating, and transmitting spatial data from GIS of federal, regional, and municipal purposes to the NSDS.
The service establishes correspondences between layers and categories, semantics and attributes, object types and subcategories of the NSDS and the regional GIS. The program monitors the relevance of data layers published on the service and in the NSDS, and performs data synchronization. In case of changes, analysis and updates are carried out, as well as the addition, deletion of objects and attributes.
The program implements an output of a data loading/updating log. It describes the main stages of interaction with the NSDS and provides information about the processed objects, and also stores information about errors that occur when loading objects. The new version enables viewing the archive of data loading logs.
GIS WebService SE supports all international standards (OGC WFS, WFS-T, WMS, WMTS, WCS, WPS), which are used to transmit and display spatial data. The program implements the ability to issue tiles in any user or local coordinate system. The service supports the OpenAPI 3.0 specification and RESTAPI methods. The application is implemented on Windows and Linux platforms, compatible with Apache, IIS, and nginx web servers.
The new version of the program and documentation are posted on the website in the section.

KB "Panorama" has developed version 7.3.0 for Astra Linux, ALT SP, RED OS, Ubuntu, and MS Windows operating systems. The new version adds a map export manager, improves tools for creating and editing point objects, and refines the administration module.
The program implements an export manager that provides group downloading of layers as an archive. Data is unloaded in the selected format and in the coordinate system specified by the user.
For point objects, the ability to set the size of a custom symbol has been added when placing on the map and when configuring publication templates. The editing of geometry for objects that do not require an elevation component has been optimized.
The interface of the "Cartogram" component has been improved. The algorithm for automatically determining gradation ranges has been optimized, the functionality of the pie chart has been improved, and the ease of working with thematic data has been increased. The display of layers when moving the map is now performed independently - as images are received from the server, which increases the smoothness and responsiveness of the interface.
The processing of long-running search-by-area queries has been improved. The ability to interrupt query execution directly on the server has been added. In the administration module, the user interface for managing domain users and groups has been improved, and data backup capabilities for PostgreSQL DBMS have been expanded. A separate page for restoring access to the database has been added.
GIS WebServer SE is used in building closed corporate systems to ensure the protection of data classified as secret or trade secrets. GIS WebServer SE is implemented using the toolkit, which can be used in development tools utilizing JavaScript and TypeScript.
Based on GIS WebServer SE and other KB "Panorama" server products, the has been implemented. RGIS RO is a specialized multifunctional geoportal whose interactive capabilities provide access to reliable information about objects of various categories. RGIS RO is available to a wide range of users – government authorities, citizens, organizations, including potential investors and private companies. The Regional GIS of the Ryazan Region aids in decision-making in various areas of socio-economic development.
The new version of the program is posted on the website in the section.
