Specialists from KB "Panorama" together with students from have prepared a video tutorial on working with the mode of the task. The reviewed mode is available in , for the "Astra Linux Special Edition" operating system.
The video tutorial demonstrates the process of adding a map inset to an existing project. The inset is created as an autonomous design element. After activating the corresponding mode, a rectangle is drawn for insertion and a map file is selected to be used for this inset. Additionally, an inset can be created as an addition ("magnification") to an already existing one.
Maps in insets can be moved and scaled by directly changing the coordinate values of the image center and relative scale in the semantics, as well as using the "Content Editing" mode. Map scaling in the insert is performed by pressing keyboard keys "A" and "Z". Additionally, a specific scale value can be set by pressing the "S" key. To edit the map position in the inset, you need to select the object and move it while holding the left mouse button. When an inset has a "magnification", its movement and resizing are performed automatically when editing the inset itself.
You can familiarize yourself with the educational materials in the "Video Tutorials" section.
KB "Panorama" has developed the Automatic Recognition and Vectorization Complex version 1.6.0. The new version implements obtaining address information for recognized objects based on integration with the address database of GIS "Panorama" (address.gisserver.info), containing more than 100,000,000 records describing the location of objects from the State Address Registry (GAR) of the Russian Federation. In the recognition modes "Buildings", "Roads", "City", users now have access to an additional option "Label object addresses". When selected, the "Panorama Vision" service automatically queries information about found objects in the address database. For buildings, location information is determined by the nearest address point from the database to the object's centroid. For linear objects (streets and highways), the name is selected based on the most frequently occurring designation identified among adjacent address points.
The "Panorama Vision" complex fills the following object semantics: for buildings - "House Number" (31202), "Street Name" (31201), "Settlement Name" (3106), "City Name" (31207), "District Name" (3108); for streets and highways - "Proper Name" (9), "Settlement Name" (3106), "City Name" (31207), "District Name" (3108). When recognizing in "City" mode, topological coordination of buildings and linear objects is additionally provided, resulting in buildings automatically being oriented along the direction of the nearest roads. This improves the visual appearance of the vector map by approximating real urban infrastructure. Objects with filled address semantics are automatically labeled when generating the vector map. House numbers and street names are applied to the map. To edit labels on the final map, you can use the "Automatic Label Placement" application task in GIS "Panorama" or configure labeling using the "Object Lists" mode.
The "Panorama Vision" complex allows vectorization of buildings and roads, forest contours, agricultural fields, and hydrographic objects (rivers, ponds, lakes, and others). The service is located on the Internet on KB "Panorama" servers. Access to the service is provided from the GIS "Panorama" application task list: Launch Applications – Automatic Image Recognition item, as well as through REST API protocol methods. To work with REST API, you need to obtain a registration key. You can familiarize yourself with the complete list of available methods via the .
Obtaining address information about objects is available starting with GIS "Panorama" version 15.5.0 and higher. The current version of is available in the section.
KB "Panorama" has developed the version 15.5. The new version implements automation tools for creating land plot boundary schemes for the corresponding section of the graphical part of the territory map-plan. Tools have been developed for generating information about identified objects and controlling land plot areas in accordance with established requirements.
A new mode has been added to the . This mode is designed for automatic formation of land plot boundary scheme elements. The source information for this mode is a map with plotted land plot boundaries, taking into account their status (existing, formed, annulled, clarified or changed). The program implements an algorithm for processing the established composition of map objects presented in the layers "Cadastral Territory Plan", "Survey Plan" and "Registry Error Correction" of the survey.v6.rsc classifier. The cadastral object processing algorithm takes into account the boundary contour status and mutual arrangement of map objects. As a result of processing, point objects are applied to the map - characteristic boundary points, labels for characteristic point designations and labels for cadastral object designations. For characteristic boundary points, the type (plot contour point or capital construction object contour point) and status (existing, new, annulled) are filled in. This information is used when forming point designations. For example, 356У – existing characteristic point of plot boundaries; н124О – new characteristic point of building, structure, or unfinished construction object contour; 356У - annulled characteristic point of plot boundaries.
To determine the inclusion of land plots in settlements taking into account the coincidence of external boundaries of objects of two classes, the dialog has been improved. To find and mark the above-described type of inclusions, a search option "Inside and touching" has been added. The search result consists of objects from the first list located completely inside objects from the second list or having contour contacts from the inside.
The mode has been improved. When generating an XML document and text report in the "Territory Map-Plan" format, sorting of land plots and real estate objects by ascending cadastral number has been added. When generating a text report, the "Other information about the real estate object" section is filled with values from semantics containing information about encumbrances and restrictions on object use. Sections for clarifying information about cadastral objects registered in the EGRN but having no spatial description are formed based on map objects with the "formed" type. In this case, the cadastral object must have the cadastral number semantic filled in.
Sections containing information about characteristic points of multi-contour map objects are separated by lines that include the object's cadastral number and the contour's registration number.
Tools have been developed for generating information on identified objects located within the boundaries of the territory where comprehensive cadastral works are being carried out, for which data is absent in the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN) and for which the persons using them lack documents establishing or confirming their rights (if any). In the "Territory Map-Plan" dialog, elements have been added to the object tree to display information about objects identified during cadastral works. A tool has been implemented to generate a textual report "Information on Identified Objects" in the form approved by Order No. 728 of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development dated November 6, 2019.
Tools have been developed to control the area of a cadastral object and to generate the report "Information on Land Plots with Area Discrepancies." The program analyzes the measured area of a land plot and compares it with the area recorded in the EGRN. If a discrepancy of more than 10% is detected, relevant information is included in the report. Additionally, the program checks whether the plot's area falls within the minimum and maximum allowable sizes specified in the land use and development regulations. The program identifies plots with areas exceeding the maximum allowable or below the minimum allowable and includes the control results in the report.
The mode has been improved. The set of information for the cadastral works client, if it is a foreign legal entity, has been updated. The dialog of this mode now includes the fields: "Address," "Registration Number," and "Registration Date."
The mode has been enhanced. The list of cadastral object classes has been updated based on the object key, and the list of attributes has been refined according to the list of object semantics keys. If the cadastral object class is not defined, the assigned semantics for the processed object are displayed in the dialog elements.
The new version of the program is available for download in the section.
Specialists from KB "Panorama" have prepared a video tutorial on loading navigation data in and formats into and GIS "Operator". In the reviewed modes, the program offers to select the processing format. After selecting a file, its analysis and structure determination are performed.
The video tutorial demonstrates the data export stages. When loading an ARINC file, depending on the composition, corresponding flags become available in the "Input data composition" field. Data can be loaded to the map completely or selectively by specifying flags on the lines of interest. The "Create obstacles as point objects" flag is considered when importing obstacles and is intended to create all obstacles from the source file as point objects (one point object is built for each coordinate).
When loading an AIXM file, the ability to select multiple source files in the "AIXM File" line has been added. In the multi-mode variant of the program operation, data from each XML file will be saved to separate maps. Additionally, using the "Format (longitude, latitude)" flag, you can change the order of latitude and longitude in the source file, as some coordinate systems transmit coordinate values where longitude is specified first.
The resulting aeronautical charts are processed only with the aeronautical classifier dfc.rscz. The aeronautical classifier is designed to create electronic aeronautical information documents that are used in decision-making processes when planning airspace structure, for route plotting and study, flight engineering and navigation calculations, visual radar orientation, plotting aircraft position lines, determining flight navigation elements, as well as for preparing aeronautical information graphic documents for printing. The classifier has been prepared taking into account the recommendations of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO): "Manual on Aeronautical Charts".
