The KB "Panorama" has developed GIS Server version 11.2.0 for Astra Linux SE, Ubuntu 18.04, CentOS 8, CentOS 7, and MS Windows operating systems. The new version implements the storage and editing of object lists and their styling for thematic mapping and dynamic labeling of maps hosted on the server.
When creating, editing, and updating object lists by one of the users, changing the display color, graphic symbols for polygons, lines, and point symbols, as well as the numbers of labeled semantics (attributes) and font parameters, the object list file (OBX) is updated on the GIS Server for the corresponding map. The results of these changes will be visible at all workstations where this map is opened, as well as in GIS WebService for displaying thematic maps and dynamic labels on web clients. When copying a map to the GIS Server along with the "LOG" folder, the object lists will automatically be displayed in the specified style. When opening spatial databases through a connection parameter file (DBM), the object list file (OBX) is automatically placed next to the DBM file.
The GIS Server provides remote multi-user access to vector maps, remote sensing data, and spatial databases for desktop products and web services. Hosting data on the server ensures protection against unauthorized viewing, copying, modification, and printing.
The new version of the program is available for download on the Download page.
The KB "Panorama" has developed version 15.3.2 of the GIS "Operator" for the "Astra Linux Special Edition" 1.8. The new version supports the display of the map legend. The program has implemented a mode for multiple copying in the map editor. Tools for loading data from XML files and updating classifiers on client workstations have been added.
In the GIS "Operator", the task "Map Legend" has been implemented, providing information about the composition of the document: maps, matrices, rasters, geoportals, and other elements. In this mode, visibility control of data is available with the ability to change layer order by dragging in the list. Data elements are accompanied by icons, and their names can be displayed in full or abbreviated form. To save sets of selected objects on the map, the "Object Lists" mode can be activated. These sets are formed using filters or manually and cover all maps in the document. Object lists are saved in a file with the OBX extension, named after the main document. These lists can be used for various operations with groups of objects (selection, union, intersection, search, and labeling).
Functionality for centralized updating of classifiers on client workstations when they are updated on the GIS Server has been implemented. In the "Data Placement" dialog, a field has been added to specify the host of the GIS Server version no lower than 11.0.8 with classifier standards. Classifiers from the server's common folder are automatically updated on the client. If there are classifiers in the standard with the same names but different extensions, priority is given to the RSC format. If there is a difference in extension on the client, automatic replacement of the classifier type occurs to match the type hosted on the server. To reduce network load, updates may occur with a slight delay.
The map editor has added a "Multiple Object Copying" mode. This task allows users to create copies of an object or group of objects in a specified direction, with a defined interval and quantity. Users can specify the direction of replication along coordinate axes or vectors with necessary parameters. After setting the values, outlines of all copies are displayed on the map. Replication parameters are available for modification through a context menu.
In the tasks "Map Passport," "Raster Projection Transformation", and "Raster Projection Parameters", capabilities for configuring coordinate systems and map projections have been expanded. In the "Map Passport" task, users can now save their settings in an XML format file. All three tasks have added tools for loading previously defined settings from an XML file included in the installation that contains the most frequently used configurations. Additionally, users can prepare their own XML file describing necessary projections and coordinate systems, which will be processed in future dialogs.
Support for version 1.8 of the "Astra Linux Special Edition" operating system has been added. "Astra Linux Special Edition" is a domestically developed certified operating system with built-in information protection tools (IPTs) for stable and secure operation of IT infrastructures of any scale and processing information of various confidentiality levels. The OS includes a suite of programs for solving everyday office and multimedia tasks. The Astra Linux Special Edition version 1.8 features a visual style called "Astra Proxima", support for two Linux kernels (6.1 and 6.6), simplified deployment and system update processes, and other important changes.

The "Workstation of cadastral engineer" provides the generation of a land management plan according to the XML schema MapPlanTerritory_v02.xsd
The "Panorama" software company has developed version 15.3.3 of the "Workstation of cadastral engineer". The program has been updated with tools for creating reporting documents based on the results of comprehensive cadastral works.
The mode for "Formation of a map (plan) of the territory" has been improved, ensuring the formation of an electronic document—the land management plan—according to the XML schema MapPlanTerritory_v02.xsd. This document contains the necessary information for entry into the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN) regarding land plots located within the boundaries of the area where comprehensive cadastral works are carried out, as well as information about the location of buildings, structures, and unfinished construction projects on these land plots. Information about the points of the geodetic network and the measuring instruments used has been moved from the Explanatory Note to the root node of the document. The Explanatory Note now includes information about the area where comprehensive cadastral works are carried out and details about clients who are individuals. Data about the original plot has been added to the information on land plot formation, which is preserved in its original boundaries as a result of the transformation. The processing of newly formed real estate objects has been removed from the description of the location of buildings, structures, and unfinished construction projects.
The mode for "Information from the state real estate cadastre" has been updated. A new mechanism for sending requests to the Rosreestr server has been implemented when there are two or more cadastral objects at one point on the map. When launching the dialog, the program sends a general request to obtain information about all types of cadastral objects present at that point. The received response contains information about only one cadastral object of each type. The obtained data is used for display on the tabs of the dialog. To obtain information about multiple objects of one type, it is necessary to switch to the appropriate tab and click the "Refresh" button. The program sends a specific request to obtain information about all objects of the specified type at that point. The received response contains information about all cadastral objects of that specified type. The loaded data is used for display on the current tab of the dialog.
The "Land survey plan" mode has been improved. In the dialog of this mode, on the "General Data" tab, the values of the dropdown list have been updated in accordance with the order of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre, and Cartography dated December 14, 2021, No. P/0592 "On Approval of the Form and Composition of Information in the Cadastral Plan, Requirements for its Preparation". The procedure for filling out the NumGeopoint attribute of characteristic points in the XML file has been changed. Character escaping has been added when recording the cadastral engineer's conclusion that contains a reference to an internet resource. The encoding of text strings has been corrected when forming the text report sections "Information about Points of the Geodetic Network and Measuring Instruments" and "Source Data".
The "Editing attributes of a cadastral object" mode has been improved. In the "Semantic List" dialog, the ability to add a group of repeatable semantics with the copying of values from existing semantics has been implemented.
In the "Map (plan) of the object land 2024" mode, the algorithm for searching internal objects whose boundaries coincide with the boundaries of the land management object has been updated. When generating the XML document, a search for modified and newly formed plots within the contour of the land management object has been added.
The "Correction of registry errors" mode has been improved. The processing of multi-contour objects when outputting information to the text report has been added.
The new version of the program is available for download in the Download section.

Bank of spatial data has been supplemented with a map of the Kingdom of Bhutan
Geoportal "Bank of spatial data" has been supplemented with a map of the Kingdom of Bhutan, formed according to OpenStreetMap data. To work with the map, you can use the GIS Panorama Mini program or other software products of KB "Panorama".
The map was led to the modernised classifier of large-scale plans of scale 1: 5 000 (map5000m). Publishing of updates in bank of spatial data is made by using the program of Databank of digital maps and remote sensing data. Publishing contents of bank of spatial data on the geoportal and data access for downloading are implemented by means of GIS WebServer SE.
Free maps on the basis of OpenStreetMap data are available for download on the page "Digital maps".
The KB "Panorama" has developed GIS "Panorama"version 15.3.3. The new version enhances tools for connecting to geoportals and databases, viewing and updating object attributes from databases, and formatting map symbols. The report composition has been expanded and clarified in accordance with the orders of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre, and Cartography in the tasks of Geodetic Editor and Cadastral Documents.
The task "Viewing attributes of objects from external sources of data" has been improved. When editing attributes in the database, accelerated map image updates (DBM) are performed based on the log in the database without waiting for the polling period set in the DBM settings. Accelerated updates are supported for both local database connections through DBM files and for DBMs opened via GIS Server version 11.1.6 and higher. The task "View Attributes from Database" provides access to object attributes from spatial databases connected via DBM files, as well as arbitrary datasets. Each dataset is displayed as an attribute table on a separate tab. The displayed data can be sorted by individual columns and filtered by attribute values. The task also allows exporting sorted and filtered records from the table to a CSV text file. For datasets linked to the map via a DBM file or service fields, modes are available for highlighting the object on the map for the current table record, searching for a record in the table for the selected map object, and highlighting all objects related to the table.
The geoportal connection task has been improved. This task allows viewing information from both remote services and local data in BIR, GeoPackage, and Mbtiles formats. In the new version, information is displayed at all levels of the tile pyramid, regardless of whether information is available at those levels. It is sufficient to have just one scale for the program to create a reduced copy of the data or scale the image through digital enlargement. Smoothing technologies are used to create a higher quality image. The constructed images are saved in the data cache to speed up subsequent viewing of information.
The Vector sign editing dialog included in the "Preparation and creation of digital classifier" has been refined. Vector symbols are created using tools for applying labels, linear, and area contours. Linear and area contours are applied as simple shapes: rectangle, circle, ellipse, arc, sector, polyline, and B?zier curve. The vector symbol image can consist of one or more shapes (elements). In the new version, support for semi-transparent polygons has been added for area shapes. To select this new type, it is necessary to choose "Area" in the element list, select "Glass Area" in the "View" tab, and enter a transparency value. In the "Classifier Editor" task, for semantics of type "File Link," the ability to configure a filter with a list of file extensions that can be selected when editing the corresponding semantics has been added.
The task "Loading vector map from DGN format" has been improved. The algorithm for reading and classifying the original attributes of DGN records has been enhanced to set conditional symbols for the imported data. In the settings table, an object view from the RSC classifier is assigned for each combination of element level, its type, and attribute.
The synchronization of the installed font in the Windows system and the status information line at the bottom of the program has been refined. This improves text readability for high-resolution devices. In the "About" dialog, a notification about the release of a new program version has been added to the "version" field. This dialog is accessed from the main menu under "Help - About".
In the "Map Legend" task, on the "General Data List" tab, a setting for the appearance of matrices has been added for height matrices and layers: color, grayscale, or just shadows.
The "Geodetic Editor" task has been enhanced. The mode "Create schema objects and filling the report" has been updated. Report filling can now be done without using office automation commands. The report is created in DOCX format. This mode ensures the sequential execution of several operations: creating a map containing a scheme for the report; displaying and editing the scheme; generating a report based on a template; inserting information from metrics and semantics of objects into the report; creating an image of the scheme and inserting it into the report.
The "Formation of the report" dialog (formerly "Print Document") has been refined to manage the position and size of the bounding box for the scheme image inserted into the report, as well as to initiate automatic report filling processes. A new algorithm for generating reports based on object metrics and semantics has been implemented. The report generation wizard uses new metric markers that allow inserting information into the report in the form of a line corresponding to a single metric point or segment. Semantic markers are processed according to the previously accepted rule "Semantic Key = Marker Name." For PICTURE markers, the created scheme image is inserted into the report as many times as there are PICTURE markers in the template.
The mode "Filling a report for an object", which uses the report generation wizard, has been improved. In this mode, the "Scheme Parameters" and "Object Codes" tabs are absent in the "Scheme and Report Settings" dialog, but an "Images" tab has been added. Users can add an unlimited number of images for insertion into the report. The wizard finds all #PICTURE# markers in the report. When inserting into the report, images in the template are replaced sequentially. The first PICTURE marker is replaced with the first image, the second PICTURE marker with the second image, and so on, until either the images in the dialog list or the markers in the report template run out.
The mode "To save the image for a graphic part of the land-plan" has been improved to ensure saving map fragment images in PDF, EMF, JPG, and PNG formats. When saving as PDF, the initial creation of the scheme image as PNG has been replaced with JPG format since PNG does not support the set resolution, resulting in loss of image scale. When saving as PDF, a JPG file is simultaneously created for insertion into the report. When saving images in a configuration file, information about the scale of the scheme image is preserved. This information is later used when filling in the #SCALE# marker in the report. Report templates have been updated for the modes "Creating an Object Scheme and Filling in the Report" and "Filling Report for Object". In the dialogs "Creating an Object Scheme and Filling in the Report" and "Filling Report for Object," DOCX file type has been added by default when selecting a report template file.
The "Cadastral Documents" task has been improved. In the "Land Use Plan" mode, the generation of the XML document "Land Use Plan" has been implemented according to XML schema version 2, release R04, in accordance with the order of Rosreestr dated December 29, 2023, No. P/0573.
The "Correction of Registry Errors" mode has been enhanced. The handling of multi-contour objects has been added when outputting information to a text report. The "Editing Object Semantics" mode has also been improved. In the "Semantics List" dialog, it is now possible to add a group of repeatable semantics by copying values from existing semantics.
The "Land survey plan" mode has been updated. In the dialog of this mode, on the "General Data" tab, the values of the dropdown list have been updated in accordance with the order of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre, and Cartography dated December 14, 2021, No. P/0592 "On Approval of the Form and Composition of Information for Boundary Plans and Requirements for Their Preparation". The "Map (Plan) of Land Management Object" mode has been refined. The algorithm for finding internal objects whose boundaries coincide with those of the land management object has been updated. When generating XML, a search for modified and newly formed plots within the contour of the land management object has been added.
The new version of the program is available for download in the Download section.
