In the KB "Panorama," version 15.3.2 of the has been developed. The new version has improved tools for generating cadastral documents and the Cadastral Work Database. The mode has been updated to version 9. It now includes the generation of a text report and XML document for the formation or clarification of a part of a land plot. For this type of cadastral work, an algorithm has been implemented to search and extract data from the cadastral map using the boundaries of the existing land plot. The program automatically searches for all parts within the object with the code of the existing plot and inserts information about them into the report.
The procedure for processing multi-contour parts of land plots when generating text reports has been refined. For each part, one table is inserted, separated by a blank line for information about several contours of the part, similar to multi-contour plots. When filling out the section "Clarification of Boundaries of Adjacent Plots", consideration is given to the contour type of the adjacent plot, processing only the plots being clarified.
Due to the extension of the validity period of the XML schema MP_v09_R03, established in Rosreestr letter No. 18-6325-TG/24 dated July 8, 2024, elements related to version MP_v09_R04 have been temporarily removed from the dialog. The path to the schema for verification has also been changed in accordance with version MP_v09_R03. A variable algorithm for searching characteristic points of cadastral objects has been implemented to establish their belonging to a cadastral object. When forming plots, it is permissible to omit checks for cadastral and accounting numbers for point markers.
The dialog has been updated. Tabs that were not supported by information have been removed, and the order of sending requests has been modified based on the type of cadastral object. An analysis of the area type of the cadastral object—whether clarified or declarative—has been added. Information about the signature type is displayed in the dialog.
The mode has been enhanced, adding the ability to attach files in XML and ZIP formats to documents. A new button, "Add with Copying", has been added to the main form of the mode, allowing users to add new list items by copying information from existing records in the database. This approach enables the same foundational document to be used when creating multiple different cadastral documents.
The dialog has been updated. The outdated field "Presence of real estate object" has been removed from the display of information about parts of land plots, and several field names have been changed. For land plots, the order of semantic display has been altered. When processing a multi-contour cadastral object "Part", the value from the "Contour number of the part object" field is recorded in the first column of the "Contour List" table; otherwise, the value is taken from the "Cadastral or other number or designation" field. Attributes characterizing information about the zone have been grouped together for easier input and editing.
The mode has been improved, fixing the saving of region codes into semantics and internal code arrays, as well as displaying the region name obtained from the "Address database" in the dialog. If a region code is present, the object's address is recorded in the XML file. The algorithm for searching plots within which a structure is located has been modified. Report templates have been corrected to eliminate duplication of the text "The technical plan was prepared as a result of cadastral work related to:"
The mode has been updated, correcting the recording of contour numbers (designations) for multi-contour objects in XML. The saving of attached documents defining land categories, types of permitted use, and plot addresses for reuse has been implemented. The recording of the oks_exploitation element in the XML file has been corrected.
The mode has been refined. The check for the presence of an original contour for the corrected object has been changed. This algorithm ensures the processing of cadastral objects that previously did not have coordinate descriptions of boundaries. In this case, only corrected coordinates are recorded in the XML file, without the originals.
The mode has been enhanced with a check for the presence of an attached file when recording documents. If the file exists, an optional element AppliedFile is recorded in the XML document. If there is no file, the element is not created.

The Design Bureau "Panorama" has developed and the automatic recognition and vectorization service version 1.1.0. The new version expands the capabilities of the "Panorama Vision" automatic recognition and vectorization complex and improves the tools for automatic interpretation of satellite images. The program includes a neural network model for outlining buildings in terrain images. The "Panorama Vision" service converts recognized building outlines into rectangular shapes and adjusts their positions to accurately match the foundations of the buildings. The resulting model ensures recognition accuracy of over 90%. To train the model, satellite images of cities in the Russian Federation were used alongside vector maps containing outlines of roofs and walls of buildings. For precise outline determination, the spatial resolution of the data must be between 0.5 to 1 meter/pixel for satellite images and 0.25 to 0.01 meters/pixel for aerial photographs. For example, recognizing building outlines in satellite images of Moscow with a resolution of 0.6 meters/pixel over an area of 25 square kilometers took 2 minutes and 20 seconds. As a result of the processing, 2,895 objects were created. The application of the new model will allow for identifying unregistered buildings and structures in conjunction with data from the Russian State Register, as well as promptly updating existing information on vector maps.
The complex allows for processing terrain images in RSW/JPG/TIFF/PNG formats and data from open geoportals. "Panorama Vision" recognizes outlines of fields, hydrological objects (rivers, ponds, lakes, etc.), buildings, and structures. The processing results are provided to users in the form of a vector map, which can be downloaded via the WFS protocol. The complex is implemented as services that provide remote access to data interpretation. It is hosted on the internet on the servers of the design bureau "Panorama". Access to the complex is available from the list of application tasks in GIS "Panorama": Launch applications - .

The specialists of the "Panorama" Design Bureau have prepared a video tutorial on the task , which is available in the and GIS "Panorama". The discussed mode is intended for the automatic preparation of a set of formatted map fragments in accordance with accepted conventional symbols for printing. The formatting of a fragment is carried out using standard conventional symbols for topographic maps that are accepted for the scale of the formatted map, following the samples of formatting nomenclature sheets.
The video tutorial demonstrates an example of formatting a map fragment with a pre-selected closed linear object, which will be used as a frame for the formatted fragment. The result of adjusting the parameters for frame formatting is shown. When the following options are enabled:
- "Decoration only", the selected fragment will be formatted; if multiple fragments are selected, frame formatting will be performed, but the cutting of fragments will not take place. Upon completion of the procedure, the formatted maps are automatically added to the open map.
- "Without rectangular grid", elements of the rectangular grid (exits and line labels) will not be generated.
- "Group", separate objects related to one formatting element (all exit lines of the rectangular grid, geodetic grid, points of the geodetic frame for large scales) will be grouped into one object with sub-objects. If this option is disabled, all separate strokes will be generated as independent objects.
When formatting fragments at scales of 1:500,000 and 1:1,000,000, containing several original nomenclature sheets, square numbering can be performed either within the original nomenclature sheets or as continuous numbering from the boundaries of the fragment using the "Continuous numbering of areas" option.
You can familiarize yourself with the educational materials in the "Video Lessons" section.
