Textures created in this manner must be integrated into the map data set and individually linked via semantics like "Registered File Type Name" to specific objects. In a 3D object model, one must select a reference to this semantics if such a link does not already exist in the standard model. For a detailed understanding of this new approach, refer to the documentation titled

The task of generating object labels based on semantics is designed for the automatic creation of labels for objects on vector maps. Labels are generated for selected objects, requiring the map on which label construction is performed to be editable. Point, linear, vector, and area objects are processed using flat rectangular coordinates in meters or kilometers, or geodetic coordinates in degrees. Heights are derived from the object's metric or interpolated. Settings allow for precision and formatting adjustments of labels, addition of prefixes and suffixes, alignment to object edges or center with vertical and horizontal offsets. Text rotation angle can be specified in degrees, either fixed or extracted from object data. Labels can be positioned relative to anchor points, along lines, at polygon centers, or following object curves. Label text is generated based on object characteristics or manually added, simplifying label creation for improved readability and accuracy.
The task of exporting maps to DXF format enables the conversion of GIS "Panorama" map data into AutoCAD files. The DXF file contains planar coordinates of objects in meters and height for 3D objects. Users can adjust coordinate precision and include semantics recorded in DBF files. To work with semantics, the operating system settings require a period as the decimal separator. Layer names in the DXF file can be assigned using various methods such as layer number, object key, and others. Object display modes include "Fill", "Outline", or "Scheme", with options for creating line styles. The active map name is automatically entered in the "Map Name" field, while the output file name can be manually modified. Graphic representation of objects is based on GIS "Panorama" symbolic signs, with the option to use D14 sign format files. Code files allow for changing layer names in the DXF file. Using filters, users can select whether to convert the entire map or specific objects. Conversion results are saved in a protocol text file and a layer number correspondence file.
Map editor modes have been enhanced to allow for object rotation within the map. The ability to rotate vector symbols with a single metric point has been added. For symbols localized as "Vector", a second point is added to the object. For symbols localized as "Point", rotation is achieved by adding semantics "Symbol Rotation Angle, Insertion" (code 31017). Rotation of vector symbols is available in modes such as Movement, Scaling, and Rotation (in the main editor panel); Object Rotation, Vector Object Rotation, Vector Object Tilt (in the "Edit Point" panel).
In the task of connecting geoportals, a new geoportal "Road Fund Control System" has been added, featuring a multitude of new layers such as "Roads", "Airports", "Maritime and River Ports", "Road Infrastructure and Diagnostics Data", "Hazardous Areas", and others. Additionally, new geoportals from Rosreestr, the National Spatial Data System, and the Federal Forestry Agency have been included, comprising layers of orthophoto plans, topographic maps, cadastral data, territorial zones, cultural heritage objects, and forest district boundaries.
GIS "Panorama" is a versatile domestic geoinformation system designed for the accumulation, storage, automated processing, and visualization of data, calculation results, and forecasts with geospatial referencing. The software includes tools for displaying and processing vector, raster, and matrix maps. The application provides users with instruments to address specialized tasks such as modeling the movement of special objects against a 3D model backdrop, predicting emergency situations' consequences at hazardous sites, monitoring aircraft movements, conducting geodetic and topographic surveys, processing data from GPS/GLONASS navigation devices, printing spatial data on various output devices, and more.

In the map editor, object creation mode now includes geometry import from MIF/MID, SHP, DXF, and GeoJSON files. To correctly add an object, the file must specify the source projection.
A document viewing component has been added, allowing the opening of images (png, bmp, jpeg), video files (supported browser formats such as 3gp, mov, mp4, mpeg, qt, webm), and BIM models (ifc). The source can be either a map object with attached data or files from the user's device. When viewing BIM models, characteristics of selected elements are displayed.
A user bookmarks component has been implemented, enabling users to save map states and share them with others. The "Map Composition" component now displays the map legend in tree mode. Map publishing has been enhanced to allow users to use their own graphic styles instead of a classifier.
The "Map Legends" component now includes a list display mode for all maps and the ability to view legends in tree form. In the "Relief Profile" component, interaction between the chart and map has been expanded. Labels added on the map also appear on the chart and vice versa. Users can now edit the profile line on the map. Interface settings now include an option for compact component view.

By deeply integrating spatial data platform solutions, some tasks related to enhancing their functionality can be addressed through GIS tools under market conditions. To achieve this, developers need quality documentation on API and SDK systems, access to a test environment for debugging new features and services is essential.
Expanding information interaction capabilities must consider security issues. Any software, including open-source software, should ensure secure operation and stable performance. During information exchange, there should be no possibility of issuing commands to block software operation or engage in undeclared data copying. A complete transition to security-certified software without undisclosed functionalities is necessary.
This year marked the jubilee XV International IT Forum, which brought together over 5,000 participants from 47 countries and 61 regions of the Russian Federation. Throughout the forum, specialists discussed the application of cutting-edge technologies in economics, social spheres, education, artificial intelligence development, and other crucial tasks.
