In the KB "Panorama", the line of GIS software "Panorama" has been updated to version 15.2.3. In the new versions of the software, the P
The additional validation allows checking GML files before uploading them to the FGIS TP, reducing the time spent on searching for and correcting attribute filling errors. The digital classifier for creating territorial planning schemes terrplan.v7 is prepared in accordance with changes specified in the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation dated 06.10.2023, No. 698, and complies with the schema fgistp-10-izm-698.xsd.

At the bottom of the dialog, there are fields labeled "Available Toolbars " and "Available Buttons", which contain lists of panels for the current task and buttons within these panels. The "Custom Toolbars" field lists user-created tool panels and their content. New custom panels can be created sequentially without closing the main dialog.

The component for selecting search/display conditions (TMapSelectDialog) has been enhanced. In the "Semantics" tab, validation of entered semantic values against the specified template string in the classifier, defining allowable characters like GUID, cadastral number, and others, has been added. For numerical characteristics, validation against the range of values set in the map classifier is provided.
The component for connecting to geospatial portals (TMapWMSPopupDialog) has been enhanced. Portals from Rosreestr services, the National Spatial Data Infrastructure, and the Federal Forestry Agency have been added. For Rosreestr services, layers such as Digital Orthophoto Plans EECO (Unified Electronic Cartographic Basis), Digital Topographic Maps and Plans EECO have been included. For the National Spatial Data Infrastructure services, layers like Digital Object Schema - Open Data, EECO, EECO (orthophoto), Orthophoto Plans 1:2000, Remote Sensing Data for the Russian Federation, Cadastral Districts, Cadastral Regions, Cadastral Blocks, Land Plots, Buildings, Structures, Unfinished Construction Objects, Settlement Boundaries, Special Territorial Conditions Zones, Territorial Zones, Forestry Offices, Cultural Heritage Territorial Objects, Specially Protected Natural Areas, Hunting Grounds, Special Economic Zones, Areas of Advanced Development, Water Object Boundaries, Plots Requiring Surveying have been added.
The GIS ToolKit toolkit consists of visual components, classes, and API functions of GIS core for full-fledged spatial data handling. The toolkit is designed for developing client-server and desktop 32-bit and 64-bit applications requiring spatial data processing and visualization. GIS ToolKit classes and components are intended for use in Embarcadero RAD Studio XE5 and higher (Delphi and C++ Builder) programming environments and come with source codes. The components can be likened to "semi-finished products," using which one can quickly and relatively easily develop their own geoinformation application. The GIS core of the GIS ToolKit toolkit can be used not only in the Embarcadero environment but also in any development environment with any compiler supporting WINAPI function calls.

The library of programmable symbols shape.iml64 has been updated. A symbol called "Polygon with proportional filling" has been developed. This symbol is designed for styling area structures with simple contours (without sub-objects). The symbol parameters include a description of the centerline, central vector symbol, and 4 area fill parts. When entering parameters for the 1st part, the conditional filling of half of the polygon is done, bounded by half of the contour (from the first to the center point) and the centerline. Entering parameters for the 2nd part fills the second half of the polygon. If there are parameters for the 3rd and/or 4th parts, filling is done with conditional quarters. The order of filling quarters corresponds to the order of parameters for the 4 parts, starting from the first point, considering the contour numbering direction. Contours with fewer than 5 or more than 255 points, or those with sub-objects, are filled according to the parameters of the 1st part.
Quality control of the vector map has been improved. When checking object overlaps with the sheet frame, a verification of points extending beyond the frame has been added. Aligning the contours of area and end points of linear objects has been unified into a single algorithm. Segments with points extending beyond the sheet frame are trimmed. Contour points located inside the sheet frame are extended to the frame at the nearest distance within the "Frame Exit Threshold" tolerance. Points within the "Frame Consistency Threshold" tolerance are considered extended (lying on the frame). The unified processing method helps minimize the likelihood of contour misalignment during point extension.
The task of saving a vector map in SHP format has been enhanced. When processing the attributes of map objects, the presence of repeating semantics is taken into account. The values of such semantics are concatenated into a string with a ";" delimiter and stored in a single field of the DBF table format. This allows for the correct display of repeated characteristics during further processing of the resulting files.
Support for opening geoservices portals from Rosreestr, the National Spatial Data Infrastructure, and the Federal Forestry Agency has been added. New layers have been connected to the Rosreestr geoservices portal - Thematic Maps. The following layers have been added: Cadastre Land Value, Land Categories, Types of Permitted Land Use.
GIS Constructor is a set of geoinformation components for use in the Qt Designer visual programming environment, enabling the development of custom GIS applications. Visualization of digital map content is carried out using conventional symbols adopted for topographic, overview-geographic, and various special maps. The geoinformation system has extensive capabilities for performing calculations, ensuring the display of spatial data on various graphic devices in standard and custom symbol systems. Primary functions can be performed in a multi-threaded mode. Automatic optimization of the memory used for processing large data volumes (tens of gigabytes) on limited resources (hundreds of megabytes) is supported.
The toolkit is adapted to work on a wide range of operating systems (Astra Linux SE, ALT Linux, Elbrus, Ubuntu, CentOS, QNX) and architectures (Intel, Elbrus, PowerPC, SPARC, ARM). The toolkit includes components for visual GIS application design and libraries of multi-platform multi-threaded GIS core. GIS Constructor provides a cross-platform MAPAPI interface, allowing the programmer to develop in their preferred operating system. Developers can release GIS applications for a set of operating systems by simply building with minimal changes to the program's source code.
