In KB "Panorama" the toolkit has been developed for creating cross-platform GIS applications (for Linux and MS Windows) - GIS Constructor for Qt Designer version 14.0.1.2. The program allows to create 64-bit GIS applications in the Visual Studio environment with use of libraries of the Qt 5.12 framework. For visual design, the Qt Visual Studio Tools extension is used. The toolkit is a set of visual components, classes and API functions of the GIS core for working with spatial data.
GIS Constructor for Windows OS has been developed on the basis of a for Linux OS and has the same set of components and classes using the Qt framework. GIS applications created with use of GIS Constructor for the Linux OS variant can be built on Windows x64 version 7 and higher and vice versa.
GIS Constructor includes tools of displaying spatial data with possibility of customizing conventional symbols (external view of objects), positioning and scaling of the map image. Spatial data can be located both on the local computer and on a remote . The components provide access to spatial data using web services via international OGC protocols (obtaining a map image, obtaining and changing data about map objects).
In GIS Constructor a support of local, state and international systems of coordinates has been implemented. There are functions of transformation of coordinates. Datum parameters and parameters of transition between coordinate systems are customized by the user. This allows you to develop geographic information systems for various purposes and levels of use - corporate, municipal, regional and federal.
Creating a GIS application based on GIS Constructor takes only a few steps. The specificity of visual programming is such that the work of all its components is built around one main spatial data access component that performs all the work of accessing spatial data and managing their display. Further, all the functionality is built up in three steps: the required component is placed on the form, is associated with the access component, and its programmatic configuration is performed to start the task predefined for it (for example, by pressing the corresponding button in the interface, the map object is searched for at the click point, it is highlighted by blinking and showing a dialog with the characteristics of the object).

In KB "Panorama" the version 6.15.0 has been developed for operating systems Astra Linux, CentOS, Ubuntu, MS Windows. In the new version the tools of spatial analysis and data search have been expanded. Components for constructing a flood zone and searching for objects by name have been added, the administration module has been improved.
The component of constructing a zone of flooding allows to determine flooding area on a map, using the information from a matrix of heights. When accessing the application server, the slope of the analyzed area of the terrain is investigated, the alignments are formed along the riverbed, and the level of water rise is taken into account. The result is displayed as an image of a matrix of qualities and a vector object showing the boundaries of the spill.
The Search by name component is used for text search of objects by all characteristics. Conditions can be specified separately for each of maps, it is also possible to perform a group query for all maps. Search parameters can be restored from the stored query history.
GIS WebServer SE is used to build closed corporate systems to ensure the protection of data having a security classification or trade secret. The program is certified for level 2 lack of undeclared features. GIS WebServer SE is implemented using the toolkit, which can be used in development tools using JavaScript and TypeScript.

RGIS RО is a specialized multifunctional geoportal, the interactive capabilities of which provide access to reliable information about objects of various categories. RGIS RO is available to a wide range of users - to the authorities, citizens, organizations, including potential investors and private companies.
