In KB "Panorama" the professional vectorizer version 14.0.2 has been developed. In the new version in the , the mode of creating multipolygons, multiline or multipoint objects based on selected objects has been implemented, depending on the character of localization of selected objects - areal, linear or point. The metric of the selected objects is combined into one object with common semantics, and the processed objects are deleted. Metric merging is performed only for objects that have the same classification code as the first selected object.
In the dialog the ability has been added for changing the width of the column of the semantics table using the combination of the Ctrl + left mouse button in the column header. The "Expand Column" item has been added into the context menu of the dialog. To view an object corresponding to a line in the table of semantics, the "Select object" item has been added into the context menu. By pressing the menu item or the Ctrl+I key combination, the "Select object" dialog box is displayed on the screen, with help of which you can view the main characteristics and edit the semantics of the object.
The "Map Legend" task has been improved. On the "Maps" bookmark, the menu item has been added into the context menu. This mode allows you to paste objects previously copied to the clipboard onto one or several selected maps in the tree.
In the dialog on the "Semantics" bookmark, the "Select similar objects" and "Select objects by semantics" items have been added to the context menu. When selecting objects similar to the selected one, a coincidence is checked in terms of the layer, character of localization, the object code and the coincidence of the value of the current semantics or the semantics selected on the bookmark. If the "Semantics" bookmark in the current line has semantics of the type "Link to file", then the context menu will additionally contain the items "Open document in a separate window" and "Add to current document". When you select the appropriate item, a command will be executed to open or add the corresponding data set (vector map, remote sensing data, and the like). In the "Metric" bookmark, the "Display order" item has been added into the context menu for selecting the "Above everyone", "Below all", "Normal" property, which affects the position of an object relative to other objects. When the "Normal" property is set, the display order of the object is determined in the classifier by its layer, type of conventional symbol and localization. In the "Metric" bookmark, the "Save metric coordinates to EPSG:3857" item has been added into the context menu, intended for saving the object metric in GeoJson format in the Mercator projection on the WGS-84 sphere. The received file can be used for addition of objects on the .
item has been added into the Options menu. This mode is intended for displaying all map objects without taking into account the range of objects visibility and the contents of the map display. To quickly enable and disable the mode, a combination of hot keys Ctrl+Shift+A has been added.
The task has been improved. On the "Matrix" bookmark the call of mode "Optimization of the list of matrixes of quality" mode has been added. Optimization of the matrix of qualities is performed to reduce the file size, as well as to update reduced copies (tiles) of the matrix for different display scales. Reducing the file size is achieved by cutting the image by the specified frame.
The tools of thematic mapping and display of the statistical information of various purposes have been expanded. With the help of objects of the new "Table" image the various statistical data can be presented. Statistical data can be displayed both for Russia as a whole, and for various indicators for regional and municipal formations. Different layers of the map can contain tables for different themes and years. Tables, like other objects, can have visibility scale ranges. At updating the table the data will change accordingly on a map.
To display the table in the desired position, a point object is created that has a link to the CSV file in the semantics and a conventional symbol of the "Table" type. A CSV file is a set of lines containing the values of one or more table fields (columns) separated by symbols - comma, semicolon, tab. The graphic parameters of the table are customized in semantics of the object, in the RSC classifier or in the graphic parameters of the object. The name of file CSV is set in semantics of object "Text file". Table parameters are customized in the dialog.
The map with the created tables will have one view in desktop, mobile, web-applications on any platforms, with local placement or on the and at printing. A layer with tables can be opened on top of any other data - spatial databases, geoportals, remote sensing data. The map, together with CSV files and background data, can be packed into one file of SITZ/MAPZ/MPTZ formats.
The task from the "File" menu has been improved. Ability has been added to select and view photos on the map using the key combination Ctrl+Shift+left mouse button. The increase in the image of a photo occurs without increase in the map image. When you resize the dialog box, the photo image is scaled automatically.

In KB "Panorama" the "Complex of agronomical tasks" version 6.12.1 has been developed. In the new version for the "Automatic determination of the contours of arable land" mode, the ability to select the processing area, both with a rectangular frame and with a closed polygon of arbitrary shape, has been added.
Until recently, there were three main modes for creating maps of agricultural land, differing in the cost of initial materials, labor costs and accuracy: decoding satellite images from open sources, digitizing orthophotomaps, processing data from GPS trackers. The most optimal of them in terms of the ratio of these indicators was considered to be the processing of data from GPS trackers. With the development of technologies based on neural networks, robotic decoding of raster data is becoming a more accurate and cheaper tool for creating vector maps of land parcels.
KB "Panorama" together with the company have developed the "Automatic determination of the contours of arable land" mode for the "Complex of agronomical tasks". The service, using artificial intelligence, analyzes the raster data available to it and constructs on their basis the vector maps of the working areas of the agricultural enterprise. Information processing is carried out on the territory selected by the user. It can be a rectangle or any arbitrary closed polygon.
An accurate digital model of farmland is the basis for all further agrotechnical calculations: maintaining field passports, constructing thematic cartograms, obtaining vegetation indices, maps of heterogeneity and the need for nitrogen, calculating the application of fertilizer doses, and others.
"Complex of agronomical tasks" is an additional module for , or GIS Panorama Mini. The complex is designed to create, edit, keep up to date, use and analyze electronic maps of fields together with an information base of the history of fields and soil fertility. The software package includes modes that provide information support for precision farming technology.

In KB "Panorama" the toolbox of version 14.0.2 has been developed for creating GIS applications in the environment of C++ Builder, Delphi Embarcadero. The new version includes tools for obtaining information about terrain objects using a combined technology for combining ground-based photographic materials with the results of remote sensing data. In the component for converting spatial data MapDataConversion there is added the function of loading photos in JPEG format containing GPS coordinates of the shooting location in EXIF tags. Typically, photographs taken with digital cameras and mobile phones equipped with a GPS receiver have such properties. Photos are loaded from the specified folder with photos. As a result, a service map will be added to the open document, containing point objects, for which semantics are automatically filled with a link to photo files. The service map is saved in the folder with the initial map and is added into the list of open maps. Photos on the map are displayed as icons (thumbnails). When the map is increased, the photos are also enlarged. The algorithm of an automatic clustering is applied for grouping of photos on a map at scaling. Densely located objects with photos are replaced with the first object in a cluster with indicating the number of photos in the given cell.
For viewing photos, the TMapManager component of map management has been improved, which allows to display a photo in a separate window when you click on an object. When programming, you can set the location and size of the window for viewing photos.
The GIS ToolKit consists of a set of visual components (supplied in source code) and API functions of the GIS core for direct access to spatial data. The toolkit is intended for the development of client-server and desktop 32-bit and 64-bit applications that require processing and visualization of spatial data. Spatial data can be located both at the workplace (direct access to data) and in a local network or the Internet (components of access to the or data exchange by international protocols are used).
