Specialists of KB "Panorama" have prepared a video lesson on using the task "Share your photos with the coordinates of the shooting". This task is designed to view video files synchronized with a GPS track received from a car DVR, UAV video camera or mobile phone.

The training material demonstrates the operation of the "The movement of the track (video)" mode on the example of an open map "Moscow and Moscow region" and a set of video files from a car DVR with GPS-binding, which are pre-loaded using the "Loading tracks from directory" mode. The source data can be video files in AVI, MP4 format. The GPS track can be contained in the subtitles of the video file, or the file of the same name in the GPX, KML or NMEA-0183 format. A similar procedure can be used to process data from unmanned aerial vehicles or mobile devices with a video camera and a GPS module using the VideoGPS application. Specialists of KB "Panorama" prepared and placed the map of the Perm Krai on the geoportal "Bank of spatial data". The map was formed using OpenStreetMap data, source data was obtained from Geofabrik website. To work with the map, you can use the GIS Panorama Mini program or other software products of KB "Panorama".

The map was led to the modernised classifier of large-scale plans of scale 1: 5 000 (map5000m) and was saved into a packed project (MPTZ). The MPTZ format project includes a digital map of the region's territory (country, subject of the federation, administrative region), a map of the administrative-territorial division of the region and a digital classifier. Publishing of updates in bank of spatial data is made by using the program of Databank of digital maps and remote sensing data. Publishing contents of bank of spatial data on the geoportal and data access for downloading are implemented by means of GIS WebServer SE.

Free maps on the basis of OpenStreetMap data are available for download on the page "Digital maps".

In KB "Panorama" the GIS "Operator" SE version 13.4.2 for OS Astra Linux SE (releases "Smolensk" and "Oryol") has been developed. The new version of the program supports direct connection to large spatial databases. Databases contain millions of records for displaying and editing in the form of vector maps of the area, on top of which maps of the operational situation can be located. GIS "Operator" provides direct editing of database records with fields of different types containing the coordinates of objects. Database connection parameters (table, data view or SQL query) are customized in the database connection administration dialog and saved in a file with DBM extension, which has an XML structure. The settings provide for entering the name of the DBM file, the method and parameters of connecting to the database, a creating the lists of displayed and edited objects and their semantic characteristics (attributes). GIS allows you to simultaneously edit the content of databases connected directly and through the GIS Server, to carry out an information exchange between different databases, to agree the coordinates and attributes of objects in different databases, jointly display information from different databases in the form of graphic layers, to combine data with images, matrixes heights, vector maps and data from various geoportals and web services. Databases editing is performed by means of tasks the Map Editor, Road net and others in an interactive or automated mode.

In the new version the classifier of objects of the operational situation operator.rsc has been updated. There is specified the type of conventional signs such as command posts, communication facilities, engineering equipment, units of permanent readiness and many others contained in the layers: "Actions of ground forces. Strikes, fires of missile-artillery means", "Engineering troops", "FSB bodies", "MIA of the RF","GIBDD of MIA of the RF", "Ministry of Transport of the RF", "Electronic Warfare troops", "Signal troops", "Road Bodies of the RF", "Space troops", "Mobilization deployment", "Moral and psychological support of troops", "EMERCOM and Civil defense", "Operational objects of general use", "Border agencies. Management", "Enemy - position, actions", "Strategic missile forces", "Formations and military units of technical troops", "Topogeodetic support of troops" and others.

In the program the classifier of emergency situation emercom.v2.rscz has been updated. There is specified the type of conventional symbols of the type of control points, departments of EMERCOM, elements of the warning system and others contained in the layers: "Objects of transport infrastructure", "Objects of communication systems, monitoring, warning and informing population", "Territories, objects of economy and infrastructure", "Objects of civil defense and ensuring the protection of the population from emergencies", "Objects, territories, routes and forces for carrying out evacuation measures", "Governing bodies and forces of the civil defense and RSChS", "Units and subdivisions of the civil defense and RSChS".

The task of connecting geoportals has been improved. Support for layers from the Rosreestr geoportal has been added: Cadastral okrug, Cadastral districts, Cadastral quarters, Land plots, Land plots put up for auction, Red lines, Unified real estate complexes. Geoportal provides data in vector tile form in pbf (Protocolbuffer Binary Format) format. The data contains the coordinates of objects, signatures of plots, semantic characteristics. The parameters of connection to geoportals, stored in the wmslist_ru.xml file, have been updated.

At joint display of maps and geoportals, a transformation of vector data to a projection and coordinate system of a geoportal is carried out. In the new version of the program, the transformation of vector maps into a given coordinate system has been accelerated by 4-6 times. The transformation process is called on the fly when the data of maps and geoportals in different coordinate systems are added into one window. When transforming on the fly, a copy of the source map is created in the map subdirectory with a name containing the name of the passport file and the current date.

The "Cut selected objects" item has been added into the "Edit" menu. This mode allows you to simultaneously copy to the clipboard and delete selected objects on the map. Cutting of selected objects is carried out by the Ctrl+X hotkey combination. "Quick deletion" of selected objects without copying to the clipboard - Ctrl+Delete.

To find the causes of repeated errors in the program, the "Diagnostic log" mode has been added. If some action with the program causes an error, then its online diagnostics can be carried out by activating the diagnostic log and repeating the action that caused the error. The generated log file with a description of the error can be sent to the technical support of KB "Panorama" to eliminate the problem.

GIS "Operator" SE is a universal domestic geographic information system for power structures. The program is intended for accumulation, the storage, the automated processing and displaying the data, results of calculations and the forecasts having a geospatial binding. GIS "Operator" SE contains tools for displaying and processing vector, raster and matrix maps. The application provides users with tools for solving specialized tasks of modeling the movement of special objects against the background of 3D model, a forecasting the consequences of emergencies on hazardous objects, a monitoring the movement of aircraft, a performing the geodetic and topographic work, processing data from GPS/GLONASS navigation devices, a printing the displayed spatial data to various output devices and many others.

In KB "Panorama" a digital geographic map of scale 1: 1 000 000 in format SXF onto territory of the Republic of Belarus has been prepared. As a source for preparation of the map the data obtained from the information from the site www.gis-lab.info has served. The map contains information on the number of inhabitants for cities and the name of settlements in Russian. As additional materials the World map of scale 1: 5 000 000 and OpenStreetMap data were used.

The map was led to the classifier of geographic maps of scale 1: 1 000 000 (1mogk13g.rsc). It can be used for a general assessment of the area and the study of natural conditions, to ensure the educational process, as a basis for the creation of geographic maps of a smaller scale, thematic and special maps, and solving other tasks. The map is distributed free of charge under a free license.

Specialists of KB "Panorama" have prepared a video lesson on the formation of an XML document and a paper report of the technical plan of version 06 release 4 on change of information about building. Users of "Workstation of cadastral engineer", GIS "Panorama" or "Panorama-editor" can form XML documents and paper reports of the technical plan by means of a complex of geodesy calculations.

The training material demonstrates the features of data preparation, filling in the mandatory characteristics and the formation of an XML file and a paper report of the technical plan in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation from December, 18th, 2015 № 953. On the basis of this order in software products of KB "Panorama" the classifier of conventional symbols survey.v5.rscz has been developed. In the classifier there is implemented a general list of layers, semantic characteristics and objects for display of cadastral data on cadastral maps and other cadastral documents.

Technical plan can be formed for one or several objects of real estate depending on a variant of a selecting the objects on a cadastral map. Procedures "Formation of XML document and "Formation of a text report" are performed in the "Technical plan" dialog. The initial initialization of the dialog content and the specifying the type of real estate object is performed based on information from the digital cadastral map, taking into account the chosen mode of formation.

Elements for entering and editing data in the "Technical plan" dialog are sorted into groups, in accordance with the sections and details of the technical plan, and arranged by screen pages (bookmarks): "General data", "Initial data", "Object description", "Object parts", "Premises", "Graphic part", "Parameters".
