In the task "Import files of waypoints, routes, tracks OziExplorer" there is added a saving into the metric of the object of the fourth dimension - date and time. The time characteristic is entered into the M-dimension in double format. The date and time of the fixation of the point coordinates are read from the corresponding fields of the waypoint files (.wpt) and tracklog files (.plt) of OziExplorer.

Dialog "Appear license" has been improved, it is intended for customizing the type of license and parameters for connecting to the network license. In the lower left corner of dialog the button "?" has been added, which causes a window "License Information". This window contains information about the type of the current license, its number, and also the list of software products available for this license.

The complex of solving aeronautical tasks is intended for creating and maintaining a database of aeronautical information, formation of aeronautical maps, designing the flight routes for aircraft, exchanging data with other information systems. The program allows to carry out calculations of routes of flights, to analyze objects of airdrome and the surrounding area for their impact on air traffic safety.
The main source of aeronautical information is the aeronautical data base, created on the basis of the AICM (Aeronautical Information Conceptual Model) model, with additions for storing planning information and results of route design. The model is recommended by the international organization for air traffic planning and coordination "Eurocontrol".

In KB "Panorama" the GIS Panorama Mini version 13.5.1 has been developed. In the new version the algorithm for displaying thin lines and small circles with thickness and radius close to one pixel has been changed. Lines are displayed more thinly that improves the readability of the digital vector map.
A new view of programmable signs has been added for demonstrating the display of linear objects with a four-dimensional metric. Measurement at a point can be displayed in the color of a line segment, taking into account whether the value falls within the specified range or by another algorithm. In the example on the map \Data\shape the degree of exceeding the specified speed limit is displayed (up to +0 km/h - green, up to + 20 km/h - yellow, over - red). The speed limit is read from the semantics of object 32212 Movement speed. The current speed at the point is read from the fourth measurement at the point.
To increase the clarity of the overview image of the territory, GIS Panorama Mini applies the multiscale objects changing the view of the contour when changing the display scale.
A support of the four-dimensional metric of objects for recording into coordinates of a measurement point of an arbitrary value in the form of a floating point number or integers has been added. When importing and exporting SHP, a metric containing fields X, Y, Z (height) and M (dimension) are processed. The specification of the SXF format in a binary and text (TXF) form has been expanded. Support of 4-dimensional metric of objects has been added when importing and exporting SXF and TXF formats.

Support of multipoint object has been added. A multipoint object consists of a set of points with two-dimensional, three-dimensional, or four-dimensional coordinates and common attributes (semantics). A multipoint object is displayed as dot signs placed at each point of the object's metric.

Conference has begun with the discussions devoted to necessity of providing the national projects with the geospatial information from the point of view of representatives of government agencies, educational institutions and business. Within the framework of the "Digital economy" national project, Roscosmos plans together with Rosreestr, to create a single geoinformation space of Russia in 2022-2023. To solve large-scale tasks, it is necessary to revise the regulatory requirements and standards regulating the manufacture of modern products and develop the newest technologies for geodetic and cartographic work, said Alexander Rebriy, deputy head of Rosreestr.
The second part of the conference was divided into sections in accordance with professional areas: geodesy, cartography, photogrammetry, remote sensing of the Earth, cadastre, geographic information systems, where specialists exchanged experience and presented their best practices. Within the framework of the national program "Digital economy of the Russian Federation", the State corporation "Roscosmos" is implementing the "Digital Earth" project, which provides consumers with access to Earth's remote sensing data from space in the form of services. A constantly updated single continuous dynamic coverage of the entire territory of the Russian Federation can be built into "Panorama" products as one of the basic layers of spatial data. Such technical solutions can have a significant economic effect on the activities of Roscartography and other organizations involved in the creation of digital cartographic products and geoinformation services.
