    In KB "Panorama", software the Panorama AGRO Service version 3.2 has been developed. It is intended for retransmission of data of monitoring the vehicles from various telematic platforms into a single base of corporate geoinformation system of the agricultural enterprise. The new version has improved the reliability of data reception via the EGTS protocol (Era Glonass Telematics Standard, GOST R 54619-2011), which is supported by most of the new domestic systems of transport's monitoring. EGTS is included into the set of standards "Global Navigation Satellite System. Emergency Response System in Accidents" and is one of the basic standards of the complex.

    Panorama AGRO Service allows you to receive and transmit data from systems the AutoGRAPH, ENDS, Stabliner, GLOSAV, Wialon, Gelix-2. The variety of supported telematics platforms allows receiving navigation information from hundreds of different types of trackers.

    The data received with the help of the repeater is processed in the GIS "Panorama AGRO". On their basis, the calculation of the processed area, the traveled distance, the consumed fuel is made. According to telemetry data, the location of vehicles is displayed against the background of a map in real time and in history mode, as well as related events are calculated: parking in the wrong place, operation of sensors, position relative to the route, and others.

    State Budgetary Institution of the Leningrad Region the "Leningrad regional institution of cadastral appraisal" together with the St. Petersburg State Budgetary Institution "City administration of cadastral appraisal" held on September 17 and 18, 2020 in St. Petersburg a scientific and practical conference "GKO-2020. New horizons. Digitalization". The event was dedicated to the prospects for the development of the sphere of state cadastral valuation, including its further digitalization.

    Andrei Ulyanov, Director of the State Budgetary Institution "Center for State Cadastral Valuation of the Ryazan Oblast ", made a presentation on the role and application of the RGIS of the Ryazan Oblast in resolving the issues of determining the cadastral value of real estate: "Application of the regional geoinformation system in resolving issues of cadastral valuation". The regional information system of the Ryazan Oblast is implemented on the software products of KB "Panorama": GIS Server, GIS WebServise SE, GIS WebServer SE. The server part of RGIS operates under the control of the domestic operating system Astra Linux Special Edition. It is a certified OS with built-in verified information security tools. Astra Linux SE is a fault-tolerant platform for secure IT infrastructures of any scale and for working with data of any degree of confidentiality. To solve applied problems of cadastral valuation, specialists of the State Budgetary Institution "Center of SCV RO" use professional geoinformation solutions: "Panorama-editor", Complex of geodesy calculations and Complex of urban tasks.

    "The country's leadership has taken a course towards innovative development, and at present the task of ensuring the efficiency of the use of spatial information is of fundamental importance. The material basis for meeting these requirements is the regional infrastructure of spatial data, - Andrey Ulyanov has noted. - When conducting a state cadastral valuation, institutions work with a huge array data in a variety of formats. And every year the volume of collected information increases significantly. For their processing, systematization and storage, the software resources are needed that will allow you at any time quickly and conveniently to find the information you need. As the SBI, authorized to conduct the state cadastral valuation, we are interested in the quality and objectivity of the assessment results, and we will continue to actively work on the further development of the RGIS portal as its operators. "

    In KB "Panorama", toolset the GIS ToolKit Active version 13.0.2 has been developed for creating geoinformation systems with the free licence in any programming environment that supports ActiveX technology, for example, Visual Studio. In the new version, the GIS core has been updated, in which the possibilities for the exchange of spatial data and their analysis are expanded. The toolkit allows you to display cartographic schemes created in the GIS "Panorama". Cartographical schemes can contain insets of maps of various territories, inserts of images and texts. Map insets are displayed at their own scale and can have their own classifier of conventional symbols.

    New types of objects semantics are added: semantics the numerical formula and semantics the symbolical formula. New types complement the programmable semantics the formula, the value of which is calculated in the connected iml-libraries. For new types of computed semantics, mathematical or logical expressions are defined that are executed without programming. For the numerical formula in semantics description the mathematical expression (formula) is indicated that contains numbers, mathematical operations, links to the values of semantics of object, its area, perimetre, coordinates of the first point in meters or degrees, coordinates of the geometrical center of object and other properties. For example, the following operations can be used as mathematical operations: +, -, *, /, max, min, arm, sin, cos, tg, ctg, abs, sqrt2, sqrt3, pow2, pow3.

    In the new version, the use of the packed MPTZ project is available. A packed project may include a comprehensive representation of the territory in the form of vector maps of different levels of detail, rasters (terrain images) in the RSW format, elevation matrixes and matrixes of qualitative characteristics of the terrain, insets from the same data, the links to data from the GIS Server and from geoportals by various protocols. All data sets are packed into one file of MPTZ format. Links to external data are saved as a packed INI file. Maps and classifiers are compressed in 3-4 times, matrixes are compressed in 3-5 times, rasters are compressed in 3-10 time. Images of terrain in RSW and a matrix in MTW and MTQ contain 4 levels of data presentation - the most detailed base, generalised in the 1/4 scale, generalised in the 1/16 scale, generalised in the 1/64 scale. When displayed, the closest level of data representation is selected. For formation of the MPTZ project, it is necessary to open in GIS "Panorama" the corresponding maps, rasters, matrixes, data from the GIS Servers and geoportals. Then to execute customizing the display order, ranges of visibility, palette and other properties. To write to MPTZ, select the menu item File\Save As\Packed Project. If the open data has already been compressed (mapz, mtw, rsw), then the created project will have approximately the same size as the total amount of the initial data. Editing and exporting to other formats is not available for the MPTZ project. Speed of displaying the MPTZ project is about the same one, as for the original uncompressed data. The speed of data exchange, packed into an MPTZ project is increasing by a factor of 5 - 20, taking into account the decrease in the number of transferred files (for example, the original map can consist of several thousand files). The size of the MPTZ file and the number of sets in the project is not limited.

    GIS ToolKit Active contains a set of the visual and not visual components, allowing to use the spatial and attributive data for display and execution of special calculations. With use of the given components geoinformation systems of various level (federal, regional, municipal, corporate) are created. In toolkit support of local, state and international systems of co-ordinates (parametres more than 4 000 various systems of co-ordinates are included into the delivery complete set) is realised.     MIIGAiK and KB "Panorama" provide the work of the scientific-discussion student club of the CIS countries. Young specialists in the field of geoinformatics conduct research on the topic: "Open geodata for business, state and municipal management of territories". The task of the club members is to practically explore the possibilities of using open geodata and software of KB "Panorama" in a number of areas. These areas include:

    - search on the Internet of open spatial data (digital maps, space and aerial photographs, elevation matrixes and others) and study of mechanisms for using geodata in GIS;

    - assessment of the accuracy of open geodata from various sources;

    assessment of the possibility of using open data to solve various applied problems of commercial, municipal or state administration;

    - development and testing of software technologies for the use of open spatial data for solving various industry problems (in-house cadastre, control of urban planning activities, monitoring of construction, assessment of investment attractiveness of territories, and others).

    To conduct research, the participants use the software the GIS "Panorama", GIS WebService SE, GIS WebServer SE and the developer's toolkit GIS ToolKit.

    The geoportal "Bank of the spatial data" has been supplemented with a map of Japan, formed according to OpenStreetMap data. Source data obtained from Geofabrik website. The composition includes 8 regions: Chubu, Chugoku, Kansai, Kanto, Kyushu, Shikoku, Tohoku, Hokkaido. To work with the map, you can use the GIS Panorama Mini program or other software products of KB "Panorama".

    The map was led to the modernised classifier of large-scale plans of scale 1: 5 000 (map5000m.rsc). Publishing of updates in bank of spatial data is made by using the program of Databank of digital maps and remote sensing data. Publishing contents of bank of spatial data on the geoportal and data access for downloading are implemented by means of GIS WebServer SE.

    Free maps on the basis of OpenStreetMap data are available for download on the page "Digital maps".
