01.02.12 Version 11.8.4 2). The task "GPS-monitor" is improved.
Support of the proprietary protocol is included into the task "GPS-monitor" for connection to the software product "Interface software GEO-RTK", developed by the Russian Institute of Radionavigation and Time (RIRT) to control the navigation equipment.
The mode of displaying satellites "Almanac" is improved at joint work on systems of GPS and GLONASS.
Satellites on the "Almanac" bookmark are displayed in different colors: satellites GPS - blue, satellites GLONASS - red.
Shades of displayed satellites depend on their participation in definition of coordinates of a point by the following categories: 3). Into the task of the checking a report of objects on adjacent sheets the parameter is added - distance of objects from a frame within which objects participate in a report. 4). By pressing a combination of keys Alt+Enter the window of a map opens to full screen. By repeated pressing - it is restored back. 5). At creating maps of cylindrical projections the ability is added to enter the standard nomenclature of the international rule with automatic calculation of geographical and rectangular coordinates of frames.
2). The task of automatic correction of the objects metrics is improved. At checking the islands location of polygon subobjects (internal contours) into objects there is added ability to transform contours, located outside of the basic contour, into separate objects with union of such contours in group object (for automation of collaborative editing - moving, deleting, searching). 3). Into dialog the Data List of maps in the Rasters bookmark there is added the mode "Optimization of the list of rasters". The mode is started via the Properties menu and item "Optimization" at the selected tree branch "Rasters". The mode is intended for stream processing of the rasters that make up the document, and allows to compress the image of rasters by algorithms JPEG or LZW. In the Matrix bookmark the similar mode "Optimization of the list of matrixes" is supported, which has been added earlier for stream processing of matrixes of the heights which are a part of the map document. 4). Map Legend task is modified. There is added ability to enable or disable the visibility of individual maps, matrixes, and rasters, or a list of data contained in the selected group of tree of maps, matrixes or rasters.
2). Map Editor is improved.
The mode of creation of subobjects by selected area objects (polygons) is updated. Earlier the mode cut the subobjects by the selected objects without taking into account the location of objects relative to each other (touching or crossed subobjects were created). New realization of the mode by selected objects: 3). Storage of rasters in RSW format is improved. There is added the second level of storage of the reduced copy of the image for acceleration of display. The first level contains the image compressed in 4 times, the second - in 16 times. 4). Into filters of opened rasters the extensions *.jpeg and *.tiff are added. 5). Into the control of objects junction over borders of adjacent sheets there is added the opportunity of exception from processing the service semantics (the junction is carried out at coincidence of semantics of objects) and the objects specified by the user in service file MapAdjust.lst (for example, lines of coordinate grids). 6). In settings of conventional symbols of the vector objects containing the titles for semantics of object of type the classifier, there is added the opportunity to select a full name of value from the classifier of semantics or the reduced name.
2). Support of RSW format with compression of blocks by algorithm JPEG is added . The compression ratio can be selected by the user through a dialog Rasters list\Properties\Optimization. In item the Mode of processing of raster it is necessary to specify Compression JPEG. RSW files with JPEG compression will not be supported by previous versions of the GIS. It is recommended to use compression JPEG to placement of raster coverage of district (space and air photography) on the GIS Server 2011. When you choose the compression level of 60% the amount of transmitted data is reduced by 10 times at saving the visual quality of color photographs of district without appreciable differences from initial data. Together with new technology of caching the rasters on the client an access to rasters by speed will be not below, than for modern web-servers. 3). The task " Absolute heights control " is modified, that checks a correctness of objects of a vector map's relief. Checking a correctness of heights values of a relief's objects is carried out by a method of horizontal and vertical profiling of vector map during which unacceptable differences in height are detected. 4). In dialog Run application the search of a task by any part of the task name is added to speed up a choice of the necessary item of the menu. After opening a dialog it is enough to press CTRL-F, to enter a part of the task name and to press Enter. 5). The task of quality check of vector maps is improved. Diagnostics of the control of self-crossings is expanded. There is added control of closeness of contours and the control of double points of a contour in the specified tolerance . Earlier only absolute coincidence of coordinates was supervised.
2). Added ability to automatically search a site of district on the site OpenStreetMap.org via the menu item View\External resources. 3). Into the list of applications there is added the task Transformation of raster on a framework of nomenclature sheet of a map. For simplification of transformation of the scanned maps-materials. 4). New converter from Shape format is developed. There are expanded means of customizing external view and attributes of objects, projection parameters of created maps.
2). For the rasters opened on the GIS Server 2011, support of caching data on the client is added, that significantly speeds up the display and re-opening of data. For support of caching data it is necessary to provide a sufficient free space on a disk where the data cache is placed. The choice of a folder for placing the cached data is done via the menu Options\Data location. 3). Into group of applications Import/Export the new task "Converter of cadastral data from CAD/ZEM" is added. The task is intended for import of files from exchange formats by cadastral data CAD/ZEM into the internal format of the GIS Map 2011. Cadastral data in CAD/ZEM format are presented as ASCII text files containing the metric and semantic information. The metric information is downloaded onto the user map. Semantic information is stored into database tables of format DBF. Filenames of DBF tables and names of fields correspond to names of tables and fields in the files CAD/ZEM. In the directory with database files the file of the database project is created, in which all created tables and interrelation between them register. The task can handle ZEM files of version 2.0 and higher and CAD files of version 4.0 and higher, used at conducting the State Cadastre of Bulgaria.
2). In the task GPS monitor into the list of connected navigation devices the string NOVATEL is added, which is responsible for processing the relevant range of devices. The task was tested on the equipment: a cable USB (A)-USB (B), antenna Tallysman 32-2400-1, single-frequency receiver phase GNSS SFR013GG. The device is connected to USB-port of a computer, the driver of the device creates three virtual COM-ports, at opening one of them, the program sends the device a number of commands for its initialization. Further work is being done in normal mode.
2) Complex of geodesy tasks is improved. The new mode is developed "Print DRAFT Land surveying". Mode provides the formation of the document in accordance with the Ministry of Economic Development Order ¹ 388 from 03.08.2011, including: 3). Interface for the task Data Base is improved. The list of data sources is formed and displayed in the form of a hierarchical tree which provides an opportunity of convenient navigation on all levels of a structural tree, clarity and simplicity in creating the project. The mode of Link of a map object for all sources of data is modified, the documentation is updated. Structure of XML file of a database project is updated. Updating the old structure is carried out automatically. 4). Converter to the format Shape is improved to ensure the export of the metrics of objects with three-dimensional coordinates.
2). For the maps of district storing coordinates of objects in geodetic system of coordinates, support of building splines and zones in geodetic coordinates is added. 3). At changing the parameters of a displayed projection now we save the binding of rasters, matrixes, insets of maps and OLE-documents according to their geodetic coordinates. 4). Converter in format Shape is improved to ensure automatic import and export of data in format SHP.
2). Map Editor task is improved. For an ensuring of more reliable operation mode of the map editor "Cut out a piece of map inside /outside of a contour" these modes perform the automatic check of objects over self-crossings for objects which fall on border of a cutting. In connection with acceleration of algorithm of the checking the self-crossings the modes "Cut out inside /outside of a contour" also are essentially accelerated.
2). Interface of the task Classifier Editor is improved. The size of lists of layers, objects, semantics and the table of conventional symbols of objects is increased. 3). There is added opportunity of automatic searching a site of district on Yandex.maps through the menu item View\External Resources. 4). Modes of preparation of the land-management documentation are updated at surveying and construction of routes of overhead power lines. The task «Land-plan» provides formation of documents in an electronic form on the multiplanimetric ground areas, under the transmission towers. As a result of working the task the textual report is formed with graphic elements and XML file for registration of the ground area to the account in an electronic form. The task "Building a profile of a linear construction ", provides formation of the plan of the route's longitudinal profile according to requirements "Guide to find routes of overhead power lines 35 - 1150 kW". At formation of a profile the data presented on a topographical map or the large-scale plan are used. As a result of work there will be formed the profile of absolute heights, stationing, the drawing a section of district along an axis of the route, the numbering and quantitative characteristics of pickets. The profile can be added by the drawing stamps of the various form and contents. 5). Location of the file Panorama.ini is changed. Instead of "\Application Data\Panorama.ini" the location "\Application Data\Panorama\Panorama.ini" is chosen. Changes have been made for an ensuring a compatibility with means of data protection.
2). Depression of horizontals the task is developed for automatic generalization of a relief by preparation of maps of the open using. The complete set of functions of generalization is included into the task the Automated generalization of topographic maps. 3). The task Map Editor is improved. In the mode of editing the titles it is possible to choose the vector sign containing in designing of a sign the title, and immediately to make changes to the text. Earlier editing of the text of a vector sign was carried out only in semantics of object.
2). In the general check of vector map's quality there is increased value of an admissible divergence of objects coordinates and a sheet frame line up to 0.01 mm in scale of a map. That allows to compensate a deviation of the frame sides from real position of arches of parallels and meridians and to carry out an exact report of objects of adjacent sheets up to 0.000001 m on district.
2). Formation of reports for the tasks group of the geodesy editor "Land-plan" is improved. Into the mode "Formation of LAND-PLAN" there is added the possibility of forming one XML-file for group of allocated objects. This method is used at formation of the land-plan in case of partitioning the ground area onto a few new ones. 3). Converter into DXF format is improved. The ability of forming a layer name of DXF by RSC layer name and by the RSC object name is added. Also formation of a layer name and formation of the multiline title is corrected at a unloading the drawing in Unicode, the unloading the titles containing inadmissible characters is corrected. 4). The task of allocation of dot signs along contours of the marked objects is improved. Ability to turn dot signs onto specified angle is added. 5). The task Map Editor is improved. There are updated the modes of performing overlay operations: Cut out a piece of map inside and outside of a contour (group "Delete"), Move object to selected map with a cutting by the chosen object (group "Create"), Copy marked objects onto other map with a cutting by the chosen object (group "Mark") - at a cutting the objects the account of subobjects is added into a pattern. 6). The task Map Print is improved. At preliminary viewing a breadboard model of a print with split onto sheets you may move the map image on sheets for specification of position of the printed image. The range of scaling a map is extended: 2 %, 5 %. The new mode Select area by pages size is added.
2). At opening the data from GIS Server the group operations of a choice of opened data are supported.
2). Displaying multispectral images TIFF (GeoTiff) together with other types of spatial data in the document with the ability to manipulate the displayed channels is added. Setting the display of multispectral images is performed in a dialog "Channels of a multispectral image" which is called from dialog "Data list of maps" on a bookmark "Rasters" by clicking button "Properties". 3). There is added the task of transformation of raster image RSW in corners of a frame of a nomenclature map sheet. Transformation of the image is carried out by a method of a nonlinear rubber sheet. Start of the task is carried out on a bookmark "Rasters" of dialog "Data list of map" when you click "Properties" button. 4). The analysis of tags of a geospatial placing is added at import of raster data of format MrSID (SID, JPEG2000, NITF) into internal format RSW. 5). Improved task of forming a matrix of qualities, part of the complex of 3D-analysis. Implemented a new method of modeling the surface - the method of Kriging. 6). Task "Print maps in small scale" is modified: 7). Modes of forming the reports of group of tasks of the geodetic editor "Land-plan" are modified: 8). Improved task "Formation of map sheets by coordinates", started from the list of applications: the error of formation of double sheet of digital topographic map of scale 1 : 200 000 is corrected. 9). The task Check of vector map quality is modified: in the program of the "control of objects joining" there is reduced the number of erroneous messages about error of the objects mismatching going onto frame and at presence of nearby points (entering in the tolerance) of checked objects. 10). The mode "To add insertion in the document in interactive mode" is added. Having specified dimensions of a formed insertion on a map and the dimensions of displayed area on a map-source, the program automatically calculates scale of insertion and its position. The button of starting the mode can be added into the user panel in dialog "Toolbars customizer" (Main menu - Tools - Custom Panels - Customize...) from a set of modes "Map 2011", from the available toolbars "Minor panel".
1). The task "Import from DXF format" is modified. Support of importing the attributive data in UTF-8 coding is added, the error of defining parameters of connection to a database in files of format DXF higher than 14 versions is corrected, corrected saving the settings of conformity of fields names of the database table at loading objects with parameter "By database" - " From table records". 2). Task "Import data from format MicroStation (dgn)" is modified. Support of loading objects by attributive data is improved. Customizing attributive data allows to load simultaneously different types of objects in one layer by various classification codes. 3). Task Map Computer is modified. In dialog of the terrain profile the ability is added for Customizing vertical step of heights scale up to centimeters. Mode of building a circle visibility range is added. In the mode "Absolute height" into new dialog the values of height in a point for all open matrixes are shown. 4). Task Print maps in small scale is modified. The opportunity is added to set any scale of displaying a map or to choose scale from the list. Recalculation of dimensions of all region is corrected at enabling and disabling the decoration frame. The scale of a print is entered without selection of scale from the list of standard scales. After closing the dialog "Print map" is stored the mode of displayings (Scheme/Map). 1). In the task Search by area there is added the mode of search of the objects located completely outside of specified area. Earlier there were modes for search of objects completely inside of area, inside with crossing area and search of the objects distant from area on the specified distance. 2). Means of selecting objects on a map are modified - Select the specified and Select by a conventional symbol for their joint application. The user can select on a map all objects having the chosen view (conventional symbol) and to add separate copies of other view or to exclude separate copies. Possibly to operate in other sequence - to select separate copies of objects and to add to them objects of the chosen view. The any combination of the specified operations in any sequence is allowed. The repeated choice of object excludes this copy or this view (depending on current operation) from the list of the marked objects. Above the marked objects various group operations of editing and the analysis are carried out. 3). Converter from format Shape (SHP) is modified. The opportunity to import attributive data, which values are set by the classifier (directory) by a symbolical code is added. Earlier such attributes were set only by a numerical code or were passed in the decoded kind. The field to customize conformity of a symbolical code in DBF field and the classifier of a map the Key field is applied in dialog Editing classifier of semantics in the task the Classifier Editor. 4). The task of Quality control of digital topographic maps in SXF format is modified. Displaying statistics of errors is corrected, the scheme of control's parameters is specified, displaying the control sum of SXF in a hexadecimal kind is added, calculation of run-time of the control for all data is added. 5). Converters for format MIF \MID are modified. Support of default delimiter in the form of a symbol of tabulation is added, when field Delimiter is not set in MIF file. During formation of MIF\MID into the list for a choice of a delimiter the symbol of tabulation is added. 6). The maximal total amount of simultaneously processed vector maps is increased. The volume of attributive data and coordinates of the objects displayed in structure of one document on any number of maps can be more than 10 GB. Additionally with vector data now tens of gigabytes of rasters and matrixes can simultaneously be processed. It is checked up on volumes of about 25 GB on a platform x32. 7). In the task "Construction of thematic cartograms" there is added the processing of initial data from text files in addition to files DBF and tables of databases. It simplifies processing the various thematic data saved from tables of MS Excel. For reading text files it is necessary to set kind of splitter in a text string, to enable the option "Header" and to set the coding (ASCII DOS, ANSI Windows, UTF8). Header option allows to display the names of columns, saved from tables of MS Excel. 1). Import of vector data from SXF format, prepared in older programs versions (7.õ - 9.õ), is modified. For maps of scales 1:25 000 and smaller the automatic rounding the coordinates up to centimeters, except for points entering the frame, is carried out. It allows to keep the topology of objects at transition from conventional coordinates in discretes to real coordinates in meters. 2). The new task of quality control of digital topographical maps in format SXF is developed. The program processes all SXF files which has been written down into the chosen folder, creates for each SXF file the detailed report in format of MS Word, containing statistics of errors for each kind of the control and the control parameters. Parameters of the control in advance are stored in the scheme of control. The program of the control is installed as the additional application to the GIS "Map 2011" or "Panorama-Editor" of version 11. 3). For convenience of viewing errors of matching objects in the dialog Select object there is added an automatic positioning in the list of points coordinates onto the point chosen on a map. 4). Converter in format DXF is modified. The opportunity to save text data and attributes of objects encoded in UNICODE (UTF-8) for support of national languages is added. 5). Support of local coordinate system on the basis of CS-63 for rasters and matrixes is added. 6). The task Print maps in smaller edition is modified. Choice and editing of rectangular area mode is added. Ability to set the user scale is added. The mode Splitting to printed pages is modified. 7). The complex of geodetic tasks is modified. In the mode "Automatic filling the semantics of selected objects" the opportunity to insert additional spaces for alignment of semantics including a serial number, is added. Use of additional spaces provides the correct sorting of a set of sites by names. 1). The new task Print maps in small edition is developed. In the task of a print preliminary viewing the document prepared for printing is realized. The document can contain vector maps, rasters, matrixes, insets of other maps, embedded office documents, tables, graphic images. This mode helps to determine how the map will be displayed on the print, that will allow to identify minor faults and immediately to correct them. In a mode it is possible to see on the screen one or more pages of the chosen printed area of a map depending on the chosen method of splitting: Split to pages, Stretch to page, Accord page. By means of a tooling it is possible to send the document to print, to open a window with print settings, to set margins, offset, overlapping, orientation of a sheet and another. For alignment of the map image on page it is possible to use graphic elements of the user interface. 2). Support of entering and editing on a map of titles texts and values of objects attributes in UNICODE format for creation of maps on any national languages is provided. If the entered text contains latin characters from 0x0001 up to 0x007E or Cyrillic (0x0400 - 0x045F) and on a computer the Russian Windows is installed (OEM 866 or 1251), the text will automatically be written in ANSI, otherwise new value will be saved in UTF-16. Names of layers, objects and semantic characteristics in the classifier of a map are stored in coding UNICODE automatically. 3). The task "Import rasters from servers OGC WMS" is considerably modified. Support of WMS protocols of versions 1.3.0, 1.1.1 and 1.1.0 on the basis of standard OGS Web MapService Interface is improved. The opportunity of a choice of loaded area on a map and by coordinates, automatic selection of more detailed information is added. The obtained data and associated metadata automatically are imported to a format of the GIS that allows to display, edit and combine them with vector maps, matrixes of heights, raster or other data, to print and save in other formats. 4). Realization of Mercator projection for reference system EPSG:3395 (World Mercator) is refined 5). At transformation of vector maps, rasters and matrixes the opportunity of filling the parameters of a projection and datum in the passport of a map by EPSG code of reference system (Projected CRS) is added. 6). Converter from Shape (SHP) format is modified. The opportunity to import attributive data in coding UTF-8 is added. 7). At creating maps of type UTM NAD 27 and UTM WGS 84 (GRS 80) the property Coordinate Y without number of a zone, for compatibility with the standard formats of coordinates is added. New property is added also for parameters of rasters and matrixes. 8). In the task "Navigator 3D" is modified a mode of movement on object. Smoothness of displaying model is increased at movement and turns. 9). The maximal total amount of simultaneously processed rasters and matrixes is increased - up to several tens of gigabytes in several thousand files. 29.03.11 Version 11.4.4 2). Converter in MIF \MID format is modified. At converting semantics the opportunity to unite value of fields of repeated characteristics in one field through the chosen divider is added. For example, at converting the graph of roads the lists of arches numbers onto which transition from a current arch (interdictions of turns) is forbidden can be united in one field through a divider. 3). Converter from format Shape (SHP) is modified. The opportunity to import several layers (files SHP) on uniform parameters of conformity of fields names and codes of semantics is added. Earlier for each layer the individual parameters were necessarily formed. 4). Complex of geodetic tasks is modified. The automated method of filling of the land-plan for a case of formation{education} of the multiplanimetric ground area from structure of common land is realized. Into one report data are automatically inserted about created contours of a multicontoured plot, contours of the changed plot and the sections excluded from structure of common land. Filling of a new section "Scheme of location of object borders of land use" is added, at formation of a map-plan of object of land management. At formation of the summary report by the selected objects the opportunity of processing linear and dot objects is added. 5). At import of matrixes of qualitative characteristics of district from TXT format a stream processing of all files in the chosen folder is supported. 16.03.11 Version 11.4.3 2). The opportunity is added at creation of a map to choose parameters of projection, datum and spheroid from lists of parameters in XML format. 3). At transformation of a projection and coordinate system of maps, rasters and matrixes the opportunity to choose parameters of projection, a Datum and spheroid from lists of parameters in XML format is added. 4). In the task "Navigator 3D" opportunities of customizing parameters of displaying 3D-model are expanded. 5). The the task "Load DigitalGlobe images" is modified. Expanded a number of accessible sanctions of images up to 0.3 meters on a point for loading high-precision images. Function of formation of the full list of the images which are available on a server, on the chosen area is added. 6). The the task "Import of way-points and routes OziExplorer" for an execution of simultaneous loading of list of GPS files is modified. There is added the opportunity of saving in semantics of created objects of time of creating object from a file *.plt, a name of a file and the service information. 1). The list of supported standard spheroids is expanded up to 44 kinds. 2). The error of editing objects on multisheet maps is corrected, it was appeared in version 11.4.1. 3). Support of work of a complex of Geodesy tasks on a network key (floating license) is added. 1). The task Map Computer is modified. In dialog of displaying the area profile there are added the fields of degree of slope in per mille, accepted in designing and construction, and also displaying the values Z offset in the first, current and last points of a profile necessary for mutual appearance of points. 2). Task "Load DigitalGlobe images" is modified. The choice of loaded area on the specified geodetic coordinates entered from the keyboard or chosen on a map is possible. Reliability of procedure of copying images is increased due to the automatic skip of sections on which there are no requested data. Calling the task is duplicated in the menu File\Import from WEB. 3). Dialogues of viewing semantics of objects are modified. If the semantics contains URL-references to the data in the web, then by double click on the appropriate line for viewing data the web-browser is called. 4). Procedure for copying a large number of objects through the clipboard is accelerated. 5). Procedures for control of vector map quality are specified. 1). Support of the international division and system of nomenclatures for maps in projection UTM on various spheroids is added. At creation of maps in UTM projection with standard frames you can choose the standard or arbitrary nomenclature is possible. At input of the standard nomenclature in view of the scale (N-37, N-37-001, etc.) geodetic and flat coordinates of sheet corners are automatically calculated . 2). Task of automatic construction of a set of maps sheets onto the preset territory is modified. Support of maps in UTM projection in the international division is added. Automatic calculation of coordinates of frame corners and points of a break and formation of nomenclatures is provided. 3). The task Map Legend is modified. The mode " Map view reconcile " is added. Allows you to change structure of displayed objects of a map according to the chosen structure of layers and objects in a tree of the Classifier (Map bookmark). 4). Support of a projection Lambert azimuthal equal-area (normal, oblique and equatorial) for all kinds of spheroids in GIS is added. 5). Complex of geodesy tasks is modified. The new mode is developed "Print TECHNICAL PLAN BUILDINGS". Formation of the report is made in accordance with the requirements for preparing the technical plan of the building, approved by Decree of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russian Federation ¹ 403 dated September 1, 2010. Perhaps the formation of report for the single selected object or component of a set - multicontour building.Updated documentation on the use of modes of GIS Map 2011 in solving land-plan.The document is called "Land-plan.doc" and includes a description of the preparation and automated formation of three types of reports: 6). Tasks of import and export of format OGC GML are modified.New edition of export allows to form a tag of semantics in the form of number or a key of semantics. The task of importing includes the following features: change of format of the metrics elements YX or XY (for CAD), recognition of not cartographical tags of the metrics (gmlMultiPoint, gmlArc, gmlCircle, gmlArcByBulge, gmlArcByCenter, gmlArcString, gmlArcStringByBulge), file processing with dual nesting of a tag (used in Autocad 2007 and higher ), processing the arbitrary named tag, estimation of file contents (a preview of object: for estimation of coordinates format, an informative tag of the metrics, if there are several), processing objects with a mixed or incorrect type (ability to install a filter by type of created objects). 1). Task "Loading images of DigitalGlobe" is modified. New function of selecting a layer of images is added, allowing to choose the size, date and main parameters of images; the list of available resolution of images up to 0.4 meters per point point is expanded, sorting of the images list over years is added, the interface of the user is improved. 2). The task " Import rasters from OGC WMS servers " is modified. Is p rovided support for WMS protocol of versions 1.3.0, 1.1.1 and 1.1.0 on the basis of standard OGS Web MapService Interface. 3). The task "Map cutting by selected objects" is modified. Optimization by speed of processing is added. The greatest acceleration is manifested when cutting objects with a large number of points ( more than 100 000) for two or more selected objects. 4). Refined task " Creation of mathematical basis " to support the construction of cartographic grids on the maps of scale larger than 1: 10 000. 1). Support of mapping and display of multisheet OLE-objects (Word document from several pages) is added. 5). Task Placing of a map by two points is modified. Support of coordinates of control points in CS-95 in meters or degrees and in EP-90.02 in degrees is added. 6). Into a mode Calculations by semantics of the marked objects in the Map Editor the functions for inquiry of coordinates of the first point of object in meters or radians are added. The requested value can be used in various calculations and at the automated formation and updating of values of semantic characteristics (attributes) which can be used for formation of various titles on a map. 7). In examples of maps the example of the plan of a floor with the put sizes of building's elements for BTI is added.

Long names are applied to display of names in various dialogs of the GIS and formation of the report on the classifier in Word format. 3). The changes into the mechanism of updating of data on coordinates of stations at calculation of several theodolitic courses and adjustment of a polygonal course are made in the task «Geodesy calculations». At repeated calculation of a course (a part of a polygonometry), being the initial information for other courses (parts), automatic replacement of coordinates of reference points and recalculation of coordinates of all other stations will be done. The opportunity of management by a variant of creation of picket points and their characteristics (a point, a title of name, a title of height) is added at mapping in the form of separate objects or in the form of a uniform set of objects. Recording into semantics of picket of its field code (a key of object) is added. 5). Converter of import of data from format DGN (MicroStation) is modified. 6). The new mode of building a matrix of a surface is added (a matrix of qualities MTQ or matrixes of heights MTW) - to build "Inside subjects of square object". The mode allows to construct the matrix containing some of separate filled areas. 7). Map Legend task is modified. 8). Atlas of map task is modified. 9). At installation of the new version the saving the list of the user tasks into MAPTASK.INI is provided.

Supporting Parameters of the Earth PZ-90.02 instead of PZ-90 is added at recalculations of coordinates between different systems for an ensuring of reception of data from navigating receivers GLONASS according to the Order of Government of Russian Federation from June, 20th, 2007 ¹ 797-p. Position of the points received from GPS (WGS-84), in CS-95 (CS-42) (Coordinate System-42) has changed within the limits of 0.5 meters, position of the points received from GLONASS (PZ-90.02), in CS-95 (CS-42) has changed within the limits of 2-3 meters (in comparison with PZ-90) on the European part of the Russian Federation. 2). Import of a cloud of dots (laser measurements) from LAS format is added. Open binary format LAS is intended for storage of records of the dots received by means of locators LIDAR (light detection and ranging), used for sounding thickness of the sea, a sea and terrestrial surface, an atmosphere. 3). The new task - Map creation in local coordinate system - is added. The task is intended for creation of a map in local coordinate system (LCS) on the basis of the open map supporting recalculation to geodetic coordinates. Again created map has the Large-scale plan type and contains objects with coordinates of the metrics in LCS. Construction of the large-scale plan in local system of coordinates is carried out according to parameters of recalculation in LCS. Start of a task from menu Tools\Run Application\Data transformation\Conversion of a map in LCS. 3). In the Check of vector map task in the control of topology of linear objects the number of given messages for points of joining is reduced.
1). Support of local coordinate systems is added (LCS) at work with the maps supporting geodetic systems of coordinates (CS42, CS95, CS63, UTM/WGS84 and others) for viewing and editing the coordinates in LCS and automated formation of the land-management documentation in LCS. For switching coordinates into specified LCS on an any map it is necessary to set parameters of LCS in menu Options\Local coordinate system. Parameters of LCS can be set concerning various base systems, including, by the indication of the letter of zone CS-63 and the displacement of coordinates defined by any point, specified for two systems. At formation of Land-plan it is possible to choose system of coordinates of a map or LCS, that allows to execute requirements of Federal Agency of a cadastre of objects of the realty about transition onto LCS at conducting the state cadastre of the realty. The attribute of use of "LCS" is installed in options of "Geodesy editor", in dialogue "Parameters of the project for a geodesy and the land-surveying documentation" on page "Format of the data". Use LCS is realized in modes: "Land-plan", " Description of the ground area", "Land Surveying". 2). Export of a vector map to Excel table (XLS) is added. A call through menu File\Export to...\Data in table. 3). The interface of the Map Legend task is modified for management of visibility of objects, maps, rasters and matrixes, search of objects, viewing of classifiers and other problems. 4). The new task for the automated construction of a set of sheets of the large-scale plan (plane-tablet sheets) onto preset area is added. Start from menu File\New\Plan Sheets. 5). Map Editor task is modified. 6). New classifiers are developed: agro10t.rsc (for maps-schemes agricultural grounds, passports of fields, etc.), emercom.rsc (for the Ministry of Emergency Measures according to requirements of GOST 22.0.10-96), geology.rsc (for preparation and formation of engineering drawings at an execution of engineering-geological researches according to GOST 21.302-96), gradserv.rsc (for conducting a town-planning cadastre), telecomm.rsc (for conducting maps of the telecommunication equipment).

The mode of creation of the Topographical plan with an any division in systems of coordinates CS-95,42, UTM \WGS84 is modified.
22.07.09 Version 10.5.1 1). Graphs of roads task is modified. The mode of replacement of a route from bilateral edges onto parallel unilateral edges is added. Between the points specified on a map the shortest route is created. The given route defines a site on which a replacement of network edges will be made. 2). Converter into DXF format is modified. The opportunity of formation of separate layers onto each kind of object on a map is added. The name of a layer is formed by value of field: Key (a short name) of object in the classifier of a map (RSC). 3). The new converter is developed for import of objects of vector maps from Excel format. A call is made through menu: File\Import from\Excel files with position data. 4). Into File\Update menu the support of Excel files for updating or additions of semantics of map objects from Excel table is added. Connection of map objects with the table is carried out by the preset field of Excel table containing number of object or unique value of the specified characteristic of map object. 5). The classifier of digital plans of cities map10000.rsc is updated.
30.06.09 Version 10.5.0 1). In the block of geodetic tasks the formation of "Land-plan" for two packages of office programs is realized: 2). Map Legend task is modified. Controls by matrixes and rasters in the document are added. In the menu by the right button it is possible to close a matrix or raster map in the document, to add it into the document, to change parameters of a matrix or raster map (modes: Matrix image, Projection parameters, etc.) and also to operate visibility of a map in structure of the document. 3). The converter into DXF format is modified. The option is added: Y without zonal number (for WGS, CS-42, CS-95) for formation of Y coordinate in DXF without number of a zone. 4). Map Editor task is modified. Into the Mark panel the mode of specifying a method of displaying the metrics of object in the form of a spline - a polyline or a circumflex spline is added. The choice of a method of inverting assumes, that the method of display of a contour of object will change onto opposite (a polyline onto a spline and on the contrary).
21.05.09 Version 10.4.1 1). The opportunity of setting of nonregular diapasons of a qualities matrix palette is added. The palette of a matrix of qualities contains the colors corresponding to diapasons of values of the quality's characteristic. 2). In an applied task Editing of the objects metrics the mode of a turn of axes of objects coordinates (To change X <-> Y) is added. The mode can be applied for processing the maps imported from exchange formats, in which axes of coordinates have not a cartographical direction (X - upwards, Y - to the right). 11). Classifiers for digital navigation maps and plans of the cities created under GLONASS program are updated (Road10.rsc, Road25.rsc, Map10000.rsc). 12). It is updated SDK, source texts of the project mapscena.dll (gisdlgs.dll) are published, including standard dialogues for various tasks (Builder C ++).
