Program of construction of orthophotomaps Photoplan 2005

 

Program of construction of orthophotomaps Photoplan 2005 is intended for creation of digital orthophotomaps by materials of space and air photographing of the central, panoramic and slot-hole projection. The orthophotomap is understood as the photographic image of the district, reduced to the specified system of coordinates.

Program of construction of orthophotomaps Photoplan 2005For reduction of the photographic image to a cartographical projection it is necessary to eliminate consistently the errors caused by following major factors:

  • errors of the surveying equipment and a photographic material;
  • displacement for a slope of photos;
  • displacement for a district relief.

For elimination of errors over distortion of the surveying equipment the amendments over distortion specified in the passport of the camera are used. Displacement over a slope of a photo is eliminated by use at calculations of elements of external orientation of the photo, received from processing of the measured support points.

For elimination of displacement over a relief the matrixes of heights in a format of GIS Map 2011 are used, received with use of GIS Map 2011 or programs of processing of stereo-images Editor of a surface.

In most cases the region of mapping is covered not by one, and several photos. Because of presence of ineradicable errors of measurement, deformation, etc. on joints of separate photoplans there are divergences of one-nominal points. For their elimination in the Photoplan 2005 the smoothed surface of amendments is constructed so, that on basic and connecting points the discrepancies are absent. In order that the cuts took place on uninformative part of photos there is an opportunity of a vectoring of lines of cuts.

Measurement of support pointsAt measurement of support points the elements of orientation automatically are calculated that allows to carry out automatic placing of a measured support point onto the prospective location.

Changes in brightness and contrast of separate photos are levelled with use of the histogram of brightnesses. At measurement of support points there are complexities with the identification which synchronization of images of a transformed photo and any other photo with the formed images of support points assists to solve. For connection of photos it is enough to measure two same points. Synchronization with already existing map for the simultaneous identification and taking down of coordinates of support points is possible.

It is necessary to note, that practically all modern space surveying systems create images of a slot projection which are processed by the program of construction of orthophotomaps Photoplan 2005.

Technology of creation of orthophotomaps includes the following basic stages:

Preparatory works1. Preparatory works:

  • input of the passport of a camera (a focal length, coordinates of the main point, the amendments over distortion );
  • loading digital images of photos from formats: rsw, tif, bmp, pcx;
  • input of coordinates of support and control points.

2. Transformation of single photos:

  • measurement of labels;
  • measurement of support and control points;
  • calculation of elements of orientation;
  • estimation of divergences on the support and control points;
  • transformation of single photos.

  • choice of the photos entering into area of creation of the photoplan;
  • vectoring of borders of the photoplan creation area;
  • measurement of connecting points on the crossed photos;
  • vectoring of cuts;
  • alignment of the brightnesses histogram;
  • final transformation of all works region with use of borders, connecting points and lines of cuts.

After creation the orthophotomap can be used as the independent documentary photograph for measurement of coordinates of objects, and to be a substrate for decoding at creation and updating electronic maps in GIS Map 2011.
