The program can work as a client GIS Server.

3D model allows to see more realistic the countryside. It is built for each session and takes into account all changes in the information on the 2D map.

For convenience of work with the 3D model, it can be modified:

  • • view of model's surface (image of the map, photo, matrix, frame or transparent kind);
  • • object's view (full, frame, without objects);
  • • details of displaying a relief;
  • • lighting of model (natural on time of day, the searchlight type, directed from the user);
  • • speed of movement along the model, etc.

The three-dimensional model can be constructed and for all area displayed on the two-dimensional map and for any of its fragment too. Viewing and change of semantics and metrics for the chosen object are available. At change of the data list of the digital map, composition of objects the type of three-dimensional model is changed. Three kind of movement on three-dimensional model are had: manually, by the chosen object and in free flight on the specified trajectory.

In three-dimensional model there is a possibility of saving the current image in the bmp-file. It is also possible to record the AVI file with movement on three-dimensional model and with change of its characteristics.

Movement on three-dimensional model and on the two-dimensional map can be synchronized. Therefore, available in the GIS the task of connecting the GPS receiver makes it possible to determine the location of a moving object both on a two-dimensional map and the three-dimensional model. The input data for this task is the data in NMEA-0183 format (ASCII text format), received from the parallel port of the computer to which the device of type the GPS-receiver is connected, or accepted from the remote GPS device through the GPRS protocol.

You can download vector, raster and matrix maps of various formats, print the downloaded data.
