The founders of the service adhere to the concept of hourly payment: users pay only for the time it takes to work. In addition, the greater the total time of using the services, the less is the cost of one hour of work.
For several months, in conjunction with GeoCloud technical experts, KB Panorama company has been working on setting-up of a virtual computer to make it as easy as possible for users to access the software. To run the GIS "Panorama" on a virtual computer, you will need to perform 5 simple steps that include registration on the GeoCloud website, selection of the GIS "Panorama" product in the provided list of programs, selection of the volume of the user data warehouse and replenishment of the balance in the cash account. In conclusion, it will only be necessary to start the virtual computer with a pre-installed GIS by clicking on the "Start" button.
The work in the GIS "Panorama" on the GeoCloud service is suitable for performing short-term tasks of spatial processing of data by specialized modes and functions that are not part of such branch geoinformation systems as "Workstation of the cadastral engineer", "Workstation of urban planner", "Workstation of agronomist" and others.

In KB "Panorama" the GIS WebService SE version 12.1.0 is developed for Windows and Linux operating systems. In the new version of service the application's architecture is improved. GIS WebService SE at the moment of receipt of the user requests forms virtual data handlers. With their help, the service manages the process of executing internal operations and evenly distributes the load across the system's cores depending on the capabilities of the server. At the first opening of data, GIS WebService SE in an automatic mode preliminary prepares them, sorting and indexing vector maps by means of trees. Changing the architecture allows you to increase the number of simultaneously processed user requests, improve stability at load, increase the throughput of the service and ensure the scalability of the server by further increasing the cores of the system.
The service operates around the clock and processes various types of spatial information (vector, raster and matrix data, point clouds, databases, three-dimensional information). GIS WebServiсe SE supports all international standards (OGC WFS, WFS-T, WMS, WMTS, WCS) through which the transmission and display of spatial data is carried out. The program provides the ability to issue tiles for any user or local coordinate system. In the map editor the mode of a merge of two identical map objects is added and the interface of the user is updated. Possibilities of "Manager of map project " are expanded. The toolkit of developing the Web-applications the GIS WebToolKit SE has been improved, which expands possibilities of GIS WebServer SE and can be integrated into other information systems. Access to data (images, vector maps and terrain information) is provided by Web services using common OGC protocols and ISO standards. Service the GIS WebService SE (OGC WMS/WMTS) provides spatial information in the form of graphic images. Various types of high-altitude data are used as a digital elevation model: matrixes (in the formats SRTM, GeoTIFF, IMG, MTW), TIN-models, point cloud and others. At request the most accurate data onto a specified terrain site with a given resolution is automatically sampled. To transfer data of the digital terrain model to the Web, the WCS protocol is used. The relief data is represented as tiles and cached on the client.
