In the KB "Panorama" the GIS Constructor for Qt Designer SE, version 12.2.0, is developed for embedding into the developed control systems of geoinformation components, for support of unified exchange by spatial data, and implementation of a network-centric service-oriented architecture.
The toolkit is adapted to work on a wide range of platforms and supports operating systems such as Astra Linux SE, MSVS, CRTOS Neutrino, Elbrus, Zarya, Ubuntu, Alt Linux, QNX and others. It can be used in computer systems with processors of ARM, Elbrus, PowerPC, Freescale i.MX, NVIDIA Tegra 3, Intel-compatible with x86 and x64 architecture and others.

GIS Constructor is a set of geoinformation components for use in the visual programming environment of Qt Designer, which allows you to develop your own GIS applications. The visualization of the contents of digital maps is made in conventional symbols adopted for topographic, geographical and various special maps. Geoinformation system has ample opportunities for performing calculations, for providing display of spatial data on various graphic devices in standard and user systems of conventional symbols. The main functions can be executed in multithreaded mode. It supports automatic optimization of used memory for processing large amounts of data (tens of gigabytes) on limited resources (hundreds of megabytes).

Processing of user's actions in 3D mode is accelerated, at drawing a three-dimensional map only the objects of the displayed terrain area are used, the output of filling and point signs is optimised. Obtaining the images of wms-layers through uniting the expanded requests to the service is optimised.
In the new version the possibility is added for remote viewing the log of the application. The log is created monthly, it contains information about user actions in the system and errors. When viewing the log, you can search and filter records by any field, for example by date, event type or user name.
The web applications development tool the GIS WebToolKit SE has been refined, which extends the capabilities of GIS WebServer SE and can be integrated into other information systems. Access to data (images, vector maps and terrain information) is provided by Web services using common OGC protocols and ISO standards. Service of GIS WebService SE (OGC WMS/WMTS) provides spatial information in the form of graphic images. As digital model of a relief the various kinds of high-altitude data are used: matrixes (in formats SRTM, GeoTIFF, IMG, MTW), TIN-models, a cloud of points and others. At request there is carried out the automatic sample of the most accurate data onto the specified terrain area with a given resolution. To transfer data of the digital terrain model to the Web, the WCS protocol is used. The relief data are represented as tiles and are cached on the client.
As a source of spatial data, the
GIS WebServer SE is used in the construction of closed corporate systems to ensure the protection of data having a security classification or a trade secret. GIS WebServer SE is certified for Level 2 of absence of undeclared capabilities. The new version of the program expands the application's capabilities in solving problems of analysis, management and long-term planning of the territories development. GIS WebServer SE is implemented using the toolkit of GIS WebToolKit SE, which can be used in development tools that use the JavaScript.

The initial information for forming a technical plan is taken from the map containing the boundaries of real estate objects. For buildings, constructions and objects under construction the digital cadastral map is used presented in the coordinate system that is applied to conducting the Unified State Real Estate Register. For the premises, the buildings plans or floor plans are used, presented in the local (conditional) coordinate system. For the purpose of collective use, a cadastral map, a building plan and floor plans can be located on the GIS Server. To support the simultaneous processing of several real estate objects the dialog "Technical plan" is refined. A new page "Objects" has been added, containing information on cadastral numbers, location, characteristics of objects, their parts and premises inside the real estate object. Transition to groups and elements for input and editing of the data is ordered. It is now possible to save the list of attached documents for reuse.At formation of XML-file for multiplanimetric real estate object the continuous numbering of characteristic points of borders for all contours of object is supported.
