In KB "Panorama" the researches have been conducted by definition of optimal parameters of the server's work for the publication of the geospatial data according to the international standards OGC WMS and OGC WMTS.

Made testing has allowed to increase number of web service clients. Maximum productivity has been achieved for WMTS standard (vector data) - 420 users per second, for WMS standard - 27 users at the limited resources of the server.

In KB "Panorama" the GIS "Panorama" of version 12.3.2 for the x64 platform is developed. In the new version the possibility is added for loading CSV files in format WKT (Well-known text). WKT format is intended for exchange of the geometrical data in a text kind. The format supports the description of the following types of spatial objects: point (POINT), multipoint (MULTIPOINT), line (LINESTRING), multiline (MULTILINESTRING), polygon (POLYGON), multipolygon (MULTIPOLYGON). Multiobjects contain the description of several external contours of spatial object. At recording onto a map the multiobjects unite into a set of objects. Support of WKT format provides import of objects with complex geometry and expands a range of application of CSV format for exchange of geodata.
In the dialog "Import from format MIF\MID" the field is added to select UTF-8 coding attributes of objects from the MID file. The coding of attributes in UTF-8 is applied for writing text characteristics of objects in the national languages that do not use Latin characters.
There is implemented the possibility of saving the coordinates and attributes of map objects into a text file of HTML format. The task "Export of maps into DBF\TXT\XLS\CSV\HTML" allows you to customize the composition of attributes: semantics, metrics in rectangular and geodetic coordinates, length and area, names of object, a layer, sheet of a map and other characteristics. Viewing the stored data can be executed in the browser.
In the task "Calculations on the map" there are refined the modes "Crossing of Objects" and "Creation of objects by intersection" for objects-multipolygon. Creation of objects and determining the area of crossing of polygon objects with external subobjects is carried out taking into account data of subobjects. External subobjects are processed separately as independent objects. Results of crossing the object and all external subobjects are summarised.
In the "Geodesy calculations" module for the mode "Adjustment of polygon traverses" there is implemented issuance of reports into Microsoft Word and OpenOffice Writer. There is updated the interface of dialogs "List of coordinates," "Setting operations", "Traverse", "Solution of direct geodetic task", "Solution of inverse geodetic task", "Leveling". For convenience of users the size and design of the toolbar buttons is increased. The mode "Map (plan) of object of land management" is adapted for use of XSD-directories from structure of XML-scheme ZoneToGKN_v05. The new version of the program is available for downloading in the
In KB "Panorama" the
Databank of digital maps and remote sensing data is intended for gathering, storage, search, issuance of spatial data in exchange formats and displaying the status of a databank in the form of maps-schemes. Maps-schemes are conducted for each type of stored data: vector maps, remote sensing data, matrixes of elevations and terrain models. There is provided a remote placing the sets of spatial data into files storehouse, a conducting versions of stored sets, their recording in the base of metadata, the updating of maps-schemes of data presence. The automated gathering and formation of metadata is performed according to the standards of ISO 19115:2003, Geographic information - Metadata and ISO/TS 19139, Geographic information - Metadata - XML schema implementation. Reduced copies of data images are formed, file checksums and completeness of data sets are checked. At removal of data sets from storehouse there is automatically carried out the editing the base of metadata and maps-schemes of materials availability.
The reference to the Databank and data exchange is carried out via the web-interface. The program can work in operating systems with the closed contour where processing of the protected data is carried out. The databank includes applications the
The module of administration of the Databank of Digital Maps and Remote Sensing Data is included into the Complex. It provides customizing the general parameters of the application's work, a customizing the parameters of metadata database, a choosing the formats of storage and the composition of groups of stored files, views of objects for maps-schemes, a conducting the groups of users and appointment of the users rights onto access to the data and allowed actions. Users of desktop programs of GIS "Panorama", "Panorama-editor" and others can connect to the Bank of metadata via the GIS Server for work.

GIS Server - is the service of Windows Services intended for providing remote round-the-clock access to the spatial data for users of programs the GIS Panorama, GIS Operator and other programs developed in the environment of GIS ToolKit or the GIS-Constructor for Linux. Server provides remote multi-user access to various types of spatial data: vector, raster, matrix and databases. Placement of spatial data on a server provides protection against illegal copying and change, improves the reliability of work in the collective editing of data.
