Into the Map Legend dialog the Model bookmark is added intended for displaying and editing parameters of irregular models of a surface - TIN-models (model of terrain) and MTD-models (a cloud of points).
In the menu File\Update and File\Update by list there is implemented the possibility of making changes into open vector map from data sets that are stored as zip-archive. The archive can contain files of type SXF or graphic files. Unpacking of archives is carried out automatically at map updating. It allows to automate process of creation and update of maps by data stored in the Databank of Digital Maps and Remote Sensing Data.
In application the Database the new mode is added, allowing to create reports in the OpenOffice format. Unloading into the report is made with using the tools of spreadsheet OpenOffice Calc which is a part of the OpenOffice.org suite. Block of cadastral tasks is updated. There are developed the automated functions of checking a variability of initial data at recording the elements of electronic XML-document "Land Survey Plan". At checking the information about the changed land plots there is added a check of information about the type of a land plot with several external contours. There is improved the dialog "Land Survey Plan" that provides formation of the electronic XML-document the land survey plan under XML-schemes of version 5 and 6. The user can specify a type of permitted use by the outdated classifier and by the document or by the new classifier approved by the order of Ministry of Economic Development of Russian Federation of 9/1/2014 № 540.
There is improved the algorithm of formation and appearance of conventional symbols for displaying objects on schemes of territorial planning according to requirements of the order of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation № 19 "On approval of requirements to the description and displaying in documents of territorial planning of objects of federal significance, objects of regional significance, objects of local significance". Display of polygon symbol "CrossPolygon" is improved. There is added an inclined hatching in solid lines in a printer view and on the print with any inclination up to 1 degree.
The task "Image color adjustment" is improved. On the bookmark "Map" there are added the control modes by a map view in a printer mode and at the print: - Backlight titles - all titles of the map are displayed with a white outline; - Transparent fill - filling of all polygon objects are displayed transparently, transparency degree defines intensity of filling the polygons (from 0 up to 100). It is recommended to use these modes for improving the readability of titles and for maximum preservation of the raster image when displaying the map over the terrain images.
Into the file with the description of parameters of local coordinate systems "LCS of the Russian Federation Subjects" there are added the parameters onto each zone of local coordinate system of RF regions.
For users of marine and aeronautical maps the list of units of measure is expanded at displaying distances and heights. There is added a choice of heights in feet and distances in nautical miles. Into dialog of building a profile of heights there are added the units of length measure - kilometers, nautical miles and the height measurement units - ft.
Into dialog "Calculator" there are added the units of measure - inches, ft, yards. Into the list of commands pop-up by the right-hand menu button the item "Save as a map object" is added. The menu item allows you to save the selected on a map the contour obtained as a result of calculated task (construction of orthodrome, visibility zone, zone around the object, and the like). Actions on this menu element provide a selecting a sample of created object, layer and type, and also a map onto which the object will be put.

For the layers of a map presented by matrixes of quality (GRID), possibility is added for viewing the terrain characteristics stored in matrixes. For example, viewing the weather data, level of cellular signal, a thickness of a geological layer and others. Defining the values of a matrix at the point of the terrain is performed by an interpolation method on the nearest elements of a matrix. Displaying the values is carried out at movement of the mouse cursor in a map with indicating the name of the characteristic and units of measure.
New tool "Navigation on a map" displays the reduced image of a map in a separate window and allows to move the main map through the movement of miniature. In the administration module there is added the possibility of automatic formation of the list of map layers by data published on service the GIS WebService SE.
Access to the data (to images, maps and the information on the terrain) is provided by Web-services according to the conventional protocols of OGC and the ISO standards. Service the GIS WebService SE (OGC WMS/WMTS) provides the spatial information in the form of graphic representations. As digital model of a relief the various kinds of elevation data are used: matrixes (in formats SRTM, GeoTIFF, IMG, MTW), TIN-models, a cloud of points and others. At request there is executed an automatic selection of the most exact data onto the portion of the terrain with the specified resolution. For transmission of data of digital model of a relief in Web the WCS protocol is used. Data of relief are presented in the form of tiles and are cached.
GIS WebServer SE can be used at construction of private corporate systems for ensuring protection of data having a security classification or a trade secret. GIS WebServer SE is certified by 2-nd level of undeclared capabilities absence. The new version of the program expands the application's possibilities in solving problems of analysis, management and long-term planning of territories development.
GIS WebServer SE is implemented with use of toolkit the GIS WebToolKit SE which can be applied in the development tools that use the JavaScript.

In the new version there are developed the automated functions of checking a variant of initial data at recording the elements of XML-document "Land Survey Plan". There is added the analysis of type of changed land plot presented by several external contours. If the land plot has type "Single land tenure" then there is formed the element TransformationEntryParcels - included into Single land tenure the land plots, reorganization of which is carried out. If the land plot is presented by "Multicontour land plot" then there is recorded the element TransformationContours - contours of the multicontour land plot, reorganization of which is carried out. At the analysis of objects of the real estate located on the land plot, there is added the analysis of type of previously assigned cadastral or registration number. If previously assigned number has the sign "Cadastral number" then there is recorded the element InnerCadastralNumbers - cadastral numbers of buildings, constructions, the objects under construction located on the land plot. In other cases there is formed the element OldNumbers - previously assigned state registration numbers.

In KB "Panorama" the "Workstation of agronomist" version 11.13.4 is developed. In the new version "Complex of agronomical tasks" provides the automated calculation of imposing the land plots onto contours of agricultural lands. Program performs overlay operation of multiple imposing the objects of two classes (lists) by a crossing method. Objects of source classes are defined by two lists: the list 1 - objects of imposing and the list 2 - the analyzed objects.
Result of the mode's work are the calculated values of the areas of occurrence of contours of agricultural lands into the land plots or vice versa. The program determines multiple occurrences of analyzed objects and calculates the area of each occurrence in absolute units and in percentage of the imposing's object. Results are presented by three indicators: "total area", "% of occurrence" and "% of imposing". "Total area" - the value of the area of crossing the object of the list 1 with the object of the list 2. "% of occurrence" - the value that indicates in percentage what part of object of list 2 is included into object of the list 1. "% of imposing" - the value that indicates in percentage what part of object of the list 1 is imposed on object of the list 2.
Results of calculations can be output into the report or be stored into semantics of objects of one of stacks. For convenience of the visual analysis of multiple imposing of one object the tools of viewing occurrences of objects are provided. After calculations the data are displayed in the form of two lists. For example, in one list there are displayed all contours of agricultural land, and in other the all land plots having the imposing onto a current contour of agricultural land. At moving along the list of farmlands the composition of land plots is changed.
