In KB "Panorama" the "Workstation of agronomist" version 11.13.0 is developed. In the new version into the "Complex of agronomical tasks" there are added the tools of comprehensive displaying the information about values of indicators of agrochemical researches of arable land and features of physical and geographical conditions of the area. E-book of fields history the "Workstation of agronomist" stores information about granulometric and an agrochemical composition of soils, plant diseases, slopes of the relief, the amount of fertilizers and other indicators of an arable land with a binding to a contour of farmland. Modern technologies of "exact agriculture" and the differentiated applying of mineral fertilizers require presence of accurate information about local features of arable land on a uniform minimum area. For the storage and use of data about homogeneous local areas of a farmland contour in the program the matrixes for each separate indicator are used. For the comparative analysis of a set of matrixes of various indicators in "Workstation of agronomist" there are built-in the modes of displaying values in the specified point of a map: "Absolute height" and "Capacity in a point". Modes provide a comprehensive visual analysis of values of agro-physical and agrochemical indicators of soil, taking into account local peculiarities of farmland contours. Matrixes of indicators of agrochemical structure, relief and physical-geographical conditions of the area are used at designing the borders of farmlands contours and for calculation of a dose of applied mineral fertilizer. At calculation of annual doses of fertilizers there is used the method of balance sheet, taking into account the planned harvest, the composition of mineral and organic fertilizers, content of nutrients in soil and removal of elements of mineral nutrients of grown culture. A set of the matrixes characterising the local peculiarities of arable land, and files with maps of applying mineral fertilizers are published in the Internet by means of GIS WebServer AGRO. The technology of using a set of matrixes that take into account local peculiarities of arable land, allows to lower costs and to raise productivity of agricultural products at reducing the environmental burden on the soil. Specialists of KB "Panorama" made updating the classifier for maps of public sources (OpenStreetMap). There are made the changes to names of semantics for ensuring the correct formation of XSD schemes. The classifier is intended for use with data OpenStreetMap, and also for using the "Technology of import of spatial data from public sources". The mode "Information from the State Real Estate Cadastre from XML file" is improved. There is implemented the new algorithm of processing the attributes of cadastral object presented by the multiplanimetric land plot (MLP) or a single land use (SLU).
The general semantics of object of real estate is recorded into all external contours (map objects) included into one set of spatial objects - MLP or SLU. Modes "Technical building plan", "Technical plan of a construction", "Technical plan of object under construction" and the "Technical plan of premises" are refined. There are implemented the tools for input and editing of data about parts of real estate object, taking into account the requirements of XSD-scheme TP-v03 associated with obligatory presence of a spatial component at parts of real estate object.
The mode is improved "XML-document: Layout of land plot on the cadastral plan of territory". There is added a continuous numbering of rotary points for the internal contours of the plot.
