In KB"Panorama" the Panorama GIS Server for Linux version 3.5.0 is developed

In KB "Panorama" there is developed Panorama GIS Server for Linux version 3.5.0. In the new version the means of backup and recovery of vector maps are enhanced. In parameters of backup it is possible to specify the device for automatic creation of backup copies, periodicity of creating a backup in days, number of transactions after which it is necessary to create a backup, time in which it is necessary to perform backup. Placing data on a server provides protection against illegal copying and modification. As the clients may be the GIS "Map 2011", Panorama-Editor, GIS "Navigator 2011", GIS Panorama 2011 Mini and other programs developed in GIS ToolKit environment of version 11 and later. Connection to the server is installed on the protocol TCP/IP. The server provides remote access to vector maps, raster images and matrices. GIS "Map 2011" version 11.8.4 expanded support of protocols in GPS-monitoring task

In KB "Panorama" GIS "Map 2011" version 11.8.4 is developed. In the new version there are modified the storing and displaying matrixes of heights and qualitative characteristics in format MTW and MTQ, two levels of storing the reduced copies of matrixes images for acceleration of display are added. Support of the proprietary protocol is included into the task "GPS-monitor" for connection to the software product "Interface software GEO-RTK", developed by the Russian Institute of Radionavigation and Time (RIRT) to control the navigation equipment. The mode of displaying satellites "Almanac" is improved at joint work on systems of GPS and GLONASS. Into the task of the checking a report of objects on adjacent sheets the parameter is added - distance of objects from a frame within which objects participate in a report. For convenience of detailed studying of district at demonstration of maps and photos on big screens the work of a combination of keys Alt+Enter is optimized. By the first pressing the combination of keys the map window opens on full screen, by repeated pressing - is restored back. At creating maps of cylindrical projections the ability is added to enter the standard nomenclature of the international rule with automatic calculation of geographical and rectangular coordinates of frames. On site of KB "Panorama" the section with video lessons for GIS "Panorama 2011 Mini" is updated

Section the Educational films in English was supplemented by two new video-lessons for the GIS Panorama 2011 Mini. Lessons are prepared by specialists of the company "GISINFO" (Ukraine). From the new video it is possible to learn about methods of work with linear objects, about application of additional modes of their creation. Also methods of location and change of objects titles on a map are demonstrated, modes of their location, and also variants of changing the view and style are described. Also, on our site the section with a cycle of video-lessons in Russian is available. The cycle is created for self-learning of the basic functions of GIS "Map 2011". In KB "Panorama" the program of analysis of multispectral images is developed

Complex of analysis of multispectral images is intended for calculation of statistics on channels and customizing displayed channels of a multispectral image for solving the tasks of decoding and a vectoring of terrain objects. Multispectral images are processed in files of format GeoTIFF. Images can contain any number of channels, description of one channel can take up to 16 bits per pixel. Tasks of the complex allow to explore characteristics of the image (spectral properties, histogram) and to choose parameters for displaying the separate channels or their combinations in the form, providing detection of decoding attributes of objects and digitizing of their contours. Two modes of display are accessible to multispectral images - RGB mode and vegetation index. The image with current settings can be saved in a file of RSW format for automatic decoding and a vectoring. In RGB mode the image is saved into RSW with depth of color of 24 bits (8 bits on 3 channels). Vegetation index can be saved also into a matrix of qualities MTQ in which real value of vegetation index without reduction to the range of a palette is placed. Users number of products of KB "Panorama" in 2011 was increased more than on 3 000

The number of registered users of products of KB "Panorama" became more than 24 thousand. In 2011 there were over 3000 new users. Technical support in the last year has handled more than 10 000 requests in the forum and email. Volume of sales of software products and performed works has increased by more than 40%. The main purchased products are the GIS "Map 2011", GIS Server, GIS WebServer, GIS ToolKit Free. Done about 30 R&D commissioned by various agencies. A number of new products is developed - the GIS Server x64, GIS WebFeatureService (OGC WFS), Complex of 3D analysis, Program of checking the absence of the private information on digital topographic maps of open use, Complex of agronomical tasks. List of the institutes of higher education applying products of KB "Panorama" in the learning process, contains 109 educational institutions.

KB "Panorama" has developed new technology for creation of digital maps for supporting infrastructure of spatial data (ISD)

On site of KB "Panorama" in Documentation section there is placed the new description of Technology of creation of digital topographical maps and plans, intended for filling by spatial data of an infrastructure of spatial data (ISD) on state (federal, regional) and a municipal level. Digital topographical maps (DTM) and digital towns plans (DTP) are one of sections of the state and municipal funds of spatial data. Creation and updating of digital maps and plans is carried out on the basis of data of remote sensing the Earth (DRS). The technology is based on use of software PHOTOMOD of "RACURS" company, GIS "Map 2011", GIS Server and the new complexes developed in KB "Panorama" - "Complex of the automated decoding and a vectoring according to data of remote sensing of the Earth", "Complex of processing of multispectral images", "Complex of supporting a databank of digital maps and plans". Commercial versions of new complexes are planned for release in the first quarter of this year.

In GIS "Panorama FARMING" version 2.9 is increased a degree of automation of planning in technology of exact agriculture

In KB "Panorama" the GIS "Panorama FARMING" version 2.9 is developed. The new version adds references "Planned yield", "Structure of the soil cover," "Cultures of crop rotation". In the program the mechanism of conducting passports of working sections is improved, the crop rotation can contain any number of cultures. In the task of updating semantics now appears the ability of updating the records in the database according to the values of semantics. GIS "Panorama FARMING", together with GIS "Panorama AUTO", is a part of the complex agricultural GIS. To solve the compatibility problems with GIS-applications of third-party developers the products GIS WebFeatureService and GIS WebService can be used. Service of spatial objects GIS WebFeatureService is intended for exchange in the Internet by coordinate descriptions and attributive characteristics of objects from base of spatial data in GML format, according to international standards ISO of a series 19100. Geodata also can be accessible to Web-applications and desktop systems via service of maps GIS WebService, which supports protocol OGC WMS (OGC 03-109r1 version 1.3.0) and transformation of a projection by code EPSG "on the fly". "Panorama AUTO" version 2.9 - optimum solution for tasks of monitoring mobile objects

In the new version the mechanism of data exchange with "1C Agroholding" is improved, settings of telematic terminals are added by coefficient of conversion of data about speed into kilometers, reliability of algorithm of import of objects from KML files is increased. For the convenience of user the abilities are appeared: manual input of displayed number of the document for registration sheets; selecting a provider of a database from the list; viewing the task for current object during monitoring; sorting by an arbitrary field of objects lists, routes, areas, items and references. The system allows the user to work with cartographical data both locally and from the GIS Server. Tools of the GIS Server provide protection of data against illegal copying and change. KB "Panorama" will take part in conference of "CNIIGAiK" concerning geodesy and cartography

On March, 6th, 2012 in FSUE "CNIIGAiK" will take place scientific-technical conference "Domestic developments in the field of geodesy and cartography and their application in economic and defensive activity of the country ". The main objectives of the conference is to discuss a wide range of fundamental, applied, industrial, scientific-technical and organizational-methodological problems in the field of topographic-geodetic, cartographical and navigation activities. The purpose of conference is support and information promotion of domestic developments and their uses in economic and defensive activity of the country with the publication of reports in conference proceedings and journal "Geodesy and Cartography". In the Municipal GIS "Land and Real estate" version 5.0 the preparation of reports to the tax authorities is automated

KB "Panorama" has developed MGIS "Land and Real estate" version 5.0. Municipal geoinformation system "Land and Real Estate" is intended for maintaining a database containing information about objects of the real estate, the ground areas on which objects are located, information about organizations (individual entrepreneurs), carrying out activity on these objects and/or having property rights to these, maintaining lease agreements; monitoring of objects of the real estate and the organizations carrying out activity on these objects and/or having property rights to these and execution of other operations. DBMS Microsoft SQL Server and GIS "Map 2011" are used for work with attributive and cartographical databases. In the new version there is updated the block of exporting information about ground areas and rightholders into the tax authorities (in format �_2_302_01_001_001). Now it is realized the opportunity to consider the user-defined set of rights at formation of an exported file. In the block of calculating the lease the fields for data input are specified. In GIS "Map 2011" version 11.8.3 the controls by groups of rasters and matrixes are refined

KB "Panorama" has developed GIS "Map 2011" version 11.8.3. In the new version into dialog the Data List of maps in the Rasters bookmark there is added the mode "Optimization of the list of rasters". The mode is started via the Properties menu and item "Optimization" at the selected tree branch "Rasters". The mode is intended for stream processing of the rasters that make up the document, and allows to compress the image of rasters by algorithms JPEG or LZW. In the Matrix bookmark the similar mode "Optimization of the list of matrixes" is supported, which has been added earlier for stream processing of matrixes of the heights which are a part of the map document. Map Legend task is modified. There is added ability to enable or disable the visibility of individual maps, matrixes, and rasters, or a list of data contained in the selected group of tree of maps, matrixes or rasters. Display of the tip with a name of object, a name of layer and own name is added at placing the cursor on object. You can disable this tip in the Options menu. The task of automatic correction of the objects metrics is improved. At checking the islands location of polygon subobjects (internal contours) into objects there is added ability to transform contours, located outside of the basic contour, into separate objects with union of such contours in group object (for automation of collaborative editing - moving, deleting, searching). ImageryCreator 4.0 - new abilities for publication of data from various network resources

In KB "Panorama" ImageryCreator version 4.0 is developed. The new version allows to use for formation of tiles the remote access to spatial data on GIS Server. This innovation provides use of maps, rasters and matrixes placed in a local network or the Internet. Work with the geodata by means of the GIS Server provides their protection against illegal copying and change. Jointly with ImageryCreator, the program allows to publish in Web spatial data and to keep them in an actual status. For display of spatial data and cutting of tiles being in different projections there is added the mechanism of transforming the projections "on the fly" with automatic recalculation of a point of binding. Mechanism of obtaining data from WMS-services is improved. Formation of tiles with a transparency (alpha-channel) for rising the quality of displaying the spatial information is improved at multilayered representation on any background (photos, matrixes). The interface of the user is considerably improved. There are added functions of navigation on a map, including scaling, moving, memorizing a position of a map, etc. Technology ImageryCreator is used by software product the GIS WebServer for an ensuring the high speed of an execution of queries for display of spatial data to vast territories at the simultaneous handling the large number of users. ImageryCreator allows according to schedule without participation of the operator to update published data, including from WMS-services. In KB "Panorama" GIS WebFeatureService 2.0 is developed. The new version of the service improved service of transactions requests to create new, update, or delete existing objects in the data set of server. Capabilities of service can be used in architecture of information systems of the spatial analysis of geo-data for linking among themselves the GIS of various manufacturers on any platforms. Vector data of spatial objects are returned in the format of GML/XML, regardless of the technology of creation and ways of a data storage. Support of transactions is important for realization of systems with shared access to one bank of spatial data. For example, systems of topographical, navigational and other types of monitoring. In such systems thick clients (for example, GIS "Map 2011") and various services, such as GIS WebFeatureService, can remotely simultaneously make changes to a single databank. GIS WebFeatureService is developed in accordance with international standard ISO of a series 19100. Formation of GML is performed in accordance with the document "Specification of data for exchange of digital topographical maps in GML format", and the XSD-scheme for exchange of spatial data in GML format, developed in KB "Panorama". In the Tver region the GIS-technology assist people with disabilities

KB "Panorama" has performed works on forming a map of objects availability for the disabled and low-mobile groups of the population in territory of the Tver region. Investor was the Main Directorate of Architecture and Urban Planning of Tver region. Works were carried out as part of the long-term target program of the Tver region "Rehabilitation and social adaptation of persons with disabilities, 2009-2011". As a result of works on the basis of technology GIS WebServer the information resource is created including a digital map, that displays the contents of a database about objects of a social infrastructure with the description of characteristics of availability of these objects for invalids and low-mobile groups of the population. Map of availability for low-mobile groups of the population of the Tver region is placed by an additional layer on service "Atlas of the Tver region". GIS ToolKit version 11.7 enhanced means of connection of WMS-services and data from GIS Server

"PanoramaAGRO" version 2.9 offers new solutions for tasks of exact agriculture

GIS WebServer 5.5.2 - a basis to build regional and municipal geoportals

In KB "Panorama" the GIS WebServer version 5.5.2 is developed. In the new version into installation there are included the libraries of programmable conventional symbols for platform �64. Libraries of GIS-core are updated. The search method in dialog "Search by name" is changed. Search of the entered value is carried out in any part of a word. The error of displaying bookmarks with tables of a database is corrected, at management of maps visibility. GIS WebServer effectively solves the task of providing access to geographic information data in the Internet by means of web-browser for mobile and stationary devices. On the basis of GIS WebServer the mobile GIS for management of territories is constructed, article about which was published in the journal "Geoprofi" �6, 2011. The mobile GIS uses the advantages of touch screens, provides functions of search and display of the information about objects in one touch. Process of updating the published data is automated as much as possible and allows to avoid excessive participation of the administrator in service of the GIS. For interaction with web-applications it is used the GIS WebService and GIS WebFeatureService which support protocols OGC WMS (OGC 03-109r1 version 1.3.0), OGC WFS (OGC 09-025r1) and standards of ISO a series 19100. In KB "Panorama" there is developed the GIS "Map 2011" version 11.8.2. In the new version the complex of geodesy tasks is updated, which includes several functional blocks providing calculation and adjustment of geodetic measurements, geodetic constructions on a map, the automated formation of schemes and drawings, preparation and filling the land-management documentation. The new algorithm of constructing a triangulation of picket points is introduced and the interface of windows visualization of various modes is refined. At loading data from Automated Information System of State Real Estate Cadastre (AIS SREC), presented by XML-file, there is added the control of file contents onto conformity to structure of XML document. At an unloading the surveying plan into XML-file the errors log is formed on the basis of the data presented in semantics of objects. For information interaction of bodies of municipal authority with bodies of the cadastral authorities the unloading the information about objects of the cadastral account by the XML-scheme "Region_Cadastr" is realized. Map Editor is improved. The mode of creation of subobjects by selected area objects (polygons) is updated. New realization of the mode by selected objects cuts the touching and crossing objects, uniting them into the common subobjects, and also cuts the objects by edges. Storage of rasters in RSW format is improved. There is added the second level of storage of the reduced copy of the image for acceleration of display. The first level contains the image compressed in 4 times, the second - in 16 times. In the control of objects junction over borders of adjacent sheets there is added the opportunity of exception from processing the service semantics (the junction is carried out at coincidence of semantics of objects) and the objects specified by the user. In settings of conventional symbols of the vector objects containing the titles for semantics of object of type the classifier, there is added the opportunity to select a full name of value from the classifier of semantics or the reduced name. In Academy of land forces by name hetman Sagaidachniy will take place "January GISs"

Company "GISINFO", general representative of KB "Panorama" in Ukraine, at the invitation of a management of Academy of land forces named hetman Peter Sagajdachniy will take part in the annual, 3-th scientifically-practical seminar "Geoinformation systems and information technologies in military and special problems ("January GISs")", which will be in January, 27-28th, 2012 in Lviv (Ukraine).
During a seminar the experts of "GISINFO" will share their experience of implementing GIS technologies and remote sensing data in the Armed Forces of Ukraine (in particular for aircraft navigation software Ukraine's Armed Forces, for topographic and geodetic support for the troops and other problems) and will made two reports on the theme "The main directions of using the geoinformation technologies and remote sensing data in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. "Creation of Situational centers" and "Spatial modelling of terrain and operational situation by means of the GIS "Operator".
Also, for introduction into educational process of Academy and preparation of cadets of the corresponding disciplines, during a seminar is planned to make delivery of the GIS "Operator".

In automated workplace of the Cadastral engineer the data exchange with the cadastral authorities is refined

In KB "Panorama" it is developed an automated workplace of the Cadastral engineer of version 11.8.2. At loading data in XML format from Automated Information System of State Real Estate Cadastre (AIS SREC) there is added the control of file contents onto conformity to structure of XML document. At an unloading the surveying plan into XML-file the errors log is formed on the basis of the data presented in semantics of objects. For information interaction of bodies of municipal authority with bodies of the cadastral authorities the unloading the information about objects of the cadastral account by the XML-scheme "Region_Cadastr" is realized. The automated workplace of the Cadastral engineer provides preparation of the project of a survey of the ground areas according to order of Ministry of Economic Development � 388 of 03.08.2011 by means of the automated operations of a choice of contours of the ground areas, formations of the report with necessary number of the tables corresponding to the number of changed and generated ground areas and their parts. Sections and tables of the report are filled in accordance with the list of the ground areas, including uniform land tenure and the multiplanimetric ground areas. Extends the use of GIS "Map 2011" in institutes of higher education of Ukraine

The complete set of delivery includes 10 workplaces of the GIS "Map 2011" with complexes of "Geodesy calculations" and "Preparations of maps for edition". For development of the GIS-applications in the teaching and scientific purposes the complete sets of GIS ToolKit are handed.
To date, 28 universities of Ukraine introduced and widely used GIS technologies of KB "Panorama". So, at Vinnytsia National Technical University, on department "modelling and monitoring of complex systems" there is created and introduced the complex of control systems by water resources of basins of large and medium-sized rivers in Ukraine in units of State Water Management and Ministry of Nature of Ukraine, the Unified automated system of the State Ecological Inspectorate, and special units of Ministry of Nature of Ukraine. Practically all basin managements of water resources of Ukraine use the GIS-applications, created on the basis of the development tools of GIS-applications GIS ToolKit. Defendings of Candidate's dissertations with use of the GIS-technologies "Panorama" are made successfully. At the Karazin Kharkiv National University the scientific seminars are annually spent, in which representatives of the Ukrainian and Russian universities take part.

GIS WebServer 5.5 - new tools for construction of regional and municipal geoportals

Also, the mechanism of management by visibility of control elements through the table of styles CSS is realized. Blinking the map image in Google Chrome is eliminated. GIS WebServer effectively solves the task of providing access to geographic information data in the Internet by means of web-browser for mobile and stationary devices. The mobile GIS uses the advantages of touch screens, provides functions of search and display of the information about objects in one touch. Process of updating the published data is automated as much as possible and allows to avoid excessive participation of the administrator in service of the GIS.
For interaction with web-applications it is used the GIS WebService and GIS WebFeatureService which support protocols OGC WMS (OGC 03-109r1 version 1.3.0), OGC WFS (OGC 09-025r1) and standards of ISO a series 19100. Complex of agronomic tasks is included into GIS "Map 2011"

GIS "Map 2011" version 11.8.0 allows to connect tens of gigabytes of raster data via GIS Server

In KB "Panorama" the GIS "Map 2011" of version 11.8.0 is developed. In the new version the perfection of work with spatial data in web is continued. Onto the order the transfer speed of raster data from the GIS Servers is increased with ability of simultaneous opening several thousands of images, each of which can have the size up to 8 GB with compression by algorithm JPEG. Transmitted data can be cached on the client, as at work in a browser. Support of RSW and GeoTIFF formats is added with compression of blocks by algorithm JPEG. The compression ratio can be selected by the user through the dialog Rasters list\Properties\Optimization. RSW files with JPEG compression will not be supported by previous versions of the GIS. When you choose the compression level of 60% the amount of transmitted data is reduced in 10 times at saving the visual quality of color photographs of district without appreciable differences from initial data.
The task "Absolute heights control" is modified, that checks a correctness of objects of a vector map's relief. The task of quality check of vector maps is improved. Diagnostics of the control of self-crossings is expanded. There is added control of closeness of contours and the control of double points of a contour in the specified tolerance. Earlier only absolute coincidence of coordinates was supervised. In dialog Run application the search of a task by any part of the task name is added to speed up a choice of the necessary item of the menu and a list of previously selected tasks is maintained. GIS WebServer allows to publish spatial data from external WMS-services

GIS WebServer allows to publish on Web spatial data from external sources - WMS-services. Displaying the spatial data from external sources in real time (online) requires large computational costs for coordination and recalculation of data from different projections into the displaying projection. For reduction of load on the server the KB "Panorama" has created technology of preparation in offline mode of data from external sources to the publication in WEB by means of program ImageryCreator. In new ImageryCreator of version 3.11 there is added the ability for formation of tiles to open data from WMS-services together with data on a local server/computer (maps, rasters and matrixes). There is added ability of displaying the rasters which are being in a projection differing from a projection of basic data, with automatic recalculation of the point of binding.
Technology ImageryCreator is used by software product GIS WebServer for a providing a high speed of an execution of queries on displaying spatial data to a vast territory at the simultaneous handling a large number of users. ImageryCreator allows according to schedule without participation of the operator to update published data, including from WMS-services. That forms the distributed automatic system of preparation and publication of data in the Internet.
As WMS server you can use product the GIS WebService or any other, created according to the international standard OGC 03-109r1 version 1.3.0. The use of international standards provides an opportunity to build a flexible multiplatform information system.

GIS WebServer effectively solves the problem of providing access to geographic information data in the Internet by means of web-browser, no matter what device is used - mobile or stationary. For update and verification of published data in the online mode the GIS Server 2011 is used, which provides access to the thick customs (GIS "Map 2011", applications which are written using the tools GIS ToolKit 11 and others) to geo-information data. At detecting the change in data the program ImageryCreator in an automatic mode will update published data (tiles), and GIS WebServer will display changes. In KB "Panorama" GIS WebFeatureService 1.3 is developed. The new version of the service provides an opportunity to get geodata of objects by means of REST protocol. REST - a network communication protocol (Representational State Transfer), defines a set of functions to which it is possible to perform queries and to receive answers to the Internet via HTTP protocol. Vector data of spatial objects are returned in the format of GML/XML, regardless of the technology of creation and ways of a data storage. REST protocol implemented in conjunction with earlier SOAP protocol provides building a scalable platform-independent information systems.
GIS WebFeatureService is developed in accordance with international standard ISO of a series 19100. Formation GML is performed in accordance with the document "Specification of data for exchange of digital topographical maps in GML format", and the XSD-scheme for exchange of spatial data in GML format, developed in KB "Panorama".

In KB "Panorama" the GIS "Map 2011" version 11.7.3 is developed. In the new version of the program the tasks of connection to web-services by protocols OGC WMS and OGC WFS are refined. For the rasters opened on the GIS Server 2011, support of caching data on the client is added, that significantly speeds up the display and re-opening of data. For support of caching data it is necessary to provide a sufficient free space on a disk where the data cache is placed. The choice of a folder for placing the cached data is done via the menu Options\Data location. To explore opportunities of GIS for working with data in a network there is open access to web-services and GIS Server 2011 on the site www.gisserver.ru. The task of data import from Google server is improved. In the Map Legend task there is added the ability to group the matrix and raster data in a tree for the convenience of working with large lists of open data. Editing the name of groups, moving the data from one group into another, simultaneous change of properties for group are supported. In KB "Panorama" the GIS WebFeatureService version 1.2 is developed. In the new version there is added the ability of exchange by messages of SOAP to execute operations of WFS service. SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) represents a platform-independent, based on xml, the protocol of information exchange in a network the Internet via HTTP. SOAP messages allow to use the geodata of objects in the services and systems that are implemented on different platforms and programming languages such as Java, PHP or. Net.
Use of GML standard allows to transfer vector data of objects in a uniform format regardless of technology of their creation and methods of storage. The service also performs conversion of geographical coordinates of objects into the specified reference coordinate system and conversion of data storage formats. Returned by the service the geometric properties and attributive characteristics of spatial objects can be used by clients in a geospatial analysis to build an infrastructure of a spatial data.
GIS WebFeatureService 1.2 is developed according to international standard OGC 09-025r1 and ISO/DIS 19142, OpenGIS Web Feature Service 2.0 Interface Standard.

Obtained data automatically are transformed to a projection and coordinate system of the data, opened in the GIS for joint displaying. At high-speed connection data are requested in process of navigation on the image of district (menu File\WMS Server). At low-speed connection it is possible to choose borders of interested area and to save data on a local computer for later use (menu File\Import from WEB). GIS "Panorama 2011 Mini" provides creation of new maps with automatic filling the parameters by EPSG code or from the list of parameters in XML format. KB "Panorama" has developed the GIS Map "2011" version 11.6.7. In the new version of the program in the task "Navigator 3D" there are refined means of displaying vector, linear and polygon objects "Horizontal strip" and "Line of specified section". At building 3D models the height (depth) of each point of objects is considered, that allows to display on three-dimensional model the objects such as transport and industrial platforms, bridges, the elevated pipelines on trestles and underground pipelines with various depth of laying pipes, the flight routes of aircraft, etc.
For the maps of district storing coordinates of objects in geodetic system of coordinates, support of construction of splines and zones in geodetic coordinates is added. At changing the parameters of a displayed projection now we save the binding of rasters, matrixes, insets of maps and OLE-documents according to their geodetic coordinates. GIS WebServer allows to publish on the Web spatial data combined with OLE-objects (office documents). To provide this functionality in KB "Panorama" the program ImageryCreator is developed - the program of preparing the spatial data to the publication in WEB - version 3.10. In the new version the ability is added to put into tiles the images of OLE-objects (diagrams, tables, documents), allowing to prepare for the publication various reporting materials together with the cartographical image.
ImageryCreator is intended for creation of a full set of images fragments of maps of the specified sizes (tiles) on the chosen scale range in format PNG and JPG. To form a set of raster images is to accelerate the display in a web-application of the maps that contain millions of objects.

FSI Russian Agricultural Center extends application of GIS-technologies of KB "Panorama" in regions

FSI the Russian Agricultural Center (Rosselhoztsentr) applies products of Joint-Stock Company KB "Panorama" for performing the tasks in sphere of phytosanitary monitoring in more than 50 regions of the Russian Federation. In connection with introduction of new versions of programs the refresher course in FSEI "Russian engineering academy of management and agrobusiness" (RIAMA) were conducted. In September 2011 training have occured for 66 professionals working in sphere of phytosanitary monitoring. Experts of Rosselhoztsentr have studied technology of estimations of a phytosanitary status of agricultural lands using GIS "Map 2011" and navigation instruments. Applying this knowledge in practice, on the basis of results of field researches and office processing, the experts of the enterprise can create thematic maps and diagrams, to conduct monitoring pests and weeds on fields, to form the reporting documentation. The product of the GIS "Panorama AGRO" is intended to automate the decision of tasks of management in agriculture, the accounting the grounds of agricultural purposes, monitoring of agricultural machines and vehicles of the enterprise. Air Traffic Services of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) use modern GIS techologies

The "State Corporation for Air Traffic Management in Russian Federation" is responsible for providing an effective and safe airspace use. This corporation uses KB "Panorama" technologies since 1998 to deal with their daily problems: perform graphoanalytical analysis of incomming proposals, traffic flow analysis, design of aircraft routes etc. This year they migrated to the new platform - GIS "Map 2011". Support of new types of sensors (absolute value of a level and the instantaneous fuel consumption) provides more detailed analysis of an operating mode of vehicles of the enterprise. In the new version of GIS "Map 2011" the system of checking quality of digital maps is updated

In the GIS "Map 2011" version 11.6.6 there is modified the check of self-crossings which is a part of the application task "Check of vector map quality" (Topology bookmark) and of the program of quality check of DTM. The number of diagnostic messages arising at the control of self-crossings (intercrossing, adjacency and coincidence of pieces) is increased. At viewing error messages in the log of map editor "View error" the point of intercrossing is indicated, at coincidence of pieces - the center of pieces. At processing the objects having more than 10000 points the acceleration of the checking the self-crossings in 20 times and more is reached. Program SxfCheck, installed in one folder with the new version of GIS, will automatically use new algorithm of the checking the self-crossings.
The task the Map Editor is improved. For an ensuring of more reliable working the map editor modes "Cut out a piece of map inside of/outside of contour" these modes perform the automatic control of objects over self-crossings for objects which get on border of a cutting. In connection with accelerating the algorithm of checking the self-crossings the modes "Cut out a piece of map inside of/outside of contour" also are substantially accelerated. In GIS WebFeatureService 1.1 x64 are provided access to data of spatial data infrastructure (SDI) of regional and federal levels

In KB "Panorama" GIS WebFeatureService version 1.1 is developed. The new version is ported to the x64 platform and supports the work with superbig spatial data bases that can be created at the regional and federal levels. The new version of service allows to optimize data exchange between regional databases of territorial planning (TP) and Federal GIS TP.
Service of spatial objects GIS WebFeatureService 1.1 is intended for an exchange in Internet by the coordinate descriptions and attributive characteristics of objects from base of spatial data in a format according to international standard ISO 19136:2007, Geographic Information - Geography Markup Language (GML).
Use of GML standard allows to transfer vector data of objects in a single format irrespective of technology of their creation and methods of storage and used software. The service also performs conversion of geographical coordinates of objects into the specified reference coordinate systems and conversion of data storage formats. Returned by service the geometric properties and attributive characteristics of spatial objects can be used by customers in a geospatial analysis for building spatial data infrastructure.
GIS WebFeatureService 1.1 is developed according to international standard OGC 09-025r1 and ISO/DIS 19142, OpenGIS Web Feature Service 2.0 Interface Standard.
Formation of GML in GIS WebFeatureService is carried out in accordance with the document "Specification of data for exchange of digital topographical maps in GML format" and XSD-scheme for the exchange of spatial data in GML format developed in KB "Panorama".

Calendar-thematic lessons plans include learning software of KB "Panorama" including: GIS "Map 2011", GIS "Panorama AGRO", MGIS "Real Estate". Students will learn methodology for constructing GIS of an agricultural enterprise and gain practical skills in using modern information technologies to manage agriculture, including the use of data of satellite navigation systems GLONASS and NAVSTAR, the study of technology to create digital maps, practical study of the problems of exact agriculture, innovative technologies in the management of agricultural machinery, automated calculation of introduced doses of organic and mineral fertilizers with the use of GIS tools "Panorama".
During many years, KB "Panorama" successfully cooperates with educational institutions of Russia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Greece, the Syrian Arabian Republic, Ukraine. Nature reserve "Bolshaya Kokshga" applies a geoinformation complex in the scientific and technical activity

In territory of the Russian Federation currently functions more than 100 nature reserves. The scientific and technical tasks, faced by their employees, assume conducting of ecological monitoring and performance of inventory of natural objects. This is done to preserve and study the natural course of natural processes and phenomena of genetic fund of flora and fauna.
Specialists of nature reserve "Bolshaya Kokshaga" (Mari El Republic) for decision of everyday and scientific problems have created and have implemented a geoinformation complex (GIC). Afforestation tablets and forest's estimation description (data of the account of planting and disafforestation), formed on the basis of GIS "Map 2008" were used as primary data. During realization of the project by means of software product of KB "Panorama" the vectoring of tablets has been made and digital maps of afforestation are developed. Also in base of spatial data of GIC the account of the major parameters received with territory of nature reserve (tree species, age, the height, occupied area, etc.) is organized.
Use of a geoinformation complex created on the basis of GIS "Map 2008" has allowed to raise efficiency and to improve measures on conservation of flora and fauna of nature reserve. In the development of complex the specialists took into account the long-term experience of State Technical University in Mari El, received at creation of an automated workstation "Forest fund" and the taxation classifier which are explained in the article "Application of GIS "Map 2003" in a forestry".
For conducting maps of a forestry the classifier of layers, semantic characteristics and objects, prepared in view of materials of the "Forestry code of the Russian Federation" from December, 4th, 2006 N 200-�� can be used.

New solutions for agriculture and energetics in GIS "Map 2011"

The new version (11.6.5) of GIS "Map 2011" provides the abiltiy to display vegetation indices, calculated "on the fly" using multispectral images in TIFF format. A vegetaion index measures the status of the vegetation and its calculation is based on the value of the brightness in different spectral ranges. Usually, red and infrared channels are used. Calculated values are displayed using specified color ramp and can be saved in a quality matrix (MTQ), which can be further processed.
Land management documentation concerning powerline design and construction is improved, too. It can generate a text report with some graphics added as well as an XML file for parcels' digital registry. The task "Building a profile of linear feature" creates a longtitudinal profile of the powerline in accordance with some technical requirements. It uses additional information provided on a topographic or large-scale map. Various elements can be added to the report.
Classifier editor interface is updated. Layer, object and semantics lists as well as symbol tables are increased in size.
Search on Yandex.maps is added. It can be accessed from View/External resources menu item.
Warning: In order to satisfy some data protection requirements, Panorama.ini location has been changed - instead on "\Application Data\Panorama.ini" it is on "\Application Data\Panorama\Panorama.ini".The new version is available in Download\Software products section.

Problems of building spatial data infrastructure will be discussed on an international conference in Spain

�The 11th international scientific and technical conference �From imagery to map: digital photogrammetric technologies� will be held from September 19th to September 22th in Tossa de Mar, Spain. During the conference experts from KB "Panorama" will present a report concerning creation of geoportals by applying spatial data infrastructure technologies. The presenters will share their experience using sample projects they built in cooperation with some russian and Ukrainian Partners - geoportals of Tver and Voronezh regions, geoportal of the town of Vinitsa and some corporate geoportals. KB "Panorama" will present a mini geoportal, dedicated to the city-host of the conference - Tossa de Mar, Spain. Geodata for that portal are provided by "UniverTrade" company (Noginsk). The project for Vinitsa geoportal was developed together with "GISINFO" - the Ukrainian partner of KB "Panorama". Information for that project can also be obtained at the XVI International Scientific Symposium "Geoinformation monitoring of environment: GPS and GIS-technologies", held in Alushta (Ukraine) from 12 to 17 September.
Geodetect Ltd. - Bulgarain partner of KB "Panorama" will present some draft materials concerning the geoportal of the town of Pleven. Large scale vector data and orthophoto imagery of the city center can be seen on the site. In addition, theire is a video with 3D presentation of the result of laser scanning of St.George Mausoleum Ossuary. Project is based on some KB "Panorama" products (GIS WebServer, GIS "Map 2011", GIS WebFeatureService, GIS WebService ) as welll as "Racurs" company product Photomod. All the jobs beeing done meet the requirements of INSPIRE directive as well as ISO 19100 series standards. KB "Panorama" have developed a new version of GIS Constructor for OpenSUSE 11.3 OS

KB "Panorama" have developed GIS Constructor 10.7.5 for certified operating system OpenSUSE 11.3 (Qt4). It contains various components: for building and displaying 3D models, converting to SXF format, building road graph, performing feature search, accessing GIS Server data etc. The same spatial data can be displayed/edited in different coordinate systems simultaneously from any number of workstations. GIS WebFeatureService 1.0 is designed to provide Internet access to geodata from GML geodatabase, according to ISO 19136:2007, Geographic Information - Geography Markup Language (GML) standard. Implementing this standard allows feature data exchange using single format, regardless of the technologies for gathering and storing data. The service can transform features' geographic coordinates to a specified reference system. Resulting geographic and attribute data can be used in geospatial analysis and for building spatial data infrastructure. GIS WebFeatureService 1.0 is developed in accordance with following international standards: OGC 09-025r1 and ISO/DIS 19142, OpenGIS Web Feature Service 2.0 Interface standard.
