In Moscow in Expocentre "Sokolniki" there takes place exhibition GEOFORM + ' 2010 - 7-th International specialized Forum of the newest technologies in the field of geodesy, cartography, geographic information systems, intellectual transport systems and satellite navigation, engineering geology and geophysics. At the scientifically-practical conference which are passing within the limits of "GEOFORM+'2010", experts of KB "Panorama" have made two reports: "GIS WebServer. Universal development tool and adaptive designing of regional, municipal and corporate geoportals" and "Technology of preparing the land-management documentation with application of modern geodetic and navigating devices". Visitors of an exhibition showed great interest to new opportunities of GIS WebServer 3.0 and a complex of 3D-modelling which is a part of the GIS "Map 2008" and toolkit of the developer of GIS-applications of GIS ToolKit. GIS WebServer is intended for the publication in networks the Internet/Intranet of all spectrum of geospatial data - the electronic maps, date of remote sensing of the Earth and the information from databases and provides complex processing of static and dynamic data. Technologies development of three-dimensional modelling of district has been demonstrated on an example of a navigation chart of a high system of Kharkov and a map of the Black Sea coast near city of Sochi.
