What's new in the last version of GIS Map 2011 | ||
1). In the block of geodesy tasks the mode "Information from the State Real Estate Cadastre from XML file" is refined. There is implemented the new algorithm of processing the attributes of cadastral object presented by the multiplanimetric land plot (MLP) or a single land use (SLU). The general semantics of object of real estate is recorded into all external contours (map objects) included into one set of spatial objects - MLP or SLU. Semantics with values of characteristics are recorded both into the main, and into the subordinated objects of a set. New functions are included into the mode structure for work with scheme MapPlan_v01 used for formation of XML-documents in the implementation of information interaction at conducting the state real estate cadastre with public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation or local governments regarding representation of a map (plan) of object of land management. Modes "Technical building plan", "Technical plan of a construction", "Technical plan of object of under construction" and the "Technical plan of premises" are refined. The separate bookmark for entering and editing data on parts of object of real estate is made. Implementation is made taking into account the requirement of XSD-scheme TP-v03 associated with obligatory presence of a spatial component for parts of real estate object. The mode is improved "XML-document: Layout of land plot on the cadastral plan of territory". There is added a continuous numbering of rotary points for the internal contours of the plot. Entering of repeated semantics of multiplanimetric object into all object contours is implemented. The following semantics are recorded: "PREVIOUSLY ASSIGNED STATE ACCOUNT NUMBERS", "CADASTRAL NUMBERS OF LAND PLOTS FROM WHICH THE GIVEN PLOT IS FORMED", "CADASTRAL NUMBERS OF BUILDINGS, CONSTRUCTIONS, OBJECTS UNDER CONSTRUCTION LOCATED ON THE LAND PLOT", "INFORMATION ABOUT LAND PLOTS BY MEANS OF WHICH ACCESS IS PROVIDED", "MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CONSTRUCTION", "LIST OF COORDINATE SYSTEMS ". There is expanded the help system regarding explanation for work with modes "Technical plan of a construction", "Technical plan of object under construction" and the "Technical plan of premises". The mode "Map (plan) of object of land management" is refined. Functions of input control of lines on absence of double spaces are added. Control is performed at manual input and copying from a clipboard of the initial data for XML-document formation. 2). There is accelerated the import of a set of files of format SXF, TXF from the list of DIR format and the export of files set with formation of list DIR at the expense of multithreading (use of several processor cores). The ability is added to write and read TXT files encoded in UTF-8 or ANSI. 3). Into the task of "Map Passport" there are added the fields for conducting the global unique identifier of a dataset (GUID) and global unique identifiers of map sheets. Common identifier is set for user maps and the maps-storehouses SITX. For multisheet's maps the identifier of a dataset and the identifier of each sheet are assigned. When you import and export maps in formats SXF and TXF the global unique identifiers of map sheets are stored. The unique identifier of a multisheet dataset is set anew. Global unique identifiers of map sheets are used in forming the file of metadata of map sheet in format XML and can be applied at conducting banks of the geospatial data for identification of data sets. Into composition of MAPAPI functions the possibility of reading and recording of unique identifiers is added. 4). The task "Loading data from format COLLADA (*.dae)" is improved. Processing of new fields of geometry "polylist" is added for formation of three-dimensional description of objects. There is added a processing of information about objects material (color, lighting, transparency, solid). Output of information about errors in structure of input data is added.1) The list of connected geoportals is expanded, the "Specially protected natural areas" layer is added. 2). The new mode "Formation of electronic XML-document of LAND-PLAN (version 5)" is developed. The mode provides formation of XML-file according to the scheme MP_v05.xsd presented in Unicode (UTF-8). The version number of the schema - 05. The specified scheme is intended for formation of the electronic document - the land-plan in which there is reproduced the certain information included into the state cadastre of real estate and there is specified the information about the formed land plot or land plots or about a part or parts of the land plot, or new information about the land plot or land plots necessary for entering into State Realty Cadastre. In dialog the "Loading cadastral data from XML" there is added a processing of information on the kind of permitted use of the land plot according to the document for XML-scheme Region_Cadastr. The error of reading the element "Kind of permitted use by a directory" is corrected. In the absence of this element in the cadastral object there was not cleared the "old" value read in the previous cadastral object. For dialogues: "Map (plan) of land management object", "XML-document on establishment of territorial zones and areas with special conditions of use" and "XML-document on the establishment of boundaries" there are added the checks for presence of the entered data in dialog elements. Changes of a language calling are made. 3). The new task "Import of data of format MIF/MID with recoding" is developed. The program is intended for the automated import of a set of vector maps from format MIF/MID (MAPINFO) and code conversions of map's objects to the specified classifier with taking into account parameters of conventional symbols (graphics) of objects. For creation of files of adjustment it is necessary to call the task from the menu of File\Import from MapInfo files (MIF) or to use the text editor. 4). Formation of the technical plan in the form of an electronic document under XML-scheme TP_v03 is implemented. In dialogs the "Technical industrial building plan", "Technical industrial construction plan", "Technical industrial plan of object under construction" and the "Technical industrial plan of premises" the possibility to switch the XML-scheme version is added. XML-document formation under XML-scheme TP_v03 and V02_STD_TP is provided. There is supported the putting onto the state cadastral registration of an apartment building and premises in it. There is supported a creation of the electronic document the technical plan for the construction located in territory of no more than one cadastral district. The choice of structured address of object of real estate under the XML-scheme _AddressInp_v03.xsd is implemented, the code OKTMO is added. 1). In the task "Navigator 3D" in the mode "Build three-dimensional map" there is implemented the possibility of management by detail of displaying three-dimensional objects by levels of distance from the observer. For object it is possible to assign three various kinds: nearest, middle and a far plan. Nearest to the observer the 3D-objects have a detailed view. The view of the middle plan becomes less detailed, a far plan is even more common. It allows to accelerate displaying the three-dimensional maps to the large territories. Distances for displaying the objects of different plan are set when you assign the object a three-dimensional view in the "Classifier Editor" in the form of a rule. The size of distance from the observer for nearest, middle and far plan is specified in the map classifier for each object and can be changed for individual objects. The example of customizing and displaying according to specified levels of distances is the map of Noginsk in the folder "\Data\Noginsk\Noginsk.sitx". 2). The task "Building matrix of heights according to a vector map" is modified. The mode "Create the reduced copy" is added, allowing to form the overview image of a matrix for display in small scale. For the mode of matrixes creation "By sheets" the options are added "Adding to document" and "Disable messages" that allows you to create a large number of files of matrixes onto multisheet area in batch mode. Option "Adding to document" can be disabled if the matrix will not be used immediately after creation. Disabling messages allows to minimise actions of the operator during process of creating matrixes by sheets. 3). In the task "Map Legend" and "List of data" there are added the tools of metadata input under standards of ISO 19115:2003, Geographic information - Metadata and ISO/TS 19139, Geographic information - Metadata - XML schema implementation. Metadata of matrixes of heights and remote sensing data are saved in the XML format in the form of a separate file with extension ".mtw.meta.xml" or ".rsw.meta.xml". Metadata allows to enter the additional information about remote sensing and matrixes (data about manufacturer, data about technology of creation) and to use it at conducting the automated banks of spatial data. 4). There is refined the task "Building of isolines by a surface", which performs creation of isolines by models of surfaces (matrix of heights MTW, matrix of qualities MTQ, matrix of layers MTL, a cloud of points MTD). The new version of the task allows you to specify a initial and final value for the characteristics of created isolines, to disable formation of thickened isolines. 5). In the full-screen mode of displaying a map there is added the new task "Interactive board" for drawing of graphic objects on a map in the process of reports and presentations. The task allows by tools of touch-panels or by using the mouse to carry out navigation across the terrain, quickly to put various graphic objects (lines, splines, ovals, polygons), to change color, thickness of lines and a transparency of a background for marking the areas on a map, to place on a map documents, insets of maps, terrain images and data from geoportals. All actions are carried out on a separate map of situation. The put graphic objects can be output on printers together with a background map and are saved for the later editing. 6). The task of Map Editor is refined. At creation of objects by means of the tool the horizontal or inclined rectangle in object a sign of the special form is stored. In the mode of editing a point of object there is added a taking into account the form of object of type a rectangle. At moving of a separate point a stretching a rectangle with maintaining perpendicularity of the sides is carried out. To do arbitrary editing a rectangle it is necessary to choose in the menu by the right click the item "Any change of rectangle". There is added a possibility of creating the title on distance from a point of a binding for the coordination with elements of vector signs. After a choice of the first point in a point of binding of a vector sign it is necessary to press CTRL+space and to specify title placing in base scale of a map concerning a vector sign. It will provide a consistent scaling of a vector sign and the title text (for example, a a road sign on callout and the auxiliary text on the background of the sign). 7). In the task "Map Computer" there are modified the modes "Statistics of selected objects", "Crossing with selected object", "Crossing by any line" and "Crossing and surrounding". The results of these modes are stored in Excel tables. The area of crossing for modes of crossing and surrounding can be written down into specified semantics of selected objects. 8). The Complex of geodesy tasks is refined. In the mode "Map (plan)" there is added a choice of structured address from a remote address database in the Internet. In the address database used for a choice of structured address of the land plot or object of real estate, there are added the location descriptions of address objects for Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. In dialogs "Technical plan" and "Map (plan)" there are made the changes into structure of the information describing the location of the object in accordance with the version of the XML schema _AddressInp_v03. In the mode of "Information from a State Real Estate Cadastre" the algorithm of processing several XML-files is changed. Changes are aimed onto support of stream loading a large number of XML-files in the automated mode with support of the spatial data in several coordinate systems. If in a file the spatial data presented in several coordinate systems are contained, the number of created maps is increased by the number of coordinate systems. Upon termination of data loading for the maps the geodetic parameters of projection on the basis of information from the XML-file of LCS parameters can be filled by the automated method. To calculate the parameters of LCS over the set of support points into "Workstation of cadastral engineer" the appropriate mode is built-in. For full automation of stream loading of cadastral data the output of duplicated diagnostic and warning messages is eliminated. If the spatial data for all loaded XML-files are represented in the same coordinate system, there is provided the ability to record the results onto the one map specified by the user. New functions allow you significantly to reduce the time for processing the initial data at preparation of the cadastral map. 9). In the menu of File\Export there is added a support of format GeoJSON for preparation of data sets for the publication in web. In dialog of data export in format GML there is added a choice of format GML or JSON. 1). Connection of external geoportals by OGC protocols is modified. The authentication of users on services and geoportals by the user name and the password is added. Dialog of selecting the list of available layers on a geoportal is added. Reliability of data acquisition from a geoportal is improved. In the new version of the client application receives the digital terrain data according to the OGC WFS Protocol even in the absence of the necessary classifier. In this case the data are created with the classifier by default 100t05g.rsc. Support of loading the xml/gml files of large size is added. Data from the geoportal are loaded by parts at the expense of several requests. 2). Possibilities for constructing 3D models of maps are expanded. Functions of creating animated three-dimensional models of objects are added. Specialists of KB "Panorama" updated the "Example of city map with library of 3D-images" which now contains animated models of vegetation and water objects. Changing the displaying parameters of a three-dimensional map includes animation and its characteristics in time. Loading the textures of png-format is one more new function. It significantly improves a view of 3D objects models at the expense of a changing transparency of imposed textures. The added optimisation of loading textures from semantics allows to save system resources. And three-dimensional models for objects of the same kind thus become more diverse. The library of three-dimensional templates of the classifier standard.p3d, included into data example, is added by many new views of three-dimensional models of buildings, coverings and other objects. The 3D-view of symbols has possibility of displaying with pseudorandom change of the sizes and positions of signs in models for linear and polygon objects. 3). The task "Summ elevation matrixes" is refined. The mode "Smoothing of elevations" is added, allowing to receive the smoothed surface of a resulting relief. 4). The task "Change of semantics of selected objects" is modified. Possibility of deleting of the semantic characteristic by the specified values is added. 5). Import of the maps list of format SXF into a multisheet map with possibility to change coordinate system (projection and spheroid) is added. Import of the maps list of format SXF into a multisheet map is performed by the menu item File\Import from...\Set of SXF Files. 6). The mode "Download of cadastral data from file XML" is modernised. Corrections are made in the module of loading the files by stream (If the file has one coordinate system the data are recorded onto the specified map. For files with several coordinate systems the maps are created by a file name with addition of a code of coordinate system referenced by spatial objects (EntitySpatial)). Corrections are made in the module of loading information about the document certificate (at tags there was a prefix and only with such prefix the data were loaded). Corrections are made to the module of loading element the "Agent of the organisation" (at tags there was a prefix and only with such prefix the data was loaded). When loading the XML-schemes "KVZU_v06" and "KPZU_v05" there is executed a processing and loading into semantics of the information about the rights of many of the holders selected into group (tag - Owners). 7). The task "Map Legend" is refined. Possibility of adjustment of a single palette for group of matrixes of qualities (MTQ) is added. 8). The composition of programmable symbols is expanded. There is added a support of the signs displaying a fragment of a given map, picture, geoportal in the specified rectangle. The reference to the data to be displayed is specified in the semantics. References to the data placed on the GIS Server are supported. By means of semantic characteristics of type the color and color weight it is possible to change the background color and degree of data transparency. The size of a sign on a map is defined by dimensions of the object metrics. The new view of conventional symbols facilitates designing of atlases and thematic maps. Examples of the use of the new symbol are shown on the map \Data\Shape\shape.sitx. Source codes of a conventional symbol are given in SDK in the project \IMLAPI\Shape. 9). The new application task is developed "Complex of tasks of support UAVs (drones)". The complex is designed for processing and analysis of photo and video materials obtained by using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs or drones). There is implemented quick uploading the photos onto the map by the coordinates of the point of photographing and by the motion vector of the UAV. Modes of complex provide reading the files containing the coordinate description of UAV movement trajectories, drawing the tracks of flight onto a map and drawing up of reports by the received data. There is provided the possibility of viewing the video file written down during flight with synchronous displaying the location of UAV on the map. The task is implemented as a panel with a set of function keys and provides the following functions: "Import of coordinates in format KML/CSV", "To locate photos of JPEG on map by GPS-coordinates", "Application of areas (zone) of interest by a photo", "Build report on interest zones" and the "Retrospective analysis of data from drones". 1). Complex of geodesy tasks is modified. The modes forming electronic documents on the establishment of borders and territorial zones, including XML-document the Map (plan) of object of land management, provide creation of XML-files and ZIP-package in accordance with the requirements of Federal registration service. Packages for borders and zones were successfully tested in AIS of the State Cadastre of Real Estate. The mode "Cutting of polygon" is updated. There is corrected the error of cutting newly created squares or rectangles by borders of internal subobjects of the source map object. Function for a call of dialog "Adjustment of geodesy tasks" is added for management of structure and codes of the objects used at automatic creation of map objects. At reading a cadastral plan of territory (CPT) by scheme KPT_v09.xsd there is provided a processing of several coordinate systems in one XML-file. If the XML-file contains the description of data in several coordinate systems, then several maps are created - each in its own coordinate system. Reading the cadastral plan of territory is carried out in the mode "Download of cadastral data from the file XML". At reading in the composition of CPT of information about objects of capital construction (OCC) there is implemented a processing of OCC in the form of polygons, contours, circles with the centre and radius, or their combination. The program analyzes the main parameter and the metrics of contours (closed or not closed) and creates on a map the polygon objects with subobjects and-or sets of the polygon, linear and point objects. In the "Geodesic binding" dialog there is implemented a possibility of manual data input into the table for solving the "Contact multiple notches ". There is expanded a list of saved parameters of the geodesy editor for creation of objects during geodetic calculations, manual editing and automatic creation of schemes. For automated creation of schemes you can use any classifier, and not just from the main map of the document. 2). At creation of topographic maps in CS-42, CS-95, GCS-2011 onto the western hemisphere there is supposed an input of central meridian in a range from 0 up to 360 degrees or from -180 up to +180 by the user's choice. For maps in the UTM system the Central Meridian is entered in the range from -180 to +180. 3). Composition of XSD-scheme saved from the Classifier Editor is expanded. There are added attributes for description in the scheme of names of semantics, objects, layers and codes of enumerated values of semantics. Example of XSD-scheme is given in the document "GML Specification for DTM v.1.4". There is prepared the list of standard generalised layers of digital topographic maps (layers.xml) for data exchange. The list of layers is specified at formation of xsd-schemes for digital topographic maps from the Classifier Editor (Scheme XSD). Standard schemes of data exchange by protocol OGC WFS are prepared - http://www.gisinfo.net/bsd/200t05g.xsd, gisinfo.net/bsd/50t05g.xsd, gisinfo.net/bsd/100t05g.xsd. 4). The topographical fonts used at designing and the print of topographic maps and plans are modified. The fonts are automatically installed into the folder \Windows\Fonts and are written into the system registry. Fonts become available for use after you restart your computer. Topographical classifiers of scales 1:50 000, 1: 100 000, 1: 200 000 are refined. In classifiers 50t05g.rsc, 100t05g.rsc, 200t05g.rsc there are connected the topographical fonts and there are specified the code names of layers and semantics, that are used at formation of XSD-schemes.1). The task of Connection of geoportals is refined. In the new version a support of the user and local coordinate systems and matrixes is added. Speed of displaying data from geoportals is increased. 2). The application task of Correction of objects metrics in the section of Check and correction of data is modified. Possibility for automatic removing of double subobjects is added. 3). In the task of "To locate photos of JPEG on map by GPS-coordinates" there is added the mode "swivel installation". The mode allows to process the materials of survey received from UAVs. The automatic binding and turn of the photo image by coordinates of the camera angle and the direction angle of the image from the appropriate EXIF tags of file JPEG is carried out. The mode is developed to provide monitoring of district and engineering constructions, reconnaissance and other tasks. 4). In the task "Classifier Editor" there is added the possibility of creating applied XSD scheme which can be used for the standardized exchange of geodata by OGC protocols and standards of ISO 19100 series. Tools for automatic creation of applied schemes for data exchange allow to automate process of standardized data exchange by OGC protocols on the basis of existing or newly created classifiers. Applied XSD schemes are used for management of data transmission by protocols OGC WFS and processing of reference queries by protocols OGC WMS\WMTS by means of GIS WebService SE. 5). Complex of geodesy tasks is modified. In dialog "Getting information from the State cadastre of real estate" there is added the possibility of obtaining in one request of information on land parcels, cadastral block, district and cadastral area. The composition of the obtained information corresponds to the composition of the attributive data on the "Public cadastral map". In the report "Land-plan" there is added the conclusion of value the "Error of determining the area" for contours of the multiplanimetric land plot with rounding to two digits after the decimal point, as required by the new version of Order ¹ 412. In dialogue "To sign area and name of object" there is added the possibility to form the title for group of selected objects including objects with different type (polygon, line and point). For the objects which do not have the areas (point, not closed line), the character "dash" is formed as the title text. 1). The task "Import of coordinates in format KML/CSV" is developed. The task is intended for mapping a route of movement of the air or land object which is carrying out a video-surveying of district. The program reads the coordinates and motion parameters (speed, course, time, etc) from the file of format ÊML or CSV. The route is saved on a map as linear object and contains in semantics the links to the files of the video data obtained during survey. Created objects allow to automate the accounting of made video shooting and viewing of the required fragments in the set points of the terrain. 2). Complex of geodesy tasks is refined. Dialog "Information from the State Real Estate Cadastre" is developed. Dialog provides obtaining by the point's coordinates of the list of cadastral numbers of real estate objects and query of data from SREC by cadastral number. Users are given information about the land plot, including cadastral number, address, plot status, a category of land, type of use, plot's area under documents and its cadastral cost. In the dialog "Download of cadastral data from the XML file" there is implemented a download of information from the state real estate cadastre, provided electronically in the form of electronic XML - document "Cadastral extract about land plot - KVZU_v06". The specified XML schema is relevant and put into effect by the Order of Rosreestr from 12/31/2014 ¹P/622. In dialog of "Certificate of inspection of the property" at formation of XML file into the section the "Data about the customer of the cadastral work" the field Snils for the individuals and the Country field for the foreign legal entities are added. The form "List of documents" is modified that are used in the preparation of the XML document - the certificate of inspection confirming the termination of existence of real estate object. 3). Into Map Editor the new mode "Concordant smoothing" is added. The mode is intended for smoothing by a spline of the chosen object (or several marked objects) with preservation of the common points with neighboring objects. At smoothing the changed contour is repeated on all neighboring objects, having with it the common contour. As a result of concordant smoothing the topological links are saved that allows to exclude the manual reconciliation of the common parts of the smoothed object with its neighbours. 4). Structure of programmed signs is expanded. There is added a support for symbols specified in the semantics of the object in the form of links to graphic files of formats BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, ICO, EXIF, WMF, EMF. For maps opened from the GIS Server,the links to graphic files hosted on the server are supported. Using semantic characteristics such as color and weight of color you can change the color's tint of the sign and the degree of its transparency. The size of a symbol on a map is defined by sizes of the object's metrics. The image file can contain the scanned documents, schemes and other information. Examples of the use of the new symbol are shown on the map \Data\Shape\shape.sitx. Source texts of a conventional symbol are given in SDK in the project \IMLAPI\Shape. The program demonstrates how to use gdiplus functions to create new types of symbols. Possibilities of a conventional symbol of type the Graphic file in the Classifier Editor are expanded. Formats of BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, ICO, EXIF, WMF, EMF are supported. The graphic files used as conventional symbols, can be placed together with the classifier on the server under control of the GIS Server of version 6.0.4 or higher. 1). The task of building matrixes of heights with taking into account the objects of hydrography is refined. For the linear rivers there are calculated the heights of initial and final points of the metrics that allows to put into a matrix the heights along the line of a watercourse presented by several objects. At processing of polygon rivers there is carried out a search of marks of shore line and horizontals for calculation of heights of a contour of the object, reflecting a lowering of relief along a flow of the polygon river. 2). The converter of aeronautical data from format ARINC 424 is modified. Data processing about obstacles and grids of magnetic declination are added. ARINC 424 is the international standard for data exchange which can be used for creation of aeronautical databases and formation of aeronautical maps. Special conventional symbols are based on the aeronautical classifier dfc.rsc. 3). Converter from format Shape (SHP) is modified. Possibility of loading the rotated titles is added by processing the specified field of the table. Processing of initial points sets as titles is possible. Tools of getting statistics in the form of a text file by the input data are added. Formation of a common list of fields of all tables and the list of unique values by the specified field of the table is carried out. 4). Tasks of "Classifier Editor" and "Navigator 3D" are modified. There is added a specialized 3D-view for display of titles with automatic turn of the title to the observer (tracking the observer), turn to the observer only on a vertical axis. Display of the title without scaling is supported. For templates of type "Symbol" there are added the modes of display with turn to the observer, a turn to the observer only on a vertical axis and without scaling. Such template is convenient for display on models of labels or the objects represented in the form of a conditional volumetric symbol. 5). There is added the new task of Search by address in the database (Address locator), which is called from the Main menu "Search - Search by address in the database". 6). In the task "Road net" there are implemented new algorithms of construction and processing of the roads graph. Creation and processing of large graphs consisting of millions of arcs and nodes are optimized. The speed of graph construction is increased more than in 100 times (several million sections of the road network are processed for tens of seconds). The task interface is improved: at route construction a possibility of a filtration by type of road is added; in the report on the constructed route the direction of turns is indicated; the rebuilding of route is possible without repeated indicating of extreme points. 7). The complex of geodesy tasks is refined. The new mode and formation tools of the "Certificate of inspection of real estate object" are developed. The mode provides preparation of the electronic document under the XML-scheme for the XML-document - the Certificate containing included into the Unified state register of objects of capital construction of information on the terminating the existence of object of registration (a building, a construction, premises, object of uncompleted construction). The form and procedure of providing information about the terminating the existence of real estate object are entered by the Order of Rosreestr ¹P/501 from 12/13/2011, as amended by the Order of Rosreestr ¹P/423 from 9/21/2012 (Annex 9 to Order P/501). There is implemented a loading the data of the state cadastre of the real estate, provided in electronic form in the form of electronic XML-document - the Cadastral plan of territory XML-scheme version 9. This version of XML-scheme is actual from 12/31/2014 and is entered by the Order of Rosreestr from 12/31/2014 ¹P/622. 8). There is added an automatic updating of the documents inserted onto a map at editing of source files (MS Word, MS Excel and others), if documents are inserted as the reference to a file (the Connection field is set in the dialog an Object insert). Document updating is carried out after the period of redrawing specified in the Options menu or by pressing of F5 key. 9). In dialog of object's viewing there is added an automatic displaying contents of graphic files, referenced in the semantics of objects. Old dialog the Select Object is enabled by the button on the main panel: Editing sematics object. 1). The task "Navigator 3D" is modified. Possibility is added to quickly change the conventional 3D-symbols of objects by a choice of new value from the list in semantics of object. For this purpose semantics should have type "Code from classifier" and its values should correspond to the models from library of three-dimensional models in P3D file. For example, in the classifier operator.rsc to the object of type "Plane" by semantics "Aviation#P3D#Military 3D.p3d" the 3D-view can be set: "Plane F-16", "Plane An-26" and other. At changing the value of semantics the plane symbol on 3D-model will automatically change. 2). In the task of Map Computer in the mode "Inquiry on object" a selection of objects is carried out by semantics code specified in the field the layer identifier in the Classifier Editor. It provides automatic selection of map objects without additional actions of the operator for choice of the identifier. This mode provides marking on a map of the terrain objects throughout their length and viewing the list of characteristics combinations and values with indicating the length\area where they are and a share in percentage. 3). The new type of semantics is added: Programmed formula. Value of the characteristic can be calculated dynamically on the basis of values of other object characteristics, its metrics, a classification code and properties of other objects. Calculation is carried out in dynamic library (DLL) with use of functions MAPAPI. The library is connected to classifier RSC like graphic libraries IML. Examples of use of semantics the Programmed formula are given in SDK in projects \IMLAPI\RscArmy and \IMLAPI\Shape. The example of object with semantics of type the formula is shown on the map \Data\Shape\shape.sitx. Additional data are given in the Programmer's Guide in section of Programming the formula for semantics. 4). Into the task of "Graph of roads" the mode "Union of graphs" is added. This mode is intended to merge graphs which were built onto adjacent areas. A necessary condition for the join of graphs is the presence of contact points. The new tool enables you to organize the production of digital navigation maps concurrently on different territories, with the further combining the created graphs without long-term rebuilding. 5). The task of Connection of geoportals is refined. In the new version the list of geoportals layers is expanded. Layers are added: Visicom with maps of Ukraine, EATLAS with maps, photos and signatures of Moscow and Moscow region. The user's interface for dialog of choosing a folder of storage of a data cache is improved. 6). There is modified the task "Coordination of adjacent sheets" that carries out check of objects coordination of map's adjacent sheets with the issuance of Protocol of errors into the LOG directory of processed area. The comprehension of messages is improved, into the report the code of object and a code of value of uncoordinated semantics is put. The modified variant of the task when viewing Protocol allows you to disable the errors repeated on adjacent sheets. Report viewing is carried out in the task "View errors" of Map Editor. To disable recurring errors you need to set the mode "Hide marked messages". 7). Modes of Geodesy Editor are improved by suggestions of users. The modes "To save the image for a graphic part of a report" and "To keep the image of the allocated fragments of a map" provide saving of the graphic files in format JPEG with optimal compression ratio. The factor is selected as a result of practical works on preparation of graphic applications to the land-plan and technical plan. The main criterion for factor selection is the balance between the file size and the image quality. There are optimised the procedures of attaching to XML files of the land-plan of the attached files with images of documents and applications, including filling the structure of documents for the adjacent land plot. In procedure "Import from files of geodesic gears" there is changed an algorithm of reading and data processing from Nikon devices in RAW format. Service functions of dialog "Import of geodetic measurements from devices" are improved, editing errors are corrected at deleting the data from cells "Input type", "Angle units" by the "Backspace" key. The mode "Edit semantics of object of cadastral works" is refined. There is provided the input of data about location of the object in the structure both KLADR, and OKTMO. Input of information on levels of address unit is supported: 1st level "Area"; 2nd level "Municipality - Urban settlement or a city"; 3rd level "Urban area" or "Rural village"; 4th level "Location"; 5th level "Street". In modes of formation of XML-file of the land-plan the changes are made that provide recording the element "Locality_Name". 1). In dialog of customizing parameters of connected geoportals there is added a choice of a folder for placing cached (saved on the computer) tiles. The method of saving data into a cache is changed. In the new version the data obtained from geoportals are stored in the form of a pyramid of tiles. It allows to organise collective work in a network with minimizing the stored data on each workplace and exceptions of repeated request from geoportals of data which were viewed already by other user in group. Search of data for cache transfer onto other computer in needing in offline work with cached data is simplified. 2). Tools of import of raster data for the formats TIFF, GeoTIFF, IMG, PNG, OZF2, OZF3 and others on the basis of using the library GDAL of version 1.11 are updated. Tools of import of raster data in formats SID, NITF, JPEG 2000 on the basis of libraries MrSID SDK of version 9 are updated. Support of files of generation MG4 is added, productivity of reading the image is improved, support of multichannel images is added. 3). There is expanded a structure of digital classifier of RSC format for storage of a tree of maps layers in addition to the list of layers of top level. The layers entering into a tree of layers, are called classes. In the task of Classifier Editor on the Layers bookmark the Classes button is added for editing a tree of layers. 4). In the task "Checking the quality of a vector map" into structural control of a map a control of a correctness of links of objects onto titles is added. This type of control checks the objects of a map onto presence at them the links to titles and a correctness of back links from titles to objects. 5). In the task of Map Sorting there is added a possibility of a choice of individual map for sorting with individual options of sorting's parameters. 6). The task of creating a rule of nomenclature sheets on a map is modified. There is added a possibility of choosing a worldwide geocentric coordinate system GSK-2011 in addition to coordinate systems CS-42/CS-95 and WGS-84/UTM. The mode of automatic constructing a map-scheme of presence of spatial data in the specified folder, including the subfolders is added. Spatial data in formats SXF, RSW, MTW, having a geospatial binding shall be subject to automatic processing. The task allows to carry out construction of general diagrams of nomenclature sheets of topographic maps of scales from 1:2 000 to 1:1 000 000. Construction is made taking into account the layout of sheets at high latitudes. The rule can be constructed onto the specified map area or the object chosen on a map, and also in accordance with the list of nomenclatures listed in a text file. There is a possibility of calculation and construction of rule of nomenclature sheets in local coordinate systems. The digital classifier (maprule.rsc) on which basis a construction of maps of a division is carried out, is developed taking into account a possibility of using the generated maps-schemes for control of carried out cartographical works. Change of semantics indicating a status of processing a map sheet, automatically leads to change of its image on a map. Realisation of the objects image on a map-scheme in the form of translucent polygons allows you to visually monitor the duplication of spatial data. 7). In the task of Map Computer the mode of viewing of the generalized information about terrain object is added. At a choice of map object its identifier (own name, a road number, etc.) is requested and generalization of the data about values of semantics (attributes) at all objects of open maps with the same identifier is carried out. All combinations of characteristics and their values are put into the list with indicating the length\area on which they are available and with specific weight in percentage. For example, for a road along the whole its length (including all component objects) the percent of a covering and the total length with asphalt or concrete etc. are shown. 8). The task "Coordination of adjacent sheets" is refined, that performs check of the coordination of objects of adjacent sheets of a vector map with issuing the report of errors into catalog LOG of processed region. Issuing into the log of the coordination's errors and editing the metrics of objects is carried out after check of all reply objects on adjacent sheet, instead of for each found reply object in the tolerance area. The modified version of the task excludes the issuance of superfluous error messages of the coordination and incorrect editing the metrics of objects of adjacent sheets. 9). The task "Quality control of a vector map" is modified: 10). The task "Navigator 3D" is refined. Synchronization of updating the image of a two-dimensional map at editing of objects on 3D-model is added. The task of "Classifier Editor" is refined. Resizing a 3D-template of object is added at resizing a window of editing a three-dimensional view of object. It adds conveniences when working with three-dimensional models. 11). There is added a support of projection Modified Azimuthal Equidistant (EPSG:9832). 12). The mode "Save map into JPEG file" is refined. A new mechanism of formation of file JPEG allowed to increase saved into JPEG area up to the sizes 37000 on 37000 pixels (points) instead of 15000 on 15000. 13). The task "Correction of objects metrics" from group of tasks "Check and correction of data" is refined. Procedure of unlocking (cut) of the closed linear objects is added. Performance of procedure before construction of the graph allows to get rid of the errors associated with processing of closed objects. 14). Into the task of creating objects by coordinates from a text file with the extension "met" the mode of constructing an arc is added. Format of a line in a text file: 15). In the complex of geodesy calculations the mode "Land-plan" is modified. 1). The task "Road net" is improved. The mode "Removing network" is added, which is intended to remove the network objects with the same value of semantics «Net number». The mode "Creation of rib" is corrected. At rib construction between networks with different values of semantics "Net number" automatically a single value of semantics is set and color of objects is changed. The mode "Control of road graph" in the task of "Road graph" is modified. Results of control are shown in the report which is formed in the form of document MS Word by the template graph.dot. The report contains the information about the map and statistics for each type of control. In the task the following types of control are carried out: check of links to arches and presence of arches on a map; check of links to nodes and presence of nodes on a map; control of common points on intersections and adjunctions of the graph arches with the tolerance of 0.001 m; control of connectivity of a network, defining a number of networks with the tolerance of 0.001 m. 2). In the menu File\Import navigation data from... and File\Export to there is added the menu item ARINC-424 files (Aeronavigation data). ARINC 424 is the international standard for the exchange of data that can be used for creation of aeronautical databases and formation of aeronautical maps. When you import data from format ARINC 424 a route chart and an area map are automatically generated. It is recommended to use the Complex of preparing the documents of aeronautical information for creation of maps of a departure, arrival, approach and other elements of aeronautical maps. Making maps is performed in accordance with the requirements of Doc 8697 ICAO ("Aeronautical Chart Manual"). Formed information and special conventional symbols are based on the aeronautical classifier dfc.rsc. 3). There is expanded a list of the commands which are executed by scripts in Lua language, for performance of functions in Lua language for objects referenced by the current object (doScriptForObjectKey). For example, for the coordination of the titles text onto which there are references in semantics of objects. 4). "Complex of geodesy calculations" is refined. Modes of automatic search of the adjacent ground areas completely located inside of created (specified, changed) the ground area are developed. Search of adjacencies, in so-called "holes", significantly reduces time for preparation of land-plan concerning large ground areas in which territory there are located the long linear objects on support (for example, power lines). The program automatically finds all plots describing supports, and forms for each adjacency the section SpecifyRelatedParcel in XML-file of the land-plan. The filter of a choice of graphic files in dialog "Print the land-plan" is changed. There are added PDF and removed EMF and BMP, led in accordance with the orders of Rosreestr. Dialogue "Land-plan" is improved. Saving into a file.mpp of the element "Conclusion of the cadastral engineer" is made. The transfering the information of the title page (plots number, address, cadastral numbers, customer of cadastral works) is implemented into dialogue "Print the land-plan". There is implemented the transfer of information of the section "Source data" (documents and points of geodetic basis) from dialogue "Land-plan" into the dialogue "Print the land-plan". The mode "Technical plan" is improved. Saving into a file.mpp of the element "Conclusion of the cadastral engineer" is made. Corrections are made in procedure of insert into the report of information about graphic files containing the floor plan. There is changed the order of editing the element "Type of settlement" if it is "Rural settlement" the value is selected from the list of semantics "LOCALITY_T2". There is implemented a saving of information about documents and points of a geodetic basis into file *.MPP, instead of a file *.SEM.TXT. It allows to use file *.MPP for duplication of repeating data in various reports. Templates of the report of the land-plan 04_Accuracy.dot and 14_ActLand.dot are improved. The classifier survey.v4.rsc is modified. Breadboards of objects creation are developed for designing the sections of a graphic part of land and technical plans. Breadboards provide the automated mapping of designing a printed sheet, in accordance with the requirements of the form of land and technical plans. The resulting image can be saved in a graphics file of format JPEG or PDF. 5). In dialog of connection to the GIS Server the bookmark of the Folder for a remote data control in user's virtual folders is added. The user can create new directories in virtual folders, copy into folders any data for the general use, delete the obsolete data. Access of users to shared folders (data location, data editing, viewing) is controlled by means of administration of the GIS Server. Provision of data at level of shared folders facilitates administration of a large data list (in the project there can be thousands of maps, ten of thousands matrixes and images). The tree of available data is automatically updated for each user without intervention of the administrator at the expense of data placed in shared folders. Folder bookmark is displayed only at those users, who has the right to control the placement of data. GIS Server of version 6.0.2 and above is necessary for a remote data control in folders. 6). There is expanded a functionality of the converter into format DXF: the option of unloading the colours in RGB for more accurate reproduction of objects color is added, there is added an unloading the objects of type "polygon-glass with a transparency value" and "a line-glass with a transparency value" by color of object (dxf the transparency does not support). Forming the name of dxf layer "Layer name and a name of map object" is corrected and possibility of forming a name of dxf layer "Layer number and a name of map object" is added. 1). The task "Map print" is refined. New sub-mode of division of a print area onto sheets are realised: to stretch onto a predetermined number of sheets horizontally, to stretch onto a predetermined number of sheets vertically. In these modes according to the chosen number of sheets and their parametres the received scale of a printed fragment of a map and total of printed pages are calculated. Support of saving fragments of a map in the form of data sets is added for the maps opened on the GIS Server and available to copying. 2). In the task of "Connection of geoportals" there is added the possibility of access to private geoportals on the basis of the identifier - api key. Key's input is possible in dialog of connecting the data from geoportals or by means of the editor in the file wmslist.xml. 3). The window interface of system is improved. Transition into full-screen mode of displaying a terrain map via the contextual menu of a map window and exit from a full-screen mode by key pressing "Esc" is added. 4). The complex of geodesy tasks is improved. Land-plan is finalized in accordance with the requirements of order of the Ministry of Economic Development ¹89 from February, 25th 2014ã. "On Amendments to the Order of Ministry of Economic Development of Russia from November 24, 2008 ¹ 412". Changes are made in the dialog elements for input parameters in accordance with the updated requirements. Filling the report by the changed templates of the land-plan is implemented. Tools of search and giving into the report of information on the ground areas, adjacent with the created ground area are developed. The technical building plan is finalized in accordance with the requirements of order of the Ministry of Economic Development ¹86 from February, 25th 2014ã. "On Amendments to the Order of Ministry of Economic Development of Russia from September, 1st, 2010 ¹ 403". Changes are made in the dialog elements for input parameters in accordance with the updated requirements. There is implemented an input of information about cadastral works with a choice of one of the options and the subsequent editing the automatically generated text. Filling the report by the changed templates of the technical building plan is realised. The technical plan of a construction is finalized in accordance with the requirements of order of the Ministry of Economic Development ¹88 from February, 25th 2014ã. "On Amendments to the Order of Ministry of Economic Development of Russia from November, 23rd, 2011 ¹ 693". Changes are made in the dialog elements for input parameters in accordance with the updated requirements. Elements for input of data on construction's parts are added. Filling the report by the changed templates of the technical plan of a construction is realised. The technical plan of object of under construction is finalized in accordance with the requirements of order of the Ministry of Economic Development ¹ 85 from February, 25th 2014ã. "On Amendments to the Order of Ministry of Economic Development of Russia from February, 10th, 2012 ¹ 52". Changes are made in the dialog elements for input parameters in accordance with the updated requirements. Filling the report by the changed templates of the technical plan of object of under construction is implemented. The technical plan of premises is finalized in accordance with the requirements of order of the Ministry of Economic Development ¹87 from February, 25th 2014ã. "On Amendments to the Order of Ministry of Economic Development of Russia from November, 29th, 2010 ¹ 583". Changes are made in the dialog elements for input parameters in accordance with the updated requirements. Filling the report by the changed templates of the technical plan of premises is realised. In accordance with the changes introduced by the orders of Russian Ministry of Economic Development, there are updated the templates of land-plan, technical plan of building, technical plan of construction, technical plan of the object under construction and technical plan of premises. 5). In the Map editor in modes of cutting out inside and outside a contour on the closed contour a saving the object-template on which the cut out is carried out is added. Saved object contains intersection points of contours of object-template with contours of the cut polygonal and linear objects. For maps with the limited accuracy (up to centimeters or millimeters) the rounding of coordinates is provided at performance of cutting-out objects in modes of the Map Editor: 1) In the Map Editor on the panel of Graphic's objects there are added the modes for change of a display order of object in a map - Show object over all, Show object under all, Reset show state (back to the default order). New modes can be applied to any objects of a map for preparation of maps for publication (for example, to hide a horizontal under a building) or for designing any thematic maps. The specified attribute is stored in formats SXF and TXF and at map sorting, until canceled in the Reset mode. The attribute can be set or canceled for a group of marked objects. Reset command returns position of objects to the previous state. At creation of object in the mode of a semi-automatic vectoring it is possible to change a trace step (interval between points) in dialog of Editor Options. 2) At display on a map's background of a rectangular grid the possibility to specify initial displacement of a grid in the coordinate system of the open document is added. It allows to combine a grid with elements of matrixes, rasters and other data. 3) Possibilities of the task "Map Passport" are expanded at work with a list of maps. At enabling option "Modify parameters of coordinate system for all maps" it is possible to set map type, projection, spheroid, vertical datum, projection constants, Datum, code EPSG, the identifier of coordinate system single for all maps from the list. 4) Installation of GIS "Panorama 11" includes the 3D-map of Noginsk area of scale 1:200 000. The new library of three-dimensional symbols is created for the standard classifier 200t05g.rsc. Three-dimensional views of objects are designed taking into account features of displaying for a small-scale map. The main feature of library 200t05g.p3d is a new possibility of constructing a template of polygonal objects by the view "Sign on the area" with sign placing "Along the longest side". The object displayed by such template "Quarters densely built-up" represents a typical view of quarter with houses which really are not mapped in view of its small scale. 5) The application "Transformation of a vector map" is improved. There is added a possibility to process maps displayed not in its own coordinate system that allows to measure points on maps with different coordinate systems in one window. For example, it is possible to open simultaneously maps in CS42, CS95, LCS together with geoportals and to execute transformation of any open vector map into coordinate system of other map or a geoportal by the same measurements. At transformation the reprojection is carried out automatically, and minor distortions are eliminated by the type of transformation chosen by the user. Calculation of the mean-square deviations (MSD) by the measured points without use of modelling is added, that allows you to assess the accuracy of a map for decision-making about necessity of transformation.There is added a mode of stream transformation of all open maps or maps from MPT project. Similarly to the task "Transformation of raster maps" an automatic loading of points in the output coordinate system from the chosen objects is implemented. 6) There is added a support of rasters (images) and matrixes in the size up to 1 Tbyte. All operations are supported: import, export, editing, compression, change of brightness, contrast, transparency, palette. 7) Support of raster type of a print on the device the Xerox WorkCentre 7220 is added. 8)The classifier frameprn.rsc is updated for the purpose of support of files of marginal representation of a drawing stamp in accordance with GOST 21.101-97. Mapping of a drawing stamp is carried out in the task of "Border making", a part of the block "Preparation to print". 9) Block "Survey" is improved. Dialog "Reading data from XML" is updated, there is added a control of sizes of values read from a file and semantic characteristics corresponding to them. Data files are brought into accord with actual XSD-schemes. Procedure "Reading data from XML" is added by functions of calculating the overall dimensions of work region. The obtained information is used for drawing of conventional (not having coordinate description) objects on a map. Previously conventional objects were placed in a point with coordinates X=0 and Y=0 that complicated the subsequent analysis of data. Now conventional objects are placed in a point of the lower left corner of the general dimensions of real cadastral objects, data about which are presented in XML file. Dialog "Editing semantics of object of cadastral works" is updated, the error of dialog positioning on monitors of different sizes is corrected. The mode "Technical plan" is improved, there is added the possibility to import the list of documents from section "Input data" into "Application" section and on the contrary. Changes are made to dialogues of filling a location (address) for modes "Land-plan" and "Technical plan" with taking into account updating of service "Address database". The module of conducting an address database is updated, procedures of import of settlements, streets and address points from KLADR are automated. The address database on KLADR from 3/17/2014 is updated. 11) In the task of loading SHP-files in the GIS "Panorama 11" there is corrected a processing the attributes of objects for which in the classifier a semantics is not set. 12) The task of "Navigator 3D" is improved. Together with detailed 3D-model of the nearest displayed terrain part now all chosen terrain part less in detail displayed. It allows to see model as a whole, better to be orientated on it and to do a quick transition into the desired point for detailed displaying of 3D-model. 1). Support of coordinate systems SCS-2011 and PZ-90.11 is added. Creation of maps in system SCS-2011, transformation of projections and coordinate systems of maps, matrixes and rasters is provided. 2). When you customize a custom panel, you can select any GIS tasks (DLL files), connected via the menu Tools\ Run applications. The same tasks can be carried out now from the custom panels started via the menu Tools\Custom Panels. 3). Map Editor is improved. There is added a possibility of a binding to a grid displayed in the menu of View\Grid view, in modes of creation of horizontal and inclined rectangles, circles of fixed and arbitrary radiuses. In modes of move and copy of objects at specifying a vector of movement a possibility to take a line outside existing points is added. 4). Task of importing the data from SHP format is improved. The algorithm of processing complex-compound polygonal objects (relation) is changed. During the course of loading a partition of relations into separate objects is made, including, having their own subobjects. Since initially the source data can contain the polygons having subobjects outside a contour of the main object, absence of such analysis led to occurrence of reentrance's errors. The new algorithm allows to process correctly objects with a multilevel nesting ("a bagel in a bagel"). 5). The task of Import of vector data from format KML (GoogleEarth) is refined. The new version of the task allows you to handle more complex in its structure kml files with multiple nesting of nodes Document. 6). In the task of "Geodesy editor" there is added a new mode "Search of address point" with using open sources of data. The mode "Load of cadastral data from file XML" is improved. Reading of multiple elements containing information on legal land owners is implemented. 7). Tasks "Classifier Editor" and "Navigator 3D" are refined. There is added a possibility of assignment for one view of two-dimensional object of several 3D-views. For this purpose there is used the special semantics - List of 3D-view which is created and edited only from dialog "Editing 3D view". If such semantics will be assigned to the object, then 3D view of object will be defined by values of the classifier of this semantics. In the absence of such semantics at object the three-dimensional view of object, specified by default, is displayed. 8). Means of geoportals connection are refined. Support of a transparency for tiles in format png with the resolution of 8,4,1 bits per pixel is added. 1). The task "Navigator 3D" is refined. Mode of synchronizing a movement of 3D-model by GPS is added. Starting the task of tracking object is performed in the menu Tools - GPS-device connect. Current position of object is displayed in the 2D-map window, and in the 3D-map window at the enabled option "Options - Synchronization with 2D-map - Moving by GPS". It provides tracking the group of mobile objects, onto which the program of GIS is installed (on a tablet or the laptop) with navigation device GLONASS/GPS. Recording a current position of object is provided by means of the task "GPS-device connect" through a remote connection to the GIS Server onto a map of monitoring the objects. Thus, all connected users of the GIS can see on a map their own position and position of other users, both on the flat image of a map, and on 3D models in the task "Navigator 3D". 2). Task of Connection of geoportals is refined. In the new version the layers list of geoportals of Ukraine is expanded. Layers are added: the Base Ukraine map of scale 1: 100 000 and ATU (administrative-territorial unit). 3). Possibilities of the task "Map Legend" are expanded at work with a group of maps. There is added the ability to enable/disable the displaying all maps in one group by a check box, which is shown in front of the group name. Ability is added to set contents of displayed objects at once for all maps with one classifier. On the legend panel the button is added "Apply for cards with the same classifier" to set displaying the objects. 4). The task "Loading of MTD-models from LAS files" is improved. Possibility is added for stream loading of laser survey's data in the form of the files list of format LAS from the chosen catalog. 5). Task "Loading of matrixes from TXT format" is improved. Possibility is added to set nonregular diapasons of a loaded matrix's palette. The nonregular palette of a matrix of qualities allows to do more flexible adjustment of displaying a matrix depending on physical sense of quality's characteristic. 6). The task "Map Editor" is refined. The mode "Editing of contours" is added. This mode allows to shift an object contour on the local parts limited by nodes. Adding and moving new nodes the object position along all its length is sequentially specified. Not to break topological links between objects, after shifting the nodes the matching of objects is carried out. Matching is carried out for the objects which are on the preset distance from a part of editing. 7). Tools of remote monitoring a state of clients connections to the GIS Server (since version 5.6) are expanded. The server administrator can provide to users the right to remote viewing the list of connected clients, durations of their work, a list of open data, information about completed operations on updating the data. Information about a state of the GIS Server are displayed in the Monitoring bookmark of dialog of connection to the GIS Server. It expands possibilities of works heads on remote control over functioning the server of spatial data. 8). The task of Creation of a standard (international) rule of topographic maps is modified. Possibility is added for drawing a rule under the list of nomenclatures or by list of nomenclatures code numbers. Possibility to select an ellipsoid for calculation of created rule is added. There is added a displaying a sample of the signature text according to the chosen options (unfull text, the code number and so on). Control of objects duplication is added (at drawing a rule there is carried out a check of presence of added previously created nomenclature sheet). The classifier maprule.rsc is improved. There are formed the series of objects for each of scales for ensuring a possibility of scheduling the cartographical works. Signatures of nomenclatures are made by stretchable fonts, which provides the scale universality of rule's map. The program is adapted for use of stretchable fonts (observance of equality of height for signatures with different length of the text). 9). Supporting a world file of binding (WORLD FILE) is improved at import of raster images to TIF format. Accounting the coefficients of turn is added. As a result of using a file of binding with defined coefficients of turn, the image of loaded raster turns onto the specified angle. The file of binding WORLD FILE contains: the sizes of pixel on axes X and Y, parameters of turn, coordinates of center of the upper left pixel in meters on the ground. The binding file usually has the same name, as the image file. The file extension can be set to: "tfw", "tifw", "wld". 10). Block "Survey" is improved. Subsystem "Address database" is implemented that provides selection of the structured address on the basis of information from database KLADR. The database is deployed on the server of KB "Panorama" in DBMS Microsoft SQL Server. Into a database there are loaded addresses on 75 % of subjects of the Russian Federation. Loading continues. For mode use, on a workplace of the user an access to the Internet is necessary. The address choice is possible from dialog "Editing of semantics of object of cadastral works", clicking on the button "Get address". But a possibility of manual input and editing of data is kept. For matching the names of subjects of the Russian Federation in two various classifiers (KLADR and V038_STD_Address.xsd of Rosreestr) there is finalized the digital map classifier survey.v4.rsc. The algorithm of filling a requisite "General data about formed ground areas" of section "Data about formed lands and their parts" is changed at forming the report "Land-plan" for the multiplanimetric ground area. For increasing a speed of data processing there are excluded a use of a clipboard and interruption of forming the report at considerable (more than 100) number of external contours of the ground area. The interface of dialog "Land-plan" is updated. Elements are added for entering details of the document on the basis of which an encumbrance arises at processing the parts of the ground area. For group "Initial data" the tools to copy information about documents from group "Appendix" are added. Also copying of documents from the list "Initial data" into group "Appendix" is supported. There is changed the algorithm of recording an information into XML-file for element Inner_CadastralNumbers on the basis of analysis of contents of a textual string of semantics. If the structure of a string corresponds to cadastral number, element CadastralNumber is formed, otherwise - element Number. Filling the section "RelatedParcels" for the element "ParcelNeihbours" provides formation of several elements "ParcelNeihbour", by the number of legal owners.02.12.13 Version 11.11.1 2). The task of Checking a quality of vector map is refined. Control of the map passport is changed. For geographic maps any projections and any systems of heights approved in the GIS "Panorama 11" are admissible. Value of vertical interval is checked only for topographic maps. 3). Into the task of "Navigator 3D" a displaying of coordinate grid is added. Grid is built in accordance with the specified origin and step. Number of a current square of the cursor position is displayed in the message line. The new kind of the volumetric cursor of a current location is created in the form of a scale of heights with a mark of the specified height. For cursor display it is necessary to choose the menu item Cursor\Scale. Cursor facilitates accurate measurement of the objects height and the creation of objects at a specified height. There is added the mode "What is it?" for calling a help of all modes of the task "Navigator-3D". Different modes of displaying of model's lighting by time are introduced: system time, local time and user time. System time - the current time on the user's computer, which is usually installed in accordance with the administrative time zone. Local time - current time for displayed area which is set according to geographical time zone. Time zone is calculated by position of a longitude of the central point of open map. Time of the user - time corresponding to arbitrary time zone, set by the user. 4). Complex of geodesy tasks is improved. Obtaining information for section "Initial data" is synchronized, including the "List of documents used in preparation of land-plan" and "Data about geodetic basis used in preparation of land-plan". According to the updated algorithm at first the data from file MPP are read, and at their absence the reference to the file of additional information "MAp name.SEM.TXT" is made. Information about the cadastral engineer: "Surname", "Name" and "Patronymic" in all dialogs are displayed and edited in separate screen windows. Initial installation of sections structure for the kind of cadastral works "correction of a cadastral error in the location of the ground area with cadastral number" and "specification of part (parts) of the ground area" is specified in accordance with the requirements of Order ¹ 412 of latest edition. At input and editing the data about the documents certifying information on a category of land and a kind of permitted use, the elements characterizing the cartographical document (product scale, creation date, date of last update) are eliminated. Thus, the updated dialog the "Land-plan" completely provides technology of input and storage of information, and also formation of the text report and the electronic XML-document of version 3 and 4. Memory allocation at addition of several customers of cadastral works is optimized. Changes are made in algorithm of recording the information into XML-file for element ChangeBorder. There is added multiple recording of elements in the presence of two and more common sections of border with one adjacent part. Changes are made to algorithm of search for the common parts of borders for the adjacent plots of land. Error-free definition of all common pieces of the metrics for maps with precision of coordinates representation "centimeters" is provided. Changes are made in algorithm for obtaining information about the type of settlement for rural settlements for the maps created by different classifiers (survey.v3 and survey.v4). At processing the program automatically defines the necessary semantics for initialization of element "settlement type". Classifier survey.v4 is updated. At mapping the data of State realty cadastre from XML-file there is implemented a mapping of conventional plots (not having coordinates) by a separate code. Thus, the plots themselves are put taking into account the common borders of works region (in the left bottom corner). 5). Into the GIS "Panorama 11" there is added an import of graphic files of formats OZF2 and OZFX3 of programs OziExplorer. Loading files .OZF2 and .OZFX3 together with a file of binding OziExplorer "MAP", it is possible to receive at once high-grade raster map RSW with a binding and the established parameters of a projection and system of coordinates. 6). To import a large number of files of matrixes of heights from format SRTM there is added a possibility of a choice of a folder with input matrixes for their stream loading. 1). Block of geodesy tasks is updated. Software improvements on wishes and comments of users are made. Changes are made to algorithm of selecting the type of the information of XML-file at performance of cadastral works in connection with formation of a part (parts) of the land. For given variant the type of information "014 - Statement on registration", is replaced onto "015 - Statement on accounting of changes". In the mode "Map (plan)" for procedure of forming the XML-file under scheme STD_ZONE a recording of spatial component (element Spatial_Element) is modified at processing of multiplanimetric objects of land management. In mode dialog "To sign area and name of object" the flag is added "Clarify the area with the geodetic parameters of map". The flag provides formation of titles with calculation of area in a map projection (without clarification) or with recalculation to the shape of the Earth (ellipsoid, axial meridian, etc.). 2). The task "Construction of flood zone at this point" of panel "Flooding" is improved in the complex of hydrological tasks. The task forms a matrix of depths for specified area. The mode "Absolute level mark" is added, allowing to set level of a water surface in the form of absolute height's value. The group "Legend of depths matrix" is added for legend customization (palette and limits of diapasons) of a resulting matrix of depths. 3). Possibility of saving a map image into file GeoPDF is added. 4). The task of building 3D-models "Navigator 3D" is improved. There is added a context menu for quick navigation along model, scaling the image and performance of editing operations. Interface of work with windows of virtual cameras is improved. Into the bottom status line there are added the buttons of activation, hiding and closing windows of cameras. To modes of "Editor of 3D-map" there is added a support of creation by sample of the three-dimensional objects, having in the metrics the relative heights of each point. Displaying the pointer of cardinal directions in the form of a compass and Sun position (light source) concerning model is entered. 5). Structure of connected geoportals is expanded. The layer of weather data from Google site is added. 6). In the task "Modify raster projection" at creation of output raster in TIFF format there is provided a recording of projection parameters and coordinate system in format WKT. 7). Algorithms of data exchange in format S57 are refined. At import of data from format S57 the characteristics which do not have values are not recorded into the object. At export into S57 at absence at object of the filled mandatory characteristics into file S57 only codes of such characteristics are written, that means "Value is not defined". 8). The task of Making rule is refined. The task allows to form schemes of works regions and maps of studying the territories under the list of nomenclatures in a text file. One file can contain nomenclatures of sheets of topographic maps of different scales from 1:25 000 to 1:1 000 000. There is a possibility of constructing an international or arbitrary rule of the specified scale (from 1:2 000 to 1:1 000 000) onto the specified territory. 9). There is expanded the list of commands which are executed by scripts in Lua language, for request of directional angles and azimuths at processing of marked objects. 1). Block of geodesy tasks is updated. Formation of XML-document "Land-plan" by the new 2). Task of Calculation of values of semantics from group of tasks the Spatially-logical relations is improved. Possibility is added to transfer semantics values from objects of the specified type, into objects-polygons on the territory of which the objects fall. For example, it is possible to transfer number of house (address) from the title or an address point into the house, the name of geographical objects into the appropriate objects and other. 3). The task of displaying 3D-models "Navigator 3D" is improved.The new mode "Measurement of length, height and distance" is added. The mode allows by means of the keyboard and "mouse" to make all spatial measurements on 3D terrain model. 4). Dialog of selecting a created object in the Map Editor is improved. In the menu by the right button it is possible to change the sizes of samples of conventional symbols of selected objects with taking into account the resolution of your monitor. The chosen size is stored in parameters of the GIS for the further use. 5). Caching of rasters and matrixes opened from the GIS Server, for acceleration of displaying the data and an ensuring of work with rasters and matrixes is improved at unstable connection with the GIS Server via the Internet. Rasters and matrixes which have been displayed at least once, will be accessible and in the absence of communication with the GIS Server. To clear a cache of data the command CTRL-F5 is applied or clearing a cache is carried out via the menu Options\Placement of data or deleting files in the folder \Temp\Panorama.Cache for the user. 6). In the Classifier Editor for semantics of object the property "not editing" is added. At use of this property the editing of specified semantics for the user will be banned. Such semantics is created and managed by applied programs at decision of various tasks and should not be changed in a random way. 7). At displaying samples of objects in a ruler of models set of the Map Editor the set of the established values of semantic characteristics is considered. It allows the operator to form a ruler of models with various values of semantics that accelerates operations of creating special maps (sea navigation, aeronavigation, operational and tactical and others). Objects of these maps have conventional symbols that depend on values of a large number of semantics, and on a ruler of models they will have at once different conventional symbols (earlier in models they were displayed by uniform base standard symbols without semantics account). 8). The complex of "Preparation to print" is updated. The task of forming the legend of matrix is developed. The task creates the map of the SIT format containing a legend of a matrix of heights (MTW) or a matrix of qualities (MTQ). The matrix legend represents the list of color diapasons of a palette with indicating of numerical limits of diapasons ranges. The legend of a matrix of qualities can contain the irregular diapasons set by the user at creation of a matrix. 9). The task "Map Legend" is improved. There is added the ability to reconfigure palette of matrix of qualities (MTQ).The palette also can be loaded from a file of previously created matrix and contain irregular diapasons. 10). Task of Navigator 3D is improved. There are added the editor of scenario of the moving objects and the editor of a three-dimensional map. Editor of scenarios allows to create scenarios of movement of a lot of three-dimensional objects with indicating a trajectory, speed and other parametres of movement. The editor of a three-dimensional map allows you to create, to delete and to move objects of a map directly in a window of three-dimensional model. 1). New types of control are implemented in the task of Checking the quality of vector maps. Control of presence of conterminous parts of contours is intended to detect the conterminous parts of linear and polygonal objects. Checking the direction of the water course objects is designed to provide the topology of the rivers. It is performed with using the values of absolute heights in the final and initial points of a contour of linear object. 2). Support for direct opening of the list of files TIF (GeoTIFF) is added, containing the compressed image on algorithm LZW. Earlier, without conversion to the format of RSW only uncompressed images could be opened. 3). The task of displaying 3D-models " Navigator 3D" is improved. In the task the new mode "Set the virtual camera" is added. The mode allows to set virtual cameras on 3D terrain models for tracking the state of model from the chosen position taking into account the moving objects. Considering position of a real light source (the Sun) for the specified time is added. The program displays current azimuthal coordinates of the Sun in real time, and also allows to calculate position of the Sun concerning the chosen point on the area by the date and time taking into account time zone. Image obtained from the camera can be recorded in a format of a video file or the raster image. A special cursor for 3D-model is implemented, which represents a scale for a visual estimation of relative heights of objects on model. 4). At import of maps from format MIF\MID the possibility is added to select a conventional symbol by name of object if it is written down in attributes (file MID). 5). The block of geodesy tasks is updated. The module of loading information under XML-schemes of Rosreestr is improved. There is implemented a number of algorithms that provide reading an information by a group of attributes. For example, information about the certificate of the document from the element "Certification_Doc" (including: Organization - Name of body of the cadastral registration, Date - Date of registering the cadastral plan of territory, Number - Number of the document, Appointment - Position of the certifying person (agent), FIO - Initials, a surname of certifying person). Thus, groups of attributes can be multiple. For example, information about documents-bases, including: Code_Document - Code of the document, Name - Name of the document, Number - Number of the document, Series - Series of the document, Date - Date of the document, IssueOrgan - "Name of the organization. Author of the document". All characteristics are written into corresponding semantics of polygonal objects: ground areas, territorial zones, borders. There is developed an algorithm of processing a great number of contours (element Spatial_Element) of one object of the cadastral registration, presented within the limits of one element Entity_Spatial. The program reads the information on all contours, automatically determines the nesting of contours and forms the correct topological model. External contours are united into a set of objects, and internal contours are used for creation of subobjects. Reading and recording onto a map of the points of municipal property is realised. For points the semantics is recorded: name, number, class of MPO. There is implemented a definition and a recording into semantics of ground area of SCP (standard square error) of determining the coordinates of characteristic points, as a size of SCP of the characteristic point having the maximum value. The list of semantic characteristics for cadastral block, territorial zones, borders of municipalities and ground area parts is expanded. Digital classifier survey.v4.rsc is updated. 1). Support of geoportals is improved. A saving and restoring the list of geoportals into a project file mpt is added. There is added a function to clear the cache of data from geoportals by pressing hot keys Ctrl+F5 (by protocols WCS, WMTS, TMS, WFS). The new geoportal of the meteodata from service YR is added, which provides data about temperature, and allows to receive a weather forecast for specified time. New dialog is added for customizing the version, date and time of data request from a geoportal. New dialog allows to view the data concerning the certain period of time, for example, the archived images from the servers of Google, Yandex or Yahoo, archived weather data from geoportal Vega, a weather forecast from geoportal YR. There are added new layers of data for a geoportal Kosmosnimki - the Oryol oblast, images of 2011 and 2008. 2). The new task is developed for import of a three-dimensional graphics from the international format Collada (dae). This format is supported by many programs, including Google ScetchUp. The primitives loaded from the format, may be used to build three-dimensional terrain models. The task is called from the Classifier Editor or from dialog of customizing a three-dimensional view of object. The example of the original 3D model is placed in the folder Data\Cadastre\Source3D. Result of import is placed on the map Data\Cadastre\88-2.map and is described in the document \Doc\Constructing 3D model. 3). The print of the rasters opened in format GeoTIFF without conversion to internal format RSW is implemented. 4). Task "Building a matrix of qualities by a vector map" is improved. There is added ability to set nonregular diapasons of a palette for the method of building a surface "Linear interpolation inside triangles". The nonregular palette of a matrix of qualities allows to perform carry out more flexible adjustment of displaying a matrix depending on physical meaning of the quality's characteristic. 5). Possibilities for setting parametres of a projection for the matrixes imported from format GRD are expanded. The feature of specifying the type of a map, projection and spheroid is added. GRD format is a standard exchange format of system PHOTOMOD of the RACURS firm, allowing to make an exchange of the matrix data between systems PHOTOMOD and Panorama 11. 6). The task "Creating polygons by homogeneous zones of matrixes", which is a part of the Complex of 3D analysis, is improved. The ability to save in a file of a source matrix of the customized palette with nonregular diapasons is added. The task of creation of polygons forms a map in the SIT format, containing the polygon objects of the specified type corresponding to zones of the matrix, which value of elements belongs to any range. 7). There is added support for keys of programs defense Guardant micro, having a size of up to 1.7 cm, and prominent from the computer (laptop) to 7 mm. Application of new keys at work in field conditions reduces risk of mechanical damage of a key. At the order of the new version of programs it is possible to specify the type of key Guardant micro without change of order price. To speed up the startup of programs with the new keys it is necessary in the file Panorama.ini in section [PROTECT] to specify a string NET=6. The file Panorama.ini is located in the folder \Application Data\Panorama\. To define file placing in the GIS it is possible through the menu Options\Placement of data. 8). Connection to the GIS Server for increase of stability of work at communication interruption is improved. Connection to the GIS Server of version 4 and above is supported. Versions 3.õ and lower are not supported. 9). The block of geodesy tasks is updated. There is implemented a reading of XML-files "Cadastral plan of territory" under XSD-scheme Region_Cadastr of 8th version. Import of the description of the ground areas and information about the coordinate description of territorial zones and borders of settlements and municipalities is carried out. There is implemented a reading of XML-files "Cadastral passport of realty object" under XSD-scheme Region_Cadastr_Vidimus_KP of 4th version. Added support for reading XML-files "Cadastral passport of realty object (an extract from the document)" by XSD-scheme Region_Cadastr_Vidimus of 5th version. There is provided an automatic detecting the version of XML-files and reading the dat a by the actual XSD-scheme and previously used XSD-scheme on one version back. The digital classifier survey.v4.rsc corresponding to actual XSD-schemes of the real estate cadastre is prepared. The digital classifier survey.v3.rsc is updated, semantics "OTHER LOCATION DESCRIPTION" (code 232, key LOCATION_OTHER) is added. It is necessary for storage of information about other description of the location of the realty object (a building or a construction). It is impossible to use the semantics POSOBJECT, it is applied in group for describing the location of parts of a building. At XML-file formation the "Technical plan of object under construction" for forming a package on amending in State Realty Cadastre there is added a recording the elements Feature_Building ("Features of a building") and Feature_Construction ("Features of a construction"). Data about location of the plot is stored in the semantics "OTHER LOCATION DESCRIPTION". 1). In dialog of viewing and editing the metrics of objects there is added ability of saving the list of coordinates into text files of formats MET and XYH. 2). Dialogs of importing SXF, TXF, DIR adds the ability to create maps of format SITX (all data in one file) with support for encryption of stored data. In the task of Map Sorting there is added the ability of changing a map format (from SIT to SITX and back) and change of the password for maps of SITX format. 3). In the complex of geodesy tasks the mode "Technical plan" for a building, construction, object of under construction and a premises is improved. The possibility is implemented for rapid editing a great number of lines at the description of information in sections the "Object characteristics" and "Object parts". Issue of information about the land plots which have a multiplanimetric building or a construction is automated. The program carries out search of contours of a multiplanimetric building (construction), finds a contour of the ground areas and forms the list of the land with the analysis of uniqueness of cadastral number. Possible duplication of the information is eliminated at placing the multiplanimetric object of capital construction (OCC) on several multiplanimetric sites. Corrections into procedure of forming the XML-file of the technical plan are made. A recording the data about value of the area of OCC with a rounding to one digit after a decimal point is implemented for all possible combinations of the initial information. Recording the element "Plans" is excluded for the case if graphic files of the floor's plan have not been specified. When reading the XML-file "Cadastral plan of territory", for a single land use (EZP), there is implemented a recording the cadastral number of EZP and information about the rights holders into all external contours - parts of EZP. 4). In the task "Import of GPS-coordinates in format NMEA0183" there is added a processing the messages generated at processing of signals from GLONASS satellites or at integrated processing of satellites GPS and GLONASS. The received coordinates automatically are transformed to the coordinate system of a map. 1). Into the contextual menu of the bookmark "Rasters" of dialog "Data list of map" the mode "Extract a raster border by image sizes" is added. This mode allows to process both one raster, and group of rasters. 2). In the task "To locate of photos of JPEG on map by GPS-coordinates" the processing the maps opened on the GIS Server is added. Now objects of type "Location of photo" are created on the maps opened on the GIS Server, and photos are copied to the GIS Server into storehouse of documents. It allows to add and to view photos in the multiuser access, to automate the backup of photos and to provide access control. 3). In dialog "Load raster map" the possibility is added of stream loading of TIFF files without transformation to RSW. Now the control element "Don't copy the source image to the RSW-file" is enabled at stream loading of uncompressed TIFF files. At a choice of this option on a disk the RSW file is created, which contains the reference to opened file Tiff (GeoTiff) and the formed survey image. Copying of the main image of file Tiff (GeoTiff) into RSW file is not carried out. It simplifies using the files of format TIFF (GeoTiff), containing uncompressed image, as an internal format of rasters in the GIS along with RSW. 4). The task "Building a matrix of heights by a vector map" is improved. The mode of co-processing the objects with semantics "absolute height" and objects with semantics "depth" is added. The new mode allows to create matrixes of areas of a coastal zone of pool (the sea, lake), including a relief of a land and a bottom relief. 5). There are expanded means of connecting the geoportals for displaying more than 20 layers of actual weather data and other information on the specified territory. 1). Means of connecting the geoportals are expanded. Functions of WCS client are built-in into the GIS structure. Connection to WÑS-service is carried out on the basis of standards OGC 09-110r4 Web Coverage Service. Simultaneously data can be opened from any number of WCS services together with data from geoportals, data from GIS Servers, locally open data. For increasing the speed of work with WÑS-service the caching of data on the client is supported. The information obtained from the service, allows to form 3D terrain models onto territory of any size up to a surface of all Globe. 2). The mode "Technical plan of building" is improved: - ability of deleting the rows in tables "Parts of objects" and "Levels list" is implemented; - saving the information about separate parts of object from the table "Part of objects" into semantics of object is performed; - there is changed algorithm of initialization by data of a file of the information about object parts, in case of absence of the parts chosen from semantics of object of real estate. At filling the XML-document of the technical plan: - saving of the shortened name of the graphics file containing the image of the floor's plan is implemented; - there is made a choice of data about separate parts of object from corresponding elements of dialog "Technical plan", instead of semantics of object. - rounding the area of an object's part to 0.1 meter according to the XSD-scheme is executed; - rounding by the "Gauss" of coordinates of the control points up to 2 decimal places, according to the XSD-scheme is performed. When you save the data of the land-plan into XML-document there is implemented a rounding SCP of a characteristic point of borders up to 2 digits after the decimal point. At reading the XML-document of the cadastral plan of territory a processing of an element containing the description of "Plots-descendants" is added and their drawing onto a map is implemented. The mode "Map (plan) of object of land management" is improved: - in mode dialogue the elements are added, allowing to form a XML-file to make changes about a parcel or object of realty into the state cadastre of real estate; - there is implemented a formation of XML-file by scheme V02_KAISToGKN, used to form the XML-documents at implementation of information interaction at conducting the state real estate cadastre with bodies of state power of subjects of the Russian Federation and local self-government regarding data on changes of characteristics of the land parcels, considered in the state cadastre of real estate. 3). The task "Correction of objects metrics" from group of tasks "Check and correction of data" is improved. Procedures of recalculation of semantics values "Absolute height" for marked objects from feet to meters and from meters to feet are added. 4). Support of a new format of vector maps SITX, containing all data in one storehouse, is added. It simplifies data exchange, accounting and reserve copying. Format SITX does not support simultaneous editing a map in a local network from several computers. At re-opening a map an access only for viewing the data is provided. For parallel data editing by several users it is recommended to use GIS Server. The volume of a vector map in storehouse of SITX forma t is not limited. For protection of data there is supported an encryption by 256-bit key formed on the basis of password installed by the user. If you lose the password, the data can not be restored. At simultaneous opening in one document a set of encrypted maps it is enough to enter the password only at opening the first map. If opened maps have different passwords then a reenter of password will be automatically requested. 5). Into the task "Transformation of raster on a framework of nomenclature sheet of a map" there are added the controls to perform the following actions: - "Creation of the reduced copy of a target raster", - "Choice of a way of specifying borders of a target raster", - "Cut the image on a raster border". It is possible to set a border of a target raster by one of next ways: - by object "Border of nomenclature sheet of a map", - by a framework of initial raster, - by sizes of initial raster. 6). The task "Check of vector maps" is improved. The new type of control is added: "Water course direction check". The direction of watercourse objects is considered correct if according to a vector map the value of absolute height in a final point of linear object is less than value of absolute height in the starting point. The processing mode is possible in which watercourse direction is considered correct at equality of values of absolute height in the final and starting points of linear object. 1). Means of connecting the geoportals are expanded. In the list of geoportals there is added geoportal Cadastral map of Ukraine. As a part of a geoportal there are available layers with maps Cadastral division, the Soil map and Orthophotomaps. For the purpose of geoportal connection the support of TMS standard for the coordinate system with the code 900913 is refined. The new algorithm of data search for a layer of orthophotomaps of Ukraine is added. 2). Into the File menu there is added the item "Update by list" to select the list of files SXF or TXF which will be added to a current map, will be collected into a single map or will update open sheets of maps. 3). Into the application task the "Data processing under scenario in language Lua" there is added possibility to open any number of bookmarks with scripts. It provides convenience of work with a large number of scripts, quick selection, the editing and executing the scenario. 4). The new version of the task the Database provides a simple and convenient interface for search of information in databases at the expense of using special visual elements for input of parameters of a filtration and sorting. The Database task is intended for work with the data stored in tables of external databases on the local computer or the data server. External database can contain the attributive information about map objects in addition to its semantic characteristics. Information from an external database is displayed in customizable forms of the user. For search for information on the form of the user now there is no necessity to call special dialog for forming the parameters of data filtration. All parameters can be entered directly into the Grid element that displays data. There is added possibility of sorting the data without use of pre-created indexes (it is enough simple to click on the column header). New version provides the link of the user's forms with maps which are created by different classifiers and open simultaneously in one project with different tables from a database. For access components to the data by ADO technology there is added ability to set the link type master-subordinated between two tables (presence of indexes thus is not required). 5). In the complex of geodesy tasks the task "Technical plan of building" is improved. In the dialog task there is implemented the displaying and editing data about different parts of the building presented by the various initial information: - separate part (represented by a separate object on the map - the building's drawing); - a part, located at one level of the building (it is not present on a map); - a part, located at several levels of a building (it is not present on a map). For the parts of the building which have been not displayed on the drawing, there is provided storage of data in group of repeating semantics of map object - buildings, including: - DEFINITION OF OBJECT'S PART WITH RIGHTS RESTRICTIONS (code 261, key PART_MARK); - DESCRIPTION of RIGHTS RESTRICTION (ENCUMBRANCE) OF OBJECT'S PART (code 262, key PART_LIMIT); - AREA OF OBJECT'S PART (code 263, key PART_AREA); - OBJECT LOCATION (code 1071, key POSOBJECT). There is provided input of the identification information that is stored in semantics and links to the graphic files representing images of floor plans. To issue graphic information about the parts of the building into the report the dialog is added by the element of "Floor Plan" on page "The graphical part" and new templates are developed: - 12_TechPlan.dot and 12_TechPlan_0.dot - Plan of a floor for the technical plan of building; - 12_TPU.dot and 12_TPU_0.dot - Plan of a floor for the technical plan of object under construction which is a building. For record of data on building parts in a XML-file processing of data on various types of parts of a building and record of data on corresponding elements of the XSD-scheme is realised: - for the separate part - the element Spatial_Element is written as a part of element Entity_Spatial; - for a part located on one level - the element Position is written as a part of element Position_In_Building; - for a part located on several levels - the element Levels is written as a part of element Position_In_Building. At forming the report of the technical plan there is added an insert of the value "type of item geodetic network" into the column "Name of point and type of a sign of geodetic network" of requisite "2.Information about the geodesic basis used in the preparation of the technical plan" of the section "Input". At XML-document formation by XML-schemas for the borders and territorial zones a recording the attribute "Geopoint_Opred" is corrected. An empty line was written if for object of land management the point objects - characteristic points of borders were not found. Changes are made to the mechanism of pressing the buttons of additional panels. There is added forced pressing the button of the panel, in the absence of its visualisation, but the active handler of one of panel buttons. 1). The geodetic task "Datum calculation" is improved. The task is intended for Datum calculation - parameters of orientation of the specified spheroid concerning spheroid WGS84. Calculated datum can be used and in GIS Panorama 11, and third-party GIS that supports input of Helmert transformation coefficients into the description of the used coordinate system. Now for calculation of Datum there can be used the different-weight measurements in the plan and on height, including, high-rise points with absent planned coordinates. For increase in accuracy of Datum calculation on height there is added the use of geoid model EGM2008. At calculation the extended report is created, in which to hold intermediate results for the analysis of the calculations results. 2). Application "Data processing on the script language Lua" is designed. The task carries out scripts in language Lua for editing object semantics and collecting various statistics about objects. To edit semantics you can use the built-in functions which can create, delete and update semantic characteristics on the basis of values of other characteristics, the areas and lengths of object. As a part of scripts mathematical functions, logic operations and operations over lines can be performed, the data in files may be read and updated. It allows to carry out statistical calculations by attributes of objects, area and length. 3). Functions of client of WFS-service for remote connectivity, display and editing the vector data are built-in. Spatial data is transmitted in GML format, according to the selected application scheme. For data exchange of digital topographic maps there can be used an application scheme described in the document "Specification of data for exchange of digital topographic maps in GML format". Operations of creation, deleting or change of objects are carried out in the mode of transactions. It increases the reliability of the program's work, provides cancellation of any changes and correct editing of the data at simultaneous access of several clients to WFS-service. Functions of the client of WFS-service can be used for collaborative work of the GIS of various manufacturers on any platforms. Connection to WFS-service is carried out on the basis of standards OGC 09-025r1 Web Feature Service and ISO/DIS 19142 for language GML. At the same time the data can be opened from any number of WFS-services together with data from geoportals, data from GIS servers, local open data. For increasing a speed of work with WFS-service a data caching on the client is supported. 4). The task "Check of vector maps" is improved. There is implemented a choice of objects types (filter) to perform control "Water levels and hydrography objects coordination checking". There is provided a performing the additional types of control from the "Additional" bookmark: "H-coordinate presence check" and "Checking absence of gaps in the end of the title". In control of a map's scale the upper limit of admissible value of map's scale is changed from 1: 8 000 000 onto 1:100 000 000. 5). Means of connecting the geoportals are extended. In the list of geoportals the geoportal with scanned Russia maps of various scales is added. For connection with geoportals 4 standards of access to the information are supported: OGC WFS, OGC WMS, OGC WMTS, TMS; 21 format of data requests on geoportals is implemented, there are supported 5 standard international matrixes, more than 5 000 projections and the matrixes defined by code EPSG; 22 various geoportals and 103 layers of data are connected. 1). The complex of geodesy tasks is improved. In the task of "Alignment of the centers selected polygons" there is implemented mechanism for calculating the centroid of polygons by an algorithm with using weights on the basis of the center of skeleton mass, when the mass of the polygon is centered on its perimeter. For the mode "To cut the new areas" creation of the new areas for maps with any accuracy of coordinates is provided. Cutting the new areas is provided at the connected external geoportals. New mode is developed "Formation of XML - document of request (application)", providing preparation of the electronic document for request in Rosreestr. The classifier survey.V3.rsc is updated. In the mode "Land-plan" at formation of the report of creating the plots as a result of section the possibility to get information about the area of a plot from semantics "AREA BY DOCUMENT" (AREADOC) is added. This function provides obtaining the total area of the formed ground areas that is equal to the area of an initial plot. At formation of a XML-file of the surveying plan there is added the saving of data about borders of the adjacent specified sites of formed multiplanimetric plot. The order of recording of deleted points for an adjacent specified plot is changed, there is added possibility to save information about a root-mean-square error of a characteristic point of borders with a rounding to two or one sign after a decimal point. At formation of XML-files of borders and territorial zones the possibility to save information about the coordinates with a choice of coordinate axes (geodetic or mathematical) is added. At forming the XML-file of the technical plan the ability is added to save information about the coordinates of the objects with a choice of coordinate axes (geodetic or mathematical). 2). The task "Import of data from format GML (XML)" is improved. The new version of the converter processes any arbitrary structures of input files in xml format. Following types of primitives are processed: gml:Polygon, gml:LineString, gml:Point, gml:Curve, gml:LineStringSegment, gml:Segments on the basis of standard OpenGIS® Geography Markup Language (GML) Encoding Standard version 3.2.1 OGC 07-036. For data exchange of digital topographic maps it is recommended to use the scheme http://www.gisinfo.net/bsd/topomap.xsd. 3). There is developed new version of the task of control and correction of the errors, that is compatible with the Program of checking the quality of digital topographic maps and digital towns plans in format SXF. In the task of control the same schemes of control and templates of reports are used. Together with the task there are delivered schemes of control and reports for processing the maps of scales 1:25 000 - 1:1 000 000 and maps of scale 1:10 000. Messages in checking the reentrant objects are specified. At detection of the object which goes beyond the limits of control objects (areas of bogs goes out of bogs), the error of ENTERING into object will be given with indicating the piece (area of bogs), located out of a contour (bogs). At detection of object entirely located outside the contours of control's objects the error of LOCATION will be given. 4). In the task Modify matrix projection there is added a processing matrixes of qualities (MTQ). 5). Possibilities of search and mark of objects in the menu Search\Mark by frame are enhanced. In the pop-up menu on the right button two modes are added: mark by arbitrary area and mark by object. These modes allow to mark objects by the specified area without call of the dialog "Search by area" and customizing the conditions of marking. Parameters of marking the objects of a map for these modes are set via items of the pop-up menu: "Mark parameters" and "Marking whole interior objects". 6). In the task "Net creation" there are added tools of visual control of constructed graphs of a network. Each graph which has different value of semantics "Net number" is displayed by its own color. It simplifies search of mismatch places of the net's nodes, leading to creation of several separate graphs instead of one general graph. 7). New task "Copying documents on the GIS Server and back" is developed for saving and reading the lists of documents on the server. The task is intended for the organizing the storage of documents on the server when there are local archives of documents, links onto which are stored in semantics of objects. The task supports two modes of operation: automatic transfer of documents onto the server from local storehouses and transfer of documents to local storehouse (specified folder) from the server or several storehouses. The second mode allows to automate the restructuring the storehouses of documents: to move to the new server or to group documents in new folders. For placing the documents on the server the processed map should be available for editing and have storehouse of documents on the GIS Server. For copying of documents from the server it is necessary to have access for copying the data from the server. The task processes only those documents onto which there are links in chosen semantics in marked objects. That allows to operate a choice of documents. 1). Possibility is added at semantics editing to store on the server various documents (texts, tables, photos). It allows users from other workplaces to have access to these documents for viewing or editing. Documents can be saved onto the server when into the semantics of objects the links onto the appropriate files are added. For this purpose in dialog of Editing semantics should be chosen property to Save documents onto server. And on the GIS Server it is necessary to open storehouse of documents. For document replacement it is necessary to delete semantics and to add a new value. At deleting semantics it is offered to delete and the document on the server. At sending documents onto the server and back, the encrypting a stream of transmission is carried out, as well as at transfer of maps. The reference to the document that is stored on the server, begins from the line "HOST#". 2). Complex of geodesy tasks is improved. In dialog "Technical plan" (buildings, constructions, the object under construction and rooms) there is added possibility of entering information about the documents representing cartographical product. Possibility to output these data into XML-file is added. In the dialog "Land-plan" at filling the report there is made a formation of the list of the ground areas by means of which there is provided access to the lands of public use, including access to the separate contours of the multiplanimetric ground area. At saving the XML-files "Land-plan" and "Technical plan" there is added a rounding on Gaussian coordinates, the areas and measures of lines. Formation of XML-file "Land-plan" is implemented, under the updated XSD-scheme approved by the Order of Rosreestr ¹ P/580 of December, 17th 2012. 3). Map Editor task is improved. At creation of point objects with the three-dimensional metrics the dialog for input of value of height (depth) is automatically called. It facilitates input of marks of heights and depths. 4). Support of geoportals is improved. In a file of parameters of connecting the geoportals wmslist.xml there are updated versions of images for connecting Google, Yandex, VirtualEarth, Nokia. 1). Complex of geodesy tasks is modified. Procedure «Loading data from a real estate cadastre» provides stream processing of cadastral information. Simultaneously several XML-files created under different XSD-schemes can be processed: - Region_Cadastr - cadastral plan of the territory; - Region_Cadastr_Vidimus_KV - cadastral extract (vidimus) about object of real estate; - Region_Cadastr_Vidimus_KP - cadastral passport of object of real estate. Result of processing is the map with the cadastral objects that are put onto it (cadastral quarters, land plots, parts of land plots, characteristic points of borders) and the filled cadastral attributes. Receiving cadastral data is carried out at the request on the portal of the state services of Rosreestr or in territorial subdivisions of Rosreestr. Result of request is the XML-document. In dialog "The decision of direct geodetic tasks" there is optimized the function "calculation" for a column of exceeding. In procedure "Map-plan" there are optimised functions of reading from XML of territoria l zones of the information about "Documents-bases" in the presence of several graphic files of images of the document. In the procedure "Technical plan" there is added possibility of management by writing down a closing point for polygonal and closed linear objects at XML-file formation. The algorithm of allocating memory is changed at work with documents and applications including several graphic files. For buildings, constructions, objects under construction there is added function of search of plots within the boundaries of which the property is located. The procedure automatically finds all areas for all types of real estate objects, including extended linear constructions and multiplanimetric objects. Cadastral numbers of the found plots are shown in the dialog, are inserted into the report and into XML-file (element Parent_CadastralNumbers). In procedure "Land-plan" an order of formation of the information on adjacent plots (element SpecifyRelatedParcel) is specified for cases when the first or last point of the adjacent section of border is a formed (new) point. 2). Ability of displaying the data from geoportals with account of data transparency established on a geoportal is added. It allows without additional settings to view at once several layers from geoportals. For additional management by parametres of geoportals visualization it is possible to use brightness, contrast and a transparency. 3). In dialog of Editing the semantics of object the possibility to change of a conventional symbol is added. When you click in the row with the object name, the dialog of a choice of a symbol view from the classifier is called. For graphic objects you can change the parameters of the symbol when you click in the window with the object image. 4). Reworked the task of Calculating the values of semantics for the entering objects. At calculation of the generalized values of semantics of objects included into polygons the percent of the area of entering objects for elimination of boundary objects is taken into account. 5). Into the list of projections of the geographic map gnomonic projection with arbitrary location of the poles is added. 6). Ability of editing the classifier on the GIS Server is added, if the user is allowed this operation. It is supported by GIS Server version 4.3 and above. 7). There is refined the task of Drawing a vector map on a raster from group of tasks the Thematic maps and diagrams. The task carries out updating the image of a black-and-white raster (tablet) by data from a vector map. The task is updating the image in black and white raster (tablet) with the vector map data. As a result of mode performance there is created a new file with the updated image of the raster map, which characteristic (geospatial binding of the image, size of an element in meters on the ground) completely correspond to parameters of an initial raster. The new version let you not view superfluous rasters for simplification of processing a large number of tablets. 1). In the task of View Passport there are added fields for input of code EPSG and the identifier of coordinate system (CRS). At creation of maps in CS-42 and CS-95 the code EPSG is set automatically by zone number. At the automated filling the parameters of coordinate system by code EPSG or from files XML the code will be filled automatically (if it is in XML with the description of coordinate systems). The identifier of system of coordinates is the line of symbols used for filling the reports at electronic document management (land-plan and technical plan in XML format). New properties are saved in SXF and TXF formats. 2). Complex of geodesy tasks is improved. There is corrected formation of report "Land-plan" for a multiplanimetric plot by means OpenOffice at describing the error of description of the contours area. Forced updating the GUID field is added in dialogs "Land-plan", "Technical plan" and "Map-plan". Dialog "Save marked fragments of a map in EMF" is improved. The ability to save into other graphic formats is added: BMP, TIFF, JPEG. At saving XML-file of the land-plan, there is added possibility of initialization of information about an error of determining the coordinates of a characteristic point, in the absence of corresponding semantics at dot object. In this case, the program requests data from the settings of the "Geodesy editor". Dialog "Loading of cadastral data from file XML" for a case of negative coordinates is improved. Dialog "Editing semantics of object of cadastral works" is modified. Functions of complex editing of the data on object of cadastral works are updated, including: general information about object of cadastral works, information about location (address), about documents-bases, about geodetic basis, about external contours and internal parts of the ground area. Corrective amendments to the release of information about the areas of large plots of land are introduced. Mechanism of rounding the area of a plot to the whole metres is specified at showing on the screen. Algorithm of conducting the array of information about initial documents and documents-bases is updated. Possibility of simultaneous editing the information about external contours allows users to make operatively changes for the multiplanimetric ground areas and a single land use. The mode "Map (plan) of object of land management" for multiplanimetric object of land management is improved. There is provided a correct processing a structure of a set of objects including not only the polygon and linear objects, but also dot, and vector, and even titles. The mode "Technical plan" (constructions and object under construction) is improved. There is specified order of filling the requisite "Information about the performed measurements and calculations" for the case of multiplanimetric object of real estate including not only polygonal and linear contour, but a point contour. The order of saving the information of the points list of a geodetic basis and the list of documents, for a case of absence of the entered data is changed. At saving XML-file of object under construction, if such object is a construction, there is removed a recording of data on earlier assigned cadastral and other numbers. In the scheme they are not provided. The mode "Land-plan" is improved. There is refined the algorithm of processing information about neighbours, for a case when the dot object (a characteristic point) is not found in a corresponding point of the metrics of a specified or initial land plot. Changes are made to templates of reports for the mode "Map (plan)". The insert of empty page on the title page is eliminated and alignment of tables frames with a frame of number of page (from a header) is executed. 3). There are improved the modes of Map Editor task's that are included into the group "Delete" - "Cut out a piece of map inside and outside of contour": the ability to select objects on maps is added. If there is no selected object of a map, then all objects of a map are selected. 4). The task for export of matrixes of heights into file GeoTIFF is developed. The task creates 5). The maximum size of record of object's semantics (attributes) on a digital map is increased. The maximum size of record is 4 gigabytes instead of 64 Kb. Record with a length greater than 64 Kbytes, will not be supported in earlier versions of GIS. The maximum size of a line in a separate field of semantics (attribute) is increased.
Record's structure allows to store up to 4 Gbytes in one field. Lines, with a length greater than 254 characters are automatically saved in the new format in the UTF-16 coding. Fields of a new format will not be supported in the previous versions of the GIS. Converters of formats SXF and TXF are improved for support of long fields of attributes.
At converting in SHP\DBF and DXF\DBF the size of a field can not be more than 254 byte, and the size of one record more than 64 KB (restriction of DBF). At converting in MIF\MID the size of attributes in one record cannot be more than 4 kilobytes (in the description of fields in file MIF - Columns). At converting in GML the sizes of fields
are not limited. 6). The list of transaction's kinds in the Map Editor is expanded to facilitate the analysis of the protocol of users operations (its own name in the protocol instead of the generalized names corresponds to each operation). Viewing the operations is performed by the task Run Application\Check and correction of data\Viewing transactions log. 7). There is increased volume of imported and transformed rasters in the compressed kind - up to several tens of gigabytes compressed by algorithm JPEG. In the compressed kind the raster can be no more than 8 Gbytes. 8). Program XMLCheck.exe is improved, which is carrying out control of correctness 9). The task of automatic creation of titles by semantics of objects is improved. Possibility is added for creating point and vector objects for displaying a set of characteristics of objects and conventional symbols (analogue of characteristics template). 10). Support of geoportals is improved. Improved support for geo-portals. In the new version 11). The task of checking a vector map is improved. At performing a control of self-crossings there is reduced the excess number of the messages associated with detection of coincident and adjoining subobjects. New diagnostic messages about error of belonging the subobjects of polygonal objects are added. The formulation of some error messages is specified. 1). Protection of data opened from the GIS Server is improved. All data that are stored on the client computer in a cache for work acceleration always are encrypted by 256-bit key formed from the server key and the client's key. The new algorithm of digest-authorisation of the data is applied to prevent interception of the user's password at connection to the GIS Server. 2). There is added option to hide parameters of coordinate system of the map opened on the GIS Server. This allows to work remotely with the maps in the local coordinate systems, parameters of which are closed. In all dialogs and tasks the parameters of local coordinate systems will be displayed as parameters of system EPSG:3857 (Mercator on a sphere, adopted in Google). For this purpose the Administrator of GIS Server should set for a map the property: Hide parameters of coordinate system. 3). The mode of the map editor "Join objects", belonging to group of modes "Topology", is improved. Metrics of the second selected object changes by points of the first one (standard) at joining of objects. The metrics of standard object is edited only in the absence of a reply vertex of standard object for a vertex of the second object. The given mode allows to correct contours of mismatched objects by a simple choice of standard and edited object. At joining of contours vertexes the Join tolerance is used, which customization is carried out in dialog "Map Editor Options". Detection of mismatched objects is carried out at processing of maps in programs "Quality control of digital topographic maps" and "Recoding and quality control of digital topographic maps with editing". Results of control and editing the digital topographic maps are logged. 4). The task of saving a map into a raster (bmp, tif, jpg), called through the main menu "Edit - Copy to" is improved: the error of displaying raster signs is corrected (at the disabled option "Output of map in printer view" a scaling of signs was not carried out). 5). The task "Creation of zones of correspondence by calculations", that performs arithmetic and logic operations with the matrix data of various types (a matrix of heights, a matrix of geological layers, a matrix of qualities) is improved. 6). In the task the the View Passport there are added means of entering metadata under standards of ISO 19115:2003, Geographic information - Metadata and ISO/TS 19139, Geographic information - Metadata - XML schema implementation. Metadata are stored in format XML in the form of a separate file for each sheet of a map. Metadata allows you to enter the additional information about a map (data about the manufacturer, the data about technology of creation) and to use it at conducting the automated banks of the spatial data. 7). Automatic check of time of updating rasters and matrixes opened on the GIS Server, and their synchronous updating on the client are added.This function is supported by the GIS Server, since version 4.2.1). Means of geoportals connecting are expanded. The list of geoportals is organized in the form of a tree in XML format. In parameters of connecting the geoportals there are added the restriction of displaying the geoportals by levels, waiting time of the server answer, waiting time of getting a tile, adjustment of a view of geoportal icon in the menu (icons are stored in Wmslist folder in BMP format). 2). Editing of maps on the GIS Server with automatic updating the data at the clients connected to the same map is improved. 3). Classifier Editor task is improved. There is developed new dialog for addition of semantics of object and semantics of a layer with functions of search by name, code and key, and multiple selection of added semantics. 4). Data list the task is improved. In the Map bookmark in the pop-up menu there is added item for performance of placing a map by two points to other data. 5). In the View Passport task there is expanded the list of systems of heights for creation of maps onto foreign territories. 6). The complex of surveying tasks is improved. The mode the MAP-PLAN is refined. 1). Into the task of Import of matrixes of heights (menu File\Import of rasters and matrixes) support of format IMG is added. 2). For the main panel and the Database panel a set of big buttons, applicable on the big screens with the high resolution is added. Switching the size of buttons can be done via the menu on the right mouse button over the panel, as well as in other tasks (Map Editor, Map Computer...). 3). In the task View passport on the bookmark "Metadata" there are added fields for choosing type of a source of information and type of source material, used for creating a digital map. 4). Complex of geodesy tasks is improved. The interface of dialog "Editing semantics of object of cadastral works" is changed. The new interface provides viewing and editing data in a complex on the entire object of cadastral works, including: the general information about object of cadastral works, information about the location (address), about documents-bases, about geodetic basis, about external contours and internal parts of the ground area. Possibility of simultaneous editing of data on external contours allows users to make operatively changes for the multiplanimetric ground areas and for a single land use. The program automatically defines quantity and structure of parts of the ground area on all contours and gives to user the possibility to make necessary changes for each part of the ground area in one dialog. Improved dialog "Editing semantics of object of cadastral works" significantly reduces the time on preparing the initial data for formation of surveying plans, as in the form of the report, and in the form of XML-file. 1). Complex of geodesy tasks is improved. 2). The program XmlCheck.exe, carrying out check of reports in format XML is improved. Ability of checking the actuality of XSD schemes is added. The program checks versions of schemes from of Rosreestr site and the schemes included into installation of the GIS in the folder \Geodesy.XSD. In case of mismatch of versions of schemes XSD the program copies the archives with schemes from Rosreestr site, unpacks and updates schemes in installation of the GIS for use at check of XML files. This allows you to create and verify XML reports and in the absence of an Internet connection. 3). The new task "Creating the electronic digital signature" is developed for providing the legal significance of electronic document management. The task allows to sign any type of file, including the surveying documents formed by the program "Workstation of Cadastral engineer" for submission to the authorities of the Russian Rosreestr. To create a digital signature it is required only crypto-provider CryptoPro providing hashing data in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 34.11 94. 4). The list of geoportals in the main menu is expanded. In the geoportal NASA there is added updated database of remote monitoring the fire around the world. Maps from a geoportal www.gisserver.ru are added: World map, Russia, Moscow Region, Moscow, Voronezh region - a natural landscape, Voronezh region - cities and the road network, Voronezh region - administrative division, Tver region, Novosibirsk. For access to geoportals 3 standards of access to the information are supported: OGC WMS, OGC WMTS, TMS; there are realized 18 formats of requests of the data on geoportals, 5 standard international matrixes, more than 5 000 projections and matrixes defined by code EPSG; ; there are connected 17 various geoportals, 54 layers of the data. Access to some geoportals can be carried out on the basis of the unique key which has been given to the concrete user for viewing and loading the certain information. Addition of new geoportals and layers is possible. For each layer you can install the color palette, transparency, contrast, brightness. 5). In the task "GPS\GLONASS Monitor" the possibility of connecting the geoid model is added, allowing to correct height at recalculation of coordinates of the point coming from GPS\GLONASS device, to the map coordinate system. There are available for download the geoid models EGM2008 in MTW format with different cells sizes: with increment 1 minute (http://gistoolkit.ru/download/geoid/egm8_1.zip) and with increment 2.5 minutes (http://gistoolkit.ru/download/geoid/egm8_25.zip). 6). In dialog "Import of a raster map", called from the menu File\Import of rasters and matrixes from..., there are added the functions of converting the raster data of the following formats: IMG, PNG, GIF, compressed files TIFF (GeoTIFF). There is provided a placing of rasters by TAB file with automatic choice of corner points from the list of points in the file. At a choice of the menu item File\Import of rasters and matrixes from... there is permitted the forming the list of imported rasters (mouse + Shift\Control) for processing by a single stream. 7). Export of the data to GoogleEarth (KML) task is improved. There is added ability without setup of conformity codes to save color for linear and polygon objects, and for point and vector objects completely to save the external view. 8). The task of Map Computer is improved. In the mode Build profile along object there is added construction of profiles by group of selected objects and saving of a set of points of all selected objects into text files. Names of text files and parameters of recording the points into text files are installed in dialog. 9). Dialog of editing metrics of objects is improved. Displaying profile of 3d object metrics is added. Modes of processing coordinate Í (height) are added: a choice of height from a matrix for the points which do not have Í coordinates, linear interpolation of heights, interpolation of heights by a spline, interpolation of heights "smoothly from the beginning to the end of object". The mode "Construction of a zone around object" in the Map Editor is added by functions of parallel constructions (arbitrarily, via a point, with a preset value). 10). At opening of data from the GIS Server the control of the print permission on a workplace of the user is added. 11). The task "Data union" is improved that carries out transformation of multisheet vector works region to the output vector map containing one sheet. In the process of transforming initial sheets to one sheet the merge of the objects going onto frames of adjacent sheets is carried out. The new version of program performs the automatic selection of a recommended projection of a target map depending on length of source region on longitude and its positions on latitude. 12). In the task "Navigator 3D" there is added display of moving user objects for solving the tasks of modelling. In dialog of customizing parameters of movement the type of moving object is set (by default three are available: the car, the plane and the rocket), you can select a file of movement trajectory (the text file with extension *.mov in the map catalog, where in each line three coordinates (XYH) of trajectory point in metres on a map should be set) and other parameters. 1). Complex of geodesy tasks is improved. In the task "Technical plan" there is implemented text entry of conclusion of the cadastral engineer and its insert into the report and XML file. Interface of entering the information about annexes to the technical plan is developed. There is provided the filling of all necessary properties of annexes (name, series, number, etc.) and saving of the graphic files containing scanned copies of various documents, and their attributive description into XML-file according to order of Rosreester ¹ P/256 from June, 18th, 2012. 1). Complex of geodesy tasks is improved. Automatic checking a correctness of created reports in format XML is added: "Land-plan", "Technical plan", "Map (plan) of object of land management". Check is carried out onto conformity to requirements of Rosreestr schemes in XSD format. Messages about errors in XML file are written into the log. For check of correctness of ready XML-documents the program XmlCheck.exe is added, showing the description of errors in program dialog. For ensuring the work ability of the program in the absence of access to the Internet the copies of XSD-schemes are placed in the folder \Geodesy.XSD.Filling the report "Land-plan" in XML format for scheme STD-MP is improved: the kind of using the ground area (tUtilization) is made as plural. Digital classifiers survey.rsc and survey.v3.rsc are updated. 2). At import of rasters through the menu File\ Import rasters and matrixes from \Rasters (BMP, TIF, JPEG...) there is added support of multi-choice of imported files and uniting of ready rasters into the project MPT. 3). The list of connected geoportals in the file wmslist.ini is updated. New resources of the Rosreestr web-site are available to the themes Cadastral districts, areas, quarters, Ground areas, Map, Title. Data from geoportals can be connected as a background to the data of the user to solve various applications (validity check, a print of reports, data reconciliation and others). 1). Into the Map Legend task there is added a bookmark for easy work with the list of geoportals. In dialog of customizing parametres of geoportals connection there is added the mode of a choice of transparent color. 2). There is added the Caching of the vector maps opened from GIS (version 3.6.1 and above) for acceleration of work with the vector data at reopening and collaborative editing the remote data . Earlier caching of the raster and matrix data from GIS Server and the data from geoportals opened via WMTS protocol has been implemented. 3). Complex of geodesy tasks is improved. For the mode "Technical plan" the filling of requisite "Readiness degree" in section "Characteristic of object under construction " is added. There is changed order of reading and writing data about the previously assigned cadastral (inventory) numbers of object of real estate. Now there are used repeated semantics and quantity of records in XML-file is equal to quantity of similar semantics. In dialog "Technical plan" there are added positions to enter information about the representative of the customer (for a legal person, authority or a foreign legal person) . Errors of output into the report the information about source documents and points of a basic geodetic network are corrected. There is i mproved formation of XML-document under scheme STD_TP regarding customer information (for a legal person, authority or a foreign legal person) . For the mode "Map (plan) of object of land management" there is realized XML-document formation under scheme STD_BND - " Information about parts of borders, transferred in the state cadastre of real estate". In dialog "Map (plan) of object of land management" there is added a bookmark "Borders" for XML-document formation under scheme STD_BND. For the mode «Land-plan» there is implemented XML-document formation under scheme STD_MP for a single land use (EZP). Refinement and change of EZP are i mplemented . Processing of parts of the multiplanimetric ground areas and parts of a single land use is i mplemented . Changes are made to classifiers survey.rsc and survey. V3.rsc. Semantics "Degree of object readiness" (code 1123, key READINESS) is added. Changes are made to templates of reports "Data about created ground areas and their parts", "Technical plan of a construction", "Technical plan of object under construction ". 4). The task "Import of rasters of formats IMG, PNG, GIF, NITF, TIFF, JPEG" is added. Task allows to import rasters of various formats with modern methods of image compression into a raster map of RSW format. Running the task is carried out from group «Import/Export of the data (in addition to the File menu)» of dialog "Run Application" or through the menu File \Import rasters and matrixes from...\ Rasters GDAL (IMG, PNG, NITF, TIF, JPEG...). The task contains tools for configuring the channels of the synthesized image of multispectral images for saving the image in a raster map RSW. 5). Support of files SXF in length more than 4 gigabytes is added. In the current version of the GIS the total length of the data in one sheet of a vector map can be of the order of 168 Gbytes. 6). Displaying samples of objects in a ruler of breadboard models of objects creation, in the map legend, in the classifier editor and other dialogs is improved . In order to improve symbols readability the following changes are introduced: titles, raster and vector symbols are scaled taking into account the single factor of scaling which is set in the classifier editor - the field "Scale of objects in windows" in the "Objects" bookmark, the text of titles contains the font name. 7). The task "Print classifier to Word" is i mproved, caused through the Run Application in group "Classifier processing" - there are implemented two types of scaling the signs: in the scale of classifier and in the size of a picture. 8). The task Creation of titles by objects semantics is i mproved . Property No repeat is added, which includes the automatic analysis of length of consecutive objects of the same name and a choice of the most extended for title placing. Otherwise all objects (streets, roads) are signed . 1). Complex of geodesy tasks is improved. The mode "Technical plan" is updated: 2). Import of vector maps by the list (DIR) from files of SXF format created with different classifiers (RSC) is provided. Names of classifiers are read from SXF files. Map sheets in SXF format are opened like maps with SIT extension. 3). Connection of geoportals is improved. Customizing the parametres of proxy-server (user name, password, port, server address) is added. The list of connections is expanded: ZULU service and WMS service of reserves and protected territories (gis-lab.info). Registration of the users that use the service "Kosmosnimki" is added, to expand the list of available images. There is improved support of the spatial data from geoportals with transparent colour of a background to combine different layers on the screen. 4). There is improved the check of self-crossings which is a part of application task " Check of quality of a vector map " (Topology bookmark) and program of check of quality of digital topographic maps. 5). Specialised software "Automated generalization of digital topographic maps" is improved. There is added the ability to convert maps of scale 1: 200 000 to the scale 1: 500 000 and scale 1: 500 000 to the scale 1: 1 000 000. 6). New task for formation of the electronic digital signature (EDS) is added. Starting the task is performed from the menu Tools\Run Application\Electronic documents\ Forming electronic digital signature. The task provides formation of EDS at presence on your computer of pre-installed software of CryptoARM Standard and Crypto. Formed EDS can be applied in systems of electronic document management in accordance with the Federal Law of Russian Federation "On information, Informatization and Information protection" ¹ 24-FZ from 20.02.1995 and and Federal Law of Russian Federation "On electronic digital signature" ¹ 1-FZ from 10.01.2002 ã . 1). Complex of Geodesy tasks is improved. 2). The task "Navigator 3D" provides formation of three-dimensional terrain models onto territory of any size, right up to a surface of the Globe. The base scale of created model of a relief depends on scale of the initial vector or raster map and from the size of the matrix element. The model is created gradually in the automatic mode at movement along the current part of model in the direction, necessary for work. The created model automatically is cached on a hard drive and is read for display in process of moving along the model that considerably accelerates work with her. 1). Support of new popular geoportals is added: Yandex Probki (t raffic jam s), Yandex Map People, Yandex Hybrid, Google Hybrid, Google Traffic, Google Signatures, WIKIMAPIA Map, MAPSFORFREE relief, Navitel Map, Navitel Jams, Mail Map, Mail Traffic jams, Mail satellite. The file of geoportals settings wmslist.ini is significantly changed and reworked. There are added transparency of geoportals backgrounds, time of updating a cache, type of algorithm of data processing, projection, unique name, access key for the user. There is added the ability to connect any Geoportal not included in the list of wmslist.ini and working by standards of OGC WMS and WMTS, if it supports one of the algorithms for the loading the tiles described in the file wmslist.ini (17 types of protocols). Functions on updating of a cache and specifying the time of updating a cache of geoportals (for example, automatic updating a map of traffic jams) are added. Support for 1/4/8/16 bit png and jpg tiles from the server and png with palette is added. Functions of synchronisation and updating of access protocols of geoportals from configuration file on the server www.gisserver.ru are added . For example, in the google protocol the version of protocol is periodically updated, that demands changing the format of the request. This operation will be automatically executed when the user updates a single configuration file. Functions of printing and saving the data from geoportals in graphic files (bmp, tif, jpg) are refined. 2). Complex of geodesy tasks is improved. In accordance with the requirements of the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russian Federation ¹ 32 from January 25, 2012 the filling of land-plan is modified: - in section "Information about made measurements and calculations," the designation of contours from semantics "REGISTRATION PART NUMBER" is added;
There are changes to the order of filling the reports regarding the address : 3). In the Map Editor the dialog for entering the options of turn , moving and scaling of marked objects is updated: 4). The task of checking the quality of digital maps and plans is improved. In the control mode of a mismatching the contours of adjacent objects the list of error messages is updated. In the control mode with editing (SxfCorrect) the parametre is added: the limit value of mismatch which must be edited. 1). New algorithms of the combined displaying the data simultaneously from different geoportals are developed. Built-in mechanism of installation of forced transparency of displayed tiles allows to combine opaque images, to disable background colour, to operate borders of visibility of the data from different geo-portals at scaling the area image. Data from geoportals can be combined not only with vector user maps, but also with images, matrixes, scanned map materials. Managing the list of open geoportals can be done through the menu of View\Geoportal list. There is added support for saving data from geoportals into formats BMP, TIF, JPEG and others. At close of access to a geoportal, the map and data on it automatically come back to an initial projection. At opening the data from geoportals in a new window if the point and scale are set in the configuration file, then positioning will be done into the specified point and in the chosen scale. Into the list of connected layers from the geoportal of Rosreestra there are added Rosreestr (map), Rosreestr (title). Geoportals ESRI ( satellite ) and OSM ( satellite ) are added. Loading of data from "Kosmosnimki" in the form of tiles by protocol WMTS is accelerated. 2) To simplify the work with the parameters of projections and coordinate systems of various data there is added pop-up menu by pressing the right mouse button at the bottom of the window in the information line. Menu allows to set and to cancel current projection parametres of the image of the spatial data, to go to viewing the parametres of vector data, rasters and matrixes. Besides, projection parametres of rasters and matrixes are available in dialog the Data List and in Map Legend. 3). The task "Checking the coordination of adjacent sheets" is i mproved . For the polygon objects in the editing mode an additional processing the pieces of the metrics located on the sheet's frame is carried out. As a result there will be deleted the intermediate points of contours which are going onto a framework and not having a reply point on object of the adjacent sheet. 4). File maptask.ini, containing the list of tasks, is moved to the folder \Application Data\Panorama where the file panorama.ini is placed. This improves data protection in the folder \ Program Files. Copying of the file maptask.ini from \Program Files\Panorama is carried out automatically, if time of editing the file in the folder \Program Files\Panorama is later. For example, at installation of new applications. 5). The limiting size of the metrics of one object is increased to 32 Mb (2 000 000 points). 1). The task "Combining adjacent sheets" is improved, that performs the conversion of source sheets of digital topographic maps in format SXF into the output vector map containing one sheet. In the process of converting of the source sheets into one sheet the merge of objects going onto frames of adjacent sheets is performed. In the new version of the task there is added an estimation of values of the area of the resulting and source objects for checking the quality of combining, and also checking a correctness of length and the area of processed objects. 2). Classifiers are updated for topographic maps of scales 1:25 000 - 1: 200 000 (25T05G.RSC, 50T05G.RSC, 100t05g.rsc, 200t05g.rsc) and plans 1:10 000 - 1:25 000 (map10000.rsc). 1). Support for printing maps on the background of data from popular geoportals is added. List of geoportals, including Google, Yahoo!, OpenStreetMap, Virtual Earth, Yandex, is available on the main panel of GIS . Ability is added to change the displayed projection and coordinate system at the time of displaying the data from geoportals . Requested from geoportals tiles are transformed into target projection and coordinate system on the fly. Over the data from geoportals the vector maps, rasters and matrixes can open . 2). Into the Options menu the item Cursor type is added to select large (on the whole window) or a small crosshair or arrow. The cursor in the form of an arrow can be used for presentations. 3). Complex of geodetic problems is improved . Formation of the XML-document "Land-plan" is updated: 1). Complex of geodesy tasks is improved. There is realized formation of the land-use documentation in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation from February, 10th, 2012 ¹ 52 "About Approval of the form of the technical plan of object under construction and requirements to its preparation". The software tools are developed, that provide the automated filling of the form of the technical plan of the object under construction in accordance with the requirements to preparation of the technical plan of object under construction . Formation of the electronic version of the document corresponding to the XML-scheme "Technical plan of object under construction" is simultaneously provided. In the new version of program a number of users wishes on improvement of the program interface is realized and the found comments and disadvantages are eliminated. Preparation of the graphic part, the automated filling of the report form and the XML-scheme of the technical plan of object under construction is conducted on the basis of the digital classifier survey.v3.rsc. 2). Digital map classifier terrplan.rsc is developed, which provides preparation of a graphic part of documents of territorial planning , according to the Order of the Ministry of R egional D evelopment of the Russian Federation on January, 30th, 2012 ¹ 19 "About approval of requirements to the description and display ing in documents of territorial planning the objects of federal significance, objects of regional significance, objects of local significance". In the classifier the re is realized general list of layers, objects and attributive characteristics of objects of town-planning activity. The classifier corresponds to rules of coding, classification and the digital description of objects of territorial planning and town-planning activity. The classifier can be used for creation of schemes of territorial planning the Russian Federation , schemes of territorial planning of subjects and municipal formations of the Russian Federation , the master plans of city districts and settlements of municipal formations. The structure of the classifier provides prepar ing the schemes of town-planning zoning according to the requirement of rules of land use and development of municipality. In a complex with the digital classifier survey.v3.rsc the prepar ing the town-planning plans of the ground areas and other documents of town-planning activity is provided. 3). The user interface of tools of connecting the popular geoportals is improved. The list of geoportals, including Google, Yahoo!, OpenStreetMap, Virtual Earth, Yandex, is available on the main panel of GIS. 4). The task "Loading photos JPEG (EXIF) on a map" is added for an automatic binding to a map of photos JPEG containing GPS-coordinates of a place of shooting in EXIF-tags. This mode processes photos JPEG received by means of devices (cameras, mobile phones), equipped with a module GPS. At an execution of shooting such devices, into a file of a photo there is added the additional structure corresponding to the format EXIF in which the geographical coordinates of the shooting place is placed, the information about the device, and also various parameters of shooting. 5). In the task the Database the new mode Autosearch is added which allows to mark automatically objects at moving through the records of the table. For start of a mode in the Panel of linking a map and the data table of the Standard form the button Autosearch is added. The button Autosearch also is added in to the component of Work panel of Form Constructor. 6). Value of Datum in the list of local coordinate systems in the file LCS of Subjects RF .xml is corrected: line RY = "-0.35" is written down i nstead of RY = "0.35". 1). Support of the popular geoportals is added, allowing to display maps of the user atop of the images received from sites Google (Satellite), Google (Map), Google (Landscape), Yahoo! (Satellite), Yahoo! (Map), OpenStreetMap (Map), Virtual Earth (Satellite), Virtual Earth (Map), Yandex (Satellite), Yandex (Map). For connection of data from a geoportal as the background image it is necessary to call the Data list dialog from menu View\Geoportal list, to press the Add button and choose a geoportal from the list. Or on the main panel to choose the button Connect by OGC WMS protocol to web-service or the button Show data list of map. 1). Complex of geodesy tasks is improved. Formation of the technical plan in format XML is implemented. Program supports the filling of following kinds of land-management documents: Land-plan, Map (plan), Project of land surveying, Technical building plan, Technical construction plan and the Technical premises plan. Reading the following XML-schemes is provided: STD_Region_Cadastr_KV (cadastral extract about object of the real estate), STD_Region_Cadastr_KP (cadastral passports of the real estate object). Formation of the following XML-schemes is realized: STD_MP (land-plan) and SDT_TP (technical plan). XML-scheme SDT_TP supports a filling of sections for a building, construction, object of unfinished construction and premises. 2). Procedure of sorting the maps placed on the GIS Server is changed. Procedure of sorting is started on the Server, it speeds up the process and increases the protection of data against unauthorized copying. At an execution during this moment of queries onto editing a map the operator receives the message displaying a process status (% of an execution and a waiting time). For collaborative work the use of GIS Server of version 3.5.5 and higher is recommended. 3). The new task is developed for customizing codes of objects on the maps obtained at converting the data from OpenStreetMap in format SHP . Starting the task is performed from the menu Tools \ Run Application \ Processing the classifier and recoding \ recoding OpenStreetMap maps. 4). In the task "Navigator 3D" in the mode "Flying" over three-dimensional model there is added ability of movement with the speed set by the observer . For all kinds of movement along model there is added option of movement of the observer on constant height (without "jumps on potholes", dialog "Options/Motion"). 1). The new task is developed for calculating the parameters of datums of local coordinate systems (LCS) . The task is intended for calculating the parameters of orientation of the specified spheroid relative to the spheroid WGS84. Calculation of parameters is performed by geodetic or rectangular coordinates of points in defined coordinate system and by geodetic coordinates on WGS84. Calculated datum can be saved in XML for later use when you enter the parameters of the coordinate system for vector maps, rasters and matrixes. Earlier the task "Calculating the parameters of the projection of the local coordinate system" by a set of coordinates of points in local and national coordinate systems was developed. Joint use of these tasks provides a complete defining the parameters of LCS by a set of points. 2). Support of WMS protocol is improved. There is added ability to obtain spatial data from services in different projections at the choice of the user from the list supported by the chosen server. To the list of services for loading spatial data there is added the service http://kosmosnimki.ru/ of company "ScanEx". Now users can download information directly from the service as being in the public domain, as well as getting the key to obtaining more detailed data. 3). Into the list of tasks in to group Import\Export of data there is added the task of printing GeoTIFF tags into a text file for viewing. The task is intended to monitor the correctness of formation and processing of GeoTIFF files. 1). Support of protocols OGC is expanded. One of data layers in the map window can be data from server WMTS. The protocol of data access is implemented in accordance with the specification OGC for service Web Map Tile Service (OGC WMTS) - OGC 07-057r7 version 1.0.0. In the new version of the GIS tiles are requested by protocol OGC WMTS in a multithreaded mode and cached on the client like the work through a web-browser. Such technology has accelerated display of raster layers in several times. 2). In dialog the Data list for rasters is added a mode of a placing by two points with disproportionate scaling a raster (size of an element on district on a vertical and on a horizontal will be different). Into tasks the Optimization of a raster and Optimization of a matrix there is added the property for Creation of the reduced copy of a raster (survey image). This property is recommended to be set at compression of rasters and the matrixes placed on the GIS Server. 3). The program of Check of vector map quality is improved. The control of undershoots onto a map sheet frame on borders of zones is carried out along a longitude of the meridians corresponding to the lateral sides of a frame. The output of the metrics points out of a frame up to a line of a meridian is allowed. The program of the checking the coordination of objects of adjacent sheets is improved. In the editing mode the points of the objects metrics of sheets of adjacent zones are combined not on a frame of a sheet, and on the meridian. Changes of rules of the control are intended to automate the processes of a merge of sheets on borders of zones. 4). In the task "Navigator 3D" there is added a splash screen with the image of a two-dimensional ma p at the time of constructing three-dimensional model and the subsequent smooth transition into three-dimensional display. 1). Complex of geodesy tasks is improved. There is implemented formation of the technical plan separately for the building (Order of the Ministry of Economic Development on September 1, 2010 N 403), construction (Order of the Ministry of Economic Development on November 23, 2011 N 693) and premises (Order of the Ministry of Economic Development on November 29, 2010 N 583). Templates of documents are modified according to requirements to preparation of each of kinds of technical plan. Improvement is made for the mode of input and editing the attributive data of object of cadastral works - the ground plot. In the dialog "Editing the semantics of object of cadastral works" there is added the function of the control of presence of the obligatory attributes used at formation of a XML-file of the surveying plan. Unloading of the document by the new version of the XML-scheme is implemented. In connection with the release of the new version of XSD-directories and for realization of functions for formation of the technical plan the new version of digital map classifier survey.rsc is developed, that is used at processing results of cadastral works - survey.v3.rsc. Into procedure "Saving the information about the plot into XML file" changes are made implementing forming the version of XML file (2 or 3) depending on a name of the used classifier. 2). Displaying OLE-documents on a map is improved. Borders of visibility of documents (scales) are added at displaying and printing maps. In the list of documents there are added means of forced updating of the image of the documents having the reference to the original document. 3). Into "Navigator-3D" the function is added for displaying model of the Earth planet at the time of loading three-dimensional model of a map . The model of the planet rotates and indicates a point of the map location. Function can be disabled in dialog "Parameters" of representation of three-dimensional model on the bookmark "Additional". 4). The task " Control of absolute heights " is improved, carrying out check of a correctness of objects heights by method of horizontal and vertical profiling. The new mode " Checking the presence of heights marks inside the closed contours " is added. The area relief can contain areas of local extremes (mountain top, a bottom of a hollow). On a map to such areas the closed horizontals correspond. If inside of the closed horizontal there is no the point object corresponding to a local extremum (mark of height, GGS point, etc.), then the character of a relief in this area is not certain. The new mode of control allows to receive a list of the closed contours, inside contours of which there are no elevations. Besides at presence of a mark of height will be checked its position concerning the closed contour indicating details of the relief. If the distance from the mark of height up to a horizontal is not enough (a mark of height adjoins a contour), then into the report of control results the warning message is given. 5). By the combination of keys Alt+Enter the map window opens to full screen. It is applied to work with a map on big screens of collective using.
2). The task "GPS-monitor" is improved.
Support of the proprietary protocol is included into the task "GPS-monitor" for connection to the software product "Interface software GEO-RTK", developed by the Russian Institute of Radionavigation and Time (RIRT) to control the navigation equipment.
The mode of displaying satellites "Almanac" is improved at joint work on systems of GPS and GLONASS.
Satellites on the "Almanac" bookmark are displayed in different colors: satellites GPS - blue, satellites GLONASS - red.
Shades of displayed satellites depend on their participation in definition of coordinates of a point by the following categories: 3). Into the task of the checking a report of objects on adjacent sheets the parameter is added - distance of objects from a frame within which objects participate in a report. 4). By pressing a combination of keys Alt+Enter the window of a map opens to full screen. By repeated pressing - it is restored back. 5). At creating maps of cylindrical projections the ability is added to enter the standard nomenclature of the international rule with automatic calculation of geographical and rectangular coordinates of frames.
2). The task of automatic correction of the objects metrics is improved. At checking the islands location of polygon subobjects (internal contours) into objects there is added ability to transform contours, located outside of the basic contour, into separate objects with union of such contours in group object (for automation of collaborative editing - moving, deleting, searching). 3). Into dialog the Data List of maps in the Rasters bookmark there is added the mode "Optimization of the list of rasters". The mode is started via the Properties menu and item "Optimization" at the selected tree branch "Rasters". The mode is intended for stream processing of the rasters that make up the document, and allows to compress the image of rasters by algorithms JPEG or LZW. In the Matrix bookmark the similar mode "Optimization of the list of matrixes" is supported, which has been added earlier for stream processing of matrixes of the heights which are a part of the map document. 4). Map Legend task is modified. There is added ability to enable or disable the visibility of individual maps, matrixes, and rasters, or a list of data contained in the selected group of tree of maps, matrixes or rasters.
2). Map Editor is improved.
The mode of creation of subobjects by selected area objects (polygons) is updated. Earlier the mode cut the subobjects by the selected objects without taking into account the location of objects relative to each other (touching or crossed subobjects were created). New realization of the mode by selected objects: 3). Storage of rasters in RSW format is improved. There is added the second level of storage of the reduced copy of the image for acceleration of display. The first level contains the image compressed in 4 times, the second - in 16 times. 4). Into filters of opened rasters the extensions *.jpeg and *.tiff are added. 5). Into the control of objects junction over borders of adjacent sheets there is added the opportunity of exception from processing the service semantics (the junction is carried out at coincidence of semantics of objects) and the objects specified by the user in service file MapAdjust.lst (for example, lines of coordinate grids). 6). In settings of conventional symbols of the vector objects containing the titles for semantics of object of type the classifier, there is added the opportunity to select a full name of value from the classifier of semantics or the reduced name.
2). Support of RSW format with compression of blocks by algorithm JPEG is added . The compression ratio can be selected by the user through a dialog Rasters list\Properties\Optimization. In item the Mode of processing of raster it is necessary to specify Compression JPEG. RSW files with JPEG compression will not be supported by previous versions of the GIS. It is recommended to use compression JPEG to placement of raster coverage of district (space and air photography) on the GIS Server 2011. When you choose the compression level of 60% the amount of transmitted data is reduced by 10 times at saving the visual quality of color photographs of district without appreciable differences from initial data. Together with new technology of caching the rasters on the client an access to rasters by speed will be not below, than for modern web-servers. 3). The task " Absolute heights control " is modified, that checks a correctness of objects of a vector map's relief. Checking a correctness of heights values of a relief's objects is carried out by a method of horizontal and vertical profiling of vector map during which unacceptable differences in height are detected. 4). In dialog Run application the search of a task by any part of the task name is added to speed up a choice of the necessary item of the menu. After opening a dialog it is enough to press CTRL-F, to enter a part of the task name and to press Enter. 5). The task of quality check of vector maps is improved. Diagnostics of the control of self-crossings is expanded. There is added control of closeness of contours and the control of double points of a contour in the specified tolerance . Earlier only absolute coincidence of coordinates was supervised.
2). Added ability to automatically search a site of district on the site OpenStreetMap.org via the menu item View\External resources. 3). Into the list of applications there is added the task Transformation of raster on a framework of nomenclature sheet of a map. For simplification of transformation of the scanned maps-materials. 4). New converter from Shape format is developed. There are expanded means of customizing external view and attributes of objects, projection parameters of created maps.
2). For the rasters opened on the GIS Server 2011, support of caching data on the client is added, that significantly speeds up the display and re-opening of data. For support of caching data it is necessary to provide a sufficient free space on a disk where the data cache is placed. The choice of a folder for placing the cached data is done via the menu Options\Data location. 3). Into group of applications Import/Export the new task "Converter of cadastral data from CAD/ZEM" is added. The task is intended for import of files from exchange formats by cadastral data CAD/ZEM into the internal format of the GIS Map 2011. Cadastral data in CAD/ZEM format are presented as ASCII text files containing the metric and semantic information. The metric information is downloaded onto the user map. Semantic information is stored into database tables of format DBF. Filenames of DBF tables and names of fields correspond to names of tables and fields in the files CAD/ZEM. In the directory with database files the file of the database project is created, in which all created tables and interrelation between them register. The task can handle ZEM files of version 2.0 and higher and CAD files of version 4.0 and higher, used at conducting the State Cadastre of Bulgaria.
2). In the task GPS monitor into the list of connected navigation devices the string NOVATEL is added, which is responsible for processing the relevant range of devices. The task was tested on the equipment: a cable USB (A)-USB (B), antenna Tallysman 32-2400-1, single-frequency receiver phase GNSS SFR013GG. The device is connected to USB-port of a computer, the driver of the device creates three virtual COM-ports, at opening one of them, the program sends the device a number of commands for its initialization. Further work is being done in normal mode.
2) Complex of geodesy tasks is improved. The new mode is developed "Print DRAFT Land surveying". Mode provides the formation of the document in accordance with the Ministry of Economic Development Order ¹ 388 from 03.08.2011, including: 3). Interface for the task Data Base is improved. The list of data sources is formed and displayed in the form of a hierarchical tree which provides an opportunity of convenient navigation on all levels of a structural tree, clarity and simplicity in creating the project. The mode of Link of a map object for all sources of data is modified, the documentation is updated. Structure of XML file of a database project is updated. Updating the old structure is carried out automatically. 4). Converter to the format Shape is improved to ensure the export of the metrics of objects with three-dimensional coordinates.
2). For the maps of district storing coordinates of objects in geodetic system of coordinates, support of building splines and zones in geodetic coordinates is added. 3). At changing the parameters of a displayed projection now we save the binding of rasters, matrixes, insets of maps and OLE-documents according to their geodetic coordinates. 4). Converter in format Shape is improved to ensure automatic import and export of data in format SHP.
2). Map Editor task is improved. For an ensuring of more reliable operation mode of the map editor "Cut out a piece of map inside /outside of a contour" these modes perform the automatic check of objects over self-crossings for objects which fall on border of a cutting. In connection with acceleration of algorithm of the checking the self-crossings the modes "Cut out inside /outside of a contour" also are essentially accelerated.
2). Interface of the task Classifier Editor is improved. The size of lists of layers, objects, semantics and the table of conventional symbols of objects is increased. 3). There is added opportunity of automatic searching a site of district on Yandex.maps through the menu item View\External Resources. 4). Modes of preparation of the land-management documentation are updated at surveying and construction of routes of overhead power lines. The task «Land-plan» provides formation of documents in an electronic form on the multiplanimetric ground areas, under the transmission towers. As a result of working the task the textual report is formed with graphic elements and XML file for registration of the ground area to the account in an electronic form. The task "Building a profile of a linear construction ", provides formation of the plan of the route's longitudinal profile according to requirements "Guide to find routes of overhead power lines 35 - 1150 kW". At formation of a profile the data presented on a topographical map or the large-scale plan are used. As a result of work there will be formed the profile of absolute heights, stationing, the drawing a section of district along an axis of the route, the numbering and quantitative characteristics of pickets. The profile can be added by the drawing stamps of the various form and contents. 5). Location of the file Panorama.ini is changed. Instead of "\Application Data\Panorama.ini" the location "\Application Data\Panorama\Panorama.ini" is chosen. Changes have been made for an ensuring a compatibility with means of data protection.
2). Depression of horizontals the task is developed for automatic generalization of a relief by preparation of maps of the open using. The complete set of functions of generalization is included into the task the Automated generalization of topographic maps. 3). The task Map Editor is improved. In the mode of editing the titles it is possible to choose the vector sign containing in designing of a sign the title, and immediately to make changes to the text. Earlier editing of the text of a vector sign was carried out only in semantics of object.
2). In the general check of vector map's quality there is increased value of an admissible divergence of objects coordinates and a sheet frame line up to 0.01 mm in scale of a map. That allows to compensate a deviation of the frame sides from real position of arches of parallels and meridians and to carry out an exact report of objects of adjacent sheets up to 0.000001 m on district.
2). Formation of reports for the tasks group of the geodesy editor "Land-plan" is improved. Into the mode "Formation of LAND-PLAN" there is added the possibility of forming one XML-file for group of allocated objects. This method is used at formation of the land-plan in case of partitioning the ground area onto a few new ones. 3). Converter into DXF format is improved. The ability of forming a layer name of DXF by RSC layer name and by the RSC object name is added. Also formation of a layer name and formation of the multiline title is corrected at a unloading the drawing in Unicode, the unloading the titles containing inadmissible characters is corrected. 4). The task of allocation of dot signs along contours of the marked objects is improved. Ability to turn dot signs onto specified angle is added. 5). The task Map Editor is improved. There are updated the modes of performing overlay operations: Cut out a piece of map inside and outside of a contour (group "Delete"), Move object to selected map with a cutting by the chosen object (group "Create"), Copy marked objects onto other map with a cutting by the chosen object (group "Mark") - at a cutting the objects the account of subobjects is added into a pattern. 6). The task Map Print is improved. At preliminary viewing a breadboard model of a print with split onto sheets you may move the map image on sheets for specification of position of the printed image. The range of scaling a map is extended: 2 %, 5 %. The new mode Select area by pages size is added.
2). At opening the data from GIS Server the group operations of a choice of opened data are supported.
2). Displaying multispectral images TIFF (GeoTiff) together with other types of spatial data in the document with the ability to manipulate the displayed channels is added. Setting the display of multispectral images is performed in a dialog "Channels of a multispectral image" which is called from dialog "Data list of maps" on a bookmark "Rasters" by clicking button "Properties". 3). There is added the task of transformation of raster image RSW in corners of a frame of a nomenclature map sheet. Transformation of the image is carried out by a method of a nonlinear rubber sheet. Start of the task is carried out on a bookmark "Rasters" of dialog "Data list of map" when you click "Properties" button. 4). The analysis of tags of a geospatial placing is added at import of raster data of format MrSID (SID, JPEG2000, NITF) into internal format RSW. 5). Improved task of forming a matrix of qualities, part of the complex of 3D-analysis. Implemented a new method of modeling the surface - the method of Kriging. 6). Task "Print maps in small scale" is modified: 7). Modes of forming the reports of group of tasks of the geodetic editor "Land-plan" are modified: 8). Improved task "Formation of map sheets by coordinates", started from the list of applications: the error of formation of double sheet of digital topographic map of scale 1 : 200 000 is corrected. 9). The task Check of vector map quality is modified: in the program of the "control of objects joining" there is reduced the number of erroneous messages about error of the objects mismatching going onto frame and at presence of nearby points (entering in the tolerance) of checked objects. 10). The mode "To add insertion in the document in interactive mode" is added. Having specified dimensions of a formed insertion on a map and the dimensions of displayed area on a map-source, the program automatically calculates scale of insertion and its position. The button of starting the mode can be added into the user panel in dialog "Toolbars customizer" (Main menu - Tools - Custom Panels - Customize...) from a set of modes "Map 2011", from the available toolbars "Minor panel".
1). The task "Import from DXF format" is modified. Support of importing the attributive data in UTF-8 coding is added, the error of defining parameters of connection to a database in files of format DXF higher than 14 versions is corrected, corrected saving the settings of conformity of fields names of the database table at loading objects with parameter "By database" - " From table records". 2). Task "Import data from format MicroStation (dgn)" is modified. Support of loading objects by attributive data is improved. Customizing attributive data allows to load simultaneously different types of objects in one layer by various classification codes. 3). Task Map Computer is modified. In dialog of the terrain profile the ability is added for Customizing vertical step of heights scale up to centimeters. Mode of building a circle visibility range is added. In the mode "Absolute height" into new dialog the values of height in a point for all open matrixes are shown. 4). Task Print maps in small scale is modified. The opportunity is added to set any scale of displaying a map or to choose scale from the list. Recalculation of dimensions of all region is corrected at enabling and disabling the decoration frame. The scale of a print is entered without selection of scale from the list of standard scales. After closing the dialog "Print map" is stored the mode of displayings (Scheme/Map). 1). In the task Search by area there is added the mode of search of the objects located completely outside of specified area. Earlier there were modes for search of objects completely inside of area, inside with crossing area and search of the objects distant from area on the specified distance. 2). Means of selecting objects on a map are modified - Select the specified and Select by a conventional symbol for their joint application. The user can select on a map all objects having the chosen view (conventional symbol) and to add separate copies of other view or to exclude separate copies. Possibly to operate in other sequence - to select separate copies of objects and to add to them objects of the chosen view. The any combination of the specified operations in any sequence is allowed. The repeated choice of object excludes this copy or this view (depending on current operation) from the list of the marked objects. Above the marked objects various group operations of editing and the analysis are carried out. 3). Converter from format Shape (SHP) is modified. The opportunity to import attributive data, which values are set by the classifier (directory) by a symbolical code is added. Earlier such attributes were set only by a numerical code or were passed in the decoded kind. The field to customize conformity of a symbolical code in DBF field and the classifier of a map the Key field is applied in dialog Editing classifier of semantics in the task the Classifier Editor. 4). The task of Quality control of digital topographic maps in SXF format is modified. Displaying statistics of errors is corrected, the scheme of control's parameters is specified, displaying the control sum of SXF in a hexadecimal kind is added, calculation of run-time of the control for all data is added. 5). Converters for format MIF \MID are modified. Support of default delimiter in the form of a symbol of tabulation is added, when field Delimiter is not set in MIF file. During formation of MIF\MID into the list for a choice of a delimiter the symbol of tabulation is added. 6). The maximal total amount of simultaneously processed vector maps is increased. The volume of attributive data and coordinates of the objects displayed in structure of one document on any number of maps can be more than 10 GB. Additionally with vector data now tens of gigabytes of rasters and matrixes can simultaneously be processed. It is checked up on volumes of about 25 GB on a platform x32. 7). In the task "Construction of thematic cartograms" there is added the processing of initial data from text files in addition to files DBF and tables of databases. It simplifies processing the various thematic data saved from tables of MS Excel. For reading text files it is necessary to set kind of splitter in a text string, to enable the option "Header" and to set the coding (ASCII DOS, ANSI Windows, UTF8). Header option allows to display the names of columns, saved from tables of MS Excel. 1). Import of vector data from SXF format, prepared in older programs versions (7.õ - 9.õ), is modified. For maps of scales 1:25 000 and smaller the automatic rounding the coordinates up to centimeters, except for points entering the frame, is carried out. It allows to keep the topology of objects at transition from conventional coordinates in discretes to real coordinates in meters. 2). The new task of quality control of digital topographical maps in format SXF is developed. The program processes all SXF files which has been written down into the chosen folder, creates for each SXF file the detailed report in format of MS Word, containing statistics of errors for each kind of the control and the control parameters. Parameters of the control in advance are stored in the scheme of control. The program of the control is installed as the additional application to the GIS "Map 2011" or "Panorama-Editor" of version 11. 3). For convenience of viewing errors of matching objects in the dialog Select object there is added an automatic positioning in the list of points coordinates onto the point chosen on a map. 4). Converter in format DXF is modified. The opportunity to save text data and attributes of objects encoded in UNICODE (UTF-8) for support of national languages is added. 5). Support of local coordinate system on the basis of CS-63 for rasters and matrixes is added. 6). The task Print maps in smaller edition is modified. Choice and editing of rectangular area mode is added. Ability to set the user scale is added. The mode Splitting to printed pages is modified. 7). The complex of geodetic tasks is modified. In the mode "Automatic filling the semantics of selected objects" the opportunity to insert additional spaces for alignment of semantics including a serial number, is added. Use of additional spaces provides the correct sorting of a set of sites by names. 1). The new task Print maps in small edition is developed. In the task of a print preliminary viewing the document prepared for printing is realized. The document can contain vector maps, rasters, matrixes, insets of other maps, embedded office documents, tables, graphic images. This mode helps to determine how the map will be displayed on the print, that will allow to identify minor faults and immediately to correct them. In a mode it is possible to see on the screen one or more pages of the chosen printed area of a map depending on the chosen method of splitting: Split to pages, Stretch to page, Accord page. By means of a tooling it is possible to send the document to print, to open a window with print settings, to set margins, offset, overlapping, orientation of a sheet and another. For alignment of the map image on page it is possible to use graphic elements of the user interface. 2). Support of entering and editing on a map of titles texts and values of objects attributes in UNICODE format for creation of maps on any national languages is provided. If the entered text contains latin characters from 0x0001 up to 0x007E or Cyrillic (0x0400 - 0x045F) and on a computer the Russian Windows is installed (OEM 866 or 1251), the text will automatically be written in ANSI, otherwise new value will be saved in UTF-16. Names of layers, objects and semantic characteristics in the classifier of a map are stored in coding UNICODE automatically. 3). The task "Import rasters from servers OGC WMS" is considerably modified. Support of WMS protocols of versions 1.3.0, 1.1.1 and 1.1.0 on the basis of standard OGS Web MapService Interface is improved. The opportunity of a choice of loaded area on a map and by coordinates, automatic selection of more detailed information is added. The obtained data and associated metadata automatically are imported to a format of the GIS that allows to display, edit and combine them with vector maps, matrixes of heights, raster or other data, to print and save in other formats. 4). Realization of Mercator projection for reference system EPSG:3395 (World Mercator) is refined 5). At transformation of vector maps, rasters and matrixes the opportunity of filling the parameters of a projection and datum in the passport of a map by EPSG code of reference system (Projected CRS) is added. 6). Converter from Shape (SHP) format is modified. The opportunity to import attributive data in coding UTF-8 is added. 7). At creating maps of type UTM NAD 27 and UTM WGS 84 (GRS 80) the property Coordinate Y without number of a zone, for compatibility with the standard formats of coordinates is added. New property is added also for parameters of rasters and matrixes. 8). In the task "Navigator 3D" is modified a mode of movement on object. Smoothness of displaying model is increased at movement and turns. 9). The maximal total amount of simultaneously processed rasters and matrixes is increased - up to several tens of gigabytes in several thousand files. 29.03.11 Version 11.4.4 2). Converter in MIF \MID format is modified. At converting semantics the opportunity to unite value of fields of repeated characteristics in one field through the chosen divider is added. For example, at converting the graph of roads the lists of arches numbers onto which transition from a current arch (interdictions of turns) is forbidden can be united in one field through a divider. 3). Converter from format Shape (SHP) is modified. The opportunity to import several layers (files SHP) on uniform parameters of conformity of fields names and codes of semantics is added. Earlier for each layer the individual parameters were necessarily formed. 4). Complex of geodetic tasks is modified. The automated method of filling of the land-plan for a case of formation{education} of the multiplanimetric ground area from structure of common land is realized. Into one report data are automatically inserted about created contours of a multicontoured plot, contours of the changed plot and the sections excluded from structure of common land. Filling of a new section "Scheme of location of object borders of land use" is added, at formation of a map-plan of object of land management. At formation of the summary report by the selected objects the opportunity of processing linear and dot objects is added. 5). At import of matrixes of qualitative characteristics of district from TXT format a stream processing of all files in the chosen folder is supported. 16.03.11 Version 11.4.3 2). The opportunity is added at creation of a map to choose parameters of projection, datum and spheroid from lists of parameters in XML format. 3). At transformation of a projection and coordinate system of maps, rasters and matrixes the opportunity to choose parameters of projection, a Datum and spheroid from lists of parameters in XML format is added. 4). In the task "Navigator 3D" opportunities of customizing parameters of displaying 3D-model are expanded. 5). The the task "Load DigitalGlobe images" is modified. Expanded a number of accessible sanctions of images up to 0.3 meters on a point for loading high-precision images. Function of formation of the full list of the images which are available on a server, on the chosen area is added. 6). The the task "Import of way-points and routes OziExplorer" for an execution of simultaneous loading of list of GPS files is modified. There is added the opportunity of saving in semantics of created objects of time of creating object from a file *.plt, a name of a file and the service information. 1). The list of supported standard spheroids is expanded up to 44 kinds. 2). The error of editing objects on multisheet maps is corrected, it was appeared in version 11.4.1. 3). Support of work of a complex of Geodesy tasks on a network key (floating license) is added. 1). The task Map Computer is modified. In dialog of displaying the area profile there are added the fields of degree of slope in per mille, accepted in designing and construction, and also displaying the values Z offset in the first, current and last points of a profile necessary for mutual appearance of points. 2). Task "Load DigitalGlobe images" is modified. The choice of loaded area on the specified geodetic coordinates entered from the keyboard or chosen on a map is possible. Reliability of procedure of copying images is increased due to the automatic skip of sections on which there are no requested data. Calling the task is duplicated in the menu File\Import from WEB. 3). Dialogues of viewing semantics of objects are modified. If the semantics contains URL-references to the data in the web, then by double click on the appropriate line for viewing data the web-browser is called. 4). Procedure for copying a large number of objects through the clipboard is accelerated. 5). Procedures for control of vector map quality are specified. 1). Support of the international division and system of nomenclatures for maps in projection UTM on various spheroids is added. At creation of maps in UTM projection with standard frames you can choose the standard or arbitrary nomenclature is possible. At input of the standard nomenclature in view of the scale (N-37, N-37-001, etc.) geodetic and flat coordinates of sheet corners are automatically calculated . 2). Task of automatic construction of a set of maps sheets onto the preset territory is modified. Support of maps in UTM projection in the international division is added. Automatic calculation of coordinates of frame corners and points of a break and formation of nomenclatures is provided. 3). The task Map Legend is modified. The mode " Map view reconcile " is added. Allows you to change structure of displayed objects of a map according to the chosen structure of layers and objects in a tree of the Classifier (Map bookmark). 4). Support of a projection Lambert azimuthal equal-area (normal, oblique and equatorial) for all kinds of spheroids in GIS is added. 5). Complex of geodesy tasks is modified. The new mode is developed "Print TECHNICAL PLAN BUILDINGS". Formation of the report is made in accordance with the requirements for preparing the technical plan of the building, approved by Decree of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russian Federation ¹ 403 dated September 1, 2010. Perhaps the formation of report for the single selected object or component of a set - multicontour building.Updated documentation on the use of modes of GIS Map 2011 in solving land-plan.The document is called "Land-plan.doc" and includes a description of the preparation and automated formation of three types of reports: 6). Tasks of import and export of format OGC GML are modified.New edition of export allows to form a tag of semantics in the form of number or a key of semantics. The task of importing includes the following features: change of format of the metrics elements YX or XY (for CAD), recognition of not cartographical tags of the metrics (gmlMultiPoint, gmlArc, gmlCircle, gmlArcByBulge, gmlArcByCenter, gmlArcString, gmlArcStringByBulge), file processing with dual nesting of a tag (used in Autocad 2007 and higher ), processing the arbitrary named tag, estimation of file contents (a preview of object: for estimation of coordinates format, an informative tag of the metrics, if there are several), processing objects with a mixed or incorrect type (ability to install a filter by type of created objects). 1). Task "Loading images of DigitalGlobe" is modified. New function of selecting a layer of images is added, allowing to choose the size, date and main parameters of images; the list of available resolution of images up to 0.4 meters per point point is expanded, sorting of the images list over years is added, the interface of the user is improved. 2). The task " Import rasters from OGC WMS servers " is modified. Is p rovided support for WMS protocol of versions 1.3.0, 1.1.1 and 1.1.0 on the basis of standard OGS Web MapService Interface. 3). The task "Map cutting by selected objects" is modified. Optimization by speed of processing is added. The greatest acceleration is manifested when cutting objects with a large number of points ( more than 100 000) for two or more selected objects. 4). Refined task " Creation of mathematical basis " to support the construction of cartographic grids on the maps of scale larger than 1: 10 000. 1). In the task Map Editor a mode "Common border" is added. Allows to form the common external border for group of selected objects . It is useful, for example for editing the map loaded from the Polish format. As a rule, in such map more polygons are divided into the irregular sites uncoordinated among themselves. Other example - formation of polygon "Subject of the Russian Federation " from set of polygons "Administrative region". The same task can be solved by a merge of all united polygons, however due to automatic selection of only boundary polygons the new mode works in this case much more quickly. 2). Support of direct reading of files of format TIFF and display together with vector maps, matrixes and rasters is added. Into the task "Loading raster data" an option "Not copy source image in RSW-file" is added, at which choice the TIF-files are opened without transformation to RSW format. This mode of opening allows to reduce significantly time spent for opening uncompressed images and photoplans of the large size. For such TIF-files the visual image (the reduced copy) is automatically formed, which is written into a RSW-file, accelerating display of TIF-files. The rasters loaded into system in the form of TIF-files are processed in the same manner, as well as usual rasters - all operations are available : display, editing, transformation and print with turn. At transformation of a TIF-file the result of transformation is placed into a RSW-file. If necessary of simultaneous opening and viewing the large number of rasters (thousand rasters in total amount of hundred Gigabyte) is recommended to convert rasters into RSW format. 3). Support of work with the atlas of maps through the GIS Server is added. The atlas placed on the GIS Server, should refer to maps, which are placed on the GIS Server. The opportunity of management by a variant of creation of picket points and their characteristics (a point, a title of name, a title of height) is added at mapping in the form of separate objects or in the form of a uniform set of objects. Recording into semantics of picket of its field code (a key of object) is added. 5). Converter of import of data from format DGN (MicroStation) is modified. 6). The new mode of building a matrix of a surface is added (a matrix of qualities MTQ or matrixes of heights MTW) - to build "Inside subjects of square object". The mode allows to construct the matrix containing some of separate filled areas. 7). Map Legend task is modified. 8). Atlas of map task is modified. 9). At installation of the new version the saving the list of the user tasks into MAPTASK.INI is provided.

Supporting Parameters of the Earth PZ-90.02 instead of PZ-90 is added at recalculations of coordinates between different systems for an ensuring of reception of data from navigating receivers GLONASS according to the Order of Government of Russian Federation from June, 20th, 2007 ¹ 797-p. Position of the points received from GPS (WGS-84), in CS-95 (CS-42) (Coordinate System-42) has changed within the limits of 0.5 meters, position of the points received from GLONASS (PZ-90.02), in CS-95 (CS-42) has changed within the limits of 2-3 meters (in comparison with PZ-90) on the European part of the Russian Federation. 2). Import of a cloud of dots (laser measurements) from LAS format is added. Open binary format LAS is intended for storage of records of the dots received by means of locators LIDAR (light detection and ranging), used for sounding thickness of the sea, a sea and terrestrial surface, an atmosphere. 3). The new task - Map creation in local coordinate system - is added. The task is intended for creation of a map in local coordinate system (LCS) on the basis of the open map supporting recalculation to geodetic coordinates. Again created map has the Large-scale plan type and contains objects with coordinates of the metrics in LCS. Construction of the large-scale plan in local system of coordinates is carried out according to parameters of recalculation in LCS. Start of a task from menu Tools\Run Application\Data transformation\Conversion of a map in LCS. 3). In the Check of vector map task in the control of topology of linear objects the number of given messages for points of joining is reduced.
1). Support of local coordinate systems is added (LCS) at work with the maps supporting geodetic systems of coordinates (CS42, CS95, CS63, UTM/WGS84 and others) for viewing and editing the coordinates in LCS and automated formation of the land-management documentation in LCS. For switching coordinates into specified LCS on an any map it is necessary to set parameters of LCS in menu Options\Local coordinate system. Parameters of LCS can be set concerning various base systems, including, by the indication of the letter of zone CS-63 and the displacement of coordinates defined by any point, specified for two systems. At formation of Land-plan it is possible to choose system of coordinates of a map or LCS, that allows to execute requirements of Federal Agency of a cadastre of objects of the realty about transition onto LCS at conducting the state cadastre of the realty. The attribute of use of "LCS" is installed in options of "Geodesy editor", in dialogue "Parameters of the project for a geodesy and the land-surveying documentation" on page "Format of the data". Use LCS is realized in modes: "Land-plan", " Description of the ground area", "Land Surveying". 2). Export of a vector map to Excel table (XLS) is added. A call through menu File\Export to...\Data in table. 3). The interface of the Map Legend task is modified for management of visibility of objects, maps, rasters and matrixes, search of objects, viewing of classifiers and other problems. 4). The new task for the automated construction of a set of sheets of the large-scale plan (plane-tablet sheets) onto preset area is added. Start from menu File\New\Plan Sheets. 5). Map Editor task is modified. 6). New classifiers are developed: agro10t.rsc (for maps-schemes agricultural grounds, passports of fields, etc.), emercom.rsc (for the Ministry of Emergency Measures according to requirements of GOST 22.0.10-96), geology.rsc (for preparation and formation of engineering drawings at an execution of engineering-geological researches according to GOST 21.302-96), gradserv.rsc (for conducting a town-planning cadastre), telecomm.rsc (for conducting maps of the telecommunication equipment).

The new converter Import of the graph of roads in GDF format - ISO/DIS 14825 "Intellectual transport systems" - Files of geographical data (GDF) is developed. 5). Correction of metrics of objects task is modified. The mode of transformation of the title text from UNICODE coding into text ANSI is added. 6). The mode of creation of the Topographical plan with an any division in systems of coordinates CS-95,42, UTM \WGS84 is modified.
22.07.09 Version 10.5.1 1). Graphs of roads task is modified. The mode of replacement of a route from bilateral edges onto parallel unilateral edges is added. Between the points specified on a map the shortest route is created. The given route defines a site on which a replacement of network edges will be made. 2). Converter into DXF format is modified. The opportunity of formation of separate layers onto each kind of object on a map is added. The name of a layer is formed by value of field: Key (a short name) of object in the classifier of a map (RSC). 3). The new converter is developed for import of objects of vector maps from Excel format. A call is made through menu: File\Import from\Excel files with position data. 4). Into File\Update menu the support of Excel files for updating or additions of semantics of map objects from Excel table is added. Connection of map objects with the table is carried out by the preset field of Excel table containing number of object or unique value of the specified characteristic of map object. 5). The classifier of digital plans of cities map10000.rsc is updated.
30.06.09 Version 10.5.0 1). In the block of geodetic tasks the formation of "Land-plan" for two packages of office programs is realized: 2). Map Legend task is modified. Controls by matrixes and rasters in the document are added. In the menu by the right button it is possible to close a matrix or raster map in the document, to add it into the document, to change parameters of a matrix or raster map (modes: Matrix image, Projection parameters, etc.) and also to operate visibility of a map in structure of the document. 3). The converter into DXF format is modified. The option is added: Y without zonal number (for WGS, CS-42, CS-95) for formation of Y coordinate in DXF without number of a zone. 4). Map Editor task is modified. Into the Mark panel the mode of specifying a method of displaying the metrics of object in the form of a spline - a polyline or a circumflex spline is added. The choice of a method of inverting assumes, that the method of display of a contour of object will change onto opposite (a polyline onto a spline and on the contrary).
21.05.09 Version 10.4.1 1). The opportunity of setting of nonregular diapasons of a qualities matrix palette is added. The palette of a matrix of qualities contains the colors corresponding to diapasons of values of the quality's characteristic. 2). Into the tasks panel of Map Editor into Set group the mode of association of objects and their signatures into group by semantics is added. The selected objects which contain Name of object semantics and the titles with the same texts are considered. 3). The new converter: Export of the graph of roads into GDF is developed. The opportunity of opening on the GIS Server 2008 (versions 1.1.4 and later) of the project of data (MPT) is added, including the list of maps, rasters and matrixes. 8). In the Construction of coordinate grid task the opportunity of constructions of a geodetic network in SC95 (earlier in SC 42 and WGS84) is added. 9). In import of TIFF files the processing of algorithm of compression FAX CCITT Group 3 is added. 10). In an applied task Editing of the objects metrics the mode of a turn of axes of objects coordinates (To change X <-> Y) is added. The mode can be applied for processing the maps imported from exchange formats, in which axes of coordinates have not a cartographical direction (X - upwards, Y - to the right). 11). Classifiers for digital navigation maps and plans of the cities created under GLONASS program are updated (Road10.rsc, Road25.rsc, Map10000.rsc). 12). It is updated SDK, source texts of the project mapscena.dll (gisdlgs.dll) are published, including standard dialogues for various tasks (Builder C ++).
