The project "Panorama" is a set of geoinformation technologies including professional GIS "Map 2011", professional vectorizer of digital maps "Panorama-Editor", development tools of GIS-applications for different platforms GIS ToolKit, system of accounting and registration of landownership (SARL) "Earth and right", converters for data exchange with other GIS (DXF/DBF, MIF/MID, Shape, S57/S52 etc.) and specialized applications (communication, navigation, ecological monitoring and other). Software is certificated in The Federal Agency of Geodesy and Cartography (Roskartographia) and the Ministry of Defence of Russian Federation, and also has stood the State tests in Topographical service of Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

What's new in the last version
"Map 2011" - universal geoinformation system, which has tools of creating and editing the digital maps, data of remote sensing (DRS), of performing various measurements and calculations, for building 3D models, handling of raster data, tools of producing graphic documents in an electronic and printed form, and also tools for work with databases.
Complex of geodetic calculations is intended for processing and equalizing the data of field geodetic researches and the subsequent formation of reports for "Description of areas" and "Surveying affair". It is delivered in addition to GIS "Map 2011" or "Panorama - editor". Complex consists of the following programs: "Geodesy editor", "Execution of geodetic calculations" and "Import of data from geodetic gears". Besides for the automated formation of the information on a relief as the horizontals the program "Building of isolines by point objects" is stipulated. The operating procedure is described in Guide of surveyor.
GIS Server 2011 - is the program, designed to ensure remote access to cartographic data for users of the programs "GIS Map 2011", Panorama Editor, GIS Navigator 2011, GIS-viewer (Panorama Mini 2011) and other programs, developed in the environment GIS ToolKit of version 11 or newer. Placing data on a server provides protection of data against illegal copying and modification. Connection to the server is established via TCP\IP protocol with the use of sockets. List of users, list of data and their properties are stored on the server. Editing the parameters of work for the GIS Server is carried out in program the GIS Administrator 2011. The server provides remote access to the vector maps, rasters and matrixes.
GIS WebServer - universal tool to design geoportals for various purposes. The application is intended for access to infrastructure of spatial data (the vector, raster, matrix maps, data of remote sensing of Earth and the information from databases). Work with the atlas of maps is provided, which allows to integrate various spatial data. There are functions for scaling, moving, change of the map sizes. Search and filtration of the information in a database, search of objects on a map is carried out: search of objects by name, by areas, the search by the address, search of streets crossroads (for large-scale maps and plans of cities). Provides support for editing the point objects of a map, displaying the tooltips, processing the hyperlinks. Mode of periodic updating the map image allows to create systems of tracking mobile objects. There are available functions for measurement of distances on a map, creations of the user bookmarks, formations of reports, printing a map into a file, the publication of news in RSS format. Interaction with external web-applications through the expanded set of HTTP-requests at formation of geoportals of various purpose. Customizable user interface. Support of standard WMS OGC (" OGC Web Map Service Interface " - OGC 03-109r1) provides GIS WebServer with the standard international protocol of search, exchange and use of geospatial data. Provides high speed of displaying a map due to using the mechanism of caching geospatial data by means of web-browser. Preparing data for publication on the Web is carried out by means of program ImageryCreator. It supports various databases: MS SQL Server, Oracle, MS Access; main types of browsers: MS Internet Explorer 5.0 and above, Mozilla/5.0 (FireFox) and above, Opera 7.0 and above. The application is run under the control of Internet Information Services (IIS) in the environment .NET Framework 3.5, is developed on technology ASP.NET with using the components of AJAX Control Toolkit. On the basis of source texts of application the GIS WebServer the toolkit for developing geoportals GIS WebToolKit is created.
GIS WebToolKit - tools for developing geoportals with access to infrastructure of spatial data (the vector, raster, matrix maps, data of remote sensing of Earth and the information from databases) . The toolkit is created on the basis of source texts of application the GIS WebServer . If you need to create your own website or geo-portal, which uses an interactive map and database tables, you can do it by using GIS WebToolKit. Tools of GIS WebToolKit represents a solution for Visual Studio 2008 , the programming language C# . AJAX.NET technology is used for partial data processing on the client side and support of various Web-browsers. Use of GIS WebToolKit assumes knowledge of principles of designing Web-applications ASP.NET in the environment .NET Framework, and also experience of creating and using the client scripts of JavaScript. The system of accounting and registration of landownership "EARTH AND RIGHT" is intended for the operating collection, accumulation, storage and usage of the land-cadastre data (natural and legal character) at cadastral mapping, for operating control of land resources.

Development tools of the GIS-applications of GIS Toolkit is a set of components for creation of the applications in medium of visual programming Delphi/Kylix, Builder C ++ and libraries for Microsoft Visual C ++. 11.06.2013 In GIS "Panorama FARMING" the tools of analysis of a current state of fields and crops are developed
In KB "Panorama" there is developed the program for the intraeconomic account of agricultural land and automation of management by system of agriculture of agricultural holding the GIS "Panorama FARMING" of version 3.5.
In the new version the subsystem of monitoring of state of fields and crops is implemented. It allows to organize chronological accumulation and analysis of indicators values of state of the fields defined by the user. Tools of automated formation of values cut for the specified date give the ability to control the relevance of the displayed information according to the analyzed period of plants vegetation.
Data from a subsystem of monitoring the fields can be used together with the information provided by external geoportals. The list of geoportals is added by services "Cadastral map of Ukraine" and VEGA.
Service of "Cadastral map of Ukraine" provides the information in the form of the following WMS/WMTS layers onto territory of Ukraine: orthophotomaps, cadastral division and soil map.
Connecting layers of VEGA service provides professionals working in the field of agriculture, the ability to analyze the state of fields in comparison with the current weather data. Thus, users can use service for the analysis of a contour of existing farmland or singly to set a contour of object and to make the analysis of the data available for it. So, for example:
- experts in the field of insurance can use the received information for determining the insurance sum and a damage from impact of adverse factors onto vegetation;
- landowners and land users to monitor the progress of the growing season and operative decision-making in case of occurrence of unforeseen situations;
- researchers and university professors to analyze the dynamics of vegetation on a variety of natural and man-made objects.
Creation of technological maps of crops cultivation and passports of fields is automated. In the address register the types of administratively territorial units according to the addresses classifier of the Russian Federation are updated.

10.06.2013 GIS "Panorama AGRO" automates drawing up of technological maps of crops cultivation and monitoring their growing
In KB "Panorama" geoinformation system for agriculture "Panorama AGRO" version 3.5 is developed. Program functions provide automation of preparation of the technological documentation, in strict accordance with cartographical representation of sown area. Realisation of these functions is based on use of beforehand prepared sample technological maps. Thus, the composition of technological operations depends on culture and level of an intensification of production. Possibility of creating a sample technological map "by the sample" allows to create automatically new technological maps with a full range of operations and expenses associated with them. At creation of new passports of fields the same way of addition with copying is used. All attributes of the chosen sample are transferred to the newly created passport of a field. GIS "Panorama AGRO" is intended for complex automation of management by an agricultural enterprise in branch of crop production and integrates in itself the functions of control by agrarian technologies and monitoring of mobile equipments of the enterprise on the basis of GLONASS/GPS navigation (GIS Panorama AUTO). In the new version the subsystem of monitoring a status of fields and crops is developed. The user can determine by itself the composition of indicators necessary to him for analysis of a status of crops of each culture. Information about indicators of monitoring are entered into the system on the basis of field observations. Some of these indicators may include, for example, germination, precipitation, the amount of active temperatures, moisture, sugar and many others. Subsystem allows to conduct the chronological account of values of user-defined indicators and to form a cut of values for the specified date. Address register is improved: types of administratively territorial units according to the classifier of addresses of the Russian Federation are updated. The list of supported geoportals is added by service "Cadastral map of Ukraine", including orthophotomaps, cadastral and soil maps, and VEGA services providing weather data in the form of thematic maps. 07.06.2013 In toolkit of the GIS Constructor for Linux the tools of work with the graph of roads are refined
In KB "Panorama" the GIS Constructor for PS Constructor (Qt Designer) version 10.7.4 for operating system MSVS 3.0 is improved. GIS Constructor is a set a component for use in the environment of visual programming PS Constructor (Qt Designer), allowing to develop GIS applications. Structure of GIS Constructor includes various components: creating and displaying three-dimensional terrain model, "Graph of roads", search of objects of a digital map, display of a digital map, converting the data of format SXF, access to data through the GIS Server and others. "Count roads" component is designed for construction of a network, a solving the transportation problem, which includes finding the best ways according to different criteria, the construction of the graph of remoteness and another. For solving a network problem there is made creation of a geometric network of nodes and edges with the simultaneous construction of the logical network. The task functions in the presence of the linear objects marked on a map (for example - the road network). As a result of construction the user map containing the following types of objects is created: node of a network and a network edge. All objects of the created map have obligatory semantics "Net number". For nodes the obligatory characteristic is the reference to object-edge to which node belongs, for edges obligatory semantics - number of first and last nodes for the given edge and the reference to object of a map. The toolkit includes more than 20 components and classes and more than one and a half thousand procedures and functions of "MAPAPI" interface for work with spatial data. 06.06.2013 In the Complex of 3D-analysis the tools of creating and updating the matrixes of heights and depths are expanded
In KB "Panorama" the "Complex of 3D analysis" version 3.2 is developed. In the new version the task "Editing a matrix of heights" is improved, allowing to edit contents of the matrix of heights with use of the data about a relief - matrixes of heights of format MTW, MTD-models, TIN-models. The mode of additional processing of the matrix is added, allowing to delete heights in the specified area, to fill matrix areas with constant value, and also to calculate values of absent heights by a method of the average interpolation by the source matrix. The task is used for updating the matrixes of heights created by vector maps, and also the matrixes loaded from external formats (SRTM, GeoTIFF, XYZ and others). The task "Creating a matrix of heights by a vector map" is improved. The mode of co-processing the objects with semantics "absolute height" and objects with semantics "depth" is added. The new mode allows to create matrixes of areas of a coastal zone of pool (the sea, lake), including a relief of a land and a bottom relief. The task "Summ elevation matrixes" is refined, allowing to form a single file of a matrix of format MTW according to the matrixes of heights opened in the document. There is added ability to select units of measuring the height of a resulting matrix ((meters, decimeters, centimeters, millimeters). The height unit of measure influences degree of compression of data at file recording (the greatest degree of compression - for heights in meters) and can be chosen according to accuracy and a unit of measure of initial matrixes. The task "Creation of polygons by homogeneous zones of matrixes" is improved , allowing to perform "contouring" the areas of the matrixes which values of elements are included into the specified ranges. Possibility of creating the polygons without subobjects is added. In this case, resulting polygons do not contain the "cut-out" areas corresponding to polygons of higher on a range of classes values. Creation of polygons without subobjects significantly reduces time of performance and data volume of a resulting map. The task can be used for processing the matrixes of heights (MTW) and matrixes of qualities (MTQ), created by vector maps, and also the matrixes loaded from external formats (SRTM, GeoTIFF, XYZ and others). 06.06.2013 In GIS "Panorama11" the tools of processing rasters and matrixes are expanded
In KB "Panorama" the GIS "Panorama 11" version 11.10.11 is developed. In the new version there is added ability of stream loading for files TIFF (GeoTIFF) without transformation to internal format RSW. In dialog "Loading of a raster map" the control element "Don't copy the source image to the RSW-file" is enabled at stream loading of uncompressed files TIFF (GeoTIFF). At a choice of this option on the disk the file RSW is created which contains the reference to opened file TIFF and the generated survey image. Copying of basic image of file TIFF into file RSW is not carried out. It simplifies using the files of format TIFF containing uncompressed image, as an internal format of rasters in the GIS along with RSW. In the contextual menu of the bookmark "Rasters" of dialog "Data list of map" the mode "Extract a raster border by image sizes" is added. This mode allows to process both one raster, and group of rasters. In the task "To locate of photos of JPEG on map by GPS-coordinates" the processing the maps opened on the GIS Server is added. Now objects of type "Location of photo" are created on the maps opened on the GIS Server, and photos are copied to the GIS Server into storehouse of documents. It allows to add and view photos in the multiuser access, to automate the backup of photos and to provide access control. The task "Building a matrix of heights by a vector map" is improved. 05.06.2013 GIS WebSever AGRO automates displaying the maps of fields on the basis of bank of the spatial data of agricultural land
In KB "Panorama" the program GIS WebSever AGRO of version 2.2 is developed that is intended for the publication in networks of Internet/Intranet of the information on agricultural land and objects of infrastructure of the agricultural enterprise. The information in bank of the spatial data of GIS "Panorama AGRO" has hierarchical structure with a binding of data sets (topographical substrate, borders of fields contours, placing of objects of the intraeconomic account, graph of roads, objects of cadastral account and other) to the organisation - commodity producer, a management company or agroholding. Thus the data are accumulated taking into account chronology of the harvest year. An alternative variant of a hierarchical binding is use of data of administrative-territorial division. GIS WebServer AGRO provides the automated sample of data sets for formation of the image of map fields by a choice of the organization or territorial formation in a hierarchical tree of data. In the main window of the program the elements are added to change the organization and the crop year without returning to the login page. For contours of farmland the new mode "Print of object card" is added. There is implemented automatic connecting the user tile maps created in program Panorama Imagery Service. 05.06.2013 In GIS "Operator" the means of conducting combat graphic documents are expanded
In KB "Panorama" the GIS "Operator" of version 11.10.11 is developed. The new version expanded the composition of panel the Object's graphic. New modes are added for accelerating change of colors and transparency of object, change of sign sizes, addition of slightly shadow of different kind and color to the signs. Operations can be performed over separate objects or groups of selected objects. New modes are divided into pairs. The left button (with a green check mark) is intended for a choice of parameters (color, transparency degree, coefficient of scaling the size of a sign, a kind and color of slightly shadow), the next right button performs changes of corresponding property of object. It allows to alternate operating modes and to operate properties without a superfluous choice of parameters when they for different signs do not change. The button is added for fast switching the work with sets of objects or with separate objects in sets. On the main panel buttons are added for editing the general points, a cut of the object, merge of objects, change of a digitizing direction. In the task "To locate of photos of JPEG on map by GPS-coordinates" the processing the maps opened on the GIS Server is added. 04.06.2013 64-bit GIS "Panorama" for Linux is developed
KB "Panorama" have developed the GIS "Panorama x64" for Linux of version 11.9.1 for operating system MSVS 5.0 certified by requirements of the information safety. GIS "Panorama x64" at the expense of advantages of architecture x64 allows to increase speed of data processing, reliability and fault tolerance of process of information exchange. This version supports the updated formats of the spatial data, the classifiers, new projections and systems of coordinates with which the GIS "Panorama 11" for Windows works. The same spatial data can be displayed and edited in different projections and coordinate systems simultaneously from any quantity of workplaces. There is increased the speed of transfer of raster data from the GIS Servers with possibility of simultaneous opening of several thousand images. Transmitted data can be cached on the client to speed up the work. Memory allocation is optimised at opening a few thousand rasters and matrixes simultaneously without decreasing the speed of display. There is added support of a new format of the vector maps SITX containing all data in one storehouse (file). It simplifies data exchange, the account and reserve copying. The volume of a vector map in storehouse of SITX format is not limited. For protection of the data there is supported the encryption by a 256-bit key formed on the basis of the password, specified by the user. If you lose the password, the data can not be recovered. At simultaneous opening in one document of multitude of the encrypted maps it is enough to enter the password only at opening the first map. If opened maps have different passwords then the re-enter the password will be automatically requested. Release of versions for other kinds of OS Linux is planned. 04.06.2013 Training-methodical materials on application of GIS "Operator" in the tactical level of armed forces are developed
On the website of KB "Panorama" new training-methodical materials on use of GIS "Operator" for preparation of command-staff documents of a tactical level are placed. There are presented rules of drawing the elements of battle order of motorized infantry branch, platoon, company and battalion in the main types of combat. Documents can be used in training purposes for optimizing the work of units commanders at drawing of conventional symbols onto a digital map. In the document "System of basic conventional symbols used in graphic documents of peacetime and wartime of tactical level" in 4 parts the rules and order of drawing the conventional tactical symbols are considered at designing of militant graphic documents from squad to a battalion. For practical application there are presented more than 50 samples of digital maps for daily activity, at preparation and conducting of combat operations by subunits. On maps there is shown example of comprehensive preparation of operative situation onto a zone of operation of a motorized infantry battalion with study of positions of all subunits up to the individual soldier. In following parts of documents and samples of maps the operative level will be presented.

03.06.2013 New GIS-technologies for agriculture are presented at the international seminar in Voronezh
International seminar "Geoinformation technology in agriculture", which was held on May 31, on the basis of the Voronezh Agricultural Institute of Emperor Peter I, was attended by the teaching staff and students of university, representatives of KB "Panorama" and companies "GISINFO" (the Ukrainian partner of KB "Panorama"), and also experts of regional division VISHAGI. In performance of experts of KB "Panorama" the special attention has been given to technologies of exact agriculture and information-communicative solutions in agriculture, to questions of construction of an infrastructure of spatial data (ISD) on the basis of the software products line of "Panorama" in relation to the agricultural land. ISD is based on application of such software products as: "Workstation of agronomist", "Panorama AGRO", "Panorama FARMING", GIS WebServer AGRO and others. Specialists of "GISINFO" company have acquainted participants with experience of introduction of GIS-technologies and remote sensing data in Ukraine. Technical solutions presented in the report "Application of GIS in agriculture", were practically tested under real production conditions - more than ten Ukrainian large companies and agroholdings (land bank from 6000 hectares to 240000ãà) use GIS-technologies "Panorama" to solve tasks of the cadastral registration of land of agricultural destination, issuing passports of fields, GPS-monitoring equipment. On questions of agriculture ecology on a landscape basis there was done the report by Lopyrev Michael Ivanovich, the Doctor of Economics, the professor, the honoured worker of Higher Education of the Russian Federation. On the basis of his ideas there is created exponential, environmentally sustainable farming system on example of agricultural enterprises in Kantemirovsky district of Voronezh region where yields increased on 30-40 %.

03.06.2013 At ÕÕ All-Russian forum the results of works on creation of municipal and regional GIS are presented
At the XX All-Russian Forum "Geoinformation market in Russia. Current state and prospects of development" the representatives of several companies presented reports on the experience of use of the software products line "Panorama" at construction and introduction of municipal and regional GIS in Russia and in Ukraine. The purpose of ÕÕ of the All-Russian forum traditionally was to discuss the problems of implementing a concept of spatial data infrastructure of the Russian Federation. Discussion of practice of constructing the GIS of various level became a forum distinctive feature. In the report of Ukrainian partner of KB "Panorama" - company "GISINFO" was told about practical experience of use of software products of Workstation of town-planner, GIS Server, GIS WebServer, ImageryCreator, Bank of digital data, GIS "Panorama 11", "Workstation of Cadastral engineer" in interests of municipal services of cities: Vinnitsa, Dnepropetrovsk, Krivoy Rog, Sumy, Poltava, Kirovograd, Gorlivka, Alexandria, Artemovsk and others where for today GIS-technologies "Panorama" are already widely used. 30.05.2013 GIS WebService provides the publication in web the maps, images and matrixes in the form of layers with controllable transparency
KB "Panorama" have developed GIS WebService version 5.0, providing the issue of spatial data according to international standards OGC WMTS 07-057r7 version 1.0.0 and OGC WMS 03-109r1 version 1.3.0. In the new version for the purpose of increase in processing speed of queries and formation of tiles onto the large territories there is added the internal mechanism of management by projects and data of projects. It allows to open once the data sets in various projects and to keep them in the system memory with the purpose to reduce the time on reopening the projects when requesting the data from service by other users. It considerably will save time for formation of tiles at use of a large number of spatial data: maps, rasters, matrixes. Projects of data that have not been used for a certain period of time, are closed for the purpose of economy of of system resources.
The new version of service allows to transform any types of the supported data "on the fly" (maps, matrixes and rasters). For creation and updating of tiles there is no need to translate in advance the spatial data into standard projections. This innovation will save time of service's administrators at connecting the data and operators at formation of a data set for publications.
The new version of service allows for installations of external view of objects, color scale, shadows of matrixes, structure of the displayed data, a transparency and others. You can customize the external view of data in the GIS "Panorama 11". Output of matrixes in the shadows with a given transparency is added.
For an ensuring of high speed of queries execution the tiles can be formed in program ImageryCreator. Also it is possible dynamic construction and accumulation of tiles from the initial data in process of their request by the clients. 30.05.2013 At conference in Orenburg the technologies of building an infrastructure of spatial data of agricultural land are presented
At the international scientific-practical conference "Geoinformation technologies in agriculture" experts of KB "Panorama" presented the report "Infrastructure of spatial data of agricultural land". In work of the conference which was held at the Orenburg State Agrarian University from May, 27 till May, 28, representatives of leading Russian agrarian universities have taken part. Special attention of participants has been given to a substantiation of technologies of exact agriculture and information-communicative solutions in agriculture. There has been offered and discussed the concept of development of regional system of monitoring and management of operation by transport's objects and agriculture mechanisation in interests of agriculture, processing industry, forestry with use of platform GLONASS and automatic identification. In presentation of KB "Panorama" there is shown technology of building an infrastructure of spatial data on the basis of software products of "Panorama" in relation to the agricultural land. The technical solutions presented in this report have been practically tested under real production conditions in Russia and Ukraine.
