The project "Panorama" is a set of geoinformation technologies including professional GIS "Map 2011", professional vectorizer of digital maps "Panorama-Editor", development tools of GIS-applications for different platforms GIS ToolKit, system of accounting and registration of landownership (SARL) "Earth and right", converters for data exchange with other GIS (DXF/DBF, MIF/MID, Shape, S57/S52 etc.) and specialized applications (communication, navigation, ecological monitoring and other). Software is certificated in The Federal Agency of Geodesy and Cartography (Roskartographia) and the Ministry of Defence of Russian Federation, and also has stood the State tests in Topographical service of Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

What's new in the last version
"Map 2011" - universal geoinformation system having tools of creation and editing of digital maps, data of remote sounding (DRS), of implementation of various measurements and calculations, handlings of raster data, tools of preparation of the graphic documents in an electronic and printed aspect, and also tools for work with databases. Block of geodetic calculations is intended for processing and equalizing of the data of field geodetic researches and the subsequent formation of reports for "Description of sites" and "Surveying affairs". It is delivered in addition to GIS "Map 2011" or "Panorama - editor". Block consists of the following programs: "Geodesy editor", "Execution of geodetic calculations" and "Import of data from geodetic devices". Besides for the automated formation of the information on a relief as the horizontals the program "Building of isolines by point objects" is stipulated. The operating procedure is described in Guide of geodesist.
GIS Server 2008 is the program for remote access to cartographical data of users of programs GIS Map 2011, Panorama-editor version 11 and 10, GIS "Navigator 2011", GIS-view and other programs developed in GIS ToolKit version 10 and higher. Placing data on a server provides protection of data against illegal copying and changing. Connection with a server is established under TCP/IP protocol with use of the socket mechanism. List of users, list of data and its properties are stored on a server in XML format. Editing of work parameters of GIS Server is executed in program GIS Administrator 2008 (in Windows). The server grants the remote access to vector maps, rasters and matrixes.
GIS WebServer - is server Web-application developed on ASP.NET technology with use of AJAX Control Toolkit components, and functioning under control of Internet Information Services (IIS) in .NET Framework 3.5 environment. GIS WebServer is intended for the publication in Internet/Intranet networks of electronic maps and the information from databases. Application allows to display on a topographical map the data about the objects of a database having a territorial binding, to carry out viewing, sorting and a filtration of database tables; has functions of scaling, scrolling, change of the sizes of the map's image, function of search and a selection of map objects, the search and filtration of the information on a map and in a database, its gathering and the analysis; carries out processing of the hyperlinks in fields of tables; allows to look through the pictures for the map opened in the application in Google Maps, publicize news lines in RSS format. There is an opportunity of use of various databases: MS SQL Server, Oracle, MS Access and databases of other types through ODBC drivers. The Data access is carried out by means of a Web-browser. Work with the basic types of browsers is supported: MS Internet Explorer 5.0 and higher, Mozilla/5.0 (FireFox) and higher, Opera 7.0 and higher. GIS WebServer application uses technics of an interdiction of access to not identified users.
The system of accounting and registration of landownership "EARTH AND RIGHT" is intended for the operating collection, accumulation, storage and usage of the land-cadastre data (natural and legal character) at cadastral mapping, for operating control of land resources.
Development tools of the GIS-applications of GIS Toolkit is a set of components for creation of the applications in medium of visual programming Delphi/Kylix, Builder C ++ and libraries for Microsoft Visual C ++. Components are based on more than 1000 functions of the interface "MAPAPI" of the project "Panorama". 01.09.2010 In the GIS Server 2008 version 1.7 enhanced data access control
GIS Server 2008 - a program designed to provide remote access to user data mapping software GIS "Map 2011", Panorama Editor, Navigator GIS 2011, GIS-viewer and other programs developed in the environment of GIS ToolKit versions 10 and 11, or GIS Design version 10 and newer. The server provides remote access to the vector maps, raster images and matrices. Placing data on a server provides data protection from unauthorized copying and changes and improves the reliability of the data in the collective editing. The new version of the finalized program interface, added a logging of administrator, added support group GUESTS to simplify the registration of users with minimal access rights to the data. 30.08.2010 GIS "Map 2011"- an unique set of tools for creation and processing of spatial data in one product
The new version of GIS "Map 2011" differs significantly from earlier in the direction of the support of international formats and architecture of spatial data.
Software is reprocessed to fully support the different coordinate systems, for quality performance of overlay operations, improved graphics, work with databases in a client-server architecture. A new library of geometric functions and overlay operations can improve the quality and substantially reduce the processing time.
Support of three types of maps is provided: map of an arbitrary area; map on the area, bounded by the frame (for a standard topographic maps and plans); multisheets map, sheets are restricted (for compatibility with older versions) in geodetic or plane rectangular coordinates. Maps can have arbitrary projection parameters, parameters of the spheroids and datums. All kinds of maps can be displayed and edited "on the fly" in any projection and on any spheroid without prior transformation. To quickly change the parameters of displayed projection for a set of vector maps in the Options menu the item was added Current projection. If you change the projection parameters, spheroid and datum then automatically will be changed the displayed and edited coordinates, as well as the map view on the screen.
Are created novel tasks of transforming the projections of vector maps, rasters and matrixes by various parameters and by a set of points with a choice of various methods of transformation and interpolation. Is optimized the allocation of memory when opening several thousand rasters and matrixes simultaneously without slowing down the display. (2300 matrix in volume of 10 GB when the map with the shadows (pseudo 3D) occupy less than 0.5 GB of memory, all running Windows XP - less than 0,8 GB). For users who are registered in the company Digital Globe, the applied task "Download images of Digital Globe" is added, that simplify the selection of remote sensing data for any area on the background of open maps, rasters or matrices. 27.08.2010 GIS WebServer 4.0 - editing of vector maps by means of ultra-thin client
GIS WebServer - an universal means for the development of regional, municipal and corporate geoportals. The application is designed for publication in the networks of Internet/Intranet of entire spectrum of geospatial data - vector maps, remote sensing data and information from databases.
The new version of GIS WebServer lets you create, move and delete on a map the linear, polygon and point objects by means of ultrathin client online. New design is created for tooltips of map objects. The tooltips text can output a various help information, including values of reference type fields from the database. GIS WebServer provides high-speed mapping spatial data by using the mechanism Tile. The "Interactive Map of Russia with more than 2.5 million objects and 32 gigabytes of matrix data operates without perceptible delay in the transfer of geospatial data to the thin client. To prepare the data for publication in the Web the program applies ImageryCreator. Expanded use of the atlas of maps - if you scale the map image are automatically transition between the various sets of geospatial data, for example, the transition from map of Russia to the map in the region, and then - to the plan of the city. 20.08.2010 The KB "Panorama" released tools GIS ToolKit 11
Tool development of GIS applications GIS ToolKit - a set of visual components and classes for building applications in a visual programming environment for Delphi and C + + Builder, and the basis for GIS ToolKit Active, used in the environment Visual Studio. The new version made significant changes to the GIS-kernel, now you can work with electronic maps with arbitrary parameters of projection, spheroids and Datums. All kinds of maps can be displayed and edited "on the fly" in any projection and on any spheroid without transformation, support of local coordinate systems based on the projection UTM (Gauss-Kruger) is realized. 16.08.2010 GIS "Panorama AUTO" 2.5: Monitoring moving objects on the basis of GLONASS/GPS
The KB "Panorama" developed a GIS Panorama Auto, designed for monitoring the mobile objects (vehicles, agricultural machinery and special vehicles) based on the GLONASS/GPS navigation of hardware and provides: data collection from onboard equipment installed on the mobile technical means (objects of monitoring), data processing of sensor systems, mapping the location of monitoring facilities and their characteristics on the map background, training assignments to drivers/machine operators, the formation of information on actual performed work and information exchange with external programs. 13.08.2010 KB Panorama extends the list of supported operating systems
KB "Panorama" developed a GIS Constructor of version 10.7.3 for operating system Ubuntu 10.04 and modern means of visual programming based on Qt4. The structure of the GIS Constructor includes various components: constructing and displaying three-dimensional terrain models, "Graph of roads", finding objects of e-map, electronic chart display, converting the data of SXF format, access to data through the GIS Server and others. Products of KB Panorama successfully work in a variety of operating systems: Windows 7/Vista/XP/2000, Windows Mobile, Red Hat, Fedora, ALT Linux, ASP Linux, Ubuntu, Sun MC, Sun Solaris, OS PB 2000, QNX. 21.06.2010 Federal Space Agency has given to KB "Panorama" the license for realization of space activity
To carry out works to create a system that provides simulation of crisis (emergency) situations on objects, critical to national security sites, using modern GIS technology, ZAO KB "Panorama" was licensed by the Federal Space Agency for space activities. In accordance with this license KB "Panorama" to perform work on the creation and production of space technics, space materials and technologies, as well as the creation and renovation of the space infrastructure, in terms of development of software for navigation and monitoring equipment, using navigation satellites GPS/GLONASS, processing information received from the spacecraft of remote sensing of the Earth. To implement the development of this system previously KB "Panorama" had been received licenses by the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control and the Federal Agency for Industry. The developed software will be certified for compliance with information security solutions for safety information. Remarks of users are eliminated.

02.06.2010 KB "Panorama" developed a new version of tools GIS ToolKit 10.8.1 and updated open source components
The new version has much simpler mechanism for obtaining feedback from the keyboard and mouse for the components of the map display. Into a component of work (edit) with the metrics of object the mode of interactive obtaining the coordinate of a point from a contour of object is added. 17.05.2010 New means of thematic mapping, construction of graphs of roads and processings of surfaces in GIS ToolKit 10.8
In ÊÁ "Panorama" is developed the new version of toolkit of creation of the GIS-APPENDICES 10.8. 12.05.2010 GIS "Panorama AGRO" 2.4: integrated automation of farm management based on GIS technologies and integration with 1C
GIS Panorama AGRO is a system of automation management in agricultural production, providing operational accounting and analysis of agro processes and agricultural equipment, technology support for precision farming based on processing of GPS/GLONASS navigation data. The system is implemented and successfully used in the farms of Belgorod and Lipetsk oblasts, Krasnodar, Stavropol and Ukraine. For purposes of the accounting in addition to the existing data exchange with information-analytical system "Agroholding" a system of exchange with software "1C: farm management is developed". Improved tools to edit maps and calculations on it. To the existing system of thematic mapping the possibility of mapping yields is added. In the new version the possibilities of data import are enhanced: Import of calibration tables from Excel files and mapping information from Shape. 05.05.2010 GIS-TECHNOLOGY "Panorama" help to solve wide range of tasks of aeronavigation ensuring in Ukraine
"GISINFO" company has made delivery of development of GIS-applications GIS ToolKit for SE "UkSATSE". Since 2008, the business units of the company already widely use commercial software of KB "Panorama" - the professional version of the GIS "Map 2008", for a wide range of tasks - from planning the structure of the airspace of Ukraine up to the preparation of graphic documents of aeronautical information. To date, together with the Centre of Aeronautical Service of Aviation of Ukraine Armed Forces, a single information field is created, which on 100% provides the needs of the entire state of aviation of Ukraine in the aeronautical information documents (Collection of aeronautical data of terminal in Ukraine, radio and navigation maps, etc.), both in paper form and electronically. Developments on creation of a cartographical Web-portal are conducted (based on GIS WebServer) on which it is planned to publish the ANI documents, also to use for solving the navigator software (preparation for flight, a choice of optimal path, formation of the flying mission and others).

On April, 29th the exhibition geo-Siberia - 2010 has ended. In the unanimous opinion of experts who visited the exhibition this year, she was successful. "GISINFO" company, Ukrainian partner of KB "Panorama", has done delivery of 10 workplaces of the professional version of GIS "Map 2008" with additional modules Complex of geodetic calculations and Complex of preparation of maps to print - to the Lviv State Agrarian University, and also has conducted an introductory training course. Today it is already 26-th university in Ukraine, which trains specialists in various fields of national economy, as well as for power structures, where the GIS technology "Panorama" widely are used.

From 20 till 22nd April, 2010 in Nizhni Novgorod on the basis of the Nizhniy Novgorod state architecturally-building university (NSABU) has taken place 4-th All-Russian conference "Geoinformation technologies in municipal management ". 23.04.2010 Workshop "Applications of GIS-technologies and remote sensing data for monitoring condition of the grounds on basis of software "Panorama"

22.04.2010 Russian and Ukrainian versions of GIS WebServer 3.1 support the improved mechanism of displaying spatial data with application of tiles
GIS WebServer - a panacea for development of regional, municipal and corporate geoportals. The application is designed for publication in the networks of Internet / Intranet of entire spectrum of geospatial data - electronic maps, remote sensing data and information from databases. The new version of GIS WebServer supports the output of tile maps in two formats: PNG (high quality of image) and JPEG (reduces volume of tiles at modelling a pseudo-volumetric kind in 3-4 times). The user interface for operations of scaling and moving a map, a choice of objects is modified. The set of parameters to configure the interface application is expanded. Support of various types of browsers is improved. Localization of the program interface and the documentation on the Ukrainian language was executed by company "GISINFO" (Ukraine). 15.04.2010 Expanded means of import of data in formats MIF \MID and SXF in GIS Constructor of version 10.7.2 for OS Linux
GIS Constructor is a set of components for use in the environment of visual programming PS Constructor (Qt Designer), allowing to develop GIS applications for OS Linux. In the new version the library of import from MIF/MID format is added, means of the control at import from SXF format are expanded, the structure of the programs examples showing work of GIS Constructor is expanded. 14.04.2010 Integrated Management System Vinnitsa city is created based on GIS
Between Vinnitsa City Council and the National Technical University (VNTU) an Agreement on scientific and technical cooperation for 5 years is signed. Up to the end of June, 2010 the 14 priority directions of work are identified associated with the use of spatial databases of GIS of Vinnitsa city for five offices city council. "GISINFO" company, General representative of KB "Panorama" in Ukraine, and also the municipal enterprises of city and the municipal sanitary and epidemiological station participate in the project. Ultimate goal of the project - creation of an integrated system of city management with the automated mechanisms of updating the information and support of decision-making, including traffic management in the city, an execution of design and survey works, implementing solutions in the energy industry. In VNTU since 2003 the center on training work with GIS technologies "Panorama" operates, and the products of KB "Panorama" are taught in nearly 20 different specialties of university disciplines.Students and university professors at the Department of modeling and monitoring of complex systems (Chair Prof. Dr. Mokin VB) solve problems that are most topical to the City Council. At the Ukrainian State Prize the work on "Principles and technologies for monitoring, evaluation and forecasting of condition and quality of surface waters of Ukraine in order to ensure their protection and comprehensive utilization" is nominated. During an execution of works 20 certificates of copyrights in software developed with use of technologies of KB "Panorama" are received. The candidate's thesis on a theme "Information technology of integration of mathematical models in geoinformation systems of monitoring of superficial waters", made by teacher VNTU Kryzhanovskii E.M. is successfully defended. At the All-Ukrainian contest of student research works in field of "Informatics and Cybernetics", 2-nd place was the work of student of VNTU Kulemin DY, dedicated to statistical analysis of data for monitoring water pollution.

06.04.2010 New automated technology of formation of thematic atlases on the basis of GIS "Map 2008" reduces labour input of preparation of a map to the print
Into structure of the new version of the complex Preparation to print of version 2.5 the technology of formation of thematic atlases is included. Preparation to print complex is intended for designing maps according to requirements to the edition of maps, preparations of schemes, atlases and formations of the dismembered images of a map for offset printing. The technology of forming thematic atlases unites the following modes: creating the scheme of atlas, numbering of pages, formation of alphabetic indexes and the modes, developed earlier: division of a map onto printed pages and border making. The new technology allows to execute more flexible tuning of parameters of forming the maps atlas: displacement, turn and scaling of printed pages of the atlas. Example of such atlases can be atlases of motorways, atlases of the rivers, routes of travel, routes of gas mains, oil pipelines and other overpasses. 02.04.2010 Demonstration of new opportunities of WEB-technologies and 3D-modelling on GEOFORM + ' 2010
In Moscow in Expocentre "Sokolniki" there takes place exhibition GEOFORM + ' 2010 - 7-th International specialized Forum of the newest technologies in the field of geodesy, cartography, geographic information systems, intellectual transport systems and satellite navigation, engineering geology and geophysics. At the scientifically-practical conference which are passing within the limits of "GEOFORM+'2010", experts of KB "Panorama" have made two reports: "GIS WebServer. Universal development tool and adaptive designing of regional, municipal and corporate geoportals" and "Technology of preparing the land-management documentation with application of modern geodetic and navigating devices". Visitors of an exhibition showed great interest to new opportunities of GIS WebServer 3.0 and a complex of 3D-modelling which is a part of the GIS "Map 2008" and toolkit of the developer of GIS-applications of GIS ToolKit.
